Description

Management device and management system
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to a management device for managing a yarn processing device for winding yarn to produce packages.
Background
Patent document 1 is japanese patent application laid-open No. 2002-87703.
Patent document 1 includes a screen device for displaying information related to a textile machine. The screen device displays icons composed of characters such as "on", "running", "operating" and the like on the main menu page. The screen device displays a screen corresponding to the selected icon. For example, when an icon described as "operation" is selected, the screen device displays a screen indicating the current operation state of the textile machine. Further, another icon described as "current operation setting" is displayed on the screen showing the operation state. When an icon described as "current operation setting" is selected, the screen device displays a screen including information related to the current operation setting and a further icon.
Disclosure of Invention
In the configuration of patent document 1, the user needs to select a plurality of icons before displaying on the target screen. Further, the user needs to memorize the selection flow of the icon until the target screen is displayed. Further, since the icon disclosed in patent document 1 is composed of only words that directly indicate information of the transition place screen, the user may not be able to sufficiently grasp which icon is selected to display the target screen.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a main object thereof is to provide a management device which can display a target screen with fewer operations and is simple in operation until the target screen is displayed.
As described above, the means for solving the problems and the effects thereof will be described.
According to the 1 st aspect of the present invention, there is provided a management device configured as follows. That is, the management device manages the yarn processing device that winds the yarn to produce the package. The management device includes a display unit and a control unit. The display unit displays information related to the yarn processing device. The control unit controls the display content of the display unit. The control unit performs the following processing: the display unit displays transition information indicating the contents of a plurality of previously registered screens, receives selection of the transition information, and transitions to a screen indicated by the selected transition information and displays the screen on the display unit. The control unit displays at least two of a thumbnail image representing a registered screen, an auxiliary text registered based on the registered screen, and hierarchical information representing a hierarchical level of the registered screen in the menu tree as the transition information on the display unit.
Thus, since the transition place information is registered in advance, the user can reach the target screen with less operations. Further, at least two of the 3 pieces of transition place information can be displayed on the display unit, and therefore, the user can easily grasp the content of the screen indicated by the transition place information. Therefore, the user can simply select transition place information corresponding to the target screen.
In the management device, it is preferable that the control unit displays, as the transition information, all of a thumbnail image representing the registered screen, an auxiliary text registered based on the registered screen, and hierarchical information representing a hierarchical level of the registered screen in the menu tree on the display unit.
This makes it easier for the user to grasp the contents of the screen represented by the transition place information.
In the management apparatus, it is preferable that the control unit registers the transition destination information including at least the thumbnail image of the corresponding screen when an operation to register the transition destination screen is performed.
Thus, the user can register the transition place information, and thus, by registering transition place information including at least thumbnail images on a screen frequently viewed by the user, convenience for the user is improved.
In the management device, the following configuration is preferable. That is, the control unit can access transition registration information that associates the classification identification information with one or more pieces of transition information to which the classification identification information is assigned. The control unit displays the transition information to which the classification identification information is assigned on the display unit when the classification identification information is selected.
By setting the classification identification information according to each user or winding condition to be used, it is possible to display a combination of information of an appropriate transition corresponding to the user or winding condition.
In the management device, the following configuration is preferable. That is, the management device includes a communication unit that communicates with an external device disposed outside the management device. The communication unit may transmit the transfer destination information registered in the control unit to the external device, and may receive the transfer destination information registered in the external device.
Thereby, the transfer place information registered by the management apparatus can be registered in the external apparatus, or the transfer place information registered by the external apparatus can be registered in the management apparatus. As a result, the trouble of registering the transfer place information for each management apparatus can be reduced. Further, even if a storage medium is not used, transfer information can be exchanged without trouble.
