When the spray head 114 sprays water flow to the lotus stem surface, the water wheel 135 on the support 92 is pushed to rotate by the impact generated by the water flow, the water wheel 135 rotates to drive the gear lack 136 to rotate, the gear lack 136 pushes the rack 137 and the support 132 to slide along the guide rod 131 when rotating until the tooth part contacts with the rack 137, the fourth elastic piece 133 is stressed to deform, the support 132 reversely slides back to the initial position under the reset action of the fourth elastic piece 133 when the gear lack 136 rotates until the tooth part is separated from the rack 137, so that the push plate 134 on the support 132 makes reciprocating linear motion on the lower side of the scraper 93, and the crust attached and accumulated on the lower side of the scraper 93 is pushed to fall into the collecting box 104, and the influence of the crust accumulation on peeling on the lower side of the scraper 93 is avoided.
When peeling and cutting off the lotus stalks, the driving assembly 6 is controlled to start to work, the first conveying belt 2 and the second conveying belt 3 are driven to start to work, the lotus stalks which are placed in the limiting frame 4 are conveyed through the first conveying belt 2 after passing through the channels in the limiting frame 4 one by one, in the conveying process of the lotus stalks, the pinch roller 72 has downward pressure on the lotus stalks due to the spring action on the telescopic rod 71, the lower surface of the lotus stalks always contacts with the upper surface of the first conveying belt 2, meanwhile, the roller 83 contacts with the side surface of the lotus stalks due to the action of the first elastic piece 74, the motor 82 rotates to drive the roller 83 to rotate, the lotus stalks are rotationally moved towards the scraper 93 under the action of the roller 83, and the scraper 93 starts peeling the lotus stalks when the lotus stalks contact with the scraper 93.
In the process of peeling lotus stalks, the lotus stalks still rotate, the scraper 93 can peel the lotus stalks comprehensively, the peeled lotus stalks still can be cleaned up by the action of the grinding block 122, the peeled lotus stalks enter the upper part of the second conveying belt 3 and continue to be conveyed, when the driving assembly 6 works, the driving assembly 107 drives the cam 106 to rotate, when the cam 106 contacts with the cutter block 102, the cutter block 102 is pushed to move downwards, the lotus stalks are conveyed to the lower part of the cutter block 102 through the second conveying belt 3, the cutter block 102 cuts off the lotus stalks, the cutting work of the lotus stalks is completed, water in the water tank 111 is sprayed out through the spray head 114 to clean the position of the cutter 93 after the equipment finishes, and the water flow has enough thrust to push the water wheel 135 to rotate, thereby driving the rack 137 to reciprocate through the lack of the gear 136, the crust attached to the lower side of the cutter 93 to be pushed down into the collecting box 104, the crust accumulated on the lower side of the cutter 93 is prevented from affecting the peeling, and the spray head 114 stops after the equipment finishes cleaning.

The lotus stem peeling and cutting machine comprises a frame (1), a first conveying belt (2), a second conveying belt (3), a limiting frame (4), a limiting plate (5) and a driving assembly (6), wherein the frame (1) is provided with the first conveying belt (2) and the second conveying belt (3) which are installed at intervals, the first conveying belt (2) and the second conveying belt (3) are installed in an inclined mode at the same inclination angle, the first conveying belt (2) and the second conveying belt (3) are respectively provided with the limiting frame (4) and the limiting plate (5), the driving assembly (6) is installed on the outer side of the limiting frame (4), and the driving assembly (6) is connected with the first conveying belt (2) and the second conveying belt (3);
the lotus stem peeling machine is characterized by further comprising a peeling device and a cutting mechanism (10), wherein the peeling device for peeling lotus stems is arranged in the limiting frame (4), the cutting mechanism (10) for cutting off the lotus stems is arranged at the tail end of the limiting plate (5), and the peeling device consists of a clamping mechanism (7), a rotating mechanism (8) and a peeling mechanism (9).
