Abstract
从粘滞物质例如熔化塑料中去除固体颗粒的滤网装置,其包括设置有供应通道的外壳;粘滞物质的排出通道;该外壳中在供应通道和排出通道之间的滤网元件;通过回洗方式用于清理滤网元件的装置,该装置包括在回洗由滤网元件所筛分的固体颗粒期间用于排出的回洗通道,该通道经关闭阀与流出通道相连;以及活塞元件,可在高于供应通道中压力的压力下操作该活塞元件以使粘滞物质通过滤网元件逆流冲洗,该活塞元件沿滤网元件放置,并且设置相对于滤网元件移动该活塞元件的装置,从而使得在筛分阶段中滤网元件逐渐暴露得更多以用于筛分,且在回洗阶段中滤网元件对于回洗操作逐渐暴露得少些。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及从粘滞物质例如熔化塑料中去除固体颗粒的滤网装置。
背景技术
从WO-A-9847688中公知这种滤网装置。
在这种公知的装置中,回洗是通过提高在滤网后物质的压力的外压作用的方式得到的,而同时位于滤网上游端的排出阀打开,从而液体流过滤网,然后去除其包含的固体颗粒。
这种公知的装置有很多缺点。首先,因为滤网逐渐被固体颗粒填满,所以滤网上的压降在筛分阶段中逐渐增加。另外在回洗阶段中沿滤网也会产生压降,其与滤网上的位置有关,以致于对滤网的清理不均匀。因为该原因必须限定滤网的尺寸。在WO-A-9847688中公开的环的使用也限制了滤网的直径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上面提到类型的、已经避免了上述缺点的滤网装置。
根据本发明的从粘滞物质中去除固体颗粒的滤网装置,其包括设置有供应通道的外壳;粘滞物质的排出通道;该外壳中在供应通道和排出通道之间的滤网元件;通过回洗方式用于清理滤网元件的装置,该装置包括在回洗由滤网元件所筛分的固体颗粒期间用于排出的回洗通道,该通道经关闭阀与流出通道相连;以及一个活塞元件,在高于供应通道中压力的压力下操作该活塞元件以使粘滞物质通过滤网元件逆流冲洗,其特征在于,所述活塞元件沿滤网元件放置,并且设置相对于滤网元件移动活塞元件的装置,从而使得在筛分阶段中滤网元件逐渐暴露得更多以用于筛分,且在回洗阶段中滤网元件对于回洗操作逐渐暴露得少些。
在本发明的的滤网装置中,所述滤网元件具有衬套状形状,并且该活塞元件具有相应的形状。
在本发明的的滤网装置中,所述滤网元件和活塞元件具有圆柱形形状。
在本发明的的滤网装置中,所述滤网元件和所述活塞元件以平行的关系安置在外壳中。
在本发明的的滤网装置中,所述滤网元件和所述活塞元件为同心形状。
在本发明的的滤网装置中,所述滤网元件包括两个彼此接触的平行的过滤板,每一个过滤板具有多个筛孔,并且其中所述滤网元件筛孔的大小可通过相对于另一个过滤板调整这一个过滤板而确定。
在本发明的的滤网装置中,所述粘滞物质是熔融塑料。
由于沿滤网元件放置活塞元件,并且设置相对于滤网元件移动活塞元件的装置,从而使得在筛分阶段中滤网元件逐渐暴露得更多以用于筛分,且在回洗阶段中滤网元件对于回洗操作逐渐暴露得少些,从而可实现本发明的目的。
通过关闭元件使得在筛分和回洗中逐渐都使用滤网成为可能,从而在滤网上的压降可维持在一恒定的水平,因此提高筛分和回洗的效率。
参照附图,从下面的描述中将很容易看出本发明的其它特征和优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的滤网装置包括外壳7,其具有在外壳7的全部长度上延伸的圆柱形室2。圆柱形室2的一端被设置有圆柱形开口15的板11覆盖,该开口为活塞杆16提供导向,这一点将在下面说明。圆柱形开口15被充满加压流体8的加压室9覆盖。加压室9与控制系统(未示出)相连,通过该控制系统可控制加压流体8、从而控制活塞杆16的运动。
圆柱形室2的另一端被设置有圆柱形开口18的盖17覆盖,该开口为活塞杆19提供导向。圆柱形开口15和开口18都与圆柱形室2同轴,从而使得它们两个对齐,并且分别与可在圆柱形室2内运动的活塞3的相对的表面相连。
圆柱形室2包括两个部分,第一部分20具有基本上相应于活塞3的横截面的横截面,第二部分21具有稍微大一点的直径。在第二部分21中已安装了过滤滤网10,其基本上具有圆柱形衬套形状,还具有基本上对应于活塞3的直径的内径,并与圆柱形室4的第一部分20的内壁对齐。