According to the 2 nd aspect of the present invention, the following management system is provided. The management system includes a1 st management device and a2 nd management device. The 1 st management device includes a1 st control unit as the control unit, and a1 st input/output unit. The 1 st input/output unit is detachably mounted with a storage medium. The 2 nd management device includes a2 nd control unit as the control unit, and a2 nd input/output unit. The 2 nd input/output unit is detachably mounted with a storage medium. The 1 st control unit may store the transfer destination information in the storage medium via the 1 st input/output unit. The 2 nd control unit may store the transfer destination information in the storage medium via the 2 nd input/output unit. The 1 st control unit can read the transfer destination information registered by the 2 nd management device and stored in the storage medium from the storage medium via the 1 st input/output unit. The 2 nd control unit can read the transfer destination information registered by the 1 st management device and stored in the storage medium from the storage medium via the 2 nd input/output unit.
Thus, the transfer place information registered by the 1 st management apparatus can be registered in the 2 nd management apparatus, or the transfer place information registered by the 2 nd management apparatus can be registered in the 1 st management apparatus. As a result, the trouble of registering the transfer place information for each management apparatus can be reduced. In addition, even when the 1 st management device and the 2 nd management device cannot properly communicate, the transfer destination information can be exchanged.

Detailed Description
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the overall structure of an automatic winder (textile machine) will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The automatic winder 1 shown in fig. 1 includes a yarn processing device 2 and a management device 50. The yarn processing device 2 and the management device 50 are arranged in an array. The yarn processing device 2 includes a plurality of winding units 10 arranged in parallel and a doffing cart 40.
Each winding unit 10 includes a yarn feeding portion 11, a yarn unwinding assisting device 12, a tension applying device 13, a yarn splicing device 14, a yarn quality measuring device 15, a cradle 16, a winding drum 17, and a housing 18.
A yarn supplying bobbin 21 is supported by the yarn supplying section 11. The yarn unwinding assisting device 12 can prevent excessive yarn galloping and can unwind the yarn at a constant tension by contacting a portion (balloon) of the yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 that bulges outward due to centrifugal force galloping. The tension applying device 13 applies a predetermined tension to the advancing yarn. The yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 and the yarn of the package 22 are respectively guided to the yarn splicing device 14. The yarn joining device 14 joins the guided yarns to each other. The yarn quality measuring device 15 measures the quality of the advancing yarn (for example, the yarn thickness, the amount of change thereof, and the like) by an optical sensor or the like.
A winding bobbin is mounted on the cradle 16. The winding drum 17 rotates in contact with the winding bobbin or the package 22, and winds the yarn around the winding bobbin while traversing the yarn. The yarn is wound around a winding bobbin by the winding drum 17 to produce a package 22.
A unit control section 19 shown in fig. 2 is provided inside the housing 18. The unit control section 19 includes a CPU, RAM, memory, and the like. The memory is, for example, an HDD, an SDD, or a flash memory. Various programs and control data are stored in the memory. The CPU reads out the program stored in the memory to the RAM and executes the program. Thereby, the unit control section 19 performs control related to the winding unit 10.
The doffing cart 40 can travel along the arrangement direction of the winding units 10. Specifically, a rail is formed above the winding unit 10 along the arrangement direction, and the doffing cart 40 travels along the rail. When the package becomes full in one of the winding units 10, the doffing cart 40 travels to the winding unit 10 and stops. The doffing cart 40 removes the full package of the winding unit 10 and supplies a new winding bobbin of the unreeled yarn to the winding unit 10.
Specifically, the doffing cart 40 includes a yarn pulling arm 41, a cradle opening arm 42, and a chuck 43. The yarn pulling arm 41 is extendable and retractable by an actuator such as an air cylinder, not shown. A suction yarn catching portion is attached to the front end of the yarn pulling arm 41, and the yarn from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 is pulled out. The cradle opening arm 42 operates to open the cradle 16 and remove the package 22, which is fully wound, from the cradle 16. The chuck 43 holds a new winding bobbin held in a bobbin stocker, not shown, and supplies the new winding bobbin to the cradle 16.
The management device 50 manages the yarn processing device 2. The yarn processing device 2 of the present embodiment includes a winding unit 10 and a doffing cart 40. However, the doffing cart 40 may be excluded from the yarn processing device 2. That is, the doffing cart 40 may be a management target of the management device 50, or may not be a management target of the management device 50. The management object of the management device 50 may include a bobbin preparing device that conveys the yarn supply bobbin 21 to the winding unit 10 or prepares to wind the yarn on the yarn supply bobbin 21. As shown in fig. 2, the management device 50 includes a control unit 51, a display unit 52, an operation unit 53, and a communication unit 54.
