As described above, the means for solving the problems and the effects thereof will be described.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a management device configured as follows. That is, the management device manages the yarn processing device that winds the yarn to produce the package. The management device includes a display unit and a control unit. The display unit displays information related to the operation history of the yarn processing device. The control unit controls the display content of the display unit. The control unit displays a plurality of 1 st information related to the operation history of the yarn processing device on the display unit, and when the 1 st information is selected, displays the 2 nd information belonging to the selected 1 st information on the display unit. The control unit displays the 1 st information and the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information on the same screen so as not to overlap each other.
Thus, the user can confirm the content of the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information while confirming the 1 st information. Thus, the user can easily grasp the information related to the operation history, compared with the case where the 1 st information is deleted from the display area of the display unit and the 2 nd information is displayed.
The management device is preferably configured as follows. That is, the display unit includes a1 st region, a2 nd region, and a3 rd region, which are regions that do not overlap with each other. The control unit displays the 1 st information in the 1 st area, the 2 nd information in the 2 nd area, and a separate chart, which is a chart related to one of the 1 st information and the 2 nd information, in the 3 rd area.
The user can confirm the 1 st information, the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information, and the chart related to the 1 st information or the 2 nd information at the same time, and thus can grasp information related to the operation history in detail.
The management device includes a plurality of winding units for manufacturing the package in the yarn processing device. When the 1 st information or the 2 nd information displayed on the display unit is selected, the control unit displays an individual graph in which the horizontal axis represents time and the vertical axis represents a value for each time of the 1 st information or the 2 nd information selected and/or an individual graph in which the horizontal axis represents the plurality of winding units and the vertical axis represents a value for each winding unit of the 1 st information or the 2 nd information selected on the same screen as the 1 st information and the 2 nd information.

Detailed Description
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the overall structure of an automatic winder (textile machine) will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The automatic winder 1 shown in fig. 1 includes a yarn processing device 2 and a management device 50. The yarn processing device 2 and the management device 50 are arranged in an array. The yarn processing device 2 includes a plurality of winding units 10 arranged in an aligned manner, and a doffing cart 40.
Each winding unit 10 includes a yarn feeding portion 11, a yarn unwinding assisting device 12, a tension applying device 13, a yarn splicing device 14, a yarn quality measuring device 15, a cradle 16, a winding drum 17, and a housing 18.
The automatic winder 1 is provided with a conveyor for conveying a tray on which the yarn supplying bobbin 21 is mounted. A tray conveyed by a conveyor is supported by the yarn feeding portion 11. The yarn unwinding assisting device 12 can prevent excessive yarn galloping and can unwind the yarn at a constant tension by contacting a portion (balloon) of the yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 that swings due to centrifugal force and bulges outward. The tension applying device 13 applies a predetermined tension to the advancing yarn. The yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 and the yarn of the package 22 are respectively guided to the yarn splicing device 14. The yarn joining device 14 joins the guided yarns to each other. The yarn quality measuring device 15 measures the quality of the advancing yarn (for example, the yarn thickness, the amount of change thereof, and the like) by an optical sensor or the like.
A winding bobbin is mounted on the cradle 16. The winding drum 17 rotates in contact with the winding bobbin or the package 22, and thereby winds the yarn around the winding bobbin while traversing the yarn. The yarn is wound around a winding bobbin by the winding drum 17, whereby the package 22 is manufactured.
A unit control section 19 shown in fig. 2 is provided inside the housing 18. The unit control section 19 includes a CPU, RAM, memory, and the like. The memory is, for example, an HDD, SSD, or flash memory. Various programs and control data are stored in the memory. The CPU reads out the program stored in the memory into the RAM to execute. Thereby, the unit control section 19 performs control related to the winding unit 10.
The doffing cart 40 can travel along the arrangement direction of the winding units 10. Specifically, a rail is formed above the winding unit 10 along the arrangement direction, and the doffing cart 40 travels along the rail. When the package becomes full in a certain winding unit 10, the doffing cart 40 travels to the winding unit 10 and stops. The doffing cart 40 takes down the full package of the winding unit 10 and supplies a new winding bobbin of the unreeled yarn to the winding unit 10.
