Table 1 self-scoring criteria (7-level scoring)
Table 2 evaluation results of soothing effects (n=50)
Table 2 shows that all scores averaged over 5.42 after 28 days of use, statistically more than 50% of subjects gave positive evaluation of the soothing effect of skin-care, anti-aging mask 2. Wherein, 82% of subjects who "release skin burning sensation" are identified on day 28; "improve skin redness" has 78% of subjects acceptance at day 28; "relieve stinging and itching" 76% of subjects received at day 28; "improving skin tolerance" was recognized by 82% of subjects on day 28. The mask prepared by the invention has good relieving effect.
2. And (3) testing whitening effect:
The whitening efficacy of the skin-beautifying, anti-aging mask 2 prepared in example 2 was studied by tyrosinase activity inhibition test according to the T/GDCA006-2021 standard. Specifically, the formula matrix group (without the anoectochilus formosanus enzymatic hydrolysate fermentation extract) is compared with the sample group (namely the skin-beautifying and anti-aging mask 2), and the result is shown in figure 1. FIG. 1 shows that the inhibition of tyrosinase activity by the sample group (skin-beautifying, anti-aging mask 2) gradually increases with increasing sample concentration. When the concentration of the sample is 1000 mug/mL, the inhibition rate of tyrosinase reaches the maximum value 73.21%, which is higher than 71.41% of standard kojic acid and 69.40% of the formula matrix group. The result shows that the skin-beautifying and anti-aging mask 2 has an inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity.
Melanin synthesis is affected by tyrosinase, which catalyzes the hydroxylation of L-tyrosine to dopa and the oxidation of dopa to dopaquinone, which forms the final reaction product melanin. The skin-beautifying and anti-aging mask 2 has an inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity, which indicates that the mask can slow down tyrosinase to catalyze L-tyrosine to be converted into dopaquinone, namely can inhibit melanin formation. It can be seen that the skin-care and anti-aging mask 2 has remarkable whitening effect.
3. Testing of anti-aging efficacy:
50 subjects were screened, and after the subjects used the skin-beautifying, anti-aging mask prepared in example 2 for 2,5 weeks (35 days), the questionnaire was filled out with reference to the standard of table 1, and the subjects were evaluated for 5 items of slowing down skin sagging, increasing skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles, brightening skin color, reducing acne marks, and collecting receipts, and the results are shown in table 3.
Table 3 results of anti-presage test of skin-care, anti-presage mask 2 (n=50)
Table 3 shows that the acceptance rates of 5 test items of relieving skin relaxation, increasing skin elasticity, reducing wrinkles, brightening skin color and reducing acne marks are respectively 80%, 74%, 76%, 84% and 78%, which shows that the skin care and anti-aging mask 2 has obvious effects of relieving skin relaxation and brightening skin color, and has general effects on other items. Therefore, the facial mask has good anti-aging effect.
