The invention relates to a condition display device and a yarn winding machine.
Background
There is known a yarn winding machine which determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to a yarn drawn from a yarn supplying bobbin, and winds the yarn while removing the yarn defect from the yarn to form a package when the yarn defect is present. Such a yarn winding machine is described in patent document 1, for example.

Disclosure of Invention
Here, the yarn winding machine sets winding conditions for winding the yarn. Similarly, the yarn winding machine is also set with yarn defect determination conditions for determining the presence or absence of a yarn defect. In this condition display device, the winding condition acquisition unit acquires the winding condition, and the determination condition acquisition unit acquires the yarn defect determination condition. The yarn winding machine of the present invention comprises: the above condition display device; a yarn supplying section that supports the yarn winding body; a winding section that winds the yarn drawn from the yarn winding body to form a package; and a yarn monitoring section that is disposed between the yarn supplying section and the winding section and monitors a state of the yarn traveling from the yarn supplying section to the winding section.
In this yarn winding machine, information on the yarn defect determination condition and the like are displayed on a display unit. Thus, the operator can grasp, by viewing the display unit, which winding condition the yarn is wound under, and determine the presence or absence of a yarn defect or the like for the yarn according to which yarn defect determination condition.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a yarn winding machine to which the condition display device of the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
As shown in fig. 1, the yarn winding machine 1 includes a plurality of yarn winding units (yarn winding devices) 2, a plurality of unit control devices 3, a machine base control device 4, and a monitoring unit control device 5 (a condition setting unit and a quality information generating unit). The yarn winding machine 1 is an automatic winder. Each yarn winding unit 2 winds the yarn drawn from the yarn winding body to form a package. The yarn winding body is, for example, a yarn supplying bobbin 21a (see fig. 2) or a yarn supplying package. In the present embodiment, the yarn supplying bobbin 21a is used as the yarn winding body. Each unit control device 3 is provided for each yarn winding unit 2, and controls the operation of the managed yarn winding unit 2. The machine control device 4 communicates with each unit control device 3 and controls the operation of the yarn winding unit 2. Each unit control device 3 may be provided for each of the plurality of yarn winding units 2, and may control the operation of the plurality of managed yarn winding units 2.
The unit control device 3, the machine control device 4, and the monitoring unit control device 5 are each configured as a computer device including a processor, a memory, a storage, a communication device, and the like. In each control device, the processor executes predetermined software (program) read into the memory or the like, and controls reading and writing of data in the memory or the storage, and communication between the control devices by the communication means, thereby realizing the functions of each control device described later.
As shown in fig. 2, the yarn winding unit 2 includes a yarn supplying section 21, a tension applying section 22, a tension detecting section 23, a yarn monitoring device (yarn monitoring section, yarn breakage detecting section) 24, a yarn splicing section 25, and a winding section 26.
The yarn supplying portion 21 supplies a yarn. The yarn supplying portion 21 is constituted by a bobbin supporting device or the like that supports the yarn supplying bobbin 21 a. A yarn is wound around the yarn supplying bobbin 21 a. The tension applying portion 22 applies tension to the yarn drawn from the yarn supplying bobbin 21a and traveling toward the winding portion 26. The tension applying unit 22 is a gate type tension applying device, a disc type tension applying device, or the like. The tension detecting unit 23 detects tension generated in the yarn when the yarn is wound. The unit control device 3 feedback-controls the command value input to the tension applying unit 22 based on the tension detected by the tension detecting unit 23 so that the tension applied to the yarn by the tension applying unit 22 becomes a target value.
The yarn monitoring device 24 monitors the state of the yarn traveling from the yarn supplying portion 21 to the winding portion 26 and detects a yarn defect. The yarn monitoring device 24 includes a detection unit 24a and a yarn monitoring control unit 24 b. The detection unit 24a detects the state of the yarn. Specifically, the detection unit 24a is an optical sensor that irradiates light on the yarn and detects a temporal change in the thickness of the yarn from a change in the amount of received light, a capacitance sensor that passes the yarn through an electric field and detects a temporal change in the amount of fiber in the yarn from a change in capacitance, or the like. The detector 24a outputs a waveform signal indicating a temporal change in the yarn thickness or the fiber amount to the yarn monitoring controller 24 b.
