Abstract

Description
本发明涉及制造多层盖板的方法及其用该方法制造的屋顶盖板。该盖板被独特地加厚以使屋顶的外观得到改观。
屋顶修建工业中已有许多用盖板覆盖屋顶层面的工作方法,该盖板既有保护性又有令人愉快的美学效果。不论它们的外观怎样,为了延长屋顶的保护,合适的盖板已被做得足够耐用并且可防范各种气候。已经获得多种形式的盖板视觉效果,例如提供特殊的突出边缘外形和表面处理,其功能是仿造更传统的造型,在大多数情况下是仿造更加华贵的屋顶覆盖物的形式,包括茅草屋顶、木纹、石板甚至各种形式的瓦片。

因此,本发明的目的是提供一种与木质或其它传统屋顶覆盖物的厚度非常相近的沥青盖板,并且该沥青盖板还具有屋顶覆盖物所希望的,包括防水性、耐用性和防火性的那些特性。
本发明的另一个目的是通过使用盖板的多层突出部分改善层压盖板的外形。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种从单一的不定长的屋顶板连续生产层压盖板的简单,有效和经济的制造方法。
本发明的上述和其它的目的已经通过将屋顶盖板多层化实现,以提高盖板的视觉效果和厚度。该复合的盖板包括一个搭接部分和具有三层或更多层的突出部分。该搭接部分也可以是多层的,包括两层或更多层。该突出部分被分成一系列被空间隔开的接片。所述接片之间的空间距离明显超过诸如美国专利第5,209,802号和5,426,902号公开的,多年来用在成多层层压盖板的制造业中已经形成的狭槽的距离。那种狭小的槽一般小于一英寸,例如大约1/4至5/8英寸,不具有由本发明屋顶盖板覆盖的屋顶的敞开式空间和特定的深槽。本发明盖板的接片之间的距离大于1英寸,最好大于2英寸。
多层化的盖板是层压型。这种复合盖板的突出部分至少由三层组成,也可能有四层,五层或更多层。这些夹层最好由包括有机或无机纤维或两者的混合物的油毡材料构成。通常将纤维用粘合剂粘结在一起,并用含沥青的油沥青质材料涂覆,浸透,换言之,用含沥青的油沥青质材料浸渍。将这些夹层一层迭一层复合,当盖板被安装在屋顶上时,它们呈现出厚实复合板的形式。这种层压结构的特性是在一块盖板的接片的上表面与下层盖板的接片的上表面之间的表面高度明显不同。当看到在屋顶上排列的盖板时,观察高度被显著放大。观察者的视线自然地从屋顶上一块盖板的毗连接片形成的深槽到相邻的上盖板或下盖板的接片形成的深槽。

根据本发明的方法,用于制备屋顶盖板的一块或多块纤维板是用粘结的防水组合物,例如沥青或其它含沥青的材料处理过的。这种处理包括用合适的防水材料表面涂覆一块板或多块板的表面,以使诸如碎砾石、石片或其它铺面材料的小粒料粘附其上。尽管在将屋顶盖板铺上屋顶时,希望整个屋顶盖板的外表面,即最上层表面,都被小粒料物质全部覆盖,但对颜色效果重要的外表面部分,是在把盖板迭层铺在房顶时要显露出来的那一部分。因此,用有颜色的粒料表面处理最终要显露的那些板的部分,以得到颜色差别显著的区域。可以使用低成本和低装饰性的粒料材料表面处理最终要被覆盖或隐藏的区域的那部分板。
该方法可以用沿生产线传送给后续工序的薄板方便地,连续地进行。这种连续的加工方法对用单块长形薄板生产出层状盖板尤为有用。生产中,用沥青涂覆薄板的上表面,并将粒料涂层涂在该表面上。从整块长形薄板上切下至少两条狭长的板片或板条,得到一块主板和从主板上切下的窄条部分。尽管可以用多个步骤从主板上切下窄条长形板,但希望只用一个步骤完成。将窄的长形板重叠并置于主板下。构成主板和多层窄板的层状板。
