With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of an information push method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information pushing method comprises the following steps:
in step 201, in response to monitoring the ending operation of the user, it is determined whether the user belongs to the target user.
In this embodiment, the user operation may be used to indicate various operations away from the current page. Different page designs may correspond to different end operations. For example, clicking on an exit, close, or return button. As another example, a sliding operation indicating an instruction to exit, close, or return, etc., and so forth. The execution subject of the information push method (such as the server 105 shown in fig. 1) may monitor various ending operations of the user to determine whether the user belongs to the target user when the ending operation of the user is monitored.
The target user may refer to a user meeting a preset condition. The preset conditions can be flexibly set according to actual application requirements or application scenes and the like. Correspondingly, various methods can be flexibly adopted to judge whether the user currently executing the ending operation meets the preset conditions, so as to determine whether the user belongs to the target user. For example, the preset condition may include that the user has not logged into the application to which the current page belongs in the near future (e.g., within one month). At this time, if the user is not found in the recent login user list, the user can be considered to belong to the target user.
Step 202, in response to determining that the user belongs to the target user, determining prompt information corresponding to the target user.
In this embodiment, the prompt information may be used to prompt the user for various information. Specifically, the reminder information may include a redemption reminder information. The redemption alert message may be used to alert the user to obtain redemption resources. Wherein the redemption resources may be used to reduce the cost of the user to obtain the services provided by the current page.
Different pages can provide different services, and can be determined according to actual application scenes. For example, a page of the express class application may provide express related class services to a user. The shopping class application may provide shopping-related class services to the user, and so on. The cost of the user obtaining the service provided by the current page may refer to the value (e.g., price, points, etc.) the user needs to pay to obtain the service provided by the current page. Various types of redemption resources may be provided in different application scenarios. For example, for shopping applications, redemption resources may include various coupons such as full coupons, discount coupons, standing coupons, and the like.
For a target user, various methods may be employed to determine the alert information corresponding to the target user. For example, a correspondence relationship between the user identification and the prompt information may be preset. At this time, the user identifier of the current user may be obtained, and the prompt information corresponding to the current user may be determined by querying the correspondence.
Step 203, pushing prompt information on the current page.
In this embodiment, after determining the prompt information corresponding to the target user, the prompt information may be further pushed on the current page, so that the user may receive the prompt information when leaving the current page, thereby knowing more information related to the service provided by the current page. The specific pushing mode can be flexibly set according to the actual application scene. For example, the prompt information may be displayed on the current page by popup based on the popup.
After the prompt information is pushed on the current page, various modes can be flexibly adopted to determine whether to respond to the ending operation of the user. For example, the operation of the user on the prompt information may be monitored, and whether to respond to the ending operation of the user may be determined according to the monitoring result. For another example, when it is determined that the user does not have any operation on the prompt information within a certain period of time (for example, 3 seconds), or it is monitored that the user clicks on an area other than the prompt information, the user may be caused to leave the current page in response to the ending operation of the user.
Optionally, the prompt information may include other various prompt information besides the exchange prompt information, so as to facilitate the user operation. For example, the reminder information may also include some introductions (e.g., offers, expiration dates, etc.) of the redemption resources indicated by the redemption reminder information, and so forth.
In general, the hint information may also include selection information. The selection information may generally provide the user with two choices of whether to obtain the redemption resources indicated by the redemption alert message, so that the user may make the selection based on actual needs.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary application scenario 300 of the information push method according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, in the process that a user browses a page (such as a corresponding page displayed according to user searching) in a shopping application, if the user indicates to leave the current page (as shown by reference numeral 301 in the figure) through a rightward sliding operation or the like, a user identifier (such as an account name used by the user to log in the shopping application) may be obtained, and according to the user identifier, the user is queried to belong to a target user, and if a coupon corresponding to the target user may be further queried and displayed on the current page in a popup window manner (as shown by reference numeral 302 in the figure). At this time, the user can select 'leading offer continuing order' in the prompt message according to the actual demand so as to purchase related articles according to the indicated offer information. The user can also select 'give up offer' in the prompt message according to the actual demand so as to leave the current page.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the user indicates the ending operation of leaving the current page and the user is the target user, the prompt information corresponding to the user is determined to prompt the user to obtain the exchange resources for the current page, and the prompt information is pushed before the user leaves the current page, so that the user is assisted to know more information related to the service of the current page, the user can select the information further according to the actual requirement, the effectiveness of information pushing is improved, and the user experience is improved.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of an information push method is shown. The flow 400 of the information push method includes the following steps:
Step 401, obtaining target attribute information of a user in response to monitoring of the ending operation of the user.
In this embodiment, the target attribute information of the user may refer to various attribute information of the user, and may be specifically set flexibly according to actual application requirements. For example, the target attribute information of the user may include basic attribute information (e.g., gender, age, etc.) of the user.
The execution body may store target attribute information of the user in advance, and may directly acquire the target attribute information of the user from a local or other data source. The execution subject may determine the target attribute information of the user by analysis or the like. For example, target attribute information of the user is determined based on historical behavior information of the user or the like.
Step 402, determining whether the user belongs to the target user according to the target attribute information.
In this embodiment, the preset condition to be satisfied by the target attribute information of the target user may be preset, and at this time, whether the current user belongs to the target user may be determined by determining whether the target attribute information of the current user satisfies the preset condition.
For example, the preset condition may be an age above 28 and below 35. At this time, if it is judged that the age of the current user is between 28 and 35, the user can be considered to belong to the target user.
Step 403, in response to determining that the user belongs to the target user, determining prompt information corresponding to the target user.
Step 404, pushing the prompt message on the current page.
According to the target attribute information of each user, whether the user belongs to the target user or not is determined, and finer and flexible screening of the target user can be achieved, so that the pertinence of information pushing is further improved.
Optionally, the target attribute information may include at least one of: redemption resource information, prompt response information, wind control information, user characteristic category information, and the like.
The redemption resource information may be used to indicate whether the user's corresponding redemption resource set includes the redemption resources corresponding to the current page. Each user may have a corresponding set of redemption resources that may store redemption resources that the user may use. For example, the redemption resource set may include various coupons and the like that are received by the user.
When the target attribute information includes the conversion resource information, the conversion resource set of the current user can be acquired first, and then whether the conversion resource set of the user includes the conversion resource corresponding to the current page is determined. If the exchange resource set of the user does not include the exchange resource corresponding to the current page, the user can be considered to belong to the target user. Correspondingly, if the exchange resource set of the user includes the exchange resource corresponding to the current page, the user may be considered not to belong to the target user.
The exchange resource information is utilized to provide opportunities for users who do not use the exchange resources corresponding to the current page to know and use the exchange resources corresponding to the current page, and corresponding prompt information can be prevented from being repeatedly pushed to the users who do not use the exchange resources corresponding to the current page, so that invalid information pushing is prevented, and the interference of information pushing to the users is reduced.
The response information may be used to indicate whether the user has acquired the redemption resources corresponding to the current page in the target time period. The target time period can be flexibly set according to an actual application scene. For example, the target time period may refer to a period of time, such as the last week, or the like, from the current time.
When the target attribute information includes response information, the response information of the current user can be acquired to determine whether the user acquires the redemption resources corresponding to the current page in the target time period. If the user does not get the exchange resource corresponding to the current page in the target time period, the user can be considered to belong to the target user. Correspondingly, if the user has received the redemption resources corresponding to the current page within the target time period, the user may be considered not to belong to the target user.
The response information can provide opportunities for the user who does not get the conversion resource corresponding to the current page to know and use the conversion resource corresponding to the current page, and the user who gets the conversion resource corresponding to the current page can be prevented from repeatedly pushing the corresponding prompt information, so that invalid information pushing is avoided, and the interference of information pushing to the user is reduced.
The wind control information may be used to indicate whether the current user is a wind control user. The wind control user may refer to a user who needs risk management.
When the target attribute information includes wind control information, wind control information of a current user may be acquired to determine whether the user is a wind control user. If the user is not a wind-controlled user, the user may be considered to belong to the target user. Correspondingly, if the user is a wind-controlled user, the user may be considered not to belong to the target user.
The wind control information can avoid pushing related information to a user who is required to perform risk management so as to avoid risk events.
The above-described user feature category information may be used to represent a category to which the user determined based on the user feature belongs. Wherein the user characteristics may be represented in various ways. For example, the user characteristics may be determined based on basic attributes of the user and/or historical behavioral data of the user, and the like. The division mode of the user category can be flexibly set by technicians and the like according to actual application requirements. I.e. the corresponding categories may be pre-divided for different user features. For example, the categories may include active users, inactive users. For another example, categories may be divided based on average consumption levels of users.
When the target attribute information includes user feature class information, the user feature class information of the current user can be acquired first, and then whether the user feature class information meets preset prompt conditions is judged. The preset prompting condition can indicate the user characteristic category corresponding to the target user. If the user characteristic category information accords with the preset condition, the user can be considered to belong to the target user. If the user characteristic category information does not accord with the preset condition, the user can be considered not to belong to the target user.
By utilizing the user characteristic category information, related prompt information can be pushed to the users with specified categories according to the user characteristics, so that the information pushing precision is further improved.
In addition, the execution body may record in advance the redemption resource information, the prompt response information, the wind control information, the user feature class information and the like corresponding to each user, and may set default corresponding redemption resource information, prompt response information, wind control information, user feature class information and the like for the new user. Therefore, the execution main body can quickly acquire attribute information such as exchange resource information, prompt response information, wind control information, user characteristic category information and the like of the current user.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned respective determination modes for determining whether the user belongs to the target user based on the redemption resource information, the prompt response information, the wind control information and the user feature class information may be based on the combined use of two or more of the actual application requirements, so as to further screen the target user more finely.
For example, the redemption resource information, the prompt response information, the wind control information and the user feature class information of the current user may be respectively acquired, if it is determined that the redemption resource set of the current user does not include the redemption resource corresponding to the current page based on the redemption resource information, and it is determined that the current user does not get the redemption resource corresponding to the current page in the target time period based on the response information, and it is determined that the current user is not the wind control user based on the wind control information, and it is determined that the user feature class information meets the preset prompt condition, the current user may be considered to belong to the target user.
Correspondingly, if the exchange resource set of the current user is determined to comprise the exchange resource corresponding to the current page based on the exchange resource information, or the current user is determined to obtain the exchange resource corresponding to the current page in the target time period based on the response information, or the current user is determined to be a wind control user based on the wind control information, or the user characteristic category information is determined to not meet the preset prompt condition, the current user can be considered not to belong to the target user.
In addition, when the two or more than two target users are used in combination, the judgment modes can be sequentially judged according to the appointed sequence, namely, after the first judgment mode is met, the second judgment mode is continued, and so on, otherwise, the current user can be directly considered not to belong to the target and also be the user, and the specific judgment sequence can be flexibly set, so that unnecessary judgment processes can be saved, and the whole information pushing efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, after the executing body monitors the ending operation of the user, it may first determine whether the corresponding information push switch is turned on. If so, the subsequent steps of determining whether the user is a target user, etc. may be continued. If not, the subsequent procedure is not executed temporarily, that is, the prompt information related to the service provided by the current page is not pushed to the user temporarily. Therefore, whether the information pushing method is executed can be conveniently controlled so as to meet actual service requirements.
Alternatively, after the executing body monitors the ending operation of the user, the executing body may first perform the second classification on the current user based on the preset proportion. For example, categories include regular users and listening users. If the user is a normal user, the subsequent procedure is not executed temporarily, that is, the prompt information related to the service provided by the current page is not pushed to the user temporarily. If the user is a monitoring user, the following steps of judging whether the user is a target user or not can be continuously executed. The two-classification of the users according to the preset proportion can control the proportion of the users in the two categories, for example, the user quantity ratio of the category "A" to the category "B" is 2:1. Therefore, the number of users executing the information pushing method can be conveniently controlled, and the flexibility of information pushing is further improved.
The steps of judging whether the information push switch is turned on or not after the ending operation of the monitoring user, performing two classification on the user and the like can also be ended according to the requirement.
Optionally, after the target attribute information of the current user is obtained, if it is determined that the user belongs to the target user, the prompt information corresponding to the user may be further determined based on the target attribute information of the user. Specifically, a correspondence relationship between the target attribute information and the hint information may be preset. At this time, the prompt information corresponding to the current user may be determined by querying the correspondence.
Optionally, after determining that the current user belongs to the target user, historical behavior data of the target user may be further acquired, and then prompt information corresponding to the user is determined according to the historical behavior data of the user. Specifically, the correspondence relationship between behavior data pre-hint information may be preset. At this time, the prompt information corresponding to the current user may be determined by querying the correspondence.
Through the various modes of determining the prompt messages corresponding to the target users, different prompt messages can be individually pushed to different users, so that the requirements of different users can be met, and the user experience is improved. It should be noted that, the above-mentioned various ways of determining the prompt information corresponding to the target user may be flexibly combined.
Referring now to FIG. 5, a flowchart of yet another embodiment of an information push method is shown. As shown in fig. 5, the executing body may first determine whether the information push switch is turned on when the executing body monitors that the user clicks back on the order page (such as the following single page), and if not, may directly exit the current page. If the user is started, the user can be further classified according to the preset proportion, and if the classification result determines that the user belongs to the common user, the current page can be exited. If the classification result determines that the user is monitoring the user, the target attribute information of the user can be acquired by utilizing the target attribute information acquisition interface. Specifically, the target attribute information acquisition interface may include various required interfaces such as a redemption resource information acquisition interface (e.g., a coupon acquisition interface, etc.), a wind control information acquisition interface, etc., according to actual application requirements.
And then, judging whether the exchange resource set of the user comprises the exchange resource corresponding to the current page, and if so, exiting the current page. If not, whether the user acquires the conversion resources corresponding to the current page in the target time period can be further judged. If an OR is obtained, the current page may be exited. If not, whether the user is a wind control user can be further judged. If the user is the wind control user, the current page can be directly exited. If the user is not the wind control user, whether the user characteristic category meets the preset condition can be further judged. If not, the current page may be exited. If yes, determining prompt information corresponding to the user and pushing the prompt information.
