技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将电气元件的抓具夹持在装配头上的装置,其中抓具可以可松卸地固定在装配头的一个基本为圆柱筒状的柄体的一端段上。
背景技术
以前通常都是把设计成抽吸管的抓具的用一个中空圆柱筒状的对中段插套在装配头的一个可旋转的柄体的一段圆柱筒状的端部上。在这套筒段的里面上设有一个浅的环形止动槽。在柄体的向外敞开的环形槽里装入一个弹性体材料○-圈,它在受力之下就啮入止动槽内。环形槽和止动槽在轴向是这样偏移的,即使抓具在轴向方向上可以压向柄体的一个挡块,因而抓具轴线和柄体轴线相互平行对齐。抓具的一个短的对中段以紧配合装在柄体的一个相应的圆柱筒段上,因而抓具在柄体的径向方向上定心对中。
当吸管轴线与柄体轴线出现角度偏差时,吸附有一个元件的吸管顶尖的旋转运动就要受到不利影响。元件必须在装到一个线路板上之前由一个取出位置旋转到一个安装位置,此时可能发生相应的侧向偏移。尤其是当元件很小时,吸管顶尖的偏心距可能会引起偏心地吸附并抽吸入抽吸通道内,并破坏了装配头的气动性能。○-圈具有相对较大的加工公差,这就使插套力和拉出力在一个宽的范围内变化。由于抓具根据应抓元件的不同比较经常地要更换,因而○-圈必须化费许多维护工作量经常地仔细地补加油脂,以便避免相应较高的摩擦磨损。即使是仔细维护的○-圈也还有磨损,这就要求要定期的更换。由于单个吸管自动更换的频度不能监测到,因此也相应地难于确定维护间隔,以随时保证压紧作用,因而在柄体轴线和吸管轴线之间的角度偏差就不能总是避免。
由JP 2067799A已知有一种止动装置用于将抽吸管固定在一个装配头上,该装配头有一个中空圆柱筒状的定心套筒,其中可以插入抽吸管的一个凸面圆柱角状连接轴颈。连接轴颈有一个环形槽,装配头上的径向可摆出的止动球就啮入此环形槽里,在更换吸管时由于退回了张紧套筒就使止动球释放松开。这样一种主动的止动定位结构要求较为复杂,在夹持段范围内的外径相应较大。要想使吸管保持必要的细长度只有通过相应地加长吸管才能实现,通过这种方法必然使吸管顶尖远离开了夹持段,这样就降低了其位置精度。
发明内容
本发明的任务是使抓具能够可靠而准确地固定在柄体上,又使装置的制造和维护比较简单。
为此本发明提供用于将电气元件和抓具夹持在装配头上的装置,其中,抓具可以固定在装配头的一个圆柱筒形柄体的端部段上,它可以松卸开;抓具可以在轴向方向上插套在柄体上;抓具在柄体的范围内具有一个位于这柄体上的中空圆柱筒形的对中段;抓具在对中段区域或靠近该对中段有一个环形的止动槽;柄体具有啮入止动槽里、径向突起的止动装置,而且止动装置是如此地向止动槽轴向偏移的,即抓具在轴向方向上可以压向柄体的挡块,其特征在于,止动装置设计成环绕分布的、坚固的、短的止动体顶端,它们与柄体牢固地连接并啮入在浅的止动槽里。
止动体顶端可以布置在柄体上的一个准确定位的位置和尺寸处。它们可以具有一个耐磨而光滑的表面,其磨损较小。止动槽的深度应足够小,使必要的相互间的偏移处在弹性让缩性的范围之内。尤其是在止动槽和止动体顶端之间的轴向偏移要规定到一个准确的尺寸,从而使轴向压紧力可以限制到很准确的地步。插套力和拉出力同样可以限制在一个比较窄的公差范围内,因而就可以减小平均操作力。
止动体顶端设计为半球状。所述的止动体顶端在柄体和抓具之间为点状接触,这就有利于在卡入时保证相互间的偏移量。
止动顶端设计在金属的止动球上,这些止动球装入在柄体的环形槽里并且例如用粘结方法固定在里面。
所述的环形槽应设计成与圆柱筒状的对中段准确地同心,从而使金属球能够准确地设置在其径向安装位置上。
止动球设计成用于球轴承的钢球并通过浇注而固定在环形槽里。所述的止动球作为具有高精度和高强度以及良好的滑动性能的标准件可以价廉地获得。通过整个环形槽的浇注,使球与柄体牢固地连接起来。
环形槽用一种硅橡胶类的密封材料浇注出。所述的浇注材料具有足够的粘性,从而无需其它辅助材料就使其在硬化之前就粘附在环形槽里。通过简单的压入就可以将止动球进入这种材料里。
抓具在固定端部段上具有一个套筒状的环壁,它从外面围抱住柄体,而且环壁的壁厚大小应使其在止动顶端的应力作用下变形成一个圆角。
抓具壁可以由其圆柱筒形状起始弯曲这么变形,即在卡入时能够达到足够的让缩性而不会有残余变形。这里尤其有利的是在环形槽里分布有3-5个球。这样既可得到可靠的对中,又可保证足够的让缩性。
以下根据附图所示的实施例对本发明进行详细的叙述。

