Abstract
本发明公开了一种含敌稗、2,4‑滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂及其制备方法和应用,敌稗、2,4‑滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为40‑70:2‑10:1。本发明将敌稗、2,4‑滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯进行复配,表现出了很好的除草增效作用,扩大了杂草防治范围,降低了产品用量,具有增效和延缓抗药性等优点。同时本发明通过对助剂的搭配和选择,提高了微乳剂的性能,所得微乳剂乳化分散性好、透明温度范围宽、稳定性好。微乳剂在防治水稻田内的稗草、千金子、杂草稻、牛筋草、马唐、狗尾草、竹节草、狗牙根等禾本科杂草和野慈姑、鸭舌草、陌上菜、节节菜等阔叶杂草方面均表现出了很好的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂剂型,还涉及该微乳剂的制备方法及其应用,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
敌稗纯品为白色针状结晶,m.p.92~93℃,蒸气压1.2×10-2Pa(60℃),溶解度为:乙醇54%、二甲基甲酰胺60%、环己酮35%、甲乙酮25%、甲苯3%、二甲苯3%,水为225mg/L。在酸性和碱性介质中水解为3,4-二氯苯胺和丙酸,在土壤中易分解,故不宜做土壤处理。成品在贮存期析出结晶,对金属无腐蚀性。敌稗是一种酰胺类高选择性的触杀型除草剂,主要用于秧田或直播田,是防除稗草的特效药,也可用于防除其他多种禾本科和双子叶杂草,如鸭舌草、水芹、马唐、狗尾草等。敌稗在植物体内几乎不输导,只是在药剂接触部位起作用,它的作用机制是多方面的,不仅破坏植物的光合作用,而且还抑制呼吸作用与氧化磷酸化作用,干扰核酸与蛋白质合成等。从而使敏感植物的生理机能受到影响,加速失水、叶片逐渐枯干,最后死亡。
2,4-滴异辛酯:原药外观为金黄色不粘稠液体,有甜味、微刺激性气味,沸点>300℃,密度1.148(20℃),溶解度(20℃):水0.086mg/L(25℃),与大多数有机溶剂混溶。2,4-滴异辛酯可从根、茎、叶进入植物体内,降解缓慢,故可积累一定浓度,从而干扰植物体内激素平衡,破坏核酸与蛋白质代谢,促进或抑制某些器官生长,使杂草茎叶扭曲、茎基变粗、肿裂等。
氨氯吡啶酸为白色粉末,有氯气味,溶点215℃,蒸汽压0.082mPa(35℃),溶解度:水中430mg/L;丙酮中19.8g/L。氨氯吡啶酸50℃条件下稳定期28天,土壤中半衰期30-330天。氨氯吡啶酸作用机理是抑制线粒体系统呼吸作用、核酸代谢并且使叶绿体结构及其他细胞器发育畸形,干扰蛋白质合成,作用于分生组织活动等,最后导致植物死亡。目前,市面上氨氯吡啶酸一般以其盐的形式形成单剂或与其他化合物复配,最常见的为其钠盐、钾盐、铵盐、异丙胺盐、甲胺盐、二甲胺盐、乙醇铵盐、三乙醇胺盐、三异丙醇胺盐制成的水剂,氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯报道的较少。
含有单一活性组分的除草剂品种在农业草害防治上往往存在不同程度的缺陷,例如:剂型限制性强,除草谱窄,药效差,连续使用后杂草容易产生抗药性,使用次数多会加重环境的污染。而恰当的复配除草剂有互补性强、增效作用明显、防治谱扩大、施用量减少、施药适期延长、对作物安全性高、环境污染降低、与环境兼容性强等积极特点,也越来越受到市场的欢迎。
目前,上述三种农药在市场上存在的最多的为它们的单剂,敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯主要剂型为乳油,氨氯吡啶酸主要剂型为可溶液剂,此外市场上有敌稗和氨氯吡啶酸的两元复配的产品,目前未见敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯三元复配组合物及其剂型的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂,该微乳剂将敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯进行复配,意外的发现表现出了很好的除草增效作用,既扩大了杂草防治范围,又能互补增效,降低了产品用量,且应用成本低,具有增效和延缓抗药性等优点。同时本发明通过对助剂的搭配和选择,提高了微乳剂的性能,所得微乳剂具有配制简单、乳化分散性好、透明温度范围宽、稳定性好的特点,更有利于产品贮存和药效的发挥。