希望每块窄板能与其它窄板共同伸展,并且窄板被固定成使每块窄板的边缘与位于其上面和/或下面的其它窄板相应的边缘位于同一垂直平面上。主板下直接移动的第一窄板的中心线位于纵向线,该纵向线在整块复合板被切割之前将是整块复合板的多层化部分的中心线。每块相邻的窄板的中心线位于其上层窄板上。中心线定位后,每块切下的板粘结到其上层板,形成复合板。每块切下的板在粘结前可以或可以不翻转。在优选实施例在构成中,最后一块粘结板是翻转的。底板被这样翻转时,复合的屋顶盖板的最终多层化的接片部分的上表面和下表面都有显露的粒料。最终的屋顶盖板的突出边通过多层化和突出的粒料被加厚了,导致了在房顶上装配的屋顶盖板给人以厚实木质或瓦盖板的美学效果。

在本发明的优选实施例中,由单层长形板连续生产三层层压盖板,该长形板在其被切割成长形板条之前,其上表面被涂以防水涂层和矿物粒料。首先两次直切割将板分成三条长的长方形板条,其中一条比其它两条宽。有利的是,其中一次直切割在靠近原始长形板的一条侧边缘切,另一次直切割是在靠近原始长形板的另一条相对的侧边缘切。将两条窄板条的其中一条不翻转,移至宽板条的下方并将两条板条叠合在一起。在叠合前,将准备粘合的上层板的下表面涂以粘结剂材料。此外,在另一实施例中,下板条在叠合前翻转成上表面朝下,因此两板条的迭层是上板条的粒料面朝上,而下板条的粒料面朝下。将第二窄板条移至第一叠合形成的双层部分的下方并叠合。最好是在双层部分的下表面涂以粘结剂,且第二窄板条在迭合前翻转成上表面朝下,这样,整个复合板在三层化叠层部分的顶部和底部都有粒料。
进行第三次切割(i)交替地横过中心线并大体上沿由前两次叠合形成的三层部分(即多层化部分)的中心线,和(ii)在这一部分的纵向侧边界内。这次中心切割将板分成两块长方形部分,形成了重复模式的叉指式三层厚的接片,因此,每块分割的部分的一侧是一条一层厚的长直边而另一侧是交替的三层厚的接片和切割部分。希望位于到最上层宽板条下方的每块窄板条被切成足够宽,能够覆盖宽板条接片的下表面,但又不要宽到几乎伸向宽板的长直边。希望该宽度足以支持位于上层的盖板部分并且使在连续制造过程中容易生产。这两块细长层压板最后被子切割成合适的盖板长度并被包装。最后切割一般是在第三次纵向切割时或在此之后完成。
因此,该连续过程提供了一种独特的盖板结构,该盖板的三层厚的接片与接片间切割部分相交替。和常规的双层板一样,这种结构包括一块具有搭接和突出部分的长方形板。当这些现有技术和本发明的层状盖板以连续偏移层方式分别排列安装在屋顶上时,它们的突出部分都暴露给观察者。由于本发明的三层状盖板的突出边缘部分有三层厚,且带有三层厚的接片和切割部分,通过所述突出部分的这种不一般的放大,该盖板呈现出厚大的外观,非常接近由木头和瓦盖板呈现的外观。
现结合下列附图说明本发明:

现参照附图,更具体地说,其中的图1和图3,图解示意了根据本发明的构成多层化屋顶盖板的整个工艺过程。从滚筒上(未视出)展开一卷不定长度的长方形板或腹板10并沿生产线进料。板10最好是一种玻璃纤维板,但也可以由有机毛毡或其它基底材料构成。尽管可以选择其它宽度的玻璃纤维板而不会脱离本发明的范围,但该玻璃板的宽度一般大约为38-48英寸。板的重量一般为大约1.35-3.00lbs/100ft2。
板10进料给一系列防折器(looper)11-14并通过一对均匀施压的张紧辊15和16后,经过一装有的沥青涂料的工作台。在板10刚要进入旋转辊19和20被压轧前,排放管17给板10的上表面铺上一层沥青涂料18。储存器21置于涂覆区的下方以便用浸入沥青储存器21中的背涂覆辊收集给板涂覆沥青的操作中的过量沥青。压轧辊19和20共同作用施加适当重量的沥青涂层给该板,压轧辊的压紧提供压力以确保沥青已适当地浸入板中。加热装置22使涂料沥青保持适当的使用温度。