The control unit 51 includes a CPU, a RAM, a memory, and the like, similarly to the unit control unit 19. The memory is, for example, an HDD, SSD, or flash memory. Various programs and control data are stored in the memory. The CPU reads out the program stored in the memory to the RAM and executes it. Thereby, the control unit 51 performs control related to management of the yarn processing device 2.
The display unit 52 is a display device capable of displaying information. The display unit 52 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or an organic EL display. The display unit 52 displays the screen generated by the control unit 51. In the following description, the "screen" is a display object composed of a table, a chart, a photograph, an illustration, an input field, an icon, or the like for the purpose of displaying information related to the yarn processing device 2 or changing settings related to the yarn processing device 2. Specifically, the display unit 52 displays an information display screen indicating the start condition of each winding unit 10, an information display screen indicating the production efficiency of each winding unit 10, a setting change screen indicating the yarn winding condition for changing each winding unit 10, a setting change screen indicating the processing condition for changing the doffing cart 40, a menu screen for transferring to another screen, and the like.
The operation unit 53 is a hardware device that can be operated by a user. The operation unit 53 is, for example, a hardware key or a touch panel. The touch panel is integrally formed with the display unit 52, and detects a position touched by a user when the user touches a screen of the display unit 52. Further, based on the history of the position touched by the user, it is possible to detect that a predetermined operation (single click, double click, drag, pinch (pin-in), pinch-out) is performed. The user is a term including not only an operator assisting the start of the automatic winder 1 but also a manager who manages the automatic winder 1.
The control unit 51 performs processing corresponding to an instruction by the user operation unit 53. For example, when the user operates the operation unit 53 to instruct to display an information display screen or the like, the control unit 51 displays the designated information display screen or the like. When the user operates the operation unit 53 to instruct to change the yarn winding condition, the control unit 51 reflects the change of the yarn winding condition.
The communication unit 54 is a wired communication module or a wireless communication module for communicating with another device. The communication unit 54 can communicate with the plurality of winding units 10 and the doffing cart 40.
Next, a bookmark function of the management apparatus 50 will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 7. As described above, there are a plurality of screens that can be displayed by the display unit 52. Therefore, the user may take a lot of time or effort to display the target screen on the display unit 52. For example, in the case of transferring to the target screen by selecting an icon a plurality of times as in patent document 1, the user needs to memorize a selection flow of the icon until transferring to the target screen. Further, the icon disclosed in patent document 1 is composed of only words that directly indicate information of the transition destination screen, and a user may not be able to sufficiently grasp which icon is selected to transition to the target screen.
In this regard, in the present embodiment, by registering a predetermined screen using the bookmark function of the management apparatus 50, the effort of the user until the target screen is displayed can be reduced. Further, when the user selects the registered screen, the management device 50 displays transition information indicating various information related to the registered screen on the display unit 52. This enables the user to grasp which transition destination information is selected and to transition to the target screen.
The detailed contents of the bookmark function of the management apparatus 50 will be described below. Fig. 3 illustrates a process performed by the control unit 51 of the management apparatus 50 when a user registers a desired screen. In the present embodiment, the user registers a desired screen, but instead of or in addition to this, a screen that is generally used frequently may be registered in advance on the manufacturer side as a default bookmark.
As shown in fig. 4, the 1 st menu bar 61 and the 2 nd menu bar 62 are displayed on the display unit 52. The 1 st menu bar 61 is always displayed, and a plurality of icons are displayed on the 1 st menu bar 61. An icon representing an item of a hierarchical level lower than the icon selected in the 1 st menu bar 61 is displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62. That is, the icon displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62 changes according to the icon selected in the 1 st menu bar 61. When registering a screen, the user performs an operation of selecting an icon displayed in the 1 st menu bar 61 and/or the 2 nd menu bar 62 using the operation unit 53, and displays a desired screen in the main area 63. The main area 63 is an area for realizing a main function of the displayed screen. The 1 st menu bar 61, the 2 nd menu bar 62, and the auxiliary area 64 display contents that are not directly related to the main area 63, and are therefore collectively referred to as auxiliary areas. Alternatively, the user may display a menu screen in the main area 63, and select an icon of the menu screen to display a desired screen in the main area 63.