The yarn monitoring control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect based on the input waveform signal. When there is a yarn defect, the yarn monitoring and control section 24b operates the cutter to cut the yarn. The cutter may be provided in the yarn monitoring device 24, or may be provided at an appropriate position other than the yarn monitoring device 24 in the yarn winding unit 2.
More specifically, the yarn monitoring control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect based on the input waveform signal (detection result of the detection unit 24 a) and a preset yarn defect determination condition. In the present embodiment, the yarn defect determination condition is set by the monitoring unit control device 5. The yarn defect judgment condition is a condition for judging which state of the yarn is a yarn defect. The yarn defect determination conditions include various setting items (setting values) for determining the presence or absence of a yarn defect. That is, the yarn defect judgment condition is a set (lot) of various setting items for performing yarn defect judgment. For example, the yarn defect determination condition may include the length, thickness, or fiber amount of the yarn defect to be removed. The yarn defect determination conditions can be changed according to, for example, the quality, the specification, and the like required for the yarn.
When detecting a yarn defect, the yarn monitoring and controlling unit 24b outputs a yarn defect detection signal to the unit control device 3. The yarn monitoring control unit 24b outputs the detection result of the detection unit 24a to the monitoring unit control device 5. The yarn monitoring device 24 can also detect the speed of the yarn traveling from the yarn supplying portion 21 to the winding portion 26, foreign substances contained in the yarn, yarn breakage, and the like.
The monitoring unit control device 5 is communicably connected to the plurality of yarn monitoring control units 24b, and collectively manages the plurality of yarn monitoring control units 24 b. The monitoring unit control device 5 transmits the yarn defect determination condition to each yarn monitoring control unit 24b, and receives the detection result of the detection unit 24a from each yarn monitoring control unit 24 b. That is, the monitoring unit control device 5 sets the yarn defect determination condition to the yarn monitoring control unit 24 b. The monitoring unit control device 5 outputs the yarn defect determination condition to the machine station control device 4. Further, the monitoring unit control device 5 generates quality information indicating the yarn quality based on the detection result of the detecting unit 24a and outputs the quality information to the machine station control device 4.
The yarn joining section 25 performs a yarn joining operation of joining the yarn on the yarn supplying section 21 side and the yarn on the winding section 26 side when the yarn is cut in order to remove the yarn defect detected by the yarn monitoring device 24 or the yarn breakage is detected by the yarn monitoring device 24. The yarn joining section 25 is constituted by a first yarn catching and guiding device, a second yarn catching and guiding device, a yarn joining device, and the like. The first yarn catching and guiding device catches the yarn on the yarn supplying portion 21 side by suction and guides the yarn to the yarn splicing device. The second yarn catching and guiding device catches the yarn on the winding section 26 side by suction and guides the yarn to the yarn joining device. The yarn splicing device is a splicer using compressed air, a splicer using a reference yarn, a knotter mechanically connecting yarns, or the like, and connects the guided yarns to each other.
The winding section 26 winds the yarn around the bobbin to form a package 26 a. The winding unit 26 is constituted by a cradle arm, a winding drum, and the like. The cradle arm rotatably supports the package 26 a. The winding drum rotates the package 26a in contact with the surface of the package 26a supported by the cradle arms. Further, a traverse groove is formed in the winding tube, and the yarn is traversed by the traverse groove at a predetermined width with respect to the rotating package 26 a. Further, the package 26a may be directly rotated and driven by the motor, or a separate traverse device (e.g., traverse arm) may be provided on the winding drum without a traverse groove.
As shown in fig. 3, the machine control device 4 includes a touch panel 41, a winding control unit 42, a winding condition acquisition unit 43, a determination condition acquisition unit 44, an operation information acquisition unit 45, a display control unit 46, a correspondence establishing unit 47, and a storage unit 48. The touch panel 41, the winding condition acquisition unit 43, the determination condition acquisition unit 44, the operation information acquisition unit 45, the display control unit 46, the correspondence creation unit 47, and the storage unit 48 function as the condition display device 40 that displays information relating to the winding condition and information relating to the yarn defect determination condition. That is, in the present embodiment, the condition display device 40 is incorporated in the machine control device 4 that controls the yarn winding unit 2.