辊20的下流是另一个背涂覆辊23,该背涂覆辊23也被浸入储存器21中,吸取液体沥青并将其沉积到板10的背表面。如图1所示,板10可以通过两个辊涂覆,或者也可以由一个或其它的辊进行单一处理。用安装在背涂覆辊的任何一侧或两侧的刮刀(一个或多个)24及其类似设备很容易地将多余的沥青从背涂覆辊的表面去掉,以确保沥青涂覆均匀,并避免过量。在背涂覆操作的下流有一个刮浆刀或刮刀25或其类似设备,去除板10的背表面或下表面多余涂料。板10进一步由平整辊26和托梁辊27作用,该两个辊一般是加热的。
用ASTM D36标准测得的稳定化的沥青涂料18具有适合的软化点,大约为195-260°F,优选大约为215-235°F,且常常给板10施以每100平方英寸板约50-70磅的沥青涂料,优选每100平方英寸约55-65磅的沥青涂料。涂料在使用前保持在约380-450°F比较有利。
在涂覆步骤后而涂料材料仍是热的、软的且未干时,经涂覆的板10经过铺面装置28的下面,在此非装饰性粒料沉积到板的上表面。装置28包括一系列装有矿物粒料的料斗并被固定在纵向移动的板的上方。安装这种已知类型的铺面机器,是为了选择性地将装在料斗中的矿物粒料沉积在板10的粘性上表面上。装置28装配有足够的料斗,装有各种将要铺于板上的粒料,在板上形成需要的颜色模式。
图2表示矿物粒料处理示意图,板10在装置28的纵下方沿箭头方向纵向移动。可以参照板部分29表面的沿纵向和横向扩展的线条来理解粒料沉积,如图2所示。在板的两条边线之间的沿纵向延伸的3条实线表示切割线,如下所述,该切割线是在其后的盖板的组元层的形成过程中形成的。可以看到有两条直切割线和一条锯齿形的切割线。图2的切割模式只是可以用于生产组元层的许多种模式中的一种。锯齿线两边沿长度方向伸展的两条虚线不表示最终切割线,但与其它四条沿长度方向伸展的直平行线(包括两条边线)一起划分成五个区,指定为A-E区。如图2所示,横跨板10的五个区的宽度如下:A和E区7英寸,B和D区5英寸,C区14英寸。这五个区延伸到板10的整个长度范围。板10的整体宽度以及区的数量和宽度可依据一些因素的不同而不同,例如装置的容量和每单位长度板所要生产的盖板的数量和尺寸。
将粒料施加到部分29的五个区上的粒料排出管由上述的装置28的料斗构成。两个敷料器室内,即所谓混合箱30和卸料箱31都装有料斗。沿生产线进料,板10首先在敷料器箱30的下方经过,该敷料器箱30将粒沉积在C区,然后板10经过敷料器31的下方,该敷料器31将粒料沉积在所有的区域上。正如图2所示,板10上部分29的远右边,已经通过了两个敷料器箱30和31的下方,因而粒料已经覆盖了所有区域,而在左手边,板10只通过了敷料器箱30的下方,粒料只有覆盖了C区。当然,当板10进一步沿生产线前进行时,部分29的未覆盖区将由从敷料器箱31中排出的粒料覆盖。
在本发的优选实施例中,C区的屋顶显露层呈现出不同颜色部分的有效随机系列形式。为了在C区形成这种随机模式,敷料器(混合)箱30装有一组料斗,每个料斗装有施加给C区的不同颜色的粒料。每个料斗的装料由彩色粒料的混合物组成较为有利。业已发现,用混合粒料的沉积防止了使用单一颜色粒料遇到的无数表面裂纹。一定要有足够数量的这些料斗才能在覆盖的屋顶表面产生随机的感觉。适合的是至少要有4个这种料斗,每个装有不同颜色矿物粒料的混合料。图1的敷料器箱30有4个这种料斗,当板10在这些料斗的下方经过时,这些含矿物粒料的混合料选择性地落到板10的上表面上。将这4个料斗的彩色粒料的平均水平装到敷料器箱31的一个料斗中,以便继续进行下述的C区处理。这种所有彩色粒料的平均或混合不仅增加了吸引人的漂亮颜色的变化,而能够利用其它料斗溢出粒料造成的不可避免的积累。
