Example 1
This embodiment provides a care bed suitable for patients with pressure sores at high risk of debilitating movement dysfunction, which in a preferred embodiment comprises a bed frame 10, and a head 20, a tail 30 and a surface 40 mounted on the frame 10, as shown in figures 1 and 2. The bed surface 40 comprises two half bed surfaces, a left bed surface and a right bed surface, which are separated by a first dividing line 41 as shown in fig. 2, the left bed surface and the right bed surface being each divided into a plurality of sub-areas 42. Each sub-zone 42 has a lift drive mechanism 60 connected thereto, the lift drive mechanism 60 of each sub-zone 42 being independently operable such that each sub-zone 42 is independently operable.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the sub-area 42 is a regular hexagon or a half of a regular hexagon, at least one side of the left and right bed surfaces, which is close to each other, is formed by splicing the regular hexagon and the half of the regular hexagon, and the half of the regular hexagon should be set according to the actual situation, so as to ensure the integrity of the bed surface 40. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the sub-regions 42 are all rectangular, and a plurality of rectangles are stitched into the deck 40. Of course, the sub-area 42 may be a diamond or half of a diamond, and at least one side of the left and right bed surfaces, which are adjacent to each other, is formed by stitching one half of the diamond or the diamond.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the lift drive mechanism 60 of each sub-zone 42 includes a left drive member 61 on the left side and a right drive member 62 on the right side, and the left and right drive members 61, 62 may be, but are not limited to, linear motors, telescoping cylinders, or air cylinders. The top parts of the left and right driving members 61 and 62 are hinged, preferably ball-hinged, to the left and right sides of the bottom of the sub-area 42, respectively, and the sub-area 42 can be lifted or tilted in the left-right direction by operating the lifting driving mechanism 60.
Specifically, by synchronously extending/shortening the left and right driving pieces 61 and 62, the corresponding sub-region 42 can be raised/lowered; by making the extension length of the right driving piece 62 longer than that of the left driving piece 61, the corresponding subarea 42 can be inclined from bottom to top and from left to right, so that the right bed surface is inclined from bottom to top and from left to right, and the left turn-over of the patient is realized; by extending the left drive member 61 a greater length than the right drive member 62, the corresponding subregion 42 can be tilted from bottom to top, from right to left, and thus the left couch top from bottom to top, from right to left, to achieve a right turn-over of the patient.
In use of the care bed, adjacent sub-areas 42 are alternately raised and lowered. Specifically, the adjacent sub-regions 42 are raised slightly or lowered slightly in part over a period of time to reduce the area of patient contact with the couch top 40, with the lower sub-regions 42 not in contact with the patient or being less pressurized; for another period of time, the lower sub-region 42 is raised or the higher sub-region 42 is lowered to replace the location where the patient is in contact with the couch top 40 to reduce the probability of pressure sores. The number of sub-regions 42 in the figure is merely an example, and in practice, the number of sub-regions 42 is larger to ensure that a patient can be supported well without uneven feeling even when a part of the sub-regions 42 is lowered.
When a patient needs to turn left, the lifting driving mechanism 60 corresponding to the right bed surface works to enable the right bed surface to incline from bottom to top and from left to right so as to help the patient turn left; when the patient needs to turn right, the lifting driving mechanism 60 corresponding to the left bed surface works to enable the left bed surface to incline from bottom to top and from right to left so as to help the patient to turn right.
In another preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the left deck comprises a left front deck (front counter head) and a left rear deck (rear counter foot), which are separated by a left second dividing line 43 as shown in fig. 2; the right deck also includes a right front deck and a right rear deck, which are separated by a right second separation line 43 as shown in fig. 2, whereby the deck 40 is divided into four parts of left front, left rear, right front and right rear, and each of which can be operated independently.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the elevation driving mechanism 60 of each sub-area 42 further includes a front driving piece 63 located at the front side and a rear driving piece 64 located at the rear side, and the front driving piece 63 and the rear driving piece 64 may be, but not limited to, linear motors, telescopic cylinders, or air cylinders. The top of the front driving piece 63 and the rear driving piece 64 are respectively ball-hinged with the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the sub-area 42, and the sub-area 42 can also be tilted in the front-rear direction by operating the elevation driving mechanism 60.
Preferably, the front driving piece 63 and the rear driving piece 64 are correspondingly arranged along the front-rear direction and are positioned in the middle of the connection line of the left driving piece 61 and the right driving piece 62, the left driving piece 61 and the right driving piece 62 are correspondingly arranged along the left-right direction and are positioned in the middle of the connection line of the front driving piece 63 and the rear driving piece 64, namely, four driving pieces (including the left driving piece 61, the right driving piece 62, the front driving piece 63 and the rear driving piece 64) corresponding to one sub-area 42 are distributed at four corners of a diamond.
Specifically, by having the front drive member 63 extend longer than the rear drive member 64 (where the left and right drive members 61, 62 extend equally and are half the sum of the front and rear drive members 63, 64), the corresponding sub-region 42 can be tilted from bottom to top, front to back, and then the left and right front bed surfaces can be tilted from bottom to back, front to raise the patient's torso and head; by extending the rear drive member 64 more than the front drive member 63 (where the extension lengths of the left and right drive members 61, 62 are equal and half the sum of the extension lengths of the front and rear drive members 63, 64), the corresponding sub-regions 42 can be tilted from bottom to top from front to back, and thus the left and right rear bed surfaces can be tilted from bottom to top from front to back to raise the patient's legs and feet.
