The guard rails 1211 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the paperboard conveying belt 121 respectively, the guard rails 1211 are propped against two sides of the paperboard, the balancing weights 1212 are arranged on the paperboard conveying belt 121, the front end of the paperboard conveying belt 121 is fixedly provided with the front baffle strips 1213, and the balancing weights 1212 and the front baffle strips 1213 are propped against the front end and the rear end of the stacked paperboard respectively, so that the periphery of the paperboard on the paperboard conveying belt 121 is limited, and the paperboard is prevented from being toppled over on the paperboard conveying belt 121 in the conveying process. A feeding cylinder 1214 is provided at one side of the board conveyor 121 for driving the board conveyor 121 forward.
The material taking suction cup 122 is telescopically arranged at the discharge end of the paperboard conveying belt 121. The take-out cylinder 123 is fixedly connected with the take-out chuck 122, and the take-out cylinder 123 is used for driving the take-out chuck 122 to stretch and retract relative to the paperboard conveying belt 121 so that the take-out chuck 122 pulls the paperboard from the paperboard conveying belt 121 into the clamping groove of the rotary magazine 18. The box supporting platform 124 is fixedly arranged at the discharge end of the paperboard conveying belt 121, and the box supporting platform 124 is positioned between the paperboard conveying belt 121 and the material taking sucker 122.
When any one of the rotating magazines 18 is aligned with the cardboard conveyor 121, the take-out cylinder 123 is activated, the take-out cylinder 123 drives the take-out suction cups 122 to extend toward the cardboard conveyor 121, the take-out suction cups 122 suck the cardboard front side plate 110, the take-out suction cups 122 drag cardboard from the cardboard conveyor 121 to the box supporting platform 124, and the cardboard is pulled into the rotating magazines 18 from the box supporting platform 124. When the paper board passes through the box supporting platform 124, the forming baffle 125 presses the left side plate 111 of the paper box, in the process, the forming baffle needle 126 drills into a gap of the paper board and abuts against the rear hinge 115 of the box bottom, the paper board is supported to form the paper box 11, as shown in fig. 22 and 23, the paper box 11 is in a cube-shaped structure, and the supported paper box 11 enters the rotary material box 18 for shaping. In addition, when a sheet is removed from the sheet conveyor 121, the discharge end of the sheet conveyor 121 is in a relaxed state, and the feed cylinder 1214 is activated to advance the sheet conveyor 121 one sheet thickness to avoid tilting of the sheet. The molded retaining pin 126 may be an elastic member with less resistance to avoid damaging the carton 11.
As shown in fig. 7, the box supporting mechanism 12 further includes an angle adjusting frame 127 and a pre-folding bottom cylinder 128, the pre-folding bottom cylinder 128 is fixed on the angle adjusting frame 127, and the angle adjusting frame 127 can be adjusted to different angles so that the box supporting mechanism 12 can adapt to paper boxes 11 with different sizes. The angle adjusting frame 127 comprises a sliding support plate 1271 slidably arranged at the bottom of the rotary magazine 18, an angle adjusting plate 1272 hinged with the sliding support plate 1271, and an adjusting locking member 1273 penetrating between the sliding support plate 1271 and the angle adjusting plate 1272 to maintain a set included angle therebetween. The pre-folded bottom cylinder 128 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the rotary magazine 18. When the opened paper box 11 enters the clamping groove of the rotary material box 18, the pre-folding bottom cylinder 128 drives the angle adjusting frame 127 to pre-fold the front folding page 116 of the box bottom, so that the success rate of the paper box 11 when the bottom is sealed is improved, and the situation that the paper box 11 falls from the rotary material box 18 is avoided.
The packaging device further comprises a side cover pressing guide rail 19, wherein the side cover pressing guide rail 19 is in a ring shape, extends from the top cover supporting station, passes through the bottom cover sealing station and does not extend to the boxing station. The side cover pressing guide rails 19 are fixed to the fixing plate 109 by means of a plurality of sets of L-shaped brackets.