从敷料器箱30的料斗中选择性洒落的矿物粒料导致了在C区沉积矿物粒料带(所谓“色滴”区)。图2中指定为C1至C4的前4条这种带,由虚线L画界,延伸到整个C区。从敷料器箱30的沉积沿C区在不同的随机位置被中段,产生标明为S的区间,该区间S上没有被粒料覆盖。
板10在敷料器箱30下方经过后,再经过敷料器(卸料)箱31,敷料器箱31被分成几个提供粒料材料的料斗并装有横跨板10同步铺洒粒料的设备,用来完成A区至E区的涂覆。其中一个料斗持续将彩色粒料混合料传送给C区,这些彩色粒料混合料是从敷料器箱30的4个料斗沉积的平均粒料。C区上标明为S的区间覆盖有这些均匀混合料。此外,通过敷料器箱30表面处理后,这些混合料的颗粒填满了C1至C4区的任何剩下的未被覆盖的部位。
因此,敷料器箱30和31共同供给C区一系列色滴区或色带:C1至C4和S带。每个带有变化的长度和颜色。在完全覆盖粒料的板上,与其临近带的矿物粒料的颜色形成对比。在图2表明的实施例中,C1,C2,C3和C4区(由两条虚成画出边线)的各个区上的每个色带沿板10的长度方向大约为11英寸。操作敷料器箱30和31从五个矿物粒料料斗中以有效随机的方式交替色带。因为机器被构造成设定交替色滴区的模式,所以使用了术语“有效随机的方式”,图2实施例中的色滴区只在36种这种色滴区后重复。这36种色滴区循环导致这样一种颜色滴区的模式,即为了本发明的最终屋顶覆盖物的实用,这些色滴区整体上是随机的,视觉上是不可分辩的不重复的模式。
如图2所示,从敷料器箱30和31的五个装粒料的料斗中排放到板10上的最初6种指定的颜色的混合或带是从右到左顺序为C1,S,C2,S和C4。构成平均颜色混合的色滴区S在这组的6个滴区内,从其料斗涂覆了2次,均匀颜色的混合是由C1,C2,C3和C4滴区的彩色粒料的组合造成的。随着板10前进,敷料器箱30和31在C区涂覆同一组的6种颜色混合料,即C1至C4和S(沉积两次),反复不断地一组接一组,但6个滴区的顺序每组都有变化。在涂覆6组不同的颜色顺序组或总共36种色区后,在板10的整个长度上不断地重复这组循环。这种颜色处理的结果是在盖板的由C区划分的上表层产生有效随机的,非重复性颜色模式。
敷料器箱31还装有一个或多个用于涂覆的料斗,在把连续粒料层涂覆给C区的同时把连续粒料层涂覆给A,B,D和E区。正如下文要提到的,后四个区的材料在铺设和安装完毕本发明盖板后是看不见的。因此,沉积在这四个区的粒料可用低成本材料。
如图1所示,敷料器箱31将粒料流排放到板10上后,板10绕石片转简32运行,该转筒32的作用是把粒料材料埋入上面的沥青涂层中。经表面处理的板10继续前进,多余的粒料从板上掉下落入敷料器箱31中,再重复涂覆到板上。然后板的背表面进入漏斗33的下方,漏斗33中装有细的背表面铺面材料,如滑石,云母粉,细磨料,砂子或其它能够粉刷在板面而没有粘性的组合物。从漏斗33中洒落的材料通过一个分配辊34均匀地分布在板的背面。此时涂层盖板的重量一般大约为80-100lbs/100ft2。
接下来,板10经过冷却段35,该冷却段35只装有水喷雾或一系列冷却辊36,板10围绕其作环形运动。在最后的打环装置站37,板经过一系列辊38,当板进入到切割站时(见图3),辊38控制板的速度。在板10上的粒料由石片转筒32埋入后,而在切割板之前,希望在板的前表面或后表面贴上粘性带(未示出)。在最终的屋顶铺盖中,这种粘性材料作为自密封装置将在一个水平层的盖板与其上层或下层的盖板连接在一起。在盖板生产过程中的这段时间,松脱带(也为示出)应被粘到板上的粘性带部分,成品和包装的盖板的这一部分与相邻盖板的粘性带接触。因此防止了包装中的粘性。