Specifically, the doffing cart 40 includes a yarn pulling arm 41, a cradle opening arm 42, and a chuck 43. The yarn pulling arm 41 is extendable and retractable by an actuator such as an air cylinder, not shown. A suction yarn catching portion is attached to the front end of the yarn pulling arm 41, and the yarn from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 is pulled out. The cradle open arm 42 performs doffing operation as follows: the cradle 16 is operated to open the same, and the package 22 that has been fully wound is removed from the cradle 16. The chuck 43 holds a new winding bobbin held by a bobbin stocker, not shown, and supplies the new winding bobbin to the cradle 16.
The management device 50 manages the yarn processing device 2. The yarn processing device 2 of the present embodiment includes a winding unit 10 and a doffing cart 40. However, the doffing cart 40 may be excluded from the yarn processing device 2. That is, the doffing cart 40 may be a management object of the management device 50, or may be excluded from the management object of the management device 50. The yarn processing device 2 to be managed by the management device 50 may further include a bobbin preparing device. The bobbin preparing device is a device that conveys a tray on which the yarn supplying bobbin 21 is mounted to the winding unit 10 or prepares to wind the yarn on the yarn supplying bobbin 21. As shown in fig. 2, the management device 50 includes a control unit 51, a display unit 52, an operation unit 53, and a communication unit 54.
The control unit 51 includes a CPU, a RAM, a memory, and the like, as in the unit control unit 19. The memory is, for example, an HDD, SSD, or flash memory. Various programs and control data are stored in the memory. The CPU reads out the program stored in the memory to the RAM to execute. Thereby, the control unit 51 performs control related to management of the yarn processing device 2.
The display unit 52 is a display device capable of displaying information. The display unit 52 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or an organic EL display. The display unit 52 displays the screen generated by the control unit 51. In the following description, the "screen" refers to a display portion constituted by a table, a chart, a photograph, an illustration, an input field, an icon, or the like for the purpose of displaying information related to the yarn processing device 2 or changing settings related to the yarn processing device 2. Specifically, the display unit 52 displays a setting screen for confirming or changing the setting of each winding unit 10, an operation history screen showing information about the operation history of each winding unit 10, a setting screen for confirming or changing the setting of the doffing cart 40, an operation history screen showing information about the operation history of the doffing cart 40, and the like.
The operation unit 53 is a hardware device that can be operated by a user. The operation unit 53 is, for example, a hardware key or a touch panel. The touch panel is integrally formed with the display unit 52, and detects a position touched by a user when the user touches a screen of the display unit 52. The control unit 51 can detect that a predetermined operation (single click, double click, drag, zoom-in, zoom-out) has been performed based on the history of the position touched by the user. The user is a term including not only an operator assisting the operation of the automatic winder 1 but also a manager who manages the automatic winder 1.
The control unit 51 performs processing corresponding to an instruction by the user operating the operation unit 53. For example, when the user operates the operation unit 53 to give a display instruction for an operation history screen for displaying an operation history, the control unit 51 displays the designated operation history screen. When the user operates the operation unit 53 to instruct the change of the yarn winding condition, the control unit 51 reflects the change of the yarn winding condition.
The communication unit 54 is a wired communication module or a wireless communication module for communicating with another device. The communication unit 54 can communicate with the plurality of winding units 10 and the doffing cart 40.
Next, a process flow of displaying the operation history screen and changing the display content according to the instruction of the user will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 7. This process is illustrated in the flowchart of fig. 3. The flowchart of fig. 3 is performed by the control unit 51 of the management device 50. The operation history is a history related to the processing performed by the yarn processing device 2 in connection with the production of the package 22. The operation history may be represented by only the processing performed by the yarn processing device 2 or by statistical processing.
