Abstract

一种水动力网箱清洗装置，有刷子，其特征是该刷子的刷架呈圆环形，环内装有转动器，该转动器有轴和手柄，轴的前端装有导流帽，轴上套装轴套，轴套外装有轴承，后者与多个叶轮连接，各叶轮的边缘接在环的内壁上，有一水管固定在手柄上，它的喷嘴对准叶轮。本装置采用高压水与清洗刷同时清洗网衣，既解决了没有岸电的问题，同时又提高了清洗效率；省去了水下笨重的电机，减轻了水下工人的劳动强度；轴与叶轮之间采用滑动轴承，水润滑避免了水下采用油润滑带来的污染和不便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水动力网箱清洗装置。
背景技术
深海抗风浪养殖网箱长年投放在海中，网衣受到海中澡类等各种海洋动植物的附着，使网箱重量增加，从而加重网衣的受力，减少网衣的使用寿命。另一方面，网衣上附着量增加，使网箱内外的水流交换变差，影响网箱内的水质，不利于鱼类的健康生长。保持网衣清洁的方法有两种，一种是定期更换网衣，另一种是采用清洗的方法。目前清洗网箱一般用刷子，并采用电力驱动或单纯的水利驱动。电力驱动一方面需要解决岸电的问题，另一方面由于水下电机笨重，操作不方便，同时还要解决水下防漏电等问题，清洗效率也不高。单纯水动力清洗，其效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水动力网箱清洗装置，它能克服现有技术的上述缺点。
一种水动力网箱清洗装置，有刷子，其特征是该刷子的刷架呈圆环形，环内装有转动器，该转动器有轴和手柄，轴的前端装有导流帽，轴上套装轴套，轴套外装有轴承，后者与多个叶轮连接，各叶轮的边缘接在环的内壁上，有一水管固定在手柄上，它的喷嘴对准叶轮。
本装置采用高压水与清洗刷同时清洗网衣，既解决了没有岸电的问题，同时又提高了清洗效率；省去了水下笨重的电机，减轻了水下工人的劳动强度；轴与叶轮之间采用滑动轴承，水润滑避免了水下采用油润滑带来的污染和不便。

具体实施方式
本水动力网箱清洗装置有刷子1，其特征是该刷子1的刷架呈圆环形，环内装有转动器，该转动器有轴2和手柄3，轴2的前端装有导流帽12，轴2上套装轴套4，轴套4外装有轴承5，轴承5与转动器轮毂紧密配合，各叶轮6的边缘接在环的内壁上，有一水管固定在手柄3上，它的喷嘴11对准叶轮6。
使用本发明时，将水管绕在水管架盘7上，水管的一端接在高压水泵8的出水管上，高压水泵8由发动机9带动。先开动发动机9(汽油机或柴油机)，潜水员备好潜水装置，手握手柄3，携带清洗装置沿网箱框架下潜，打开水管上的控制开关10，从上向下逐步对网衣进行清洗。水上人员逐步将水管从水管盘架7盘下，配合水下作业。清洗完毕后，关闭控制开关10。水上人员关闭发动机9，潜水员携带清洗装置沿网箱框架向上浮出水面。将水管盘到水管盘架7上，整理好装置，作业完毕。
本发明采用小型汽油机(或柴油机)作为原动力，驱动高压水泵产生高压水，然后通过喷嘴11直接作用于叶轮6，叶轮6转动带动刷架转动对网衣进行清洗。同时由喷嘴11喷出的高压水冲击叶轮6后直接作用于网衣，又对网衣进行了高压水清洗。刷子1与高压水同时对网衣进行清洗，提高了清洗效率。由于清洗刷架要由水下工人携带进行清洗，所以如果采用水下电机驱动，增加了水下设备的重量，给水下工人的操作带来很大的不便。而采用本发明就可以省去笨重的电机，减轻了水下工人的劳动强度，同时也提高了水下作业的安全性。