The auxiliary area 64 is displayed at an end portion (upper end portion in the present embodiment) of the display portion 52. A plurality of icons are displayed in a row in the auxiliary area 64. Icons displayed in the auxiliary area 64 represent, in order from the left, a calculator, a screen shot, help, a reminder, and mail. Icons displayed in the auxiliary area 64 are used to perform functions frequently used by the user. From another point of view, the icons displayed in the auxiliary area 64 are used to perform functions that are used by the user regardless of the execution of the content displayed in the main area 63. In addition, the icon displayed in the auxiliary area 64 and a part of the icon displayed in the 1 st menu bar 61 or the 2 nd menu bar 62 may be overlapped with each other.
The menu button 65 is always displayed on the display unit 52. That is, when the display unit 52 displays a screen that can be registered as a bookmark in the management apparatus 50, the menu button 65 is displayed on the display unit 52. When the user registers the screen currently displayed on the display unit 52, the user operates the selection menu button 65 to display the menu item display area 66. The menu item display area 66 includes an item for registering a currently displayed screen. The user performs an operation of selecting the item, thereby giving an instruction to register the current display screen. In the present embodiment, since the menu button 65 is always displayed on the display unit 52, the user can register the instruction of the current display screen by the same operation (and a simple operation) in the case of displaying any screen. The operation of selecting the menu button 65 or the menu item display area 66 is performed using the operation unit 53 (specifically, a touch panel or a hardware key).
The control unit 51 determines whether or not the user has instructed the registration of the current screen (S101). When determining that the user has instructed the registration of the current screen, the control unit 51 creates a thumbnail image based on the screen capturing image of the current screen (S102).
The thumbnail image is an image for displaying a registered screen when shifting to the registered screen. Since the thumbnail image is the screen itself familiar to the user, it is possible to instantly grasp what screen is. In the present embodiment, the control unit 51 creates a thumbnail image including not only the main area 63 but also the sub-areas (specifically, the 1 st menu bar 61, the 2 nd menu bar 62, and the auxiliary area 64). Alternatively, the control unit 51 may create a thumbnail image composed of only the portion displayed in the main area 63. The thumbnail image is smaller in size when displayed than the screen shot image. In addition, the resolution of the thumbnail image may be the same as or smaller than the resolution of the screen capture image. Instead of using a screen shot image, a sample image prepared in advance may be used. The sample image is an image including a table or a chart prepared in advance using sample data or the like.
Next, the control unit 51 accepts selection of the bookmark set ID (S103). The bookmark set ID (category identification information) is identification information for grouping management of registered screens. A bookmark set ID is assigned to a screen registered by the user. The same bookmark set ID is assigned to a picture belonging to one bookmark set. As a method of using the bookmark set, for example, the bookmark set can be divided by a user or the bookmark set can be divided by the winding unit 10 and the doffing cart 40. In addition, the process of accepting selection of the bookmark set ID may be omitted. For example, in the case where the bookmark set ID can be selected in advance, the bookmark set ID in the current selection is automatically assigned to the screen to be registered. When the bookmark set ID is in selection, as described later, when a list of registered screens is displayed, a list of screens to which the bookmark set ID currently in selection is assigned is displayed. As described above, bookmark set IDs may also be divided by user. That is, the 1 st user who uses the 1 st bookmark set ID selects the 1 st bookmark set ID, and therefore, the 1 st bookmark set ID is also assigned to the newly registered screen. On the other hand, the 2 nd user selects the 2 nd bookmark set ID, and therefore, the 2 nd bookmark set ID is also assigned to the newly registered screen. In addition, instead of the process of selecting the bookmark set ID, a process of associating the login information may be performed. That is, when the 1 st user logs in, the 1 st bookmark group ID associated with the 1 st user becomes in selection. Therefore, the 1 st bookmark set ID (the same applies to the 2 nd user) is assigned to the screen newly registered by the 1 st user in this state. The login state may be a specification that lasts for a certain period of time from the final operation. In this case, the 1 st bookmark set ID is assigned to the screen registered by the 1 st user within a certain time from the final operation. The classification of the registration screen based on the bookmark set ID is not necessarily a technique, and may be omitted.