The touch panel 41 displays various information presented to the operator and accepts input of various information by the operator. In the present embodiment, the touch panel 41 can display information on winding conditions and information on yarn defect determination conditions. The touch panel 41 can receive input of winding conditions and input of yarn defect determination conditions by an operator. The operator can set the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition by inputting the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition to the touch panel 41. In this way, the touch panel 41 functions as a display unit, and also functions as a winding condition input unit and a determination condition input unit.
The winding control unit 42 operates each unit of the yarn winding unit 2 based on the winding conditions set in advance by the operator to wind the yarn. The winding condition is a condition for determining which state the yarn is wound. The winding conditions include various setting items (setting values) for winding the yarn. That is, the winding condition is a set (lot) of various setting items for winding the yarn. For example, the winding conditions may include the strength of the tension applied to the yarn by the tension applying unit 22, the winding speed of the yarn in the winding unit 26, and the like. The winding conditions can be changed according to, for example, the required quality and specifications of the yarn.
The winding condition acquiring section 43 acquires the winding condition when the yarn winding unit 2 winds the yarn to form the package 26 a. Specifically, for example, the winding condition acquisition unit 43 can acquire the winding condition set for the winding control unit 42 from the winding control unit 42. The winding condition acquisition unit 43 may acquire a winding condition input to the touch panel 41 by the operator. The input of the winding condition to the touch panel 41 by the operator also includes selection of a set (lot) of various setting items.
The determination condition acquisition unit 44 acquires a yarn defect determination condition when the yarn monitoring control unit 24b of the yarn monitoring device 24 determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect. Specifically, for example, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 can acquire the yarn defect determination condition set in the yarn monitoring control unit 24b from the monitoring unit control device 5 by communicating with the monitoring unit control device 5. For example, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 may acquire the yarn defect determination condition input to the touch panel 41 (or a touch panel exclusive to the yarn monitoring device 24 other than the touch panel 41) by the operator when setting the yarn defect determination condition to the yarn monitoring control unit 24 b. The input of the yarn defect determination condition to the touch panel 41 by the operator also includes selection of a set (lot) of various setting items.
The determination condition obtaining unit 44 may obtain the yarn quality information from the monitoring unit control device 5, and grasp the yarn defect determination condition based on the obtained quality information. Specifically, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 estimates a yarn defect to be removed in order to achieve the yarn quality indicated by the acquired quality information, and grasps the yarn defect determination condition based on the estimated yarn defect to be removed. The quality information acquired by the determination condition acquisition unit 44 from the monitoring unit control device 5 may be grade information indicating a yarn quality grade. In this case, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 may estimate the yarn defect to be removed in order to achieve the yarn grade indicated by the grade information, and grasp the yarn defect determination condition based on the estimated yarn defect to be removed.
The determination condition acquisition unit 44 acquires at least a name given to the yarn defect determination condition as the yarn defect determination condition. The name given to the yarn defect judging condition may be the name of the yarn defect judging condition itself, or identification information such as an identification number for specifying the name of the yarn defect judging condition. Alternatively, the determination condition obtaining section 44 may obtain, as the yarn defect determination condition, a name given to the yarn defect determination condition and a set value set as the yarn defect determination condition.
The operation information acquiring unit 45 acquires the operation state of the yarn winding machine 1. The operation state includes information such as the number of yarn breakage (number of yarn connection), and the actual winding speed of the yarn. The operation information acquiring unit 45 acquires operation information from the yarn monitoring device 24, the winding control unit 42, and the like.
The display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display information on the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43 and information on the yarn defect determination condition acquired by the determination condition acquisition unit 44. More specifically, the display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display, as the information on the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition, the information on the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43 and the information on the yarn defect determination condition when the yarn monitor control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to the yarn wound under the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43, on the touch panel 41. In this way, the display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display information on the winding condition and information on the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the winding condition.
The display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the information on the winding condition and the information on the yarn defect determination condition so that the information on the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition are simultaneously displayed on the touch panel 41. The display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display information on the winding condition and information on the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the winding condition in a switchable manner based on a switching operation by the operator.
If the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition are acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43 and the determination condition acquisition unit 44, respectively, the display control unit 46 can cause the touch panel 41 to display information relating to the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition at any timing before the start of winding of the yarn, during the winding, or after the end of winding in the yarn winding unit 2.