The control unit 51 determines whether or not there is a display instruction of the operation history screen based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S101). For example, the operation history screen is displayed by operating the 1 st menu bar 61, the 2 nd menu bar 62, and the 3 rd menu bar 63 shown in fig. 4. The 1 st menu bar 61 is always displayed, and a plurality of icons are displayed in the 1 st menu bar 61. An icon representing an item at a lower level than the icon selected in the 1 st menu bar 61 is displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62. That is, the icon displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62 changes according to the icon selected in the 1 st menu bar 61. An icon representing an item at a lower level than the icon selected in the 2 nd menu bar 62 is displayed in the 3 rd menu bar 63. In the example shown in fig. 4, by performing an operation of selecting an icon for displaying the operation history screen from among icons in the 2 nd menu bar 62, an item for selecting an object of the operation history is displayed in the 3 rd menu bar 63. In the example shown in fig. 4, an operation history related to the mechanical efficiency (work efficiency) of the yarn processing device 2 is selected. The display instruction of the operation history screen is an example, and the display instruction of the operation history screen may be performed without using the 1 st menu bar 61, the 2 nd menu bar 62, and the 3 rd menu bar 63.
The 1 st area 70, the 2 nd area 80, and the 3 rd area 90 are displayed on the operation history screen shown in fig. 4. The 1 st region 70 and the 2 nd region 80 are arranged in the left-right direction (longitudinal direction of the screen). The 3 rd region 90 is disposed below the 1 st region 70 and the 2 nd region 80. The layout of the 1 st region 70, the 2 nd region 80, and the 3 rd region 90 shown in fig. 4 is an example, and can be modified as follows, for example. That is, the 1 st region 70 and the 2 nd region 80 may be arranged in the vertical direction. The 1 st region 70, the 2 nd region 80, and the 3 rd region 90 may be arranged in the same direction. Alternatively, the 3 rd region 90 may be disposed above the 1 st region 70 and the 2 nd region 80. However, the 3 rd region 90 is not an essential display element and may be omitted.
When it is determined that there is a display instruction of the operation history screen, the control unit 51 displays a plurality of pieces of 1 st information in the 1 st area 70 of the display unit 52 (S102). The 1 st information is information related to the operation history of the yarn processing device 2. As shown in fig. 4, in the case where the mechanical efficiency of the reeling unit 10 is selected, the 1 st information is the running time detail of the reeling unit 10. The run-time detail is the time ratio of each of the operating states of the reeling unit 10. The time ratio of one action state corresponds to one 1 st information.
In item 1 of the 1 st area 70 shown in fig. 4, "job time ratio (mechanical efficiency)", "joint cycle time ratio", "joint waiting stop time ratio", and "full pipe stop time ratio" are displayed as running time details. These time ratios correspond to the 1 st information, respectively. The operation time ratio is a time ratio at which the winding unit 10 performs an operation of winding the yarn. The joint cycle time ratio is the time ratio at which the winding unit 10 performs the joint. The splice waiting stop time ratio is a time ratio of waiting for the start of splicing in a state where the reeling unit 10 needs splicing. The full tube stop time ratio is a state in which the package 22 is manufactured and waiting for the doffing operation.
The 2 nd item 72 of the 1 st area 70 is described with an abbreviation of information shown in the 1 st item 71. As described later, the 1 st item 71, the 2 nd item 72, and the 3 rd item 73 also serve as buttons that can be operated by an operator. Further, a character string of "ALL" indicating that ALL the 1 st information is summarized is displayed in the uppermost column of the 2 nd item 72. ALL has been selected to be completed in a state where the operation history screen is displayed for the first time. The 3 rd item 73 of the 1 st area 70 is written with an actual time ratio corresponding to the run time details written in the same line.
The 1 st information is displayed in the 1 st area 70 as described above. The 1 st information is an example, and the 1 st information may be information related to operation histories from other viewpoints. For example, the running time of the doffing cart 40 may be detailed. The 1 st information is not limited to the run-time details, and may be, for example, details of an alarm generated in the winding unit 10. The detail of the alarm is information indicating the number ratio of alarms for each type of alarm.