Next, the control unit 51 registers the screen ID, thumbnail image, and hierarchical information in association with the selected bookmark set ID (S104). Fig. 5 shows a table indicating these pieces of information (hereinafter referred to as "transition registration information"). The screen ID is unique identification information set for each screen. The hierarchy information is the hierarchy of a menu tree of images to be registered. For example, "AA11> BB11> CC13" shown in fig. 5 indicates a screen that can be reached by selecting icons or the like in the order of AA11, BB11, CC 13. The control unit 51 stores the migration registration information in a memory provided in itself, but may store the migration information in an external device disposed outside the management device 50. Examples of the external device include another PC, NAS (Network Attached Storage), or a data server connected to the management device 50 via a wide area network, which is disposed in the factory of the automatic winder 1.
The hierarchical information is described in more detail. The uppermost hierarchical level includes, for example, operation, setting, maintenance, and the like. The operation is an item of data for displaying the current operation state. The setting is an item for changing the setting related to the operation. Maintenance is an item for displaying where maintenance is required. The next uppermost hierarchy is a hierarchy for specifying which equipment of the winding unit, doffing device, bobbin preparing device is associated with. The hierarchy classification is an example, and a menu tree different from the present embodiment may be used.
Next, the control unit 51 determines whether or not the supplementary text is input (S105). The auxiliary text is text entered by the user with respect to the registered screen. The auxiliary text can register various contents such as the content of the registered screen, the date and time of the registered screen, the user who registers the screen, and the state in which the registered screen should be viewed. The input of the auxiliary text is performed, for example, in the following order. For example, when the user registers a screen, an input box may be displayed on the display unit 52 to accept input of an auxiliary text. Alternatively, the input or correction of the auxiliary text may be accepted in a screen displaying a list of registered screens. In addition, the input of the auxiliary text is not necessary and can be omitted.
When it is determined that there is an entry of the auxiliary text, the control unit 51 registers the auxiliary text in association with the bookmark set ID (S106).
Next, a description will be given of a process of displaying a list of previously registered screens on the display unit 52, shifting to a screen selected by the user, and displaying the screen on the display unit 52. These processes are performed by the control unit 51 as shown in the flowchart of fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 7, the 1 st menu bar 61 includes a bookmark button 61a. By the user operating the bookmark button 61a, a registration screen display button 62a is displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62. The user can perform a display instruction of the registration screen by operating the registration screen display button 62a.
The control unit 51 determines whether or not the user has instructed to display the registration screen (S201). The control unit 51 determines whether or not the user has instructed to display the registration screen based on whether or not the registration screen display button 62a is operated. The instruction to display the registration screen is not limited to the operation of the registration screen display button 62a, and may be a different operation. The registration screen display button 62a may be automatically selected by operating the bookmark button 61a of the 1 st menu bar 61. In this case, the control unit 51 determines whether or not the user has instructed to display the registration screen based on whether or not the bookmark button 61a is operated.
When it is determined that the user has instructed the display of the registration screen, the control unit 51 displays a list of transition information to which the bookmark set ID selected is assigned on the display unit 52 (S202). In this embodiment, the bookmark set ID that has been used recently is automatically selected. However, the user may select the bookmark set ID before displaying the list of the transfer location information.
Fig. 7 shows a screen for displaying a list of transition place information. Specifically, 4 pieces of transition information display areas 72 are provided in the main area 63 of the display unit 52. The screen display area 72a, the auxiliary text display area 72b, and the hierarchical display area 72c are provided in each transition place information display area 72. The thumbnail image created at the time of registration of the screen is displayed in the screen display area 72 a. The auxiliary text input at the time of registration or after registration of the screen is displayed in the auxiliary text display area 72 b. The hierarchy display area 72c displays hierarchy information created at the time of registration of the screen.
