本发明公开了一种变压式排气道,用于各类住宅中的有效防止排气道之间互相串烟气的变压式排气道。它主要包括:主管道、变压板、导向管和导流式止回排气阀,所述的导向管呈簸箕状,且开口向上地设在主管道内;所述的导流式止回排气阀设在主管道的进气口处,该导流式止回排气阀包括壳体和阀片,所述的壳体呈管状,固定于主管道进气口处,该壳体的出口端面呈斜面状,所述的阀片下端可转动地设于壳体底部的顶端,且在阀片的外侧面、或在所述的导向管的内侧壁上设有使阀片最大开启角度(β)小于90度的限位装置。本发明解决了现有排烟道串气的问题,结构简单、密封更严、防串烟气效果更好,并可以调整进气口的安装高度。

Description

变压式排气道
技术领域
本发明涉及一种排气道,尤其涉及一种用于各类住宅中的有效防止排气道之间相互串气、烟的变压式排气道。
背景技术
现在的各类住宅都使用共同的排气道,而各住户均是通过主管道上的进气口将室内的烟气排入主管道、集中从屋顶的出口处排出,然而下层的烟气在上排过程中会从上层住户的进气口进入房间内,当风大时,也会出现上层住户排出的烟气返入下层住户的室内的现象。多年来,本领域的技术人员一直在寻找各种解决的办法,例如:本发明人在先的一个实用新型专利ZL94200748.4公开了一种高层楼房共用排气管道防串气装置,该装置由主管道壁射流管和重锤式单向逆止阀组成,射流管开口向上安装于主管道壁上,重锤式单向逆止阀位于射流管内,安装于主管道壁上的进气口中。这种装置,由于射流管能防止部分下层的烟气进入上层进气口中,但由于对重锤的位置设计计算复杂,且由于下层的烟气在向上排出到上一层的射流管上时,由于主管道的截面积增大,使得气体流速下降,因此还会发生烟气通过射流管开口反入室内的现象。
中国专利ZL99240504.1公开了一种变压防串烟排气道,它包括主排气道、风帽和排风弯管,排风弯管排风口朝上地由外向内插入排气道内固定,在排风管内设有单向排气阀;且排风弯管的截面由进风口至排风口从大到小逐渐递减,排风口的横截面积从下楼层至上楼层逐渐减小。由于排风弯管由外向内插入主排气道,且排风弯管的横截面积从进风口到排风口递减,在有排风弯管处,主排烟道的横截面积逐渐增加,当从排风弯管排出的烟气排出排风弯管时,由于管道的横截面积突然增大,致使烟气的速度迅速下降,不利于烟气的排出,而且主排气道上的烟气在经过上层的排风弯管时,由于主排气道的横截面积逐渐增大,同时也致使主排气道上的烟气的流速下降,不利于带走上层排风管刚刚排出的烟气。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术方案的不足,更好地解决排烟道串烟、气的问题,提供一种结构合理、简单的新型变压式排气道。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种变压式排气道,包括:主管道、变压板、导向管和导流式止回排气阀,所述的导向管呈簸箕状,且开口向上地设在主管道内并包围主管道的进气口;所述的导流式止回排气阀设在主管道的进气口处,该导流式止回排气阀包括导流阀壳体和阀片,所述的导流阀壳体呈管状,固定于主管道进气口处,该导流阀壳体的出口端面呈斜面状,所述的阀片的下端可转动地设于导流阀壳体底部的顶端,且在阀片的外侧面、或在所述的导向管的内侧壁上设有使阀片最大开启角度β小于90度的限位装置。阀片的最大开启角度β为阀片处于最大开启状态时,阀片与水平面的夹角。
优选地,所述的导流阀壳体的出口端面的顶点大致与主管道内壁平齐,导流阀壳体的出口端面的最低点位于主管道内、靠近导向管内壁的位置。
所述导流式止回排气阀的限位装置的位置使阀片最大开启角度β为小于90度并大于45度。
所述的限位装置可以采取下面结构中的一种:设在导向管内壁上的一限位突起;设在导向管内壁上的顶杆;设在阀片的外侧面底部的限位突起。
作为更好的技术方案:本发明还可以在所述的主管道的进气口的外侧设有单向排气阀,该单向排气阀包括一与主管道的进气口及导流阀壳体连接的单向阀壳体、在所述单向阀壳体内设有阀片框架和阀片,所述阀片的顶部的转轴可转动地设于阀片框架内侧的安装孔中;所述的单向阀壳体呈管状。所述的安装孔可采用扇形、或椭圆形、或圆形、或矩形、或多边形,且该安装孔与阀片转轴之间为间隙配合。
所述单向排气阀的阀片框架和阀片自上至下呈向出风口方向倾斜,倾斜角γ优选50度至80度。
所述的单向阀壳体和导流阀壳体可以为一体成型构成复合壳体,从而两个排气阀构成复合式单向排气阀。
所述的导流阀壳体和单向阀壳体的形状为截面呈正方形、长方形、多边形、圆形或椭圆形的空心管状。
本发明所述的导向管与主管道安装的法兰可以选择地采用向内翻折或向外翻折的形式,以适合主管道上的进气孔在高低不同的位置的安装。
所述的排气阀的进口端,即导流阀壳体或单向阀壳体或复合壳体的进口端进一步设有与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口。