When the touch panel 41 is caused to display the information on the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition, the display control unit 46 may cause the quality information of the yarn acquired from the monitoring unit control device 5 to be displayed in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition. The yarn quality information is the yarn quality information when the winding and the determination of the presence or absence of the yarn defect are performed according to the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition displayed on the touch panel 41.
When the touch panel 41 is caused to display the information on the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition, the display control unit 46 may cause the operation state acquired by the operation information acquiring unit 45 to be displayed in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition. The display control unit 46 may display the number of yarn breakage times detected by the yarn monitoring device 24 when the touch panel 41 displays information on the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition. The number of yarn breakage times may be, for example, the number of yarn breakage times from the start of winding of the package 26a when the yarn winding unit 2 is operated in accordance with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition displayed on the touch panel 41.
The correspondence creating unit 47 causes the storage unit 48 to store the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit 43 in correspondence with the yarn defect determination condition acquired by the determination condition acquiring unit 44. More specifically, the correspondence establishing unit 47 associates the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit 43 with the yarn defect determining condition when the yarn monitoring control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to the yarn wound under the acquired winding condition. The correspondence establishing unit 47 causes the storage unit 48 to store the winding condition and the yarn defect determining condition for which the correspondence is established.
The associating unit 47 may acquire the quality information of the yarn from the monitoring unit control device 5. In this case, the correspondence establishing unit 47 may be configured to associate the quality information of the yarn, which is wound and judged as to whether or not the yarn defect is present according to the winding condition and the yarn defect judgment condition, with the winding condition and the yarn defect judgment condition in addition to the winding condition and the yarn defect judgment condition. The association unit 47 may store the winding conditions, yarn defect determination conditions, and quality information, for which the association is established, in the storage unit 48.
Similarly to the yarn quality information, the correspondence establishing unit 47 may store the number of yarn breaks detected by the yarn monitoring device 24 and the operation information acquired by the operation information acquiring unit 45 in the storage unit 48 in correspondence with the winding condition and the yarn defect determining condition.
The display control unit 46 can cause the touch panel 41 to display information on the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition based on the information stored in the correspondence establishing unit 47. For example, the yarn defect determination condition is not set in the yarn monitoring and control unit 24 b. Then, it is assumed that the operator inputs the winding condition via the touch panel 41, and the winding condition acquisition unit 43 acquires the winding condition. In this case, the display control section 46 may extract the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition section 43 from the storage section 48, and cause the touch panel 41 to display the information on the extracted yarn defect determination condition and the information on the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition section 43. At this time, the display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the quality information of the yarn corresponding to the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition displayed on the touch panel 41 in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition. In addition, the display control unit 46 may display the number of yarn breaks and the yarn quality information on the touch panel 41 in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition, as in the case of the yarn quality information.
Thus, the operator can grasp information on the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the input winding condition, the quality information of the yarn, and the like by inputting the winding condition. That is, the operator can grasp the yarn defect determination condition used when the yarn monitoring control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to the yarn wound in accordance with the input winding condition, the quality information of the yarn, the number of yarn breaks, and the operating state under the condition.
Here, the display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the name (for example, a lot name) of the winding condition set (given) for each winding condition as information on the winding condition. Similarly, the display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the name (for example, a lot name) of the yarn defect determination condition set (given) for each yarn defect determination condition as information on the yarn defect determination condition. The operator can grasp the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition by checking the name of the winding condition and the name of the yarn defect determination condition displayed on the touch panel 41.
The display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display a set value of a setting item of the winding condition set for each winding condition as information on the winding condition. Similarly, the display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the set values of the setting items of the yarn defect determination conditions set for each yarn defect determination condition as information on the yarn defect determination conditions. The display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the name of the winding condition and the set value of the setting item of the winding condition as information related to the winding condition. Similarly, the display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display the name of the yarn defect determination condition and the set value of the setting item of the yarn defect determination condition as information related to the yarn defect determination condition.
The correspondence establishing unit 47 may be configured to associate the name of the winding condition with the name of the yarn defect determination condition, instead of associating various setting items when associating the winding condition with the yarn defect determination condition. The correspondence creating unit 47 may store the name of the winding condition and the name of the yarn defect determining condition for which the correspondence is created in the storage unit 48.