In the present embodiment, two transfer destination information display areas 72 are arranged in a left-right arrangement and two are arranged in a top-bottom arrangement. Further, by scrolling up and down the screen, the other transition place information display area 72 is further displayed. Since the thumbnail image displayed in the screen display area 72a is smaller than the screen capture image, the visibility of the transition area information can be improved. The transition area information display area 72 may be arranged in one or more of 3 or more of the left-right direction, or the number of the left-right or up-down direction may be changed. In addition, the order of displaying the transfer place information may be changed or the transfer place information may be deleted according to the operation of the user.
In the present embodiment, the auxiliary text display area 72b is disposed below the screen display area 72a, and the hierarchical display area 72c is disposed above the screen display area 72 a. The layout is an example, and the positions of the auxiliary text display area 72b and the hierarchical display area 72c may be different from the layout of the present embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the management device 50 can display 3 pieces of thumbnail images, auxiliary text, and hierarchical information. Alternatively, the management device 50 may display only 2 of the 3. That is, the management device 50 may be capable of displaying the thumbnail image and the auxiliary text without displaying the hierarchical information, may be capable of displaying the thumbnail image and the hierarchical information without displaying the auxiliary text, or may be capable of displaying the auxiliary text and the hierarchical information without displaying the thumbnail image. Or since the thumbnail image is more important than the other two pieces of information, it is also possible to display the thumbnail image and further display at least one of the auxiliary text and the hierarchical information.
In any combination of the above, the user can grasp sufficient information about the transition place as compared with the icon of patent document 1. Thus, the user can easily grasp which transition place information is selected to be able to transition to the target screen. For example, in the case where only one piece of information is displayed, it may be difficult to distinguish from other pieces of transfer place information based on the registered transfer place information. In this regard, by displaying two or more pieces of information, the difference between the pieces of transition information becomes clear, and therefore, the pieces of transition information can be easily distinguished from each other. For example, in the case where thumbnail images and hierarchical information are included as transition place information to be displayed, both are information indicating positions on a menu tree, and therefore, by considering both information, a user can easily determine the contents of the transition place information. Further, in the case where the auxiliary text is included in addition to the thumbnail image or the hierarchical information, even in the case where the content of the transfer place information cannot be easily determined by the information of the auxiliary text alone, the user can easily determine the content of the transfer place information by further considering the information (thumbnail image or hierarchical information) indicating the position on the menu tree.
Next, the control unit 51 determines whether or not another bookmark set ID is selected (S203). As shown in fig. 7, for example, an ID switching box 70 is displayed in the auxiliary area 64. By the user operating the ID switch box 70, it is possible to switch to another bookmark set ID. The control unit 51 makes a determination in step S203 based on whether the ID switching box 70 is operated. When it is determined that another bookmark set ID is selected, the control unit 51 displays a list of transition information to which the selected bookmark set ID is assigned (switching display, S202).
The control unit 51 determines whether or not transition destination information is selected (S204). The entire transfer destination information display area 72 shown in fig. 7, that is, the screen display area 72a, the auxiliary text display area 72b, and the hierarchical display area 72c, functions as links. Accordingly, the user can select the transfer place information by selecting any one of the portions of the transfer place information display area 72. The control unit 51 makes a determination in step S204 based on whether or not to perform an operation of selecting the transition destination information display area 72.
When it is determined that the transition destination information is selected, the control unit 51 transitions to the screen indicated by the selected transition destination information, and displays the screen on the display unit 52 (S205). When shifting to the screen indicated by the selected shift destination information, the screen ID registered as the shift destination registration information can be used. Instead of the screen ID, the hierarchical information may be used to transition to the screen indicated by the selected transition destination information.
Next, a modification 1 of the above embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 8. In the following description, the same or similar components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and the description thereof may be omitted.