本发明提供了一种含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂,该微乳剂包括有效成分,所述有效成分为敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯,敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为40-70:2-10:1,例如40:5:1、40:10:1、50:5:1、50:10:1、55:4:1、60:2:1、60:5:1、60:10:1、70:5:1、70:10:1,在此质量比范围内复配时,这三者具有明显的、意料之外的除草增效作用。优选的,敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为55:4:1,在此质量比下进行复配使用时增效更为明显、突出。
进一步的,本发明微乳剂中,有效成分的含量为5-45wt%,例如5wt%、10wt%、15wt%、20wt%、25wt%、30wt%、35wt%、40wt%、45wt%。
敌稗为白色针状结晶,熔点92-93℃。2,4-滴异辛酯为金黄色不黏稠液体。氨氯吡啶酸为白色粉末,有氯气味,溶点215℃。其中,敌稗和2,4-滴异辛酯均有较高的亲油性,氨氯吡啶酸亲水性强,3种活性组分较难制作于同一相中。发明人将氨氯吡啶酸更换成氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯,其具有较好的亲油性,能更好的制作于同一相中。但在实际研究的过程中,依然发现将敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯制成微乳剂容易存在分层、析晶、热储稳定性差等问题。针对这些问题,发明人对助剂体系进行了大量地筛选工作,最终得出了最佳的助剂体系,通过各助剂的协同搭配,尤其是乳化剂、分散剂及助表面活性剂3种助剂的协同配合,保证了微乳剂的经久稳定性,最终得到的微乳剂具有乳化分散性好、透明温度范围宽、稀释稳定性好、经久稳定性好的优势,并且有效地解决该三元复配制剂的分层、析晶、热储稳定性差等问题,同时也保留了微乳剂药效较好的优势。
进一步的,本发明微乳剂中,所述助剂为乳化剂、助表面活性剂、分散剂、溶剂、防冻剂和水。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐、丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐、萞麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物中的两种或两种以上。
进一步的,所述助表面活性剂为甲醇、乙醇、异丁醇、异辛醇、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述分散剂为烷基苯酚磺酸钠烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、聚羧酸钠盐中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述溶剂为环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、异佛尔酮、乙二醇二乙酸酯、丙二醇二醋酸酯、S-150溶剂和S-200溶剂中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述防冻剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述水为自来水、软水、去离子水,最佳为去离子水。
优选的,乳化剂由丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐按照质量比2:1-6组合而成;助表面活性剂优选为二丙二醇甲醚;分散剂优选为聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物;溶剂由N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、乙二醇二乙酸酯按照质量比1:2-5混合而成;防冻剂为丙三醇。通过这些助剂的优选,更有利于剂型性能的优化和有效成分的药效发挥,尤其是乳化剂、分散剂及助表面活性剂的优选对剂型稳定性和药效的发挥具有更好的提升作用。
进一步的,乳化剂的含量为10-25wt%,例如10wt%、12wt%、14wt%、16wt%、18wt%、20wt%、22wt%、25wt%。
进一步的,助表面活性剂的含量为5-12wt%,例如5wt%、6wt%、7wt%、8wt%、9wt%、10wt%、11wt%、12wt%。
进一步的,分散剂的含量为1-7wt%,例如1wt%、2wt%、3wt%、4wt%、5wt%、6wt%、7wt%。
进一步的,溶剂的含量为15-30wt%,例如15wt%、18wt%、20wt%、22wt%、24wt%、26wt%、28wt%、30wt%.