As shown in fig. 9, the top supporting mechanism 13 includes a left supporting box rod 131, a left rotating cylinder 132, a right supporting box rod 133, a right rotating cylinder 134, a left sliding seat 135, a right sliding seat 136, a bidirectional screw 137 and a top supporting cover support 138, where the left supporting box rod 131 and the right supporting box rod 133 are symmetrically arranged, the left rotating cylinder 132 is fixedly provided with the left supporting box rod 131, and the left rotating cylinder 132 is used to drive the left supporting box rod 131 to rotate leftwards, so that the left supporting box rod 131 supports one of the top side hinges 114 leftwards. The right rotary cylinder 134 is fixedly provided with a right box supporting rod 133, the right rotary cylinder 134 drives the right box supporting rod 133 to rotate rightwards, the right box supporting rod 133 enables the other box top side hinge 114 to be opened rightwards, and when the rotary material box 18 rotates, the side pressing cover guide rail 19 presses the side pressing cover guide rail 19 to press the two box top side hinges 114. The left sliding seat 135 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the left rotary cylinder 132, the right sliding seat 136 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the right rotary cylinder 134, and the left sliding seat 135 and the right sliding seat 136 are respectively arranged at two ends of the bidirectional screw rod 137, so that the bidirectional screw rod 137 drives the left sliding seat 135 and the right sliding seat 136 to be close to or far away from each other, and the top cover supporting mechanism 13 can be suitable for paper boxes 11 with different specifications. The top support bracket 138 is fixedly disposed on the deck plate 101, and both the left slide seat 135 and the right slide seat 136 are slidably disposed on the top support bracket 138 such that they move relative to the top support bracket 138. Specifically, dovetail-shaped sliding rails and dovetail-shaped sliding grooves which are matched with each other are arranged between the left sliding seat 135 and the top supporting cover supporting seat 138 and between the right sliding seat 136 and the top supporting cover supporting seat 138. The two ends of the bidirectional screw rod 137 are respectively rotatably arranged on bearing supports arranged at the two ends of the top supporting cover support 138, so that the top supporting cover support 138 supports the bidirectional screw rod 137 to rotate. Of course, the structure of the roof bracing mechanism 13 is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 10, the back cover mechanism 14 includes a front bottom cylinder 141, a side bottom cylinder 142, and a rear bottom cylinder 143, the front bottom cylinder 141 being disposed obliquely, the front bottom cylinder 141 being for folding the front hinge 116 of the box bottom. The side folding bottom air cylinders 142 are provided with two groups, the two groups of side folding bottom air cylinders 142 are opposite and are obliquely arranged, and the two groups of side folding bottom air cylinders 142 are used for folding the two box bottom side folding papers 117 after the box bottom front folding papers 116 are folded. The back bottom folding cylinder 143 is opposite to the front bottom folding cylinder 141, and the back bottom folding cylinder 143 is disposed obliquely, and the back bottom folding cylinder 143 is used for folding the back bottom folding 115 after the two bottom side folding 117 are folded, so that the back bottom folding 115 is inserted into the gap between the front bottom folding 116 and the bottom side folding 117, and the bottom of the carton 11 is completely sealed. The front bottom folding air cylinder 141, the two groups of side bottom folding air cylinders 142 and the rear bottom folding air cylinder 143 are distributed in a cross shape, and a bidirectional screw 137 is arranged between any two opposite sides, in other words, bidirectional screws 137 are arranged between the front bottom folding air cylinder 141 and the rear bottom folding air cylinder 143 and between the two groups of side bottom folding air cylinders 142, so that the distance between the two oppositely arranged air cylinders is adjusted, and the bottom sealing cover mechanism 14 can be suitable for folding paper boxes 11 with different specifications.
As shown in fig. 15, the material handling and boxing mechanism 15 includes at least one group of cooperative manipulators 151, and each group of cooperative manipulators 151 can implement six degrees of freedom of joint movement, and the working principle thereof can be specifically referred to the prior art. Specifically, the top support frame 103 is suspended with two sets of cooperating manipulators 151. All the cooperating manipulators 151 are disposed on the feeding mechanism 20 and the capping mechanism 16, and the feeding mechanism 20 is used for feeding materials, which may be plastic ampoule bottles, but is not limited thereto. All the cooperative manipulators 151 are used to alternately complete the sorting and boxing operations between the feeder mechanism 20 and the folding top cover mechanism 16. The material arranging box 152 is arranged at the execution end of each group of cooperative manipulators 151.
When one group of cooperative manipulators 151 with the material sorting box 152 is aligned to the discharging end of the feeding mechanism 20, one group of materials of the feeding mechanism 20 fall into the material sorting box 152, and the cooperative manipulators 151 with the material sorting box 152 descend to set height, so that the operation is repeated until the material sorting box 152 is full of the materials, and the material sorting action is completed; the cooperation manipulator 151 moves to the top cover folding mechanism 16 with the fully loaded material arranging box 152, and the boxing operation is completed; all the cooperation manipulators 151 alternately complete the material arranging and boxing actions between the feeding mechanism 20 and the folding top cover mechanism 16, so that uninterrupted material arranging and continuous boxing of materials are realized, the material arranging and boxing are continuously performed, the packaging time is shortened, and the packaging efficiency is high.
