Description

Watch with a watch body
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for measuring time, in particular to a watch, which has a mechanism placed in a movement (capsule) that can be removed from a decorative shell (decorative case) and can be used in the watch industry for manufacturing watches and their elements.
Background
As is known, for watches, the timepiece mechanism with dial and viewing window is part of a single movement, which can be manually removed from the ornamental case.
From document US 11449008B 2, a wristwatch is therefore known, consisting of a movement of the type described and a hollow case with fastening lugs for the wristband. The watch window with dial is arranged on the front of the movement, and the watch ring is arranged in the watch window and faces the wrist of the user. The movement has grooves on its side surfaces for fixing it in the housing. When the watch is assembled, the movement is mounted in the hollow casing and fixed by rotating the bezel, the surface of the bezel having indicia corresponding to the closed and open positions of the movement locking mechanism.
A disadvantage of the described embodiment is the position of the bezel on the inner surface of the housing. When wearing a wristwatch for a long period of time, prolonged contact of the wrist with the embossed surface of the element can cause inconvenience. Furthermore, friction of the user's wrist surface may cause the movement locking mechanism to open accidentally.
From document RU 2625307 C1, a watch is known, which consists of a removable movement with a timepiece mechanism, a hollow case and a removable foot for connecting the wristband. The housing is fixed inside the housing by combining protrusions on the inner surface of the housing with grooves on the side surface of the housing. The movement extracting mechanism is formed of a spring mounted on the inner surface of the cover. When the movement is pressed vertically, the cam (closing) opens: the compression spring pushes it out of the shaft hole (socket).
Drawbacks of said solutions include the ease of operation of the lock opening mechanism that holds the movement inside the ornamental shell. Accidental pressing may cause the movement to be removed, which in turn may result in loss of the clock mechanism.
The closest similar solution to the claimed technical solution is the wristwatch described in document RU 2298820 C2. The movement of a similar design is located in a decorative cover which is mounted by tension and secured by molded fasteners. The movement consists of a casing ring provided with glass and a movement cover which is also installed by tension. The sealing ring is placed between the matching surfaces of the shell ring and the machine core cover, so that the tightness of the machine core is ensured. In order to position the watch mechanism precisely inside the movement and inside the ornamental case, the design of the watch comprises deformable elements, one of which supports the watch mechanism on the cover of the movement and the second of which supports the movement on the profiled fastening element.
Disadvantages of similar solutions include the need to carry out a large number of forming surfaces, in particular the inner surface of the case ring and the outer surface of the movement cover, the inner surface of the ornamental case, the forming fastenings making the manufacturing process of the watch very complex. Furthermore, each procedure of disassembling and assembling the ornamental shell requires the replacement of one of the deformable elements, the pad, which provides support for the movement on the profiled fastener, which complicates the maintenance procedure and increases the costs, since it is necessary to purchase or manufacture said component each time.
The proposed technical solution does not have these drawbacks. The cover is not fixed in the cartridge by connecting the profiled surfaces, but by placing two rectangular protrusions on the outer surface of the cover in corresponding recesses on the inner surface of the cartridge. The mounting of the case cover is performed under tension using a plug whose shape is simpler than that of a similar solution, which simplifies the assembly process of the watch. The lack of a molding surface for a core component that is difficult to manufacture simplifies its (component) manufacturing process. The design of the invention also does not include components that need to be forcibly replaced each time the movement or decorative case is removed.
The watch as claimed also has the following advantages.
The positioning of the timepiece mechanism within the movement is also performed using a soft-mounted ring, however, the shape of the element is significantly different from the shape of the ring used in the analog configuration. The height of the mounting ring of the watch claimed corresponds to the height of the mechanism and the shape of the outer edge of the ring exactly reproduces the shape of the inner surface of the watch body, which makes it possible to damp the vibrations thus produced more effectively and to achieve a more precise positioning of the watch mechanism.
The positioning of the movement in the ornamental shell is performed using two symmetrical clamps with inclined stops, which allow to position the movement more accurately and to fix its position firmly.
The use of a threaded connection to fix the relative positions of the movement and the cover, and of the movement and the ornamental body element increases the reliability of the design.
The proposed watch is also characterized by the presence of elements not found in the analog design, namely by the presence of an additional window with a second dial, said window being located in the center of the decorative cover.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to make a watch with two viewing windows, the mechanism of which is located in a removable movement consisting of two elements, which do not have a shaped surface that is difficult to make. Meanwhile, in order to increase the reliability of the design, the movement body and the cover and the movement assembly and the decorative case are connected through threads. The positioning of the timepiece mechanism within the movement and within the ornamental housing is carried out with the aid of deformable nonmetallic elements resting on the side walls of the components with respect to which it is positioned, thus achieving a reliable fixing of the positioned assembled unit and an effective damping of the vibrations generated during operation.
The technical result of the claimed invention is an increase in the positioning accuracy and fixing reliability of the mechanism with respect to the movement and with respect to the ornamental body, while in parallel increasing the absorption efficiency of the vibrations transmitted to the movement and to the mechanism.

Detailed Description
Most of the watch mechanisms on the market are located directly inside the decorative case and are closed with a cover. This design does not allow for quick disassembly of the mechanism for repair or replacement/repair of the decorative shell.
The proposed mechanism of the watch is placed in a sealed movement mounted in a decorative case, which can be easily removed for further operations, together with the watch mechanism itself and the elements of the decorative case, which greatly simplifies the maintenance and service procedures of the watch.