进一步的,防冻剂的含量为2-7wt%,例如2wt%、3wt%、4wt%、5wt%、6wt%、7wt%。

本发明还提供了上述微乳剂的制备方法,其步骤包括:在反应釜内加入溶剂、助表面活性剂、敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯,充分搅拌溶解完全,再加入乳化剂和分散剂,搅拌均匀,然后加入水和防冻剂,搅拌均匀,得含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂。
进一步的,上述制备方法中,可适当升温至35-45℃,加速敌稗溶解。
本发明微乳剂通过敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的复配,既能提高药剂的除草效果,扩大除草谱,又能提高对作物的安全性;通过对助剂的选择,提高了制剂的乳化分散性、经久稳定性。该微乳剂在防治水稻田内的稗草、千金子、杂草稻、牛筋草、马唐、狗尾草、竹节草、狗牙根等禾本科杂草和野慈姑、鸭跖草、陌上菜、节节菜等阔叶杂草中均表现出了很好的应用前景。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明将敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯进行三元复配,提高了药剂的除草效果,扩大了除草谱,提高了对作物的安全性,降低了产品用量,且应用成本低,具有增效和延缓抗药性等优点。
2、本发明将敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯组合物制备为微乳剂,微乳剂既可用于常规喷雾,也可用于植保无人机喷雾使用,具有药液不易挥发、抗飘移能力强、渗透传导性强对靶标生物活性高等特点。且微乳剂剂型加工工艺相对简单、产品稳定性好、使用方便,相比乳油剂型,有机溶剂使用少,更加环保,相比悬浮剂等剂型具有更好的药效。
3、本发明通过对助剂的选择,降低或解决了敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯在制成微乳剂过程中容易出现的分层、析晶、热储稳定性差等问题,所得微乳剂乳化分散性好、稳定性好。
4、本发明微乳剂透明温度范围宽,在-5℃至70℃,同时本发明能够耐受C水、D水、3WHO水等不同水质,有效解决了运输过程中环境变化对剂型的影响,能满足不同国家、地区的使用,有利于大范围的推广应用。
5、本发明敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯微乳剂在防治水稻田内的稗草、千金子、杂草稻、牛筋草、马唐、狗尾草、竹节草、狗牙根等禾本科杂草和野慈姑、鸭跖草、陌上菜、节节菜等阔叶杂草中均表现出了很好的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下述实施例是对于本发明内容的进一步说明以作为对本发明技术内容的阐释,但本发明的实质内容并不仅限于下述实施例所述。
实施例1室内毒力测定
敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的除草增效作用采用室内毒力测定的方法。按照孙云沛法进行室内毒力测定,明确药剂按一定比例复配后的共毒系数(CTC),CTC<80为拮抗作用,80≤CTC≤120为相加作用,CTC>120为增效作用。
试验药剂均由山东潍坊润丰化工股份有限公司提供。
试验设计:经预试确定各药剂有效抑制浓度范围后,每个药剂按有效成分含量分别设一系列浓度处理,设清水对照。参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则-除草剂》进行,采用茎叶喷雾测定药剂及混用后的抑制中浓度,并以孙云沛等(1960)提出的计算联合毒力的方法求其共毒系数。
计算公式如下(以敌稗为标准药剂,其毒力指数为100):
2,4-滴异辛酯的毒力指数(TI)=敌稗的ED50/2,4-滴异辛酯的ED50×100。
氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的毒力指数(TI)=敌稗的ED50/氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的ED50×100。
M的实际毒力指数(ATI)=敌稗的ED50/M的ED50×100。
M的理论毒力指数(TTI)=敌稗TI×P敌稗+2,4-滴异辛酯TI×P2,4-滴异辛酯+氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯TI×P氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯。
式中:M为敌稗,2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯不同配比的混合物;
P敌稗为敌稗在复配组合物中所占的比例;
P2,4-滴异辛酯为2,4-滴异辛酯在复配组合物中所占的比例;
P氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯为氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯在复配组合物中所占的比例。
试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯对稗草的ED50分别为271.76mg/L、105.41mg/L和184.55mg/L。当敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为40:5:1、40:10:1、50:5:1、50:10:1、55:4:1、60:2:1、60:5:1、60:10:1、70:5:1、70:10:1时,复配组合物的共毒系数分别为126.65、126.61、128.64、131.12、168.92、151.05、140.66、125.66、128.46、122.46,均大于120,表现为增效作用。而当敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为40:2:1、50:2:1、70:2:1时,共毒系数为117.99、110.01、112.92,无增效作用。其中敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯质量比为55:4:1时增效作用最明显。
实施例2
一种微乳剂,配方如表2所示,各组分含量为(wt%):有效成分35.7%,乳化剂丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠10%、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐5%,分散剂聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物2%,助表面活性剂二丙二醇甲醚6%,溶剂乙二醇二乙酸酯14%、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺7%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,去离子水补齐100%。其中有效成分为质量比40:10:1的敌稗、2.4-滴异辛酯、氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的混合物。