In a fiber mill, a plurality of automatic winder 1 may be arranged in an array. Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a portion in which two automatic winders 1 among the plurality of automatic winders 1 are arranged. The two automatic winders 1 have the same configuration, but for the sake of explanation, one of the automatic winders 1 and the management device 50 is referred to as a 1 st automatic winder 1a and a 1 st management device 50a, and the other is referred to as a 2 nd automatic winder 1b and a 2 nd management device 50b. The plurality of management devices 50 (here, the 1 st management device 50a and the 2 nd management device 50 b) together correspond to a "management system".
Here, it is troublesome for the user to register the screen shown in the flowchart of fig. 3 for all the automatic winder 1. In this regard, in modification 1, the content of the setting performed on one automatic winder 1 can be reflected on the other automatic winders 1.
Specifically, the communication unit 54 of the 1 st management device 50a and the communication unit 54 of the 2 nd management device 50b can communicate by wire or wireless. The control unit 51 can also import a file containing the migration registration information exported by the other management device 50, while exporting the migration registration information to a file of a predetermined format.
In accordance with the above, for example, the 1 st management device 50a registers the screen and creates the transition registration information, and then derives the transition registration information and transmits it to the 2 nd management device 50b. The 2 nd management device 50b imports the received transfer destination registration information. Thus, the same settings as those of the 1 st automatic winder 1a are reflected on the 2 nd automatic winder 1b. The 1 st management device 50a corresponds to an "external device", and the 2 nd management device 50b corresponds to the "external device", and the 1 st management device 50a corresponds to the "external device".
In modification 1, two automatic winders 1 are described, but one automatic winder 1 may send transition registration information to two or more automatic winders 1. In the case where the 1 st management device 50a stores the migration registration information in the PC, NAS, or server, the other management device 50 can acquire and import the migration registration information only by accessing these external devices.
Next, a modification 2 of the above embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 9. The 2 nd modification example differs from the 1 st modification example in the method of exchanging the registered information.
The management device 50 according to modification 2 includes an input/output unit 55. The input/output unit 55 can be provided with a USB memory (storage medium) 56. The control unit 51 can store transition registration information in the USB memory 56 via the input/output unit 55. The control unit 51 can read out the migration registration information stored in the USB memory 56 via the input/output unit 55. In addition, other storage media, such as an SD card, may be used instead of the USB memory 56.
As described above, for example, the 1 st management device 50a registers a screen and creates transition registration information, and then the USB memory 56 is mounted in the input/output unit 55. Then, the control unit 51 of the 1 st management device 50a stores the migration registration information in the USB memory 56 via the input/output unit 55. Next, the USB memory 56 is mounted in the input/output unit 55 of the 2 nd management device 50 b. The control unit 51 of the 2 nd management device 50b reads out and sets the transition registration information via the input/output unit 55. Thus, the same settings as those of the 1 st automatic winder 1a are reflected in the 2 nd automatic winder 1 b. The control unit 51 of the 1 st management device 50a corresponds to a "1 st control unit", the input/output unit 55 of the 1 st management device 50a corresponds to a "1 st input/output unit", the control unit 51 of the 2 nd management device 50b corresponds to a "2 nd control unit", and the input/output unit 55 of the 2 nd management device 50b corresponds to a "2 nd input/output unit". The 1 st management device 50a or the 2 nd management device 50b can exchange transfer information with an external device using the USB memory 56.
As described above, the management device 50 according to the present embodiment manages the yarn processing device 2 that winds the yarn to manufacture the package 22. The management device 50 of the present embodiment includes a display unit 52 and a control unit 51. The display unit 52 displays information related to the yarn processing device 2. The control unit 51 controls the display content of the display unit 52. The control unit 51 performs the following processing: the display unit 52 displays a plurality of pieces of transition information indicating the contents of the screen registered in advance, receives a selection of the transition information, and transitions to the screen indicated by the selected transition information, and the display unit 52 displays the screen. The control unit 51 displays at least two of a thumbnail image representing the registered screen, an auxiliary text registered in accordance with the registered screen, and hierarchical information representing the hierarchical level of the registered screen in the menu tree as transition place information on the display unit 52.
