Abstract

一种人工初乳它包括:牛乳、辅料、IgG、维生素、矿物质。所述的辅料可为鸡蛋、葡萄糖、甘露寡糖、叶酸、肌醇、琼脂、食盐。所述的维生素为VA、VD、VK、VE、VB1、VB2、VB3、VB5、VB6、VB12;所述的矿物质可为磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硫酸锰、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、硫酸钴。该人工初乳能够提高仔猪、羔羊体内IgG,含量6-8mg/ml血清,还可以提高仔猪的增重约20-30%,提高饲料报酬15%以上,完全控制仔猪腹泻,以及多种传染性疾病。

Description

一种喂养猪仔、羔羊的人工初乳
本发明涉及一种人工初乳。特别是一种喂养新生幼畜的人工初乳。
猪、羊业在我国畜牧业生产中占有重要的地位,猪肉是我国人民膳食结构中动物性蛋白的主要来源,改革开放后,我国养猪业得到迅速发展,但因集约化封闭式饲养使母猪与外界病接触减少,而使体内抗体的广谱性变窄,另外通过母乳传递给仔猪的乳量也在逐渐减少(由于产仔数的增多),从而导致仔猪免疫力下降(仔猪到自身产生主动免疫大约需要四周的时间)生长受阻,仔猪死亡率较高。同样原因羔羊也存在上述情况,因此,提高仔猪、羔羊的免疫力显得十分重要。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有增强幼畜免疫力的人工初乳,该人工初乳容易配制,且新生幼畜肠道内吸收率>90%。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:这种人工初乳为:牛乳、辅料、IgG(免疫球蛋白)、维生素、矿物质。
在本发明中,所述的辅料可为鸡蛋、葡萄糖、甘露寡糖、叶酸、肌醇、琼脂、食盐。
在本发明中,所述的维生素为VA、VD、VK、VE、VB1、VB2、VB3、VB5、VB6、VB12;所述的矿物质为磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硫酸锰、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、硫酸钴。
在本发明中,所述各组份的用量为:
牛奶      1000ml       VA     140-160IU        磷酸氢钙    3.0-3.2g
IgG       45-50mg      VD     3-4IU            硫酸亚铁    95-105mg
鸡蛋      2个          VK     2.2-2.4mg        硫酸铜      8.0-9.0mg
葡萄糖    9-11g        VE     0.20-0.24mg      硫酸锌      40-50mg
甘露寡糖  5.5-6.5g     VB1    0.26-0.30mg      硫酸镁      250-265mg
叶酸      4-6mg        VB2    0.38-0.42mg      硫酸锰      5-7mg
肌醇      28-32mg      VB3    2.5-3.5mg        碘化钾      0.10-0.12mg
琼脂      2.8-3.2g     VB5    5.5-6.5mg        亚硒酸钠    0.12-0.16mg
食盐      1.6-1.7g     VB6    0.18-0.22mg      硫酸钴      0.9-1.1mg
                       VB12   3.5-3.7mg
配方中,除牛奶外,还添加胎盘球蛋白,主要用于提高免疫力,其余添加物为矿物质,多种维生素,葡萄糖,甘露寡糖,琼脂,食盐,还有叶酸,肌醇,其中,琼酯用于增加粘稠度,甘露寡糖可吸附有害菌,硫酸镁可排胎粪。
上述的胎盘球蛋白可用多种方法获得,例如:常规盐析法。
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明
实施例1
先将鸡蛋2个加入到100ml牛奶中,充分搅拌,随搅拌加入其他成分,所加成份有:
牛奶       900ml     VA       140IU      磷酸氢钙      3.1g
IgG        48mg      VD       3.16IU     硫酸亚铁      100mg
甘露寡糖   6g        VK       2.3mg      硫酸铜        8.5mg
葡萄糖     10g       VE       0.22mg     硫酸锌        46mg
                     VB1      0.28mg     硫酸镁        260mg
叶酸       5mg       VB2      0.40mg     硫酸锰        6mg
肌醇       30mg      VB3      3mg        碘化钾        0.11mg
琼脂       3g        VB5      6mg        亚硒酸钠      0.15mg
食盐       1.68g     VB6      0.2mg      硫酸钴        1mg
                     VB12     3.6mg
顺序是先加矿物质后加维生素及其他,搅匀后分装在瓶中加塞,在66℃水浴中置放1小时,连续3日,冷藏保存,临用时加入IgG,在66℃水浴预热30分,待冷至40℃左右时饲喂。所加矿物质为饲料级。
本发明优点:该人工初乳能够提高仔猪、羔羊体内IgG,含量6-8mg/ml血清,还可以提高仔猪的增重约20-30%,提高饲料报酬15%以上,完全控制仔猪腹泻,以及多种传染性疾病。

1、一种喂养猪仔、羔羊的人工初乳,其特征在于:它为牛奶、免疫球蛋白、辅料、维生素和矿物质,所述的辅料为鸡蛋、葡萄糖、甘露寡糖、叶酸、肌醇、琼脂和食盐,所述的维生素为VA、VD、VK、VE、VB1、VB2、VB3、VB5、VB6和VB12,所述的矿物质为磷酸氢钙、硫酸亚铁、碘化钾、亚硒酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硫酸锰和硫酸钴。
2、根据权利要求1所述的喂养猪仔、羔羊的人工初乳,其特征在于:所述的各组分的用量为:
