All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, in one aspect, there is provided a server cabinet including a cabinet body 1, an air cooling device 2, and a dust-proof mechanism 3. Wherein the cabinet 1 is adapted to accommodate the server main body 6, and a ventilation opening is formed on the cabinet 1. The air cooling device 2 is suitable for cooling the cabinet 1 through the ventilation opening of the cabinet 1. The dustproof mechanism 3 comprises a cover body 301 and a telescopic structure 302, wherein the cover body 301 is arranged at a vent of the cabinet body 1 in a covering and closing manner, the telescopic structure 302 is connected to the cabinet body 1 and is suitable for expanding with heat and contracting with cold, and the telescopic structure 302 is suitable for contracting when the temperature is lower than the preset temperature so that the cover body 301 can seal the vent; the telescoping structure 302 is also adapted to extend when the temperature is above a preset temperature to allow the cover 301 to open the vent.
In the use process of the server cabinet, when the temperature in the server cabinet is higher than the preset temperature, the telescopic structure 302 is heated to expand and automatically stretches out, the cover 301 is driven to open the ventilation opening of the cabinet body 1, and the air cooling mechanism is suitable for driving air circulation inside and outside the cabinet body 1 through the ventilation opening so as to cool the server main body 6 in the cabinet body 1. When the temperature in the cabinet body 1 is reduced to be lower than the preset temperature, the telescopic structure 302 can be cooled and contracted, so that the cover 301 is covered at the ventilation opening of the cabinet body 1, and external dust is prevented from entering the cabinet body 1 through the ventilation opening, and the service life of the server main body 6 is shortened.
Therefore, the server cabinet of the invention can not only open the ventilation opening of the server cabinet when the temperature in the server cabinet is higher than the preset temperature so as to cool the server cabinet by means of the air cooling device 2, but also close the ventilation opening when the temperature in the server cabinet is lower than the preset temperature so as to avoid the reduction of the service life of the server main body 6 caused by the entry of dust, and the telescopic mechanism can automatically control the cover body 301 to open or close the ventilation opening by the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, thereby saving the temperature detection device and the driving device for outputting power, and further reducing the cost of the server cabinet of the invention.

By so doing, when the temperature in the server cabinet is higher than the preset temperature, the heat conducting structure 3021 can absorb the heat generated by the server main body 6 and transfer the heat to the metal spring 3023 in the sleeve 3022, and the metal spring 3023 can be expanded by heating, so as to push the connecting rod 3024 connected thereto to move outwards, so that the cover 301 moves in a direction away from the cabinet 1 and is separated from the ventilation opening. The control module can control the operation of the air cooling mechanism, thereby being matched with the ventilation holes to drive the air circulation inside and outside the cabinet body 1 and realizing air cooling and heat dissipation.
Along with the gradual decrease of the temperature in the server cabinet, the metal spring 3023 in the fixing sleeve 3022 also gradually contracts, so as to drive the connecting rod 3024 to move towards the direction approaching the cabinet body 1, so that the cover body 301 is covered at the ventilation opening of the cabinet body 1 again, and external dust is prevented from entering the inside of the server body 6 through the ventilation opening when the server body 6 is not used.