The control unit 51 performs processing for displaying the 1 st information in the 1 st area 70, and further displays a1 st information summary chart 91 in the 3 rd area 90 of the display unit 52 (S103, fig. 4). The 1 st information summary chart 91 is a chart in which all (a plurality of) 1 st information is summarized. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the 1 st information summary chart 91 is time, and the vertical axis is a running time detail (1 st information). That is, 1 bar graph of the 1 st information summary graph 91 represents the time ratio of each operation state in the predetermined time period. The horizontal axis of the 1 st information summary chart 91 may be set as the winding unit 10. Thus, the time ratio of each operation state of each winding unit 10 can be represented graphically. As information for specifying the winding unit 10, the number of the winding unit 10 can be used as the value of the horizontal axis. The numbers of the winding units 10 are numbers assigned to the respective winding units 10 in the arrangement direction with reference to the predetermined positions. In this case, 1 bar graph of the 1 st information summary graph 91 represents the time ratio of each operation state of one winding unit 10 in a prescribed time length.
As described above, in the present embodiment, ALL of item 2 is selected to be completed in a state where the operation history screen is displayed for the first time. In other words, since all the 1 st information is selected by default, the control unit 51 displays the 1 st information summary chart 91 in the 3 rd area 90 without waiting for the instruction of the user. Alternatively, the control unit 51 may display the 1 st information summary chart 91 in the 3 rd area 90 after detecting that the user has performed the operation of selecting ALL of the 2 nd item.
Next, the control unit 51 determines whether or not the 1 st information of the 1 st area 70 is selected based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S104). As described above, the user can select item 2 72 of zone 1 70. In the present embodiment, the control unit 51 determines that the 1 st information is selected when the 1 st item 71, the 2 nd item 72, or the 3 rd item 73 is selected. Further, the control unit 51 identifies the 1 st information corresponding to the selected 2 nd item 72, and determines that the identified 1 st information is selected.
When it is determined that the 1 st information of the 1 st area 70 is selected, the control unit 51 displays the 2 nd information belonging to the selected 1 st information on the 2 nd area 80 of the display unit 52 (S105, fig. 5). The 2 nd information is information which is associated with the 1 st information and which represents the 1 st information in more detail. In other words, the 2 nd information is information corresponding to the lower hierarchy level of the 1 st information. In the present embodiment, the 2 nd information is information in which the time ratio shown in the 1 st information is classified in a finer manner. In fig. 5, "joint waiting stop time ratio" is selected as the 1 st information, and "joint waiting stop time ratio details" as the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information are displayed in the 2 nd area 80. Specifically, in item 1 81 of the 2 nd area 80, "tray supply stop time ratio", "conveyor full time ratio", "conveyor tray jam time ratio", and "tray level control time ratio" are displayed as details of the joint waiting stop time ratio. These time ratios correspond to the 2 nd information, respectively. The tray supply stop time ratio is a time ratio in which the yarn supply bobbin 21 is stopped and the yarn splicing waiting time is generated by stopping the supply of the tray to the winding unit 10. The conveyor full time ratio is a time ratio in which the conveyor is full of trays and the trays cannot be discharged, resulting in joint waiting. The conveyor tray jam time ratio is a time ratio at which a conveyor for feeding trays to the winding unit 10 is jammed. The tray level control time ratio is a time ratio taken for performing tray level control.
The display screen of the display unit 52 is divided into a1 st area 70 and a 2 nd area 80, and 1 st information is displayed in the 1 st area 70 and 2 nd information is displayed in the 2 nd area 80. In other words, the 1 st information and the 2 nd information are displayed in the same screen. Thus, since the 1 st information and the 2 nd information do not overlap, the user can confirm the 1 st information and the 2 nd information at the same time.
The 2 nd item 82 of the 2 nd area 80 is recorded with an abbreviation of the information shown in the 1 st item 81. As described later, the 1 st item 81, the 2 nd item 82, and the 3 rd item 83 also serve as buttons that can be operated by an operator. Further, a character string of "ALL" indicating that ALL the 2 nd information is summarized is displayed in the uppermost column of the 2 nd item 82. The 3 rd item 83 of the 2 nd area 80 is written with an actual time ratio corresponding to the details of the joint waiting stop time ratio written in the same line.