如图3的右手边所示,冷却板由辊40和41牵引并在切割台39用两把切刀沿长度方向切割成三部分,即宽板10a和两块窄板10b和10d。切割可以通过任何合适的装置进行,例如切割轮。切割可以使用两个以上的切割轮,以生产具有4层或更多层接片的盖板。方便的是,图2中优选实施例的原38英寸宽的板,将其沿直线切割,使得A区和E区与板10的剩余部分分开,或更具体地说,使A区和E区与B至D区分开。因此,在这个实施例中,切割台39将板10切割成24英寸宽的板10a(B区至D区)和分别为7英寸宽的板10b(A区)和10d(E区)。此时,主板10a和窄板条10b和10d都已有粒料埋入其上表面。
用常规辊42-44牵引并引导板10a和10b。宽板10a进入到背涂层器45的上方。背涂层器45包括一个装有如沥青之类粘结剂的盘46和一个转筒47,该转筒47的较下的表面在装有粘结剂的盘46中旋转。转筒47将粘结剂从盘中涂到宽板10a的C区的背面,形成粘结剂涂层区,其宽度大约为窄板条10b(A区)或10d(E区)的宽度,例如大约7英寸宽,以安放板条10b。粘结剂可以以连续层或带的形式涂覆。
板条10b向上移动经过一个导向杆49,然后通过另一个导向杆49。在板条10b从导向杆48至导向杆49的通行中,板条10b被移至板条10a的下方,因此窄板条的中心线在宽板条C区的中心线的下方并与之重合。由于板条10a与板条10b的中心线对准且粒料覆盖面都朝上,使两条板条接触并由层压辊50把板条10b压到主板条10a的涂有粘合剂的下表面,形成两条板条的复合板条10c。在本发明的另一个实施立例中,板条10b在从导向杆48到导向杆49的通行中被翻转,因此其无粒料底面朝上粘合到板条10a的背面。这导致了形成的两条板条的复合板,它有一层粒料铺面的复合板上表面和另一层板条10b的粒料铺面的下表面。
本发明的三层板10e基本上是通过重复构成双层板10C的过程中进行的工艺方法而形成的,如图3所示。宽板复合板10c进入到背涂层器45′的上方,背涂层器45′包括一个装有粘合剂的盘46′和一个转筒47′。转筒47′把如沥青之类的粘合剂涂覆到面朝下的板条10b的背表面(原A区),该表面构成板10c的叠层部分的下表面。
板条10d向上移动经过导向杆48′的上方,然后再经过另一导向杆49′。在板条10d从导向杆48′至导向杆49′的通行中,将其翻转,因此板条10d被翻转成上表面朝下(180°),其无粒料背面朝上,以便被粘合到板条10c的层压部分的背面。然后将板条10d移至板条10c的下方,以使窄板条的中心线在宽板条10c中心线的下方并重合。随着它们中心线的对准,使两条板条接触并由层压辊50′将板条10c的沥青涂覆的下表面压到窄板条10d的上面(原下面),形成两条板的复合板10e,该两条板条的复合板10e具有一层经过粒料表面处理的复合板的上表面和另一层经粒料表面处理的板条10d的下表面。通过再次实施不翻转下层的实施方案,则得到的三层板是粒料在复合板的上表面,以及下面各层的上表面上。
如图3所示,层压组合板10e进入到切割台51,该切割台51被安装在沿层压板的长度方向进行切割。合适的切割器包括一个下切割轮和一个上测量辊。图4表示了沿长度方向的切割路径。虽然图4中没有表示,但切割台51也适合横向切割层状板10e,形成单块的本发明盖板,图5表示了其中一块盖板。在图4中,板条10b和10d的中心线与主板10a的中心线对准,并在切割台51沿长度方向切割成呈角度偏移线(angularly offset line),形成接片52和52′。切割把层状板10e切割成沿长度方向分开的两部分10f和10g,该两部分包括两块互补的,相互锁定的接片带。由横向切割器或其它合适的切割机器将每块板横向切割成希望长度的盖板。每块盖板的合适长度F是40英寸,如图2所示的部分29的两部分。在优选实施例中,所有从板条10f上切割的盖板有相同的形状,而所有那些从板条10g上切割的盖板有相同的形状,从板条10f上切割的所有盖板的平均表面积与那些从板条10g上切割的所有盖板的表面积相同或大约相同。
