Abstract

A safe plug (1) of a dear liquid bottle (2) is characterized in that the action that an empty bottle, the original liquid of which is used up, is filled again privately can be easily found. The plug includes a perfusion body (8) with a filling prevention valve (9); a sleeve (13) with a snapping device (15) with which the sleeve can be fastened to the bottle; a connecting line (28) which connects the sleeve (13) with the perfusion body (8) through the ultrasonic welding; a plug cap (17) which is suspended on the perfusion body (8); a sealing ring which is arranged between the plug cap (17) and the sleeve (13). The connecting line (28) includes an annular seat (29) which is depressed in the perfusion body (8) and an intermittent lip (30) which is embedded in the annular seat and extrudes out of the sleeve (13).

Description

Safety stopper for valuable liquid bottle
The invention relates to a safety plug for a valuable liquid bottle, which comprises a pouring body with an anti-pouring valve; a sleeve with snap means for fastening it to the bottle; a connecting line connecting the sleeve and the perfusion body together by ultrasonic welding; a plug cap which can be screwed on the pouring body and a sealing ring which is arranged between the plug cap and the sleeve.
As is well known, bottles containing valuable liquids do require a safety stopper to prevent the private refilling of inferior quality liquids after the original valuable liquid has been used up.
When a counterfeiter tries to bottle the bottle, the bottle cannot be refilled through the pouring body due to the anti-pouring valve, so that the pouring body and the sleeve connected by the connecting line have to be disassembled, and the pouring body and the anti-pouring valve are forced out together.
With known stoppers it is sometimes possible to press the pouring body out of the sleeve in this way, or to reassemble the pouring body and the sleeve together and to replace it in an approximately intact assembly, with the result that the problem of refilling the bottle by the consumer when pouring the beverage may not be noticed.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to devise a special safety plug whose structure and function allow to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks.
A special safety plug for solving this problem is characterized in that the connecting wire comprises an annular seat and a lip embedded in the seat.
Other features and advantages of the safety plug of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the most representative example, which is to be read in connection with the accompanying drawings. Wherein,
FIG. 1 is a partial longitudinal cross-sectional view of the safety plug of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of the safety plug shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 3 is a perspective longitudinal sectional view of the safety plug shown in fig. 1.
On the drawings, the numeral 1 generally designates a safety stopper for a bottle 2.
The bottle 2 to be filled with valuable liquid comprises a neck 3, a rim 4, a flange 5, a downward shoulder 6 formed thereby and a trough-shaped side 7.
The safety stopper 1 comprises a pouring body 8 with an anti-pouring valve 9 known per se. The pouring body 8 abuts against the rim 4 of the bottle 2.
The pouring body 8 has a drip-free rim 10, an external thread 11 and a flange 12 projecting from the neck 3 of the bottle 2.
The safety stopper 1 also comprises a sleeve 13 which is tightly fitted over the neck 3 of the bottle 2 and whose upper end is a terminal 14 which is fixed to the shoulder 6 by snap means 15, connecting the grooved inner side 16 complementarily to the grooved side 7 of the neck of the bottle.
The safety plug 1 further comprises a plug cap 17 which is formed by a top surface 18 and a skirt 19.
The stopper cap 17 has an internal thread 20 on an inner cap 21 which abuts against the inside of the stopper cap 17. Internal thread 20 is complementarily connected to external thread 11 of irrigation body 8 and screwed thereon.
The safety plug 1 further includes a sealing ring 22, generally designated 22, which seals the skirt 19 and the sleeve 13 of the plug cap 17.
The well-known sealing ring 22 also comprises an annular band 23 made of plastic, substantially C-shaped, which encloses a flange 24 projecting from the skirt 19 of the plug cap 17 and a flange 25 projecting from the sleeve 13. The annular band 23 has a tab 26 which can be used to tear it off.
The annular band 23 is surrounded by a tear-off aluminium strip 27, which is torn off when the annular band is torn off.
In the safety stopper 1 according to the invention, the pouring body 8 and the sleeve 13 are joined together by a connecting line 28 formed between the flange 12 of the pouring body and the sleeve tip 14, which connection is formed by ultrasonic welding. The connection line 28 comprises an annular seat 29 formed by the flange 12 and a lip 30 projecting from the top end 14 of the sleeve 13.
The annular seat 29 has a bottom surface 31 and two corresponding walls, an outer wall 32 and an inner wall 33.
Lip 30 has a top surface 34 and two opposing faces, one outer face 35 and one inner face 36.
The top surface 34 of the lip 30 abuts the bottom surface 31 of the annular seat 29.
A space 37 of predetermined limited thickness, for example one fifth of a millimetre, is defined between the outer wall 32 of the annular seat 29 and the outer face 35 of the lip 30; likewise, a space 38 of predetermined limited thickness, for example one fifth of a millimetre, is defined between the inner wall 33 of the annular seat 29 and the inner face 36 of the lip 30.
It will be seen that the lip 30 is discontinuous due to the fact that the recesses 39 and blocks 40 are arranged in sequence at regular angular intervals. In this example, 8 notches and 8 blocks are all arranged at a distance and at an angle across.
Finally, lip 30 exhibits a serrated shape, with top surface 34 subdivided into interrupted ridges 41.
When the infusion body and the sleeve are joined together by ultrasonic welding, this connection is in fact between the bottom surface 31 of the annular seat and the lip, more precisely the top surface 34 of the ridge 41.
It should be noted that during ultrasonic welding, the local melting of the respective materials creates a weld between the top surface 34 and the bottom surface 31. This weld penetrates the spaces 37 and 38, creating a weld zone between the potting body and the sleeve that not only extends along the contact zone between the ridge 41 and the bottom surface 31, but also extends into the spaces 37 and 38.
It should also be seen that since the lip is discontinuous, the weld is also discontinuous.
If an attempt is made to detach the pouring body from the sleeve in a private manner, the connection is broken with a great deal of effort, so that the pouring body and the sleeve are separated along a broken line, which is likewise discontinuous, because the disconnection between the pouring body and the sleeve is alternated, as a result of which one part remains connected to the other, or conversely, the broken line is formed in a rough zigzag shape.
The rejoining of the two broken apart portions results in a significant exposure of the trace of the masked fracture.
The main advantage of the safety plug of the present invention is that any illegal act of refilling the bottle can be made to be apparently unveiled.
Another advantage of the safety plug of the present invention is that it is simple in construction and the parts are not small to mass produce.
It is clear that in order to meet the particular needs that may arise, a person skilled in the art will produce improved and modified plugs for the safety plugs described in the examples. However, all such modifications and variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the scope of the invention as defined by the following claims.