The material arranging box 152 comprises a supporting plate 1521 and a plurality of baffles which are sequentially arranged on the side edges of the supporting plate 1521 in a surrounding manner; all baffles and the supporting plate 1521 are surrounded to form a receiving groove, and all baffles are used for gathering or separating each other to clamp or loosen materials, and can be suitable for materials with different specifications.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the baffle plate includes a lower baffle plate 1522 and an upper baffle plate 1523 which are oppositely arranged, the lower baffle plate 1522 is vertically fixed on the support plate 1521, and the lower baffle plate 1522 is used for supporting materials; a downward driving member 1524 is fixedly arranged between the upper baffle 1523 and the support plate 1521, and the downward driving member 1524 is used for driving the upper baffle 1523 to move downward relative to the support plate 1521; the baffle further comprises a left baffle 1525 and a right baffle 1526 which are oppositely arranged, a left driving member 1527 is arranged between the left baffle 1525 and the support plate 1521, and the left driving member 1527 is used for driving the left baffle 1525 to move right relative to the support plate 1521; a right driving member 1528 is disposed between the right plate 1526 and the support plate 1521, the right driving member 1528 being configured to drive the right plate 1526 to move left with respect to the support plate 1521. Of course, the structure of the cartridge 152 is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 14, the top folding mechanism 16 further includes a left box pushing plate 160, a left rotating cylinder 161, a right box pushing plate 162, a right rotating cylinder 163, a lower pressing plate 164, a side cover pressing cylinder 165, a left sliding block 166, a right sliding block 167, an adjusting screw 168 and a top folding cover support 169, wherein the left rotating cylinder 161 is fixedly connected with the left box pushing plate 160, and the left rotating cylinder 161 is used for driving the left box pushing plate 160 to rotate, so that the left box pushing plate 160 folds one of the top folding pages 114 inwards. The right rotating cylinder 163 is fixedly connected to the right out-box pushing plate 162, and the right rotating cylinder 163 is used for driving the right out-box pushing plate 162 to rotate, so that the right out-box pushing plate 162 inwardly folds the other box top side hinge 114. The side cover pressing cylinder 165 is connected to the lower platen 164, and the side cover pressing cylinder 165 drives the lower platen 164 to fold down the paper box top side cover 118 so that the paper box top side cover 118 presses against the two box top side hinges 114. The left slide block 166 is fixedly connected with the left rotating cylinder 161, the right slide block 167 is fixedly connected with the right rotating cylinder 163, and the left slide block 166 and the right slide block 167 are respectively arranged at two ends of the adjusting screw rod 168, so that the adjusting screw rod 168 drives the left slide block 166 and the right slide block 167 to be close to or separated from each other, the distance between the left box discharging push plate 160 and the right box discharging push plate 162 is adjusted, and the top cover folding mechanism 16 is adapted to paper boxes 11 with different specifications. The folding top cover support 169 is fixedly arranged on the table panel 101, the left sliding block 166 and the right sliding block 167 are both slidably arranged on the folding top cover support 169, the arrangement mode can refer to the left sliding seat 135 and the right sliding seat 136, and two ends of the adjusting screw 168 are respectively rotatably arranged on bearing supports at two ends of the folding top cover support 169, so that the folding top cover support 169 supports the adjusting screw 168 to rotate.
The packaging device further comprises a folding top cover guide rail 21, wherein the folding top cover guide rail 21 is fixedly arranged, the folding top cover guide rail 21 is also arc-shaped, and the folding top cover guide rail extends from a folding insertion tongue 119 station to a closing box confirming station. The fold-over lid rail 21 is also secured to the securing plate 109 with an L-shaped bracket.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the tongue folding and inserting mechanism 17 includes a top cover supporting strip 171, a supporting strip air cylinder 172, a tongue inserting pressing plate 173, a tongue folding and inserting air cylinder 174, a box closing pressing plate 175 and a box closing air cylinder 176, wherein one side of the top cover supporting strip 171 is provided with a limit edge, the supporting strip air cylinder 172 is fixedly connected with the top cover supporting strip 171, and the supporting strip air cylinder 172 is used for driving the top cover supporting strip 171 to be inserted into or far away from the top side cover 118 of the paper box. The top cover holding strip 171 is used to hold the top side cover 118 of the carton when the folding top cover rail 21 presses against the top side cover 118 of the carton so that the fold between the top side cover 118 of the carton and the tongue 119 coincides with the stop edge. The folding tongue inserting cylinder 174 is fixedly connected with the tongue inserting pressing plate 173, and the folding tongue inserting cylinder 174 is used for pressing the tongue inserting 119 downwards by the tongue inserting pressing plate 173 so that the side face of the tongue inserting pressing plate 173 props against the tongue inserting 119 to prevent the tongue inserting 119 from rebounding. The closing cylinder 176 is fixedly connected with the Guan Heya plate 175, after the side face of the inserting tongue pressing plate 173 abuts against the inserting tongue 119, the closing cylinder 176 drives the Guan Heya plate 175 to move downwards, and the closing pressing plate 175 presses down the paper box top side cover 118, so that the inserting tongue 119 is inserted into a gap between the paper box top side cover 118 and the paper box rear side plate 113, and closing is completed.