The 2 nd information is information belonging to the "joint waiting stop time ratio". When the other 1 st information is selected, the other 2 nd information belonging to the selected 1 st information is displayed in the 2 nd area 80. For example, when the "full pipe stop time ratio" is selected as the 1 st information, details of the full pipe stop time ratio, for example, the time ratio at which the doffing truck 40 works on the other winding units 10, the time ratio from the start of the movement of the doffing truck 40 to the arrival at the corresponding winding unit 10, the time ratio at which the doffing truck stops due to other errors, and the like are included as the 2 nd information. In addition, when the 1 st information is the detail of the alarm generated in the winding unit 10, the detail of the alarm becomes the 2 nd information.
As shown in fig. 5, in the operation history screen, a link bar 79 is displayed at a position crossing the 1 st area 70 and the 2 nd area 80. The link column 79 is a display section for specifying to which 1 st information the 2 nd information belongs. The link bar 79 extends from one 1 st information (1 st information selected by the user) displayed in the 1 st area 70 and is connected to a1 st item 81 of 2 nd information displayed in the 2 nd area 80. Thus, the user can confirm the 1 st information in the current selection and intuitively grasp the correspondence between the 1 st information and the 2 nd information. The display section for specifying which 1 st information the 2 nd information belongs to is not limited to the link column. For example, the color of the frame line of the 1 st information in the selection may be the same as the color of the frame line of the table indicating the 2 nd information. In this case, the same color frame lines correspond to display portions showing the correspondence between the 1 st information and the 2 nd information.
Next, the control unit 51 displays the 1 st information individual chart 92 of the selected 1 st information in the 3 rd area 90 (S106, fig. 5). After deleting the 1 st information summary chart 91 from the 3 rd area 90, the control unit 51 displays the 1 st information individual chart 92 in the 3 rd area 90. The control unit 51 creates the 1 st information individual chart 92 based on the 1 st information selected. The 1 st information individual graph 92 is a graph showing the content of the selected 1 st information. That is, the 1 st information individual chart 92 is a chart in which the selected portions other than the 1 st information are not displayed in the 1 st information summary chart 91. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the 1 st information individual graph 92 represents the winding unit 10, and in detail, each winding unit 10 is represented by a number assigned to the winding unit 10. The vertical axis of the 1 st information individual graph 92 is the value of the 1 st information selected. In the example shown in fig. 5, "joint waiting stop time ratio" is selected as the 1 st information, and thus the joint waiting stop time ratio of each winding unit 10 is represented as a 1 st information individual graph 92. When a plurality of 1 st information items are selected, the control unit 51 creates a 1 st information individual chart 92 containing a plurality of 1 st information items. In this case, in the 2 nd area 80, only the 2 nd information corresponding to the 1 st information on the uppermost side of the plurality of 1 st information may be displayed in the 2 nd area 80, or the 2 nd area 80 may be scrolled to display the 2 nd information corresponding to all the 1 st information selected in the 2 nd area 80.
When the reference is set to the 1 st information value, the control unit 51 displays the reference value on the 1 st information alone chart 92. Further, the control unit 51 makes the display mode of the winding unit 10 satisfying the criterion in the 1 st information alone chart 92 different from the display mode of the winding unit 10 not satisfying the criterion. The difference in display modes means difference in display methods, specifically, difference in display color, presence or absence of blinking, presence or absence of highlighting, and the like. This makes it possible to make the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference more noticeable. The horizontal axis of the 1 st information individual chart 92 is not limited to the number of the winding unit 10, and may be time. In this case, the joint waiting stop time ratio for each predetermined time length is indicated. In addition, a graph having the horizontal axis representing the number of the winding unit 10 and a graph having the horizontal axis representing the time may be simultaneously displayed in the 3 rd region 90.
