Referring to fig. 2,3 and 4, in an embodiment, a plurality of tensioning rollers 5121 connected to the mounting plate 512 are further disposed between the pressing roller portion 516 and the winding portion 513, and the base paper after the rubberizing operation sequentially passes through the plurality of tensioning rollers 5121 until being retracted by the winding portion 513.
Specifically, the tension roller 5121 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 512, and the base paper sequentially passes through the tension rollers 5121 and then passes through the gap between the film pressing and encapsulating rollers 5173 and the pulling and encapsulating rollers 5174 until being retracted by the winding portion 513. Referring to fig. 2,3, 4 and 8, in an embodiment, the cutter portion 515 includes a cutter seat 5151, a cutter cylinder 5152, a cutter plate 5153, a cutter locking piece 5154 and a cutter 5155, wherein the cutter seat 5151 is connected to the mounting plate 512, the cutter cylinder 5152 is connected to the cutter seat 5151, the cutter plate 5153 is in transmission connection with the cutter cylinder 5152, the cutter locking piece 5154 is connected to the cutter plate 5153, the cutter 5155 is connected to the cutter locking piece 5154, and the cutter 5155 is used for cutting double sided tape to separate the tape from the base paper.
Specifically, a sliding rail is disposed on the cutter seat 5151, and the cutter plate 5153 is slidably connected to the sliding rail under the driving of the cutter cylinder 5152 to perform a guiding function. The cutter locking piece 5154 is used to fix the cutter 5155 at the bottom so as to perform an operation of cutting the double sided tape. The cutter locking piece 5154 is located the both sides of cutter 5155 and is equipped with the gyro wheel to play the effect of compressing tightly double faced adhesive tape, make cut the gluey more accurate, high-efficient. Preferably, the cutter 5155 is a small circular blade, which can continuously cut to increase the cutting speed.

Specifically, the cutter plate 5153 is provided with a sliding rail, the adjusting seat 5157 is slidably connected to the sliding rail through an adjusting bolt, and the position of the adjusting seat 5157 can be adjusted through the adjusting bolt, so as to achieve the effect of adjusting the position of the cutter 5155. In addition, the fine adjustment member 5158 includes an adjusting screw, by which the position of the cutter locking piece 5154 can be finely adjusted so that the cutter 5155 is positioned more advantageous for cutting the adhesive.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in an embodiment, an adjusting tensioning portion 518 connected to the mounting plate 512 is further disposed between the unreeling portion 514 and the cutter portion 515, the adjusting tensioning portion 518 includes an adjusting tensioning roller 5181, an adjusting block 5182 and a tension spring 5183, a sliding groove 5122 is disposed on the mounting plate 512, the adjusting block 5182 and the tension spring 5183 are located on the back of the mounting plate 512, the adjusting tensioning roller 5181 passes through the sliding groove 5122 and is connected to one end of the adjusting block 5182, the other end of the adjusting block 5182 is rotatably connected to the mounting plate 512, one end of the tension spring 5183 is connected to the mounting plate 512, and the other end of the tension spring 5182 is connected to one end of the adjusting block 5182 close to the adjusting tensioning roller 5181.
Specifically, the double-sided tape released from the unreeling portion 514 passes through the adjusting and tensioning portion 518 and then passes through the cutter portion 515. The adjusting tensioning roller 5181 and the unreeling portion 514 are located on the front face of the mounting plate 512, the adjusting tensioning roller 5181 penetrates through the sliding groove 5122 to be connected to one end of the adjusting block 5182, the adjusting tensioning roller 5181 can move along the sliding groove 5122, and the position of the adjusting tensioning roller 5181 in the sliding groove 5122 is adjusted through the pulling force of the adjusting tension spring 5183, so that the adjusting tensioning roller 5181 straightens double faced adhesive tape, and the double faced adhesive tape released by the unreeling portion 514 is prevented from being curled, and the adhesive tape pasting quality is not affected.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic double sided adhesive tape attaching apparatus, comprising: the machine frame is provided with a conveying mechanism for conveying workpieces, two sides of the machine frame are provided with portal frames, the front end and the rear end of each portal frame are provided with driving components, and the driving components are in transmission connection with a rubberizing mechanism; when the conveying mechanism conveys the workpiece to a station of the portal frame, the driving assembly drives the front-end rubberizing mechanism to move to the upper part of the workpiece, and the front-end rubberizing mechanism descends to perform rubberizing operation on the workpiece; and after the double-sided adhesive tape of the front-end adhesive tape attaching mechanism is used up, the front-end adhesive tape attaching mechanism ascends, and the rear-end adhesive tape attaching mechanism descends to execute adhesive tape attaching operation on the workpiece.

The automatic double-sided adhesive tape pasting device according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive tape pasting mechanism comprises a bearing plate connected with the driving assembly in a transmission way, the bearing plate is connected with a plurality of double-sided adhesive tape pasting assemblies which run side by side synchronously, and the double-sided adhesive tape pasting assemblies comprise a lifting part, a mounting plate, a winding part, an unreeling part, a cutter part and a compression roller part; the lifting part is connected to the bearing plate, the mounting plate is in transmission connection with the lifting part, the winding part, the unwinding part, the cutter part and the compression roller part are connected to the mounting plate, the winding part is located above the unwinding part, the cutter part is located below the unwinding part, the compression roller part is located at the bottom of the mounting plate, the unwinding part is used for releasing double faced adhesive tape, the double faced adhesive tape sequentially passes through the cutter part, the compression roller part and until the winding part withdraws the base paper, the compression roller part is used for compressing the double faced adhesive tape to carry out rubberizing operation on a workpiece, and the cutter part is used for cutting off the double faced adhesive tape so that the winding part withdraws the base paper.

The automatic double-sided tape pasting device according to claim 2, wherein the winding part comprises a winding motor, a winding disc and a winding rotating shaft, the winding motor is mounted on the mounting plate, the winding rotating shaft is in transmission connection with the winding motor, the winding disc is connected with the winding rotating shaft, and the winding disc is used for retracting base paper.

8. The automatic double-sided tape attaching device as defined in claim 7, wherein said cutter seat is further provided with a support plate at a position of said cutter, and said double-sided tape moves along said support plate.
9. The automatic double sided tape attaching apparatus as defined in claim 7, wherein said cutter plate is slidably coupled with an adjustment seat, said adjustment seat is coupled with a trim member, said cutter lock is coupled to said trim member.

The automatic double faced adhesive tape pasting device according to claim 2, wherein an adjusting tensioning portion connected to the mounting plate is further arranged between the unreeling portion and the cutter portion, the adjusting tensioning portion comprises an adjusting tensioning roller, an adjusting block and a tension spring, a sliding groove is formed in the mounting plate, the adjusting block and the tension spring are located on the back face of the mounting plate, the adjusting tensioning roller is connected to one end of the adjusting block through the sliding groove, the other end of the adjusting block is rotatably connected to the mounting plate, one end of the tension spring is connected to the mounting plate, and the other end of the tension spring is connected to one end of the adjusting block close to the adjusting tensioning roller.