Fig. 4 shows an example of a display screen displayed on the touch panel 41. In the example of fig. 4, the plurality of yarn winding units 2 are divided into "group 1" and "group 2", and the winding condition and the yarn defect judgment condition are displayed for each group, respectively. For example, the name "winding set setting 1" of the winding condition and the set values of various setting items (winding condition 1, winding condition 2, and … … winding condition X) in the winding condition are displayed for the group 1. Further, the name "determination set setting a" of the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the winding condition is displayed.
The display screen example shown in fig. 4 may be, for example, a display screen example in which the operator inputs the winding condition, the display control unit 46 extracts the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the input winding condition from the storage unit 48, and the display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display information relating to the input winding condition and information relating to the extracted yarn defect determination condition. The display screen example shown in fig. 4 may be, for example, a display screen example in which the winding condition acquisition unit 43 and the determination condition acquisition unit 44 respectively acquire the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition currently set for the yarn winding unit 2, and the display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display information relating to the acquired winding condition and information relating to the yarn defect determination condition.
As described above, in the condition display device 40, the winding condition acquisition unit 43 acquires the winding condition, and the determination condition acquisition unit 44 acquires the yarn defect determination condition. The touch panel 41 displays information on the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43 and information on the yarn defect determination condition when the yarn monitor control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to the yarn wound under the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43. In this way, the condition display device 40 can display both the information on the winding condition and the information on the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the winding condition. Thus, the operator can grasp the winding condition under which the yarn is wound, and determine the presence or absence of a yarn defect for the yarn according to the yarn defect determination condition.
The determination condition acquisition unit 44 can acquire the yarn defect determination condition set in the yarn monitoring control unit 24b from the monitoring unit control device 5. In this case, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 can easily acquire the yarn defect determination condition from the monitoring unit control device 5.
The determination condition acquisition unit 44 can acquire the quality information of the yarn from the monitoring unit control device 5 and grasp the yarn defect determination condition based on the acquired quality information. In this case, even when the determination condition acquisition unit 44 cannot directly acquire the yarn defect determination condition, it can acquire the yarn defect determination condition based on the quality information.
The determination condition acquisition unit 44 may acquire the yarn defect determination condition based on an input to the touch panel 41 by the operator. In this case, even when communication with the monitoring unit control device 5 is not possible, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 can acquire the yarn defect determination condition based on an input of the operator. The display control unit 46 can display the information on the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43 and the information on the yarn defect determination condition acquired by the determination condition acquisition unit 44 based on the input of the operator on the touch panel 41.
The winding condition acquisition unit 43 can acquire the winding condition set for the winding control unit 42 from the winding control unit 42. In this case, the winding condition acquisition section 43 can easily acquire the winding condition from the winding control section 42.
The correspondence establishing unit 47 associates the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit 43 with the yarn defect determining condition when the yarn monitoring control unit 24b determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to the yarn wound under the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit 43. The correspondence establishing unit 47 can store the winding condition and the yarn defect determining condition for which the correspondence is established in the storage unit 48. In this case, the storage unit 48 can store the winding conditions in a state where the winding conditions are associated with the yarn defect determination conditions corresponding to the winding conditions.
When the winding condition acquisition unit 43 acquires the winding condition based on the input of the operator to the touch panel 41, the display control unit 46 extracts the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the acquired winding condition from the storage unit 48. Then, the display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display the information on the extracted yarn defect determination condition and the information on the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit 43. In this case, the operator can grasp the yarn defect determination condition corresponding to the input winding condition by inputting the winding condition. For example, the operator may confirm the yarn defect determination condition displayed on the touch panel 41 after inputting the winding condition, and set the yarn defect determination condition for the yarn monitoring control unit 24 b. This enables the operator to grasp the yarn defect determination conditions set in the past, for example, according to the input winding conditions.
When the determination condition acquisition unit 44 acquires the yarn defect determination condition based on the input of the operator to the touch panel 41, the display control unit 46 extracts the winding condition associated with the acquired yarn defect determination condition from the storage unit 48. The display control unit 46 may cause the touch panel 41 to display information on the extracted winding condition and information on the yarn defect determination condition acquired by the determination condition acquisition unit 44.