A specific winding unit 93 is displayed in the vicinity of the 1 st information alone chart 92 and at a position different from the 1 st information alone chart 92, specifically, above the 1 st information alone chart 92. The specific winding unit 93 is constituted by the number of the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference and the value of the 1 st information of the winding unit 10. The specific winding unit 93 displays the numbers of at most 5 winding units 10 in the order in which the values of the 1 st information are worse. In addition, when there is no winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference, the number of the winding unit 10 is not displayed in the specific winding unit 93. The maximum value of the number of winding units 10 displayed as the specific winding unit 93 is not limited to 5, and may be a value other than 5. In addition, the specific winding unit 93 may also display all the winding units 10 that do not satisfy the reference. The list of numbers of the winding units 10 displayed in the specific winding unit 93 may also be scrollable. Thus, even when a large number of winding units 10 are displayed, the user can confirm the numbers of all the winding units 10. The display order of the winding unit 10 is not limited to the order in which the value of the 1 st information is poor, and may be the number order of the winding unit 10. In addition, the display of the value of the 1 st information may be omitted. Or the display of the specific winding unit 93 may be omitted.
An auxiliary graph 94 is further displayed in region 3, 90. The assist table 94 is a table for assisting the 1 st information-independent table 92, and is a table of other points of view related to the 1 st information. The 1 st information individual graph 92 is displayed in one of the divided areas of the 3 rd area 90, and the auxiliary graph 94 is displayed in the other. In other words, the 1 st information individual graph 92 and the auxiliary graph 94 are displayed on the same screen of the display unit 52.
In the example shown in fig. 5, the horizontal axis of the assist chart 94 is time, and the vertical axis is information 1. The average value of the 1 st information of the plurality of winding units 10 is shown in the auxiliary graph 94. In addition, a graph showing the total value instead of the average value of the 1 st information of the plurality of winding units 10 may be described. The auxiliary graph 94 is an example, and for example, when the horizontal axis of the 1 st information alone graph 92 is time, the horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph 94 may be the winding unit 10. Or the display of the auxiliary graph 94 may be omitted.
The display screen of the display unit 52 is divided into a 1 st region 70, a 2 nd region 80, and a3 rd region 90. Therefore, the chart of the 3 rd area 90 (the 1 st information individual chart 92, the auxiliary chart 94, and the 2 nd information summary chart 95 described later) is displayed on the same screen as the 1 st information and the 2 nd information. Therefore, the user can check the chart of the 3 rd area 90 while observing the 1 st information and the 2 nd information.
Further, the user can perform an operation of selecting the 1 st information individual chart 92 displayed in the 3 rd area 90 using the operation section 53. The control unit 51 determines whether or not a part of the 1 st information individual chart 92 is selected based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S107).
When it is determined that a part of the 1 st information alone chart 92 is selected, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the 1 st information in the selected range (S108). Specifically, when a part of the 1 st information alone chart 92 is selected, the control unit 51 identifies a chart of the winding unit 10 located within a predetermined range from the selected position, and selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the 1 st information. For example, when the 1 st information is as low as the ratio of the joint waiting time to the stop time, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the highest value of the 1 st information. On the other hand, for example, when the 1 st information is as high as the operation time ratio (mechanical efficiency) or the like, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the lowest value of the 1 st information. Since the user wants to grasp the information of the winding unit 10 having the worse value of the 1 st information, the trouble of the user can be reduced by performing the above-described processing.
In the example shown in fig. 6, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 of the number 30 because the winding unit 10 of the number 30 that does not satisfy the reference exists in a range of a predetermined range (for example, 2 or 3 amounts of the graph) from the touched position in the vicinity of the number 30 of the winding unit 10.
In the present embodiment, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the 1 st information within the predetermined range, but may select the winding unit 10 closest to the position touched by the user. Therefore, the graph constituting the auxiliary graph 94 is not limited to the graph having the worst value of the 1 st information. In the present embodiment, the winding unit 10 is selected using the 1 st information alone chart 92, but the winding unit 10 may be selected by other methods (for example, a method in which the user inputs the number of the winding unit 10).
