Abstract
The invention discloses a sanitary silver outer catheter frosted tube body, which is formed by spraying frosted paint on the surface of the sanitary silver outer catheter body, and then enabling the tube body of the sanitary silver outer catheter body to be covered with the frosted paint by ultraviolet curing. According to the invention, the frosted particles are added on the outer catheter body of the tampon, so that when the outer catheter is placed in a vagina, air between the outer catheter and the vaginal wall is easy to enter, and the smoothness of the catheter during placement is increased, so that uncomfortable feeling caused by increased sliding due to negative pressure between the outer catheter and the vaginal wall during placement is avoided; on the other hand, the frosted particles are used for replacing lubricating substances, so that the use of the lubricating substances is avoided, the adverse effect on human bodies is avoided, and meanwhile, the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary products, and particularly relates to a frosted tube body of an outer guide tube of a sanitary cotton strip and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Currently, many tampons are used in both push-to-talk and catheter configurations. When the finger-pushing type sanitary cotton sliver is used, a user needs to push the finger into the dead zone of the vagina, special attention is required to clean the finger, the placement position is difficult to grasp for a novice, and the use difficulty is increased. The catheter-type tampon adopts a catheter boosting mode, so that the tampon can be conveniently and accurately placed into the body, the tampon is clean and sanitary, and the experience of a user is improved.
The catheter boosting mode solves the problems that cotton sliver is difficult to put in and the putting position is not easy to control, but a new problem also occurs. When the hand-held grab handle is placed, the outer catheter tube body is contacted with the vagina to generate friction, so that discomfort and even pain can be caused. Therefore, how to reduce discomfort caused by friction with vagina is one of the core techniques for catheter manufacture. The current common solution is to add a lubricating substance to the surface of the outer catheter, and to use the lubricating substance to release the lubricating substance when in use, so as to reduce discomfort. However, the manufacturing cost is high, and some consumers may be allergic to the lubricating substance, so that the mode is not widely popularized.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a frosted tube body of an outer guide tube of a sanitary cotton sliver and a preparation method thereof, wherein frosted particles are added on the tube body of the outer guide tube of the sanitary cotton sliver, so that uncomfortable feeling caused by friction generated when the outer guide tube is placed into vagina is reduced.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
A frosted tube body of an outer guide tube of a sanitary silver is formed by spraying frosted paint on the surface of the outer guide tube of the sanitary silver and then solidifying the frosted paint by ultraviolet, so that the tube body of the outer guide tube of the sanitary silver is covered with the frosted paint.
Preferably, the thickness of the abrasive coating is 30-50 μm.
More preferably, the thickness of the frosted coating is 35-45 μm
Preferably, the preparation method of the frosted coating comprises the following steps:
(a) Adding the frosted particles into absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and dispersing uniformly, then adding gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, stirring and reacting, and obtaining the aminated frosted particles after the reaction is completed;
(b) Adding the amination frosted particles, polyurethane acrylic ester, isophorone diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide and ethyl acetate in the step (a) into a reaction kettle, stirring for 30-40min at 40-50 ℃, then adding benzophenone and stannous octoate, and continuing stirring uniformly under the light-shielding condition to obtain the frosted coating.
Preferably, the abrasive particles in step (a) have a particle size of 20 to 30 μm; the mass ratio of the abrasive particles to the gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane is 50:2-4.
More preferably, the abrasive particles in step (a) have a particle size of 25 to 30 μm; the mass ratio of the abrasive particles to the gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane is 50:3-4.
Preferably, the temperature of the stirring reaction in step (a) is 50-60 ℃ and the time is 3-5h.
More preferably, the temperature of the stirring reaction in step (a) is 55-60 ℃ and the time is 3-4h.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the aminated sand particles, polyurethane acrylic ester, isophorone diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, ethyl acetate, benzophenone and stannous octoate in the step (b) is 50-60:30-40:10-20:5-10:4-8:3-5:40-50:0.2-0.5:0.01-0.5.
More preferably, the mass ratio of the aminated sand particles, polyurethane acrylic ester, isophorone diisocyanate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, benzophenone and stannous octoate in the step (b) is 50-55:35-40:15-20:5-8:6-8:4-5:45-50:0.3-0.4:0.07-0.09.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sanitary silver outer catheter frosted tube body, which comprises the following steps:
S1, adding the outer catheter of the sanitary sliver into a KMnO 4/H2SO4 mixed solution for soaking, and washing and drying after the soaking is finished to obtain the outer catheter of the pretreated sanitary sliver;