The display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display the yarn quality information in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition. In this case, the operator can relatively visually recognize the winding condition, the yarn defect determination condition, and the quality information. Further, when the operator knows that the yarn quality is not good from the quality information, for example, the operator can check the corresponding winding condition and yarn defect determination condition and study changes and the like of the conditions.
The display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display the name of the yarn defect determination condition as information related to the yarn defect determination condition. In this case, the operator can grasp the yarn defect determination condition by visually recognizing the name displayed on the touch panel 41.
The display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display the name of the yarn defect determination condition and the set value set as the yarn defect determination condition as information on the yarn defect determination condition. Thus, the operator can grasp details of the yarn defect determination condition by visually recognizing the name and the set value displayed on the touch panel 41.
The display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display information related to the yarn defect determination condition and the like and the operation status acquired by the operation information acquiring unit 45. In this case, the operator can relatively visually recognize the winding condition, the yarn defect determination condition, and the operation state. Further, the operator can grasp the influence of each condition on the operating state and study the change of each condition. For example, when the number of times of yarn splicing (the number of times of yarn breakage) is large, the operator can check whether the winding condition is a problem or whether the yarn defect determination condition is strict, and study changes in the respective conditions.
The display control unit 46 causes the touch panel 41 to display information related to the yarn defect determination condition and the number of yarn breaks detected by the yarn monitoring device 24. In this case, the operator can check the number of yarn breaks and study changes in the conditions.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the condition display device 40 is not limited to being provided in the machine control device 4. The condition display device 40 may be provided in the cell control device 3, or may be provided independently of the cell control device 3, the machine control device 4, and the like. The winding condition input section for inputting the winding condition by the operator and the determination condition input section for inputting the yarn defect determination condition may be constituted by operation buttons or the like other than the touch panel 41. The touch panel may be provided separately in the machine table control device 4 and the monitoring unit control device 5.
The yarn monitoring device 24 may not include the yarn monitoring control unit 24b for determining the presence or absence of a yarn defect. In this case, for example, the unit control device 3, the machine stage control device 4, or the monitoring unit control device 5 may determine the presence or absence of a yarn defect based on the detection result of the detection unit 24a and the yarn defect determination condition. The yarn winding machine 1 may not include the monitoring unit control device 5. In this case, the yarn monitoring control unit 24b communicates with the unit control device 3 or the machine control device 4 directly or with the machine control device 4 via the unit control device 3, and outputs the detection result or the yarn defect determination condition of the detection unit 24a to the unit control device 3 or the machine control device 4. Thereby, the determination condition acquisition unit 44 can acquire the yarn defect determination condition from the yarn monitoring device 24.
The winding condition and the yarn defect judgment condition stored in the storage unit 48 are not limited to those available in the machine control device 4, and may be available in the yarn monitoring device 24.
Here, the winding condition and the yarn defect determining condition are managed by different control units (for example, control units provided separately from each other, control units constituted by separate boards, or the winding control unit 42 and the monitoring unit control device 5, or the winding control unit 42 and the yarn monitoring control unit 24b in the above-described embodiment). That is, the winding condition and the yarn defect judgment condition are stored in, for example, a storage unit provided in each control unit. In the above embodiment, the storage unit 48 that stores the winding conditions in association with the yarn defect determination conditions may also have a function of storing the winding conditions. The condition display device 40 of the present embodiment can acquire (read from each storage unit) the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition from each control unit, store the acquired two conditions in the storage unit 48, and display the acquired two conditions on the touch panel 41.