具体实施方式
按图1、2和3所示用于电气元件8的可移动装配头1有一个垂直的基本为圆柱筒形的柄体2,在柄体的下端夹持有一个设计成抽吸管的抓具3,它是可以更换的,它用一个薄壁的套筒段插套在柄体2的下端上。在这柄体里有个环形槽4,其深度大至小于在环形槽4里环绕分布的止动球5的直径。环形槽的里面部分在其横断面上作了倒圆并且圆角半径比止动球的半径稍大些,因而可以在槽底里实现可靠的接触。
按图3所示在抓具3的套筒段的内壁上在环形槽的高度处设计有一个环绕的止动槽6,止动球5的外顶端就啮入在此止动槽里。环形槽在轴向方向上与止动槽的偏置量S应保证使抓具3的上端面压到柄体2的一个环绕的凸缘状挡块7上。在挡块7和环形槽4之间有一个对中段9,其中抓具3的内壁无间隙地围抱住柄体2,从而使这抓具相对于柄体轴线准确地对中。由于抓具3轴向压紧在挡块7上,因而抓具3相对于柄体2就固定在其角度位置上,从而使抓具轴线和柄体轴线可以准确地相互对准。
这些应抓的元件被吸附在抓具3的下部端面上。然后借助一个摄象机按照电气元件与抓具顶尖的相对位置对电气元件进行测量,并接着使该元件根据这些测量值旋转。当抓具轴线对柄体轴线有偏差时就会产生相应的位置移动,这就降低了安装精度。通过使抓具3准确地支承在柄体2上就使得这种偏差减少到最小。

Claims (7)

1.用于将电气元件(8)和抓具(3)夹持在装配头(1)上的装置,其中,抓具(3)可以固定在装配头(1)的一个圆柱筒形柄体(2)的端部段上,它可以松卸开;抓具(3)可以在轴向方向上插套在柄体(2)上;抓具(3)在柄体(2)的范围内具有一个位于这柄体上的中空圆柱筒形的对中段(9);抓具在对中段(9)区域或靠近该对中段有一个环形的止动槽(6);柄体(2)具有啮入止动槽(6)里、径向突起的止动装置(5),而且止动装置是如此地向止动槽(6)轴向偏移的,即抓具(3)在轴向方向上可以压向柄体(2)的挡块(7),其特征在于,止动装置设计成环绕分布的、坚固的、短的止动体顶端,它们与柄体(2)牢固地连接并啮入在浅的止动槽(6)里。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,止动体顶端设计为半球状。
3.按权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,止动体顶端设在金属的止动球(5)上,这些止动球装入在柄体(2)的环形槽(4)里并且固定在里面。
4.按权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,止动球(5)设计成用于球轴承的钢球并通过浇注而固定在环形槽(4)里。
5.按权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,环形槽(4)用一种硅橡胶类的密封材料浇注出。
6.按上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,抓具在固定端部段上具有一个套筒状的环壁(9),它从外面围抱住柄体(2),而且环壁(9)的壁厚大小应使其在止动顶端的应力作用下变形成一个圆角。
7.按权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,止动体用粘结方法固定在环形槽(4)里。