由于采取上述结构,在主管道上设有变压板、导向管及导流式止回排气阀,且该阀片的转轴设在壳体的底部,使得阀片的开口向上,与主管道的排气方向一致,起到导流的作用,有利于烟气经导流管出口排出,同时在设在主管道上的变压板的作用下,经文丘里效应,使得导向管出口附近的主管道上气体的流速加大,从而带走导向管出口刚刚排出的烟气。而且该导流式止回排气阀的阀片具有限位装置,使阀片的最大开启角度小于90度,从而使阀片可以自动回位,而不需另设配重锤,也不需经复杂计算出重锤的位置和重量。而且在进气口外进一步设有另一个单向排气阀,导流式止回排气阀和单向排气阀构成了复合式单向排气阀,使得密封更严,防止烟气回串,且设在进气口外的排气阀,其阀片的转轴与安装孔为大间隙的配合,消除了由于加工和安装误差而导致的偏差,而致使阀片关闭不严的问题。由于导向管可以内翻式安装于主管道的内壁上,从而将安装高度自房间的棚顶向下从380mm降低至600-1500mm,从上述可以看出,本发明的结构更为合理,结构简单、密封更严、防串烟气效果更好,并可以调整进气口的安装高度,以适合不同用户对安装高度的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例详细描述本发明的变压式排气道的具体结构:
实施例一,参见图1,图中展示了一种变压式排气道,包括主管道1、变压板2、导向管3和导流式止回排气阀4;该导向管3呈簸箕状,且开口向上地通过向内翻的法兰31固定在主管道1内壁上、并包围主管道1的进气口11;变压板2大致位于与导向管3的出口相当高的主管道1的另外的侧壁上;所述的导流式止回排气阀4设在主管道1的进气口11处;该导流式止回排气阀4包括导流阀壳体41和阀片43,所述的导流阀壳体41呈管状,且穿过进气口11,导流阀壳体41通过法兰411固定于主管道1进气口11外的壁上,该导流阀壳体41的出口端面412呈斜面状,且出口端面412的顶点413大致与主管道1内壁平齐,其最低点414位于主管道1内、靠近导向管3内壁的位置;所述阀片43的下端可转动地设于导流阀壳体41底部的顶端,且在所述的导向管3的内侧壁上设有使阀片43最大开启角度β为89度的限位装置5,该限位装置5为设在导向管3内壁上的顶杆5”。当然限位装置5还可以是其他的结构,如图2所示:设在导向管3内壁上的限位突起5’;如图3所示,设在导流阀壳体41底部、阀片43的外侧面的限位突起5。在所述导流阀壳体41进口端进一步设有与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口7。
实施例二,参见图2,图中展示了一种变压式排气道,它是在实施例一的基础上,增加了一单向排气阀,即在所述的主管道1的进气口11的外侧进一步设有单向排气阀6,该单向排气阀6包括与主管道1的进气口11及导流阀壳体41连接的单向阀壳体61、固定于所述单向阀壳体61内的阀片框架62和阀片63,所述的阀片63的顶部的转轴631可转动地设于阀片框架62内侧的安装孔621中;所述的单向阀壳体61呈管状,该单向阀壳体61与主管道1通过法兰611固定于主管道1进气口外的壁上。而且实施例一中的限位装置5在本实施例中为图2中所示的设在导向管3内壁上的一限位突起5’。而且在所述的单向阀壳体61的进口端进一步设有与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口7。
其中,为了减小排风的阻力,所述的阀片框架62和阀片63自上至下呈向出风口方向倾斜,倾斜角γ为50-70度,所述的倾斜角γ为阀片63在关闭状态与水平面之间的夹角,或为阀片框架62与水平面之间的夹角。为了消除加工误差所造成的转轴631与安装孔621之间的安装位置误差从而造成阀片63密封不严的问题,所述的安装孔621为扇形,且该安装孔621与阀片的转轴631之间为间隙配合。当然也可以采用其他形状如:椭圆形、圆形、矩形、多边形等等。
在实施例一和实施例二中,所述的单向阀壳体61、导流阀壳体41的形状为截面呈正方形的空心管状,当然也可以为截面呈长方形、多边形、圆形或椭圆形的管状,且自入口到出口截面面积相等。
实施例三,本实施例是在实施例一的基础上,将导流式止回排气阀4换为复合式单向排气阀10,参见图3,图中展示了该复合式单向排气阀10的结构,即导流式止回排气阀4和单向排气阀6组合在一起的结构,所述的单向阀壳体61和导流阀壳体41为一体成型构成复合壳体101,且在腰部设有固定于主管道1进气口11外壁上的法兰102。与实施例一另一点不同之处是:所述的限位装置5为设在导流阀壳体41底部、阀片43的外侧面的限位突起5;而且在所述的复合壳体101的进口端进一步设有一与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口7。这种复合式单向排气阀会获得更好的密封效果。
如图4所示,图中显示了在实施例一、实施例二、实施例三中导向管3的结构,所述的导向管3呈簸箕状,在簸箕形状的上面的边缘为与主管道1安装的法兰31,该法兰31可以为实施例一、实施例二、实施例三中所述的、图4A中所示的向内翻折状态,采用这种结构可以使导向管3的安装高度降低为自房顶向下600-1500mm的高度,即为装修吊顶的用户提供了合适的安装高度。如果房屋不需要吊顶装修,其安装高度可以提高至380mm,此时可以采用图4B中所示的向外翻折状结构。