参照图2中板10的A区至E区,可以看出板条10f和10g的最上层来源于B,C和D区,下层来源于A和E区。板条10f和10g的每块板条都有三层厚的接片,因为在先的A区和E区的层压板在B,C和D区中心部分下。有利的是,板条10f和10g分别为12英寸或更宽。最终的盖板被传送到包装台53和53′包装。
图5表示带有上层主板55的成品盖板54的透视图,该主板55在其上表面和沿其角形边粘附于主板上的两条板条57,57′上都有粒料56。板条57′的下面有显露的粒料。如图5所示,盖板54包括一个大致为长方形形状的搭接部分58和一个突出部分59,该突出部分被分成一系列间隔开的接片52,该接片52与搭接部分58连为整体并从其上伸出。可以看到,搭接部分58的纵下方部分构成盖板54的三层部分的顶层部分。接片52彼此之间间隔一定的距离,当盖板排列安装在屋顶上时,保证了可以看到下面接片的大部分。接片之间的距离可以变化,且最好大于2英寸,大于2.5英寸更好,例如3-7英寸。接片52可以是等宽和/或不等宽的,一般来说,其宽度与接片之间的距离相同。接片可以有不同的形状。
图6表示用多块层压盖板54连续偏置层(successive offset course)铺盖的屋顶。一给定层的每块盖板的突出部分的三层厚的边缘与和其同层邻接的盖板的同样是三层厚的边缘相毗连。此外,如图6所示,盖板层60与直接在其下面的另一盖板层61偏离第一纵向距离,顺序地,盖板61与直接在其下面紧邻的另一块盖板层62偏差第二纵向距离,要求第一和第二纵向距离彼此不相等。全部纵向距离可以等于和/或不等于屋顶的总的表面距离。
图5实施例的各层盖板可以彼此偏离任一小于盖板长度的距离,且这个距离可以随机地变化,对最终层顶覆盖物的外观没有不利影响。相反,本发明盖板在屋顶上的排列,以其贯穿整个屋顶的明显深槽产生了吸引人的多样化外观。正如图6明显所示,一层盖板的突出部分的显露的下边缘与其紧邻接层盖板的显露的下突出边缘一起展现出的厚度是用来制成盖板的粒料覆盖板材厚度的3倍(见63)和6倍(见64)。
Claims (21)
1.一种连续生产多块层压盖板的方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
a.连续推进一块不定长度的纤维板,
b.给所述板涂防水涂料,
c.将粒料粘附到所述板的上表面,
d.将所述板切割并分离成至少三块不定长度的板条,形成了一块宽长板条和至少两块窄长板条,
e.将窄板条中的第一窄板条在下,宽板在上定位并粘合,以使第一窄板条的纵向中心线在宽板条的中心线之下并且两中心线在同一垂直平面上,
f.将至少两块窄板条中的第二窄板条在下,第一窄板条在上固定并粘合,以使第二窄板条的纵向中心线在第一窄板条的中心线之下,并且两中心线在同一垂直平面上,
g.在步骤(d)的切割期间,从该板上选择性地切割另一块或其他多块窄板条并且然后选择性地定位该另一块或其他多块窄板条在下面,而上一次已经先粘合的一块窄板条在上面,使得该另一块或其他多块窄板条的纵向中心线在下面并与上一次先粘合的窄板条在同一垂直平面内,将步骤(d)中形成的任一其它窄板条或多块窄板条在下,已经先粘合的窄板条在上选择性地定位并粘合,以使任何其它窄板条的纵向中心线在已经先粘合的窄板条的中心线之下,并且两中心线在同一垂直平面上,粘合的多块窄板条和它们上面的宽板部分构成一块多层复合部分,