Then, the control unit 51 displays a graph relating to the selected winding unit 10 in the 3 rd area 90 (S109). Specifically, the control unit 51 adds a table indicating the value of the 1 st information of the selected winding unit 10 to the auxiliary table 94. Thus, the user can compare the 1 st information of the selected winding unit 10 with the average value or the total value of the 1 st information of the plurality of winding units 10. In addition, not only when the 1 st information individual chart 92 is touched, but also when the selection of the number of the winding unit 10 described in the specific winding unit 93 is detected, the control unit 51 displays a chart relating to the selected winding unit 10.
The control unit 51 determines whether or not there is a display instruction of the 2 nd information summary chart 95 based on an operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S110). In the present embodiment, when ALL of the 2 nd items 82 of the 2 nd area 80 are selected, the control unit 51 determines that there is a display instruction of the 2 nd information summary chart 95 because ALL of the 2 nd information is selected. However, the display instruction of the 2 nd information summary chart 95 may be performed by another method (for example, selection of the 1 st item 81 or the 3 rd item 83).
When it is determined that there is an instruction to display the 2 nd information summary chart 95, the control unit 51 displays the 2 nd information summary chart 95 in the 3 rd area 90 of the display unit 52 (S111, fig. 7). After deleting the 1 st information individual graph 92 and the auxiliary graph 94 from the 3 rd area 90, the control unit 51 displays the 2 nd information summary graph 95. The 2 nd information summary chart 95 is a chart in which all (a plurality of) the 2 nd information is collectively represented. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the 2 nd information summary chart 95 represents time, and the vertical axis represents details of the joint waiting stop time ratio (a plurality of 2 nd information). That is, 1 bar graph of the 2 nd information summary graph 95 shows the time ratio of the cause of the joint waiting stop in the predetermined time period. The horizontal axis of the 2 nd information summary chart 95 may be the winding unit 10. In this case, 1 bar chart of the 2 nd information overview chart 95 shows the time ratio of the cause of the waiting stop of the joint of one winding unit 10 in the prescribed time length.
The user can grasp the plurality of pieces of 2 nd information displayed in the 2 nd area 80 at a glance by referring to the 2 nd information summary chart 95. The function of displaying the 2 nd information summary chart 95 is not essential, and may be omitted.
In the present embodiment, when the 1 st information is selected, the 1 st information individual chart 92 is displayed in the 3 rd area 90. Instead of this processing or on the basis thereof, in the case where the 2 nd information is selected, a2 nd information individual chart may be displayed in the 3 rd area 90. The description related to the 1 st information individual chart 92 may also be applied to the 2 nd information individual chart. In the present embodiment, when the winding unit 10 is selected, the assist chart 94 of the 1 st information is displayed in the 3 rd area 90. Instead of this processing or in addition thereto, if the winding unit 10 is selected, the auxiliary chart 94 of the 2 nd information may be displayed in the 3 rd area 90. The description related to the auxiliary graph 94 of the 1 st information may also be applied to the auxiliary graph 94 of the 2 nd information.
As described above, the yarn processing device 2 that winds the yarn to manufacture the package 22 is controlled. The management device 50 of the present embodiment includes a display unit 52 and a control unit 51. The display unit 52 displays information related to the operation history of the yarn processing device 2. The control unit 51 controls the display content of the display unit 52. The control unit 51 displays a plurality of 1 st information related to the operation history of the yarn processing device 2 on the display unit 52, and when the 1 st information is selected, displays the 2 nd information belonging to the selected 1 st information on the display unit 52. The control unit 51 displays the 1 st information and the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information on the same screen so as not to overlap each other.
Thus, the user can confirm the content of the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information while confirming the 1 st information. Thus, the user can easily grasp the information related to the operation history, compared with the case where the 1 st information is deleted from the display area of the display unit 52 and the 2 nd information is displayed.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the display unit 52 includes a1 st region 70, a2 nd region 80, and a3 rd region 90, which are regions that do not overlap with each other. The control unit 51 displays the 1 st information in the 1 st area 70, the 2 nd information in the 2 nd area 80, and the 1 st information individual chart 92 which is a chart related to the 1 st information in the 3 rd area 90. In addition, a2 nd information individual chart may be displayed instead of the 1 st information individual chart 92.
