As an embodiment of the present invention, the second motor 933 is a servo motor, and the second motor 933 drives the slider 932 to move left and right through a belt or a chain, and the slider 932 is fixed on the belt or the chain. The belt or the chain is driven to rotate by the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor, so that the sliding block 932 on the belt or the chain is driven to slide and move left and right, and further the first swinging roller 91 and the second swinging roller 92 are driven to reciprocate between the first traction roller 81 and the second traction roller 82.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the flat die-cutting machine further includes a scrap collecting reel 10 for generating scrap at the time of coiling die-cutting, and a third motor 11 for driving the scrap collecting reel 10 to rotate. When the flat-plate die-cutting machine works, one end of the rim charge generated by die cutting is wound on the waste collection roll 10, and the third motor 11 works to continuously roll the rim charge generated by die cutting, so that waste generated in the die cutting process is conveniently collected.
According to the flat-plate die cutting machine provided by the invention, the flat-plate die cutting die is arranged, the die cutting bottom roller is driven by the power device to reciprocate along the guide rail and die-cut paper between the die cutting bottom roller and the flat-plate die cutting die, so that the die cutting bottom roller is in line contact with the die cutting blade on the flat-plate die, and the die cutting bottom roller is kept horizontal, so that the gaps between the die cutting bottom roller and the flat-plate die in the die cutting process are kept equal, the die cutting depth of the paper is kept uniform, and as the bottom roller is in line contact with the die cutting blade on the flat-plate die, vibration generated during die cutting can be reduced, and a die cutting cushion plate is not required to be placed.

Claims (10)

1. A flat die cutting machine, comprising:
a frame;
the flat cutting die is arranged on the frame, and a die cutting blade is arranged at the bottom of the flat cutting die;
the guide rail is fixed on the frame and positioned below the planographic cutting die, and the guide rail is arranged in parallel with the planographic cutting die;
the sliding seat is arranged on the guide rail and can slide back and forth along the guide rail;
the die-cutting bottom roller is connected to the sliding seat in a rotating way and is arranged at intervals with the planographic cutting die, the die-cutting bottom roller is horizontally arranged, the die-cutting bottom roller can roll back and forth along the guide rail, and the die-cutting bottom roller and the die-cutting blade are extruded and die-cut to form paper between the die-cutting bottom roller and the planographic cutting die;
the power device is used for driving the die-cutting bottom roller to reciprocate along the guide rail; and
and the traction device is arranged on the frame and used for driving the paper to move.

The flat die cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the power device comprises a first motor, a flywheel arranged on the frame and connected with the first motor, and a connecting rod hinged with the flywheel, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the sliding seat, and the sliding seat drives the die cutting bottom roller to reciprocate along the guide rail.

The die platen cutting machine of claim 1, further comprising a pressure regulating mechanism for regulating the spacing of the die cutting bottom roller from the die cutting blade; the pressure regulating mechanism comprises a cutting die fixing support fixed on the frame, a wedge block arranged between the cutting die fixing support and the lithographic cutting die, a movable shaft fixedly connected with the lithographic cutting die and a spring piece sleeved on the movable shaft, wherein the upper surface of the wedge block is set to be an inclined surface, the lower surface of the cutting die fixing support is set to be an inclined surface matched with the upper surface of the wedge block, the wedge block penetrates through a sliding groove, the movable shaft simultaneously penetrates through the cutting die fixing support and the sliding groove, the top end of the spring piece is fixedly connected with the top of the movable shaft, the bottom end of the spring piece is fixed on the cutting die fixing support, and the wedge block can move left and right relative to the cutting die fixing support and drive the lithographic cutting die to move up and down.
4. The flat bed die cutting machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the pressure regulating mechanism further comprises a pull rod connected with the wedge block, the pull rod being used for pulling the wedge block to move left and right relative to the die fixing support.

The flat die cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the traction device comprises a discharging roll, a first traction roll, a second traction roll, a receiving roll and a driving device, the paper is sequentially wound on the discharging roll, the first traction roll, the second traction roll and the receiving roll, the first traction roll and the second traction roll are respectively driven to rotate by the driving device.
6. The flat bed die cutting machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the traction means is further provided with a plurality of tension pulleys rotatably connected to the frame, and the paper is wound around the tension pulleys.

The die platen cutting machine according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising a paper movement control mechanism for controlling intermittent movement of paper, the paper movement control mechanism comprising a first swing roller and a second swing roller provided between the first pull roller and the second pull roller, and a driving assembly for driving the first swing roller and the second swing roller to reciprocate between the first pull roller and the second pull roller, paper being wound around the first pull roller and the first swing roller in sequence, paper being wound out of the first swing roller and wound into between the die cutting base roller and the planographic cutter die, and paper being wound out of between the die cutting base roller and the planographic cutter die and wound around the second swing roller and the second pull roller in sequence.

The flat die cutting machine according to claim 7, wherein the driving assembly comprises a sliding rail fixed on the frame, a sliding block arranged on the sliding rail, and a second motor for driving the sliding block to move left and right along the sliding rail, and the first swing roller and the second swing roller are simultaneously connected to the sliding block in a rotating manner and move along the sliding rail along with the sliding block.
9. The flat die cutting machine according to claim 8, wherein the second motor is a servo motor, the second motor drives the sliding block to move along the sliding rail through a belt or a chain, and the sliding block is fixed on the belt or the chain.
10. The die platen cutting machine of claim 1, further comprising a scrap collection reel for producing scrap when die cut is coiled and a third motor for driving rotation of the scrap collection reel.