h.进行长形切割(i)交替地横过中心线且大体上沿中心线,和(ii)在复合板部分的纵向侧边界内,在复合板部分形成叉指式多层状接片的重复模式,和
i.将在步骤(h)中形成的两块长复合体横向切割成预定长度,形成多块盖板。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于步骤(a)的纤维板包括用沥青浸渍的,用粒料表面铺面的玻璃纤维板,并且将沥青在步骤(e),(f)和可选择的(g)中粘附到窄板条上。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于在步骤(i)中切割两块长复合板,以使每块盖板有四片多层接片。

15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于在步骤(e)定位窄板条中的第一窄板条,使其有粒料的上表面粘附于宽板条的下表面上。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于翻转窄板条中第二窄板条,使其上表面朝下,并在步骤(f)中定位,以使其无粒料的下表面粘附于第一窄板条的下表面。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于在步骤(i)中切割两块长复合板,以使多块盖板中的每块盖板有四片多层接片。
18.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于还包括如下步骤:
j.将该粒料嵌入该板的上表面,
k.将非粘接层施加在该板的下表面;
I.冷却该板。
19.一种层压屋顶盖板,其特征在于包括一个搭接部分和一个突出部分,该突出部分包括一系列多层状接片,所有的所述的多层状接片的层数相同,且每片多层接片与邻近的下一个多层状的接片或多个多层状的接片分别被多个间隔中的一个间隔分开,且包括一层最上层和在最上层下面的至少两层,每一下层与其上层叠合,形成有多层的层压复合板,该层压复合板与其搭接部分及每片接片的最上层的上表面构成整体,且每片接片的最上层的上表面与搭接部分的上表面在同一平面上。
20.一种屋顶覆盖板,其特征在于包括多块层压盖板连续层,每层盖板并列铺着,每层与相邻层偏置,或者各相邻层之间偏移一小于任一块盖板长度的距离,每块盖板包括一个搭接部分和一个突出部分,该突出部分包括一系列多层状的接片,所有的多层接片具有相同层数,且每片多层状接片与相邻的下一个多层接片或多个接片分别被一个间隔或多个间隔分开,且包括一层最上层和在最上层下面的至少两层,每一下层与其上层叠合,形成多层的层压复合板,该层压复合板与其搭接部分及每片接片最上层的上表面构成整体,且每片接片的最上层的上表面与搭接部分的上表面在同一平面上。
21.一种生产多块层压盖板的设备,其特征在于包括:
a.连续推进不定长度纤维板的生产线,
b.给所述板涂防水涂料的排放管、压轧辊、背涂覆辊、刮刀,
c.将粒料粘附到所述板上表面的铺面装置和转筒,
d.将所述板切割并分成至少三块不定长度的板条的切割台,以形成一块长宽板条和至少两块窄长板条,
e.将窄板条中的第一窄板条在下,宽板在上定位并粘合的装置,以使第一窄板条的纵向中心线在宽板条的中心线之下,并且两中心线在同一垂直平面上,
f.将至少两条窄板条中的第二窄板条在下,第一窄板条在上定位并粘合的装置,以使第二窄板条的纵向中心线在第一窄板条的中心线之下,并且两中心线在同一垂直平面上,
