The shape of the mini-host housing 300 matches the shape of the industrial control expansion housing 310 such that the mini-host housing 300 and the industrial control expansion housing 310 can be mated together to form a closed container to house the mini-host assembly 100 and the industrial control expansion assembly 200.

Claims (10)
1. A mini computer expandable to industrial control use, comprising: a mini-host assembly (100) and an industrial control expansion assembly (200);
The mini-host assembly (100) comprises a first main board (110), a CPU and a host expansion connection module, wherein the first main board (110) is a PCB board, a preset circuit is printed on the first main board (110), the CPU is electrically connected with the first main board (110), the host expansion connection module comprises a host expansion data bus connector (130) and a host expansion power connector (140), and the host expansion data bus connector (130) and the host expansion power connector (140) are electrically connected with the first main board (110);
The industrial control expansion assembly (200) comprises a second main board (210), a mechanical hard disk module and an industrial control expansion connection module, the second main board (210) is a PCB board, a preset circuit is printed on the second main board (210), the mechanical hard disk module comprises a mechanical hard disk (240), a SATA data wire socket (241) and a hard disk SATA data wire plug (243), the SATA data wire socket (241) is electrically connected with the second main board (210), the hard disk SATA data wire plug (243) is electrically connected with the mechanical hard disk (240) and the SATA data wire socket (241) so as to write or read data into the mechanical hard disk (240), the industrial control expansion connection module comprises an industrial control expansion power connector (220) and an industrial control expansion data bus connector (230), the industrial control expansion power connector (220) is electrically connected with the host expansion power connector (140) so as to facilitate the expansion of the industrial control assembly (200), the industrial control data bus connector (230) is electrically connected with the host (130) so as to establish communication between the industrial control assembly and the industrial control assembly (100).
2. The mini-computer expandable for industrial control use according to claim 1, wherein the host expansion data bus connector (130) and the industrial control expansion data bus connector (230) are both FPC sockets, and the host expansion power connector (140) and the industrial control expansion power connector (220) are both pin-array sockets.
3. The mini-computer of claim 1, wherein the host assembly further comprises two sets of DDR memory modules, the DDR memory modules comprising a DDR socket (180) and a DDR memory stick (181), the DDR socket (180) being electrically connected to the first motherboard (110), the DDR memory stick (181) being mounted in the DDR socket (180).
4. The mini-computer capable of being expanded into industrial control applications according to claim 3, wherein the mini-host assembly (100) further comprises two groups of SSD solid state disk modules, the SSD solid state disk modules comprise an m.2 socket (160) and an SSD solid state disk (170), the m.2 socket (160) is electrically connected with the first motherboard (110), and the SSD solid state disk (170) is installed in the m.2 socket (160).

The mini-computer expandable for industrial control use according to claim 4, wherein the mini-host assembly (100) further comprises a heat dissipation module (120), the heat dissipation module (120) comprises a heat dissipation fan (125), and the heat dissipation fan (125) is fixedly assembled with the first main board (110) by screws so as to dissipate heat of the mini-host assembly (100).

The mini-computer capable of being expanded into industrial control applications according to claim 5, wherein the mini-host assembly (100) further comprises a communication module (190), the communication module (190) comprises an m.2 e-type socket (191), a hard board built-in antenna (192) and a wifi/bluetooth integrated chip (193), the m.2 e-type socket (191) is electrically connected with the first main board (110), the wifi/bluetooth integrated chip (193) is mounted on the m.2 e-type socket (191), the wifi/bluetooth integrated chip (193) is provided with an IPEX plug, and the hard board built-in antenna (192) is electrically connected with the wifi/bluetooth integrated chip (193) through the IPEX plug.
7. The mini-computer expandable for industrial control use according to claim 1, wherein the industrial control expansion assembly (200) further comprises a GPIO interface socket (214), and the GPIO interface socket (214) is electrically connected to the second motherboard (210).

The mini-computer expandable for industrial control use according to claim 7, wherein the industrial control expansion assembly (200) further comprises an auxiliary power input socket (215), the auxiliary power input socket (215) is electrically connected with the second main board (210), so as to assist in power supply when the GPIO function is performed for the mini-computer expandable for industrial control use.
9. The mini-computer capable of being expanded into industrial control applications according to claim 8, wherein the industrial control expansion assembly (200) further comprises a first network interface (212), and the first network interface (212) is provided with two interfaces for connecting an intranet and an extranet respectively, so as to facilitate isolation and security control of the network and protect the internal network from being attacked by the external network.
10. The mini-computer expandable for industrial control use according to claim 9, wherein the industrial control expansion component (200) further comprises a second USB interface (211) and a standard serial port (213), the second USB interface (211) is used for expanding equipment outside the industrial control expansion component (200), and the standard serial port (213) is used for establishing communication between the industrial control expansion component (200) and industrial equipment.
