if the fact that a target broker exists in the brokers is judged and known, and a maintenance cell corresponding to the target broker is matched with a dynamic area corresponding to the house source dynamic information, generating first task information based on the house source dynamic information, user information of the target user and broker information of the target broker;
and pushing the first task information to a first terminal corresponding to the target broker, so that the first terminal responds to a sending instruction of the target broker and sends the file information containing the house source dynamic information to a second terminal corresponding to the target user.
2. The room source dynamic information pushing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether a sending label of the file information is received or not, and recording a detection result;
and the sending tag is generated when or after the first terminal responds to the sending instruction and sends the file information to the second terminal.
3. The room source dynamic information pushing method according to claim 1, wherein the room source dynamic information includes at least one of price change information of a target room source, new room source information of a target cell, and market information of a target area;
correspondingly, the dynamic area corresponding to the price changing information is the cell where the target house source is located, the dynamic area corresponding to the new house source information is the target cell, and the dynamic area corresponding to the market information is the target area.

and generating the first task information based on the file information, the user information, the broker information, the attention time information, the entrusting time information and the identification information corresponding to the house source dynamic information.

and pushing the second task information to a third terminal corresponding to the appointed broker, so that the third terminal responds to a sending instruction of the appointed broker and sends the file information to the second terminal.