滤网10自身的结构可以和WO-A-9847688中公开的滤网相同,但其它的滤网结构还可用作例如透过滤网。外壳7和过滤滤网10限定了和围绕滤网10的圆柱形间隙23相似的衬套。通道6延伸穿过外壳7并设置有阀12。通道6还和收集器(未示出)相连以收集被滤网10保持、并在回洗阶段从该处被去除的固体颗粒。
盖17具有如图1所示的复杂形状,并主要包括中心部分27,其设置有作为活塞杆19的导向件的孔18。而且盖17还包括中间部分28和外周环行部分29。部分28和29以这种方式成形,以致于它们形成了使衬套状间隙23和大量粘滞物质相连的通道24,从中可去除颗粒。另外,部分27、28和29和外壳7一起形成了使间隙4和收集器或用于被筛分材料的任何其它设备(未示出)相连的通道5。在通道5中还设置有阀13。
该装置的操作如下:
假定活塞位于图2中所示位置,且滤网是清洁的,包含固体颗粒的粘滞物质通过通道24供应给衬套状间隙23。由于阀12被关闭,粘滞物质受压通过滤网10的暴露部分,从而清理过的物质通过通道5被排出,并可提供给或者是容器或者是用于进一步处理该物质的设备。
因为由滤网10产生的流动阻力,在间隙23和21之间产生了压降。当固体颗粒被滤网10保持时,由于可得到的滤网表面减少,该压降将增加。通过测量该压降,有可能具有将使图2中的活塞3向右移动的控制系统,从而给流动物质暴露更多的滤网表面。这样,压降得到补偿,粘滞物质的输出压力可维持在一个基本上恒定的水平,如果该滤网装置和进一步的处理装置联机,这是很重要的。
在一段时间之后活塞已到达图3所示的位置。在这种情况下,滤网10的进一步阻塞和共同即将发生的在间隙23和间隙4之间的压降增加不能再由活塞为增加暴露的滤网表面的进一步运动而补偿。此时筛分阶段将被停止。
为了清理滤网,应用了回洗。这可通过阀13而关闭通道5和打开通道6中的阀12而得到。通过室9中的压力增加活塞3移动到图3的左边,从而间隙4中的压力大于间隙23中的压力。清理过的物质通过滤网10从间隙4中压到间隙23中,从而滤网10中的固体颗粒被去除,并从通道6排出。
在活塞3移动到图3的左边的运动中,部分滤网表面被覆盖,该部分的大小逐渐增加。这样在滤网10的整个长度上可保持必须是较高的清理压力。
一旦活塞3到达图2所示的位置,阀12关闭,阀13打开,又可开始筛分阶段。
Claims (7)
1.从粘滞物质中去除固体颗粒的滤网装置,其包括设置有供应通道的外壳;粘滞物质的排出通道;该外壳中在供应通道和排出通道之间的滤网元件;通过回洗方式用于清理滤网元件的装置,该装置包括在回洗由滤网元件所筛分的固体颗粒期间用于排出的回洗通道,该通道经关闭阀与流出通道相连;以及一个活塞元件,在高于供应通道中压力的压力下操作该活塞元件以使粘滞物质通过滤网元件逆流冲洗,其特征在于,所述活塞元件沿滤网元件放置,并且设置相对于滤网元件移动该活塞元件的装置,从而使得在筛分阶段中滤网元件逐渐暴露得更多以用于筛分,且在回洗阶段中滤网元件对于回洗操作逐渐暴露得少些。
2.如权利要求1所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网元件具有衬套状形状,并且该活塞元件具有相应的形状。
3.如权利要求2所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网元件和活塞元件具有圆柱形形状。
4.如权利要求1所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,滤网元件和所述活塞元件以平行的关系安置在外壳中。
5.如权利要求2所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网元件和所述活塞元件为同心形状。
6.如权利要求1所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网元件包括两个彼此接触的平行的过滤板,每一个过滤板具有多个筛孔,并且其中所述滤网元件筛孔的大小可通过相对于另一个过滤板调整这一个过滤板而确定。
7.如上述权利要求中任何一项所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述粘滞物质是熔融塑料。