如图1、2所示,图中的变压板2的形状,可以参照本发明设计人在先申请ZL94221500.1的结构;变压板的作用在于:在导向管出口处,由于烟气从导向管排出时,其烟道的横截面积突然扩大,致使烟气的流速下降,因此,变压板的作用在于减小主管道的横截面积,使得主管道中的烟气在此处由于横截面积的较小而获得较大的流速,从而带走从上层导向管中排出的烟气。因此,变压板的外形只要可以减小此处横截面积,并且表面圆滑、面积也呈渐渐减小状态,符合流体力学的原理为好。

Claims (14)

1.一种变压式排气道,包括主管道(1)、变压板(2)、导流式止回排气阀(4)其特征在于:它还包括导向管(3),所述的导向管(3)呈簸箕状,且开口向上地设在主管道(1)内并包围主管道(1)的进气口(11)处;所述的导流式止回排气阀(4)设在主管道(1)的进气口(11)处,该导流式止回排气阀(4)包括导流阀壳体(41)和阀片(43),所述的导流阀壳体(41)呈管状,固定于主管道(1)进气口(11)处,该导流阀壳体(41)的出口端面(412)呈斜面状,所述的阀片(43)的下端可转动地设于导流阀壳体(41)底部的顶端,且在阀片(43)的外侧面、或在所述的导向管(3)的内侧壁上设有使阀片(43)最大开启角度(β)小于90度的限位装置(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的导流阀壳体(41)的出口端面(412)的顶点(413)大致与主管道(1)内壁平齐,所述的导流阀壳体(41)的出口端面(412)的最低点(414)位于主管道(1)内、靠近导向管(3)内壁的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述限位装置(5)的位置使阀片(43)最大开启角度(β)小于90度并大于45度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述限位装置(5)是下面结构中的一种:设在导向管(3)内壁上的一限位突起(5’);设在导向管(3)内壁上的顶杆(5”);设在阀片(43)的外侧面底部的限位突起(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:在所述的主管道(1)的进气口(11)的外侧设有单向排气阀(6),该单向排气阀(6)包括一与主管道(1)的进气口及导流阀壳体(41)连接的单向阀壳体(61)、在所述单向阀壳体(61)内设有阀片框架(62)和阀片(63),所述阀片(63)的顶部的转轴(631)可转动地设于阀片框架(62)内侧的安装孔(621)中;所述的单向阀壳体(61)呈管状。
6.根据权利要求5所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的安装孔(621)为扇形、或椭圆形、或圆形、或矩形,且该安装孔(621)与阀片转轴(631)之间为间隙配合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的阀片框架(62)和阀片(63)自上至下呈向出风口方向倾斜,倾斜角(γ)为50度至80度。
8.根据权利要求5所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的单向阀壳体(61)和导流阀壳体(41)可以为一体成型构成复合壳体(101),从而导流式止回排气阀(4)和单向排气阀(6)构成复合式单向排气阀(10)。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的导流阀壳体(41)的形状为截面呈正方形、长方形、圆形或椭圆形的空心管状。
10.根据权利要求5-8中任一项所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的单向阀壳体(61)形状为截面呈正方形、长方形、圆形或椭圆形的空心管状。
11.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的导向管(3)的法兰(31)为向内翻折或向外翻折的一种。
12.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的导流阀壳体(41)的进口端进一步设有与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口(7)。
13.根据权利要求5-7中任一项所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的单向阀壳体(61)的进口端进一步设有与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口(7)。
14.根据权利要求8所述的变压式排气道,其特征在于:所述的复合壳体(101)的进口端进一步设有与排风机的排风管相连接的圆形接口(7)。