The user can confirm the 1 st information, the 2 nd information belonging to the 1 st information, and the individual chart related to the 1 st information or the 2 nd information at the same time, and thus can grasp the information related to the operation history in detail.
The management device 50 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of winding units 10 for manufacturing the package 22 in the yarn processing device 2. When the 1 st information displayed on the display unit 52 is selected, the control unit 51 displays the 1 st information individual graph 92 whose horizontal axis represents time and vertical axis represents the value of each time of the selected 1 st information and/or the 1 st information individual graph 92 whose horizontal axis represents the values of each winding unit 10 of the plurality of winding units 10 and vertical axis represents the selected 1 st information on the same screen as the 1 st information and the 2 nd information. When the 2 nd information is selected, the control unit 51 may display the 2 nd information alone chart instead of or in addition to the 1 st information alone chart 92.
Thus, the user can grasp the 1 st information or the 2 nd information corresponding to the time change or the 1 st information or the 2 nd information of each winding unit 10 at a glance.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the horizontal axis of the individual chart (the 1 st information individual chart 92 or the 2 nd information individual chart) is the plurality of winding units 10. The control unit 51 displays information for specifying the winding unit 10 for which the value of the 1 st information or the 2 nd information selected does not satisfy the reference at a position different from the individual chart.
Thus, the user can grasp the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the criterion by observing the information displayed at the position different from the individual chart.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the horizontal axis of the 1 st information individual chart 92 is the winding unit 10. When a part of the 1 st information alone chart 92 is selected, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the 1 st information among the winding units 10 located within a predetermined range from the selected position. When the 2 nd information is displayed in the display unit 52 as a separate chart, the control unit 51 performs the same processing to select the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the 2 nd information.
Thus, the user can easily select the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the 1 st information or the 2 nd information within the predetermined range.
The management device 50 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of winding units 10 for manufacturing the package 22 in the yarn processing device 2. When the winding unit 10 is selected, the control unit 51 further displays the auxiliary chart 94 of the 1 st information or the auxiliary chart of the 2 nd information on the display unit 52. The horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph 94 of the 1 st information is time, and the vertical axis is the average value or the total value of the 1 st information of the selected winding unit 10 and the 1 st information of the plurality of winding units 10. The horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph of the 2 nd information is time, and the vertical axis is the average value or the total value of the 2 nd information of the selected winding unit 10 and the 2 nd information of the plurality of winding units 10.
Thus, the user can simply compare the 1 st information (or the 2 nd information) of the selected winding unit 10 with the average value or the total value (or the average value or the total value of the 2 nd information) of the 1 st information of the other plurality of winding units 10.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the control unit 51 displays the winding unit 10 for each operation state of the yarn processing device 2 as the 1 st information on the display unit 52. The control unit 51 displays more detailed details of the winding unit 10 in each operating state of the yarn processing device 2 as the 2 nd information on the display unit 52.

When the 2 nd information is selected, the control unit 51 may display a2 nd information summary chart.
Thus, the user can grasp information related to the plurality of 1 st information or 2 nd information at a glance.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the control unit 51 displays a link bar 79 indicating the correspondence between the 1 st information and the 2 nd information on the display unit 52.
This allows the user to grasp at a glance which 1 st information the 2 nd information belongs to.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the above configuration is modified as follows.
The flowcharts shown in the above embodiments are examples, and a part of the processing may be omitted, the content of a part of the processing may be changed, or a new processing may be added. For example, the process of displaying the 1 st information summary chart 91 in the 3 rd area 90 when there is an instruction to display the operation history screen may be omitted, or the 1 st information summary chart 91 may be displayed in the 3 rd area 90 when there is an instruction from the user.
In the above embodiment, the description has been given of an example in which the present invention is applied to the management device 50 provided in the automatic winder 1, but the present invention can also be applied to a textile machine (for example, a spinning machine) other than the automatic winder 1.
In the above embodiment, the management device 50 is arranged in line with the yarn processing device 2, but the management device 50 may be arranged at a position separate from the yarn processing device 2. The higher management device (external device) that manages one or more management devices 50 may perform processing related to the 1 st information or the 2 nd information.