When the front driver 63 and the rear driver 64 are added, the left bed surface is inclined from bottom to top to right and left or the right bed surface is inclined from bottom to top to left and right, and the protruding lengths of the front driver 63 and the rear front driver 63 are equal to each other and half of the sum of the protruding lengths of the left driver 61 and the right driver 62.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the sub-area 42 includes a support frame 421, and an airbag 422 installed in the support frame 421, the upper surface of the airbag 422 is not lower than the upper surface of the support frame 421, and the elevation driving mechanism 60 is connected to the bottom of the support frame 421 and drives the movement thereof, and the airbag 422 moves with the support frame 421. Preferably, the supporting frame 421 has a U-shaped structure with an opening at an upper end, the air bag 422 is fixedly embedded in the supporting frame 421, and the periphery of the air bag 422 extends outwards to cover the upper surface of the supporting frame 421, so that the comfort is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, further preferably, the air bags 422 are also connected with an air charging and discharging device 50, the interiors of all the air bags 422 are communicated through a pipeline 51, and the air charging and discharging device 50 charges and discharges air for all the air bags 422 through the pipeline 51. The specific air charging and discharging device 50 can be an air pump which is installed on the bedstead 10 below the bed surface 40 and can be charged and discharged.
In use of the nursing bed, the inflation and deflation device 50 preferably operates at all times and alternately inflates and deflates to ensure that the bladder 422 of the sub-area 42 of high pressure can release pressure to prevent pressure sores.
In another preferred embodiment, temperature adjustment means (not shown) are provided within the support frame 421 and/or the temperature of the air in the air bag 422 is adjustable, thereby allowing the temperature of the deck 40 to be adjusted. The temperature of the bed surface 40 can be reduced in hot summer days to prevent pressure sores; in winter, the temperature of the bed surface 40 can be raised, and the bed surface is warmer and comfort is improved.
Specifically, when the temperature adjusting device is disposed in the supporting frame 421, the semiconductor cooling sheet may be embedded in the supporting frame 421, so that the semiconductor cooling sheet may be cooled and heated (the semiconductor cooling sheet is used for cooling and heating in the prior art, which is not described in detail here); when the air temperature in the air bag 422 is adjustable, a heating refrigerator (equivalent to a small air conditioner) may be provided on the air supply line 51 of the air bag 422 to change the air temperature in the air bag 422.

Example two
The embodiment provides a nursing method for a nursing bed suitable for patients with pressure sore high-risk debilitating dyskinesia based on the first embodiment, which comprises the following steps:
the pressure detection device 71 acquires pressure data of each part, and the color detection device 72 acquires skin color conditions of each part;
The gradient map of the pressure value and the color distribution is obtained, and the gradient map is specifically as follows:
Acquiring pressure data detected by the adjacent pressure detection devices 71, and if the pressure values of the adjacent pressure detection devices are the same, setting the connecting line of the adjacent pressure detection devices and the range of 1/2 interval between the two connecting lines as equal pressure points and the pressure values detected by any pressure detection device 71 on the two sides as the same; if the two pressure values are different, the pressure in the connecting line of the two and the range of 1/2 interval between the two sides of the connecting line is set to decrease from the detection point with high pressure to the detection point with low pressure; if a plurality of pressure values are calculated at one part, taking the high value of the pressure values;
Acquiring data detected by the color detection device 72, converting the data into binary codes, and calculating a difference value between the binary codes and the color binary codes of normal parts of the body to obtain a color value; acquiring the color values detected by the adjacent color detection devices 72, and if the color values are the same, setting the connecting line of the adjacent color detection devices and the range of 1/2 interval between the two connecting lines as equal color points and the color values detected by any one of the color detection devices 72 at the two sides to be the same; if the two colors are different, setting the connection line of the two colors and the range of the 1/2 interval between the two sides of the connection line to decrease from the detection point with high color value to the detection point with low color value; if a region calculates a plurality of color values, taking a high value;
acquiring the center of a maximum value point or a maximum value region of a pressure value as a pressure reference center;
Obtaining the center of a maximum point or a maximum region of a color value as a color reference center;
If the pressure reference center and the color reference center overlap (the overlapping refers to the position with high pressure and dark skin color), and the difference between the number of overlapping of the pressure reference centers and the color reference centers on the two sides of the patient body is smaller than the first threshold, it indicates that the pressure on the two sides of the patient body is almost equal, and the patient does not need to turn over, and only the overlapping position is required to be corresponding to the descent of the sub-region 42 or the ascending of other surrounding sub-regions 42 so as to reduce the pressure of the overlapping position, thereby preventing pressure sores.
If the pressure reference center and the color reference center overlap and the difference between the two sides of the body is greater than the first threshold, which indicates that the pressure difference between the two sides of the body is greater, and the patient needs to turn over, the sub-region 42 corresponding to the half-bed surface 40 with more overlapping areas is inclined to incline the half-bed surface 40, so as to help the patient to turn over sideways and prevent pressure sores.
It should be noted that, for the patient who has extremely weak exercise ability and still can not turn over under the help of this nursing bed, when the controller judges that the patient needs to turn over laterally, can also send different alarms to remind the nursing staff, and the patient needs to turn over left or right, is assisted patient's side and is turned over by the nursing staff.