As shown in fig. 18, the packaging apparatus closing cassette confirming mechanism 22 is for ensuring that closing of the cassette is completed. The box closing confirmation mechanism 22 comprises a redundant pressing plate 221, a redundant air cylinder 222 and a box closing bracket 223, wherein the redundant air cylinder 222 is fixedly connected with the redundant pressing plate 221, and after the box closing mechanism 17 completes box closing, the redundant air cylinder 222 drives the redundant pressing plate 221 to continuously press the top side cover 118 of the paper box at least twice. The box closing support 223 is fixedly arranged, a box closing guide rail 2231 is fixedly arranged in the box closing support 223, and a redundant slide seat 2211 arranged on the redundant pressing plate 221 is in sliding fit with the box closing guide rail 2231 and is used for guiding the redundant pressing plate 221 to linearly lift along the box closing guide rail 2231.
As shown in fig. 19, the packaging apparatus further includes a cassette discharging mechanism 23 for pushing out the cassette 11 securing closure from the rotary magazine 18. The box discharging mechanism 23 comprises a box discharging push plate 231, a box discharging sliding block 232 and a box discharging air cylinder 236, wherein the box discharging sliding block 232 is fixedly connected with the first end of the box discharging push plate 231 through an extension plate 233, and the box discharging air cylinder 236 is fixedly connected with the second end of the box discharging push plate 231. As shown in fig. 19 and 20, at least one side of the box slider 232 is provided with a plurality of guide rollers 234, and all the guide rollers 234 are arranged in two rows to form a guide chute. Specifically, three guide rollers 234 are respectively disposed on two sides of the box-out slider 232, the three guide rollers 234 are divided into two rows, and the guide rollers 234 may be rolling bearings. The guide chute is matched with the box outlet slide rail 235, and the box outlet slide rail 235 is fixedly arranged. The discharge cylinder 236 drives the discharge push plate 231 to move under the guide of the discharge slide rail 235, and the discharge push plate 231 is used to push out the paper cassette 11 from the inside of the rotary magazine 18.
It should be noted that the feeding and discharging of the cartons 11 are arranged on the same side in the present invention, and the feeding mechanism 20 is provided on the other side to separate the cartons 11 from the materials.
The packaging apparatus further includes an accessory feeding mechanism for feeding accessories into the carton 11 when the top cover folding mechanism 16 folds the top cover 118 of the carton, and a carton 11 sealing mechanism for sealing the carton 11 after the tongue folding mechanism 17 inserts the tongue 119 into the carton 11. The structure and working principle of both the accessory dispensing mechanism and the closure mechanism of the carton 11 can be referred to in particular to the prior art.
It should be noted that in this specification relational terms such as first and second are used solely to distinguish one entity from another entity without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities.

a top cover folding mechanism (16) for folding and flattening two of the top side flaps (114) of the paper box (11) inwardly and folding and pressing down a top side cover (118) of the paper box (11) so that the top side cover (118) of the paper box is pressed against the two top side flaps (114);
And the folding inserting tongue mechanism (17) is used for inserting the inserting tongue (119) of the paper box top side cover (118) into a gap between the paper box top side cover (118) and the paper box rear side plate (113) in a folding way.

The redundant air cylinder (222), the redundant air cylinder (222) is fixedly connected with the redundant pressing plate (221), and the redundant air cylinder (222) is used for driving the redundant pressing plate (221) to press down the paper box top side cover (118);
The box closing support (223) is fixedly arranged, a box closing guide rail (2231) is fixedly arranged in the box closing support (223), and a redundant sliding seat (2211) arranged on the redundant pressing plate (221) is in sliding fit with the box closing guide rail (2231).

The box discharging slide block (232), the box discharging slide block (232) is fixedly connected with the first end of the box discharging push plate (231) through an extension plate (233), at least one side of the box discharging slide block (232) is provided with a plurality of guide rollers (234), all the guide rollers (234) are arranged in two rows to form guide sliding grooves, and the guide sliding grooves are matched with fixedly arranged box discharging sliding rails (235);
The box discharging air cylinder (236), the box discharging air cylinder (236) is fixedly connected with the second end of the box discharging push plate (231), and the box discharging air cylinder (236) is used for driving the box discharging push plate (231) to move under the guidance of the box discharging sliding rail (235).
