Abstract

本发明涉入一种高强耐水石膏空心条板。它由排烟脱硫石膏55—72%,水淬矿渣粉10—20%,硅酸盐水泥5—10%,膨胀珍珠岩5.5—7.5%,半水石膏5—10%组成。这种高强耐水石膏空心条板强度可提高20%以上,耐水性可提高60%以上,使其更能满足建筑工程各种环境的使用要求;而且充分利用了排烟脱硫石膏,可将其变废为宝,同时对环境也有一定的保护作用。

Description

一种高强耐水石膏空心条板
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别是一种用于建筑工程及房屋建筑作非承重轻质内隔墙材料的高强耐水石膏空心条板。
目前使用效果较好的、大量用于建筑工程的轻质内隔墙板材是以天然石膏加工的熟石膏粉为主要原料,以膨胀珍珠岩为轻质填料,以涂塑玻纤网格布作增强材料,采用转轴成型机生产石膏空心条板。这种石膏空心条板强度偏低,耐水性差,使用范围因此受到限制,不能用于厕所,卫生间等潮湿环境。
本发明的目的在于提供一种强度高、耐水性好的石膏空心条板。
本发明是这样实现的:一种高强耐水石膏空心条板,其特征在于:它由排烟脱硫石膏55-72%,水淬矿渣粉10-20%,硅酸盐水泥5-10%,膨胀珍珠岩5.5-7.5%,半水石膏5-10%组成。它是将前述原材料计量配料→加水搅拌→浇注入模→抽芯→脱模→保温养护→烘干制成的。
由于采用的脱硫石膏的基准强度略高于天然石膏,而且在此基础上又加入一定数量的水淬矿渣粉使其与石膏生成水硬性的物质,然后进行保湿养护以满足水化产物的生成,最后将制品烘干使半水石膏水合反应后剩余的游离水蒸发,所以这样制成的空心条板强度提高20%以上,耐水性(软化系数)提高60%以上,使这种轻质隔墙板更能满足建筑工程各种环境的使用要求;而且值得一提的是它以排烟脱硫石膏为主要原料,可变废为宝,保护环境,能产生极好的社会效益和经济效益。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1.一种高强耐水石膏空心条板:
1.计量配料
首先称取半水石膏6.3份、排烟脱硫石膏57.2份、水淬矿渣粉20份、硅酸盐水泥10份、膨胀珍珠岩6.5份、水70-85份;
2.搅拌、浇注入模
将水加入搅拌机,再依次加入膨胀珍珠岩、半水石膏、排烟脱硫石膏、硅酸盐水泥、水淬矿渣粉,搅拌2分钟后,迅速均匀将浆料浇注入模;
3.抽芯、脱模
根据料浆的初、终凝时间决定抽芯脱横时间,通常以料浆初凝2分钟后抽芯,终凝5分钟后脱模;
4.保湿养护、烘干
将脱模后的条板用吊夹吊起放在支架上检验板面的棱角、气孔等,发现缺陷及时修补,最后进行保湿养护和烘干得到高强耐水石膏空心条板。
实施例2.一种高强耐水石膏空心条板,它由排烟脱硫石膏61%、水淬矿渣粉15%、硅酸盐水泥8%、膨胀珍珠岩7%、半水石膏9%组成。
实施例3.一种高强耐水石膏空心条板,它由排烟脱硫石膏70%、水淬矿渣粉12%、硅酸盐水泥6%、膨胀珍珠岩6%、半水石膏6%组成。

1.一种高强耐水石膏空心条板,其特征在于:它由排烟脱硫石膏55-72%,水淬矿渣粉10-20%,硅酸盐水泥5-10%,膨胀珍珠岩5.5-7.5%,半水石膏5-10%组成。