The watch claimed is characterized by the presence of two dials, the first dial being positioned in a standard manner and the second dial being located inside the watch facing the wrist of the user. The dial is both decorative and functional. In the second case, the watch becomes double-sided, the user has the opportunity to find time, regardless of which side (front or bottom) the decorative case faces him. Both dials are also in the movement. The drawings provided only show a decorative dial. It will be obvious to the expert that a variant of the functional dial will not differ in structure from the main dial considered in detail, and that a complex timepiece mechanism with an additional arrow mechanism, which is kinematically connected to the first arrow timepiece mechanism for displaying the current time on the main dial 3, will be installed in the movement.
The canning movement consists of a hollow cylindrical metal body and a flat metal cover. The transparent observation window is fixed at the upper edge of the cylinder. The second transparent observation window is fixed in a hole in the center of the flat cover of the movement. In a preferred embodiment, the viewing window is made of sapphire glass.
The positioning of the timepiece mechanism in the movement is carried out using an elastic soft mounting ring, the height of which corresponds to the height of the mechanism. Placing the watch mechanism inside the elastic element makes it possible to effectively suppress mechanical vibrations that occur during the operation of the watch. And an external shoulder pad is manufactured at the upper part of the mounting ring, and the shape of the external shoulder pad is repeated with the shape of the inner surface of the machine core. Thus, the displacement of the mounting ring and the timepiece mechanism placed at the center thereof in the horizontal plane is restricted.
The main dial is flat and is mounted on top of the front surface of the mounting ring. The shape of the main dial also follows the shape of the inner surface of the movement. In the preferred embodiment, three additional chronograph dials 8-hours 8a, minutes 8b and seconds 8 c-are also applied to the front dial. At the same time, it should be understood that the variability of execution of the main dial 3 may be different and will depend on the simple or complex type of watch mechanism used. In particular, the 3 o' clock dial may display, in addition to standard indications of minutes, seconds and hours 14, also indications of phases of the month, calendar, etc.
The second dial is placed on the movement cover above the second viewing window. The second viewing window and the bottom end dial may have a shape different from the shape of the main dial. In particular, they may have a circular shape. Meanwhile, if the second dial is functional, i.e., has the possibility of displaying time, its design may be the same as or different from the main dial 3. In this case, the designated function execution of the lower-end dial will be the same as that of the conventional dial. In turn, the timepiece mechanism will be complicated by the presence of a second additional arrow mechanism, which will be directly paired with the first arrow mechanism by means of a gear transmission or by means of a gearbox, displayed on the main dial 3, or displaying the lunar phase, or displaying a calendar, etc., in the case where the second dial is designed to display the current time, for example in another time zone than this time zone. The constructive realisation of such a timepiece mechanism is obvious to an expert in the field and need not be disclosed in the present application. For example, the design of complex watch mechanisms can be analogically made with known mechanisms (see, for example, RU2356078, JP2014044071, s.v. tarasov "watch production technology", 2 nd edition, supplementary and revised edition, mashgiz, moshow, 1963, us2209642 a).
For connection to the body, a vertical cylindrical protrusion is formed on the inner surface of the deck, the shape of which is repeated with that of the inner surface of the cylindrical deck. At least two rectangular teeth are provided on the outer side of the given projection. When the movement is assembled, a vertical protrusion with tension is installed inside the movement body, and the teeth are fixed in the grooves on the inner wall of the main body.
The movement has a protrusion along the periphery of the inner wall so that, after the cover is mounted, the timepiece mechanism is sandwiched between the two dials.
As can be seen, the design of the movement is very simple and the timepiece mechanism can be removed from the movement without difficulty if required.
The movement assembly is mounted in a decorative box and covered with a cover.
The movement is positioned within the ornamental shell using two symmetrical elastic soft elements forming a ring around the movement. Each element is characterized by the presence of at least two inclined stops, thereby providing the possibility of supporting on the inner wall of the decorative shell. Thus, movement of the movement in the horizontal direction in the body is restricted.
The metal cover of the decorative shell has a vertical curvature along the periphery, with a gap provided inside the decorative shell during assembly. The gap is sealed with a thin metal plug.
In a preferred embodiment, the decorative shell is made of a noble metal such as gold, silver or platinum.
Additional fixing of the elements relative to each other is achieved by performing two threaded connections, the first connecting the movement cover with its (movement) cylindrical body and the second 21-the cover of the ornamental body with the cover and the movement body. The cartridge to decorative case fastener 22 is shown.
Holes for mounting winding stems 15, 5 are formed in the decorative case and the movement case, and grooves for the same purpose are formed in the wall of the mounting ring. If the watch is equipped with a chronograph, these elements may contain additional holes for mounting the shaft of the chronograph button.
According to the description of a possible embodiment of the claimed invention, the proposed movement clock with two viewing windows ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result, i.e. an increase in the positioning accuracy and fixing reliability of the mechanism with respect to the movement and to the ornamental shell, with a parallel increase in the absorption efficiency of the vibrations transmitted to the movement and to the mechanism. Vibration absorbing efficiency is achieved by using nonmetallic elastic elements to position the movement and the timepiece mechanism. The shape of these elements, the inner wall of the movement and the threaded connection allow you to position the movement and the timepiece mechanism exactly and fix it in the desired position.
In view of the overall novelty of the basic features of the invention, the technical solution of the task, the level of the invention and the nature of all the general and specific features that characterize the invention in the "background" and "summary of the invention" sections, the technical feasibility and industrial applicability of the invention are demonstrated in the "detailed description" section, the solution of the task of the invention and the reliable realization of the technical result required in the implementation and use of the invention, it appears that the claimed invention meets all the requirements for the protection that the invention exerts.
Analysis also shows that all the general and specific features of the invention are essential, as each is necessary and together not only is it sufficient to achieve the object of the invention, but also allows the invention to be practiced industrially.