上述微乳剂的制备方法为:
在反应釜内加入溶剂、助表面活性剂,再投入敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯原药,充分搅拌溶解完全(可升温加速溶解),再加入乳化剂和分散剂,搅拌均匀,然后加入水和防冻剂,搅拌均匀,得含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂。
实施例3-9及对比例
按照表2中的配方配制一系列微乳剂,各微乳剂的制备方法参照实施例2。

试验例性能检测
对上述实施例和对比例制得的微乳剂的性能进行检测,结果见下表。其中,乳液稳定性按照GB/T 1603农药乳液稳定性测定方法进行检测,热贮稳定性热贮稳定性按照GB/T19136-2003农药热贮稳定性测定方法进行检测,低温稳定性按照GB/T 19137-2003农药低温稳定性测定方法进行检测,透明温度范围参考GB/T34773-2017中检测方法进行检测。

由表3可知,使用优选助剂,优选助剂比例的实施例2、3、4的产品在热储前后质量均较为稳定,保持优异乳液稳定性能和较宽透明温度范围;而使用优选助剂,非优选助剂比例的实施例5、6的产品乳化性能较实施例2、3、4稍差,但性能也较为优异。而使用非优选助剂的实施例7-9乳化分散降低、冷热贮稳定性降低,透明温度范围变窄。从对比例1看,当制剂药物含量偏高时,产品稳定性变差,主要表现在透明温度范围变窄,冷贮析晶较严重,热贮分层较严重。
大田试验例:田间试验水稻田杂草药效试验
施药方法为:在湖南省望城县双江口镇的水稻田进行实验,水稻田主要杂草为稗草、杂草稻、陌上菜、节节菜。对水稻田采用随机区组进行划区排列,每个小区面积50m2。在水稻田杂草4-6叶期进行喷雾施药防治,用工农-16型背负式手动喷雾器施药1次,按每公顷制剂用量兑水450kg配备药液,均匀喷雾。施药当天天气晴,上午9-11时施药,最高气温30℃,最低气温15℃。施药当天无雨,药后10天内未降雨。共设5个处理,分别为:处理1:清水喷雾,空白对照;处理2:实施例4、5及实施例7;处理3:34wt%敌稗乳油;处理4:50wt%2,4-滴异辛酯乳油;处理5:24wt%氨氯吡啶酸水剂。
其中,实施例4、5、7配制的含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂按有效成分用量850g/公顷进行茎叶喷雾处理,处理3按有效成分用量2040g/公顷进行茎叶喷雾处理,处理4按有效成分用量825g/公顷进行茎叶喷雾处理,处理5按有效成分用量1350g/公顷进行茎叶喷雾处理。
施药后30天,调查各处理对杂草鲜重防效及对水稻的安全性。结果如表4所示。
杂草鲜重防效调查方法:每小区调查3点,每点0.25m2,调查时拔出调查区内的所有杂草,按其种类记录杂草株数、平均株数、株防效、鲜重防效。

由上表的试验结果可以看出,敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯复配对水稻田一年生禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草有很好地防治效果,从各实施例的药效对比可以看出,最优助剂的选择对于有效成分的发挥有重要的影响。
另外,根据对田间试验的全程观察,在试验剂量范围内,水稻田长势良好,均未出现药害现象,说明该复配药剂对水稻田无药害。
Claims (9)
1.一种微乳剂,其特征是:包括有效成分,所述有效成分为敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯,敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为40-70:2-10:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微乳剂,其特征是:敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的质量比为55:4:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微乳剂,其特征是:有效成分的含量为5-45wt%。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的微乳剂,其特征是还包括助剂,所述助剂为乳化剂、助表面活性剂、分散剂、溶剂、防冻剂和水。
5.根据权利要求4所述的微乳剂,其特征是:所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐、丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐、萞麻油聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、苯乙烯聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物中的两种或两种以上;所述助表面活性剂为甲醇、乙醇、异丁醇、异辛醇、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的至少一种;所述分散剂为烷基苯酚磺酸钠烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、聚羧酸钠盐中的一种或多种;所述溶剂为环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、异佛尔酮、乙二醇二乙酸酯、丙二醇二醋酸酯、S-150溶剂和S-200溶剂中的至少一种;所述防冻剂为丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的微乳剂,其特征是:乳化剂由丁二酸二辛酯磺酸钠、三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐按照质量比2:1-6组合而成;助表面活性剂为二丙二醇甲醚;分散剂为聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物;溶剂由N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、乙二醇二乙酸酯按照质量比1:2-5混合而成;防冻剂为丙三醇。
7.根据权利要求4、5或6所述的微乳剂,其特征是:乳化剂的含量为10-25wt%,助表面活性剂的含量为5-12wt%,分散剂的含量为1-7wt%,溶剂的含量为15-30wt%,防冻剂的含量为2-7wt%,水补足100wt%。
8.一种权利要求1-7中任一项所述的微乳剂的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:在反应釜内加入溶剂、助表面活性剂、敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯,充分搅拌溶解完全,再加入乳化剂和分散剂,搅拌均匀,然后加入水和防冻剂,搅拌均匀,得含敌稗、2,4-滴异辛酯和氨氯吡啶酸异辛酯的微乳剂。
9.权利要求1-7中任一项所述的微乳剂在防治水稻田杂草中的应用;优选的,所述杂草为禾本科杂草或阔叶杂草,禾本科杂草包括稗草、千金子、杂草稻、牛筋草、马唐、狗尾草、竹节草、狗牙根,阔叶杂草包括野慈姑、鸭舌草、陌上菜、节节菜。
