Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a three-white peptide composition and application thereof in preparing skin care products with effects of brightening skin color and lightening spots and removing marks.
Background
Melanin is a biological pigment, which is formed by a series of chemical reactions of tyrosine or 3, 4-dihydroxybenzene alanyl, and is the same pigment for animals, plants and protozoa. Melanin is typically present in a polymeric manner. Melanin synthesis must have 3 basic substances: ① tyrosine: a main raw material for producing melanin; ② Tyrosinase: the main rate-limiting enzyme for converting tyrosine into melanin is a composition of copper and protein; ③ oxygen: tyrosine produces melanin under the action of tyrosinase, an oxidation process that must be combined with oxygen to convert it to melanin. The soluble brown-black pigment mainly originates from glycosylation, which is also called maillard reaction, which is one of the causes of skin pigmentation, due to the formation of brown-colored substances when glycine is mixed with glucose and heated.
The existing whitening and skin-brightening cosmetic has a single action mechanism, is difficult to realize the whitening and skin-brightening effect, and has the defects of external factors (ultraviolet rays and haze) and internal factors (ageing and inflammation) as well as macroscopic factors and microscopic manifestations because the formation mechanism of melanin is very complex, so that the addition of a single whitening component is difficult to effectively inhibit the melanin, and the whitening and skin-brightening effect is difficult to realize.
In view of this, the present application has been proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a triple white peptide composition and application thereof in preparing skin care products with skin lightening and spot lightening and mark removing effects, wherein the triple white peptide composition has excellent whitening and lightening effects.
The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the following technical scheme:
a composition (or whitening and skin-brightening composition) comprising decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, hexapeptide-2 and nonapeptide-1;
The mass ratio of the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, the hexapeptide-2 and the nonapeptide-1 is (2-8.7): (0.8-5): (0.5-3).
Decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride is a dipeptide with excellent free radical scavenging, anti-glycosylation effects similar to carnosine in structure, but with stability/anti-proteolytic capacity 30 times that of carnosine, with glycation reversal functions, which can function longer. Accelerating regeneration of collagen, lightening skin dark yellow, repairing intensive care, improving brightness, and brightening new muscles.
Hexapeptide-2 is a cosmetic polypeptide containing six amino acids, can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase by reducing the level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate, so as to reduce melanin production, is an antagonist of melanin, can finally control skin color to prevent color spots from being produced and effectively lighten skin, enables skin color to become even and active, is an effective brightening oligopeptide, can inhibit the activity of beta-galactosidase and reduce the aging level of cells, and therefore, the hexapeptide-2 also has the effects of resisting aging and reducing wrinkles.
The nine peptide-1 is a small molecular whitening bionic peptide, consists of nine amino acid molecules, is an alpha-MSH antagonist, and acts on skin with high specificity, and MC1 receptors on the nine peptide-1 and melanocytes have very good matching property, so that the nine peptide-1 can be used as an antagonist for promoting melanin and cell hormones, competitively combined with the MC1 receptors, prevent tyrosinase from being further activated to generate melanin, effectively whiten and lighten skin color, the nine peptide-1 can promote collagen metabolism, release signals, remind the skin to increase collagen synthesis, inhibit muscle movement, reduce wrinkles, simultaneously, the nine peptide-1 has strong penetrability on the skin, can be combined with skin epithelial tissues through a horny layer, participate in and improve skin cell metabolism, strengthen collagen activity in the skin, keep the integrity of horny layer moisture and fiber structures, strengthen blood circulation, and provide nutrition for cells.
The three-white peptide composition consists of the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, the hexapeptide-2 and the nonapeptide-1, the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, the hexapeptide-2 and the nonapeptide-1 are creatively combined according to the specific mass ratio, so that the three-white peptide composition with excellent whitening and skin brightening effects is obtained, the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, the hexapeptide-2 and the nonapeptide-1 interact and are matched with each other, the synergy is realized, the whitening and skin brightening effects are effectively realized based on a complex action mechanism, the mass ratio of the three has higher specific matching performance, and the whitening and skin brightening effects are obviously reduced if the mass ratio of the three is changed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, hexapeptide-2, and nonapeptide-1 is (4-7): (2.2 to 4): (0.8-2). The inventor researches find that the synergistic effect is more obvious and the whitening and skin brightening effects are further improved especially under the mass ratio.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass ratio of the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride, hexapeptide-2, nonapeptide-1 is 6:3:1. especially when the amount of each raw material is in the range, the whitening and skin-brightening effects are optimal.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass of the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride in the triple-white peptide composition is 25-670% of the total mass of hexapeptide-2 and nonapeptide-1.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mass of the decarboxylated carnosine hydrochloride in the triple-white peptide composition is 66-240% of the total mass of hexapeptide-2 and nonapeptide-1.
The invention also provides application of the three-white peptide composition in preparing skin care products with effects of brightening skin color and lightening spots and eliminating marks.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the skin care product is in the form of water, emulsion, cream, gel, facial mask or essence.