Thus, the transition place information is registered in advance, and thus the user can reach the target screen with less operations. Further, since at least two of the 3 pieces are displayed on the display unit 52 as transition place information, the user can easily grasp the content of the screen indicated by the transition place information. Therefore, the user can simply select transition place information corresponding to the target screen.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the control unit 51 displays, as transition place information, all of a thumbnail image representing a registered screen, an auxiliary text registered in accordance with the registered screen, and hierarchical information representing the hierarchical level of the registered screen in the menu tree on the display unit 52.
This makes it easier for the user to grasp the contents of the screen represented by the transition place information.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, when an operation to register the transition destination screen is performed, the control unit 51 registers transition destination information including at least thumbnail images of the corresponding screen.
Thus, the user can register the transition place information, and thus, by registering the transition place information including at least the thumbnail image for the screen frequently viewed by the user, the user's convenience is improved.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the control unit 51 can access the branch registration information that associates the classification identification information with one or more pieces of branch information to which the classification identification information is assigned. When the classification identification information is selected, the control unit 51 displays transition information to which the classification identification information is assigned on the display unit 52.
Thus, by setting the bookmark set ID for each user or winding condition to be used, it is possible to display a combination of appropriate transition information corresponding to the user or winding condition.
The management apparatus 50 (the 1 st management apparatus 50 a) according to the 1 st modification example includes a communication unit 54 that communicates with an external apparatus (PC, NAS, server, or 2 nd management apparatus 50 b). The communication section 54 can transmit the transfer place information registered by the control section 51 to the external device, and receive the transfer place information registered in the external device.
Thereby, the transfer place information registered in the 1 st management device 50a can be registered in the external device, or the transfer place information registered in the external device can be registered in the 1 st management device 50 a. As a result, the trouble of registering the transfer place information for each management apparatus 50 can be reduced. Further, even if a storage medium is not used, transfer information can be exchanged without trouble.
In the management system according to modification 2, the 1 st management device 50a and the 2 nd management device 50b each include a control unit 51 and an input/output unit 55. The USB memory 56 is detachably mounted to the input/output unit 55. The control unit 51 can store the transfer destination information in the USB memory 56 via the input/output unit 55. The control unit 51 can read out transfer destination information registered by the other management device 50 and stored in the USB memory 56 from the USB memory 56 via the input/output unit 55.
Thereby, the transfer place information registered by the 1 st management device 50a can be registered in the 2 nd management device 50b, or the transfer place information registered by the 2 nd management device 50b can be registered in the 1 st management device 50 a. As a result, the trouble of registering the transfer place information for each management apparatus 50 can be reduced. In addition, even when the 1 st management device 50a and the 2 nd management device 50b cannot properly communicate, the transfer destination information can be exchanged.
The preferred embodiments and modifications of the present invention have been described above, but the above configuration can be modified as follows.
In the above embodiment, the thumbnail image, the auxiliary text, and the hierarchical information are shown as the display items displayed in the transition destination information display area 72, but other display items than these may be displayed in the transition destination information display area 72.
In the above embodiment, when the screen display area 72a, the auxiliary text display area 72b, or the hierarchical display area 72c displayed in the transition destination information display area 72 is operated, the transition is made to the corresponding screen. Alternatively, when any place of the transition destination information display area 72 (including a blank place where no information is displayed) is operated, the transition may be made to the corresponding screen. Or a button for shifting to a corresponding screen may be displayed separately.
The flowcharts shown in the above embodiments are examples, and a part of the processing may be omitted, the content of a part of the processing may be changed, or a new processing may be added.
In the above embodiment, the description has been given of an example in which the present invention is applied to the management device 50 provided in the automatic winder 1, but the present invention can also be applied to a textile machine (for example, a spinning machine) other than the automatic winder 1.
In the above embodiment, the transition place information is registered by operating the menu item display area 66 in a state where the registered screen is displayed. Alternatively, the transfer place information may be registered by inputting hierarchy information.
In the above embodiment, the management device 50 is arranged in line with the yarn processing device 2, but the management device 50 may be arranged at a position separate from the yarn processing device 2. The management device (external device) that manages the upper level of one or more management devices 50 may perform the processing related to the above-described transfer destination information.