A condition display device provided in a yarn winding machine that determines the presence or absence of a yarn defect with respect to a yarn drawn from a yarn winding body, and winds the yarn to form a package while removing the yarn defect from the yarn when the yarn defect is present, the condition display device comprising:
a winding condition acquiring unit that acquires a winding condition when the yarn is wound to form the package;
a determination condition acquisition unit that acquires a yarn defect determination condition for determining whether or not the yarn defect is present;
a display unit that displays information relating to the winding condition and information relating to the yarn defect determination condition; and
a display control unit that causes the display unit to display information relating to the winding condition and information relating to the yarn defect determination condition,
the display control unit causes the display unit to display information relating to the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit and information relating to the yarn defect determination condition when the presence or absence of the yarn defect is determined for the yarn wound under the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquisition unit as information relating to the winding condition and information relating to the yarn defect determination condition, the information being displayed on the display unit,
the condition display device further includes:
a storage unit that stores the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition; and
a correspondence establishing unit that associates the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit with the yarn defect determination condition acquired by the determination condition acquiring unit and stores the yarn defect determination condition in the storage unit,
the correspondence establishing unit associates the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit with the yarn defect determining condition when determining the presence or absence of the yarn defect with respect to the yarn wound under the winding condition acquired by the winding condition acquiring unit,

the yarn winding machine includes:
a yarn monitoring unit that monitors a state of the yarn; and
a condition setting unit that sets the yarn defect determination condition,
the yarn monitoring unit includes:
a detection unit that detects a state of the yarn; and
a yarn monitoring control unit that determines the presence or absence of the yarn defect based on the detection result of the detection unit and the yarn defect determination condition set by the condition setting unit,
the determination condition acquiring unit acquires the yarn defect determination condition from the condition setting unit.
3. The condition display device according to claim 1,
the yarn winding machine is provided with a yarn monitoring section for monitoring the state of the yarn,
the yarn monitoring unit includes:
a detection unit that detects a state of the yarn; and
a yarn monitoring control unit that determines the presence or absence of the yarn defect based on a detection result of the detection unit and the preset yarn defect determination condition,
the determination condition acquisition unit acquires the yarn defect determination condition from the yarn monitoring control unit.
4. The condition display device according to claim 1,
the yarn winding machine includes:
a detection unit that detects a state of the yarn; and
a quality information generating unit that generates quality information of the yarn based on a detection result of the detecting unit,
the determination condition acquisition unit estimates the yarn defect to be removed in order to achieve the yarn quality indicated by the quality information acquired from the quality information generation unit, and grasps the yarn defect determination condition based on the estimated yarn defect to be removed.
5. The condition display device according to claim 4,
the display control unit causes the display unit to display the quality information generated by the quality information generation unit in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition.
6. The condition display device according to claim 1,
the yarn winding machine includes:
a detection unit that detects a state of the yarn; and
a quality information generating unit that generates quality information of the yarn based on a detection result of the detecting unit,
the display control unit causes the display unit to display the quality information generated by the quality information generation unit in association with the winding condition and the yarn defect determination condition.
7. The condition display device according to claim 2,
the yarn winding machine includes a quality information generation unit that generates quality information of the yarn based on a detection result of the detection unit,

32. The condition display device according to claim 20,
the yarn winding machine is provided with a yarn breakage detection part for detecting yarn breakage,
the display control unit causes the display unit to display information related to the yarn defect determination condition and the number of yarn breakage detected by the yarn breakage detection unit.
33. The condition display device according to claim 1,
the yarn winding machine includes:
a yarn winding device that winds the yarn;
a winding control unit that operates the yarn winding device based on the winding condition; and
a monitoring section control device that sets the yarn defect determination condition for the yarn monitoring control section that determines whether or not the yarn defect is present,
the winding control section and the monitoring section control device are control sections different from each other,
the winding control section manages the winding condition,
the monitoring section control device manages the yarn defect determination condition,
the winding condition acquisition section acquires the winding condition from the winding control section,
the determination condition acquisition unit acquires the yarn defect determination condition from the monitoring unit control device.
34. The condition display device according to claim 1,
the yarn winding machine includes:
a yarn winding device that winds the yarn;
a winding control unit that operates the yarn winding device based on the winding condition; and
a yarn monitoring section having a yarn monitoring control section for determining the presence or absence of the yarn defect based on the yarn defect determination condition,
the winding control section and the yarn monitoring control section are different control sections from each other,
the winding control section manages the winding condition,
the yarn monitoring and controlling section manages the yarn defect determining condition,
the winding condition acquisition section acquires the winding condition from the winding control section,
the determination condition acquisition unit acquires the yarn defect determination condition from the yarn monitoring control unit.
35. A yarn winding machine is characterized by comprising:
the condition display device according to any one of claims 1 to 34;
a yarn supplying section that supports the yarn winding body;
a winding section that winds the yarn drawn from the yarn winding body to form a package; and
and a yarn monitoring section that is disposed between the yarn supplying section and the winding section and monitors a state of the yarn advancing from the yarn supplying section toward the winding section.
