The names of messages or information interacted between the various devices in the embodiments of the present disclosure are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of such messages or information.
Here, for convenience of explanation, some concepts that may be related in the present disclosure will be first described.
Space, a basic unit of organizational collaboration, may be the management of a single item or a collection of multiple items.
Work Item (Work Item), a team collaborative Work Item, may also be a collection of items disassembled. Work items may be categorized into different types by content, e.g., requirements, defects, versions, iterations, milestones, etc.
A demand (Feature), which may refer to a software function required by a user to solve/reach a certain problem, may help team members track a specific detail problem.
Defect (Issue), meaning that the originally defined traffic requirements are not met. For example, a pop-up window is not displayed, etc.
View, a set of cured workitem query dimensions of high frequency interest within a team, may also be referred to as view-two-term. The views may be of various types, such as tables, lists, signs, gantt charts, metrics, and the like. The table may be an arrangement combination of field information, and arrange data in a cell pattern. Gantt chart, can be with the time dimension, through the bar chart to show the project progress. Metrics are sustainability quantification processes that define, collect, and analyze data for software development projects, processes, and their products. Such as demand throughput, quality, cycle and human assessment, etc.
Source data, data of the whole work item is measured in a targeted manner. For example, the source data may include work items such as: requirements, defects, versions, and iterations. The source data may include view data such as: the in-progress requirements pool, the defects to be handled by me, and the individual custom view names. The source data may include a single instance, for example: the data range is specific to a certain requirement, defect, version, iteration, etc.
Roles (Role), participating in various roles in a project, one project requires coordination support of different roles.
A schedule, which may also be referred to as a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure, work breakdown), in which nodes, flows, or tasks of work items may be set. Scheduling and scoring may be set for nodes or tasks.
The schedule may include a start time, an end time. The scheduling duration may be referred to as a time period. The estimate may be a person input, e.g. calculated in person/day (i.e. one single day).
One or more embodiments provided in the present disclosure may provide the ability to create a plan baseline, as well as a comparison, in a project management system. The planning baseline is an instance version formed from instance data snapshots recorded at some time, which may be downloaded later, or compared based on data snapshots at different times. When a project or a demand period is long, various information such as a schedule node schedule, a project period, an estimation, role personnel and an associated work item can be continuously adjusted, current data cannot be recorded, and a problem of delay of a plan and deviation of resource investment are easily caused by follow-up incapability of tracking and comparison of delay and resource investment of a previous plan, so that the capability of supporting plan comparison in a base line management can be used for regularly marking a base line of the project as a fixed reference point for measuring and comparing the subsequent project, and by comparing the difference between a current plan and a base line plan, the deviation of progress, cost, range and the like can be found at any time, so that the project can be intervened, controlled and improved early.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow of one embodiment of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The method can be applied to a project management system, and the information processing method shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
step 101, obtaining first contrast information.
In this embodiment, the execution subject (e.g., server and/or terminal device) of the information processing method may acquire the first comparison information in the project management system.
Step 102, obtaining second contrast information.
Step 103, displaying the comparison result information of the first comparison information and the second comparison information.
Here, the first comparison information includes first plan information of the first work item at a first time point. For example, the first comparison information includes first planning information for the first work item at the beginning of the first work item.
Here, the second comparison information includes second plan information of the first work item at a second time point. The second comparison information includes second planning information of the first work item at the current point in time.
Here, the plan information of the work item may include various information of the plan of the work item, such as progress related information (construction period, estimation, scheduling), character personnel, fields, associated work items, and the like.
Here, the comparison result information may include difference information of the first comparison information and the second comparison information. For example, if the first comparison information indicates that the first node has a construction period of 5 days and the second comparison information indicates that the first node has a construction period of 3 days, the comparison result information may be minus 2 days.
Alternatively, the content and the form of the comparison result information may be set according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited herein.
Alternatively, the first contrast information, the second contrast information, and the contrast result information may be displayed. Referring to the sub-area 204 in fig. 2A, a legend for comparing result information is shown in the sub-area 204. The content of the comparative presentation may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: newly added nodes, clipping nodes and offset column information. The bias column information may be displayed in a display column of the first comparison method information.
Wherein, the node adds and deletes: the nodes/subtasks added and deleted by the name column will have green and red labels with respect to the comparison target, where the deleted nodes and subtasks will have a scribe line. The columns deleted in the comparison target column have red and deleted identifications, and the columns added by the comparison target column have green identifications.
As an example, all nodes/subtasks included by the two parties are shown and compared, the parent-child flow nodes and the parent-child flow nodes can be expanded and collapsed, and all expansion is defaulted. Nodes and subtasks which are not displayed by both parties are compared. The same node/subtask name is displayed as the latest name, such as the deleted name displayed by the deleted node. Node status is not shown. This column freezes.
The comparison deviation is calculated according to the comparison with the comparison target (namely the second comparison information) by the comparison target (namely the first comparison information), if the comparison target of the starting time is 9.11, the comparison target is 9.12, and the comparison deviation is 1 after the comparison target is 1 day. If the deviation is greater than 0, the deviation is marked in the comparison target, such as 9.11 (1). The contrast deviation may be a negative number with different color identifications. The start and end times, the delay deviation of the object to be compared relative to the comparison target is positive. And (3) the construction period and the estimation, wherein if the compared object is larger than the compared object, the deviation is positive.
It should be noted that, in the information processing method in the project management system provided in this embodiment, by acquiring the first comparison information and the second comparison information in the project management system, where the first comparison information indicates the first plan information of the first work item at the first time point, the second comparison information indicates the second plan information of the first work item at the second time point, and the comparison result information of the first comparison information and the second comparison information is displayed, the difference between the plan information at two different time points can be compared, and the deviation in the update process of the plan information can be found in time, so as to perform intervention, control and improvement on the plan propulsion condition of the work item early, and ensure the propulsion efficiency of the first work item.
The method further comprises the steps of: displaying a first plan information selection control and a second plan information selection control in a related interface of the project management system; responsive to triggering the first plan information selection control, presenting a plurality of candidate plan information; determining first contrast information in response to a selection operation for the plurality of candidate information; responsive to triggering the second plan information selection control, presenting a plurality of candidate plan information; in response to a selection operation for the plurality of candidate information, second comparison information is determined.
As an example, referring to fig. 2A, a first plan information selection control 201 and a second plan information selection control 202 may be illustrated in fig. 2A. The middle column of fig. 2A shows the object to be compared, the object to be compared is on the right side of the interface, the options include plan and baseline, and the display is to be filled in the empty state.
As an example, triggering the first plan information selection control 201 may expose a plurality of candidate plan information; first contrast information is determined from a plurality of candidate baseline information for the first work item.
As an example, triggering the second information selection control 202 may expose a plurality of candidate planning information for the first work item; and determining second comparison information from the plurality of candidate plan information of the first work item and the plan information of the first work item at the current moment.
Alternatively, the plurality of candidate plan information may include baseline information, current plan information, and actual execution information corresponding to the current plan information. The baseline information indicates planning information for the first work item corresponding to the historical time points.
The content selected by the first plan information selection control 201 and the second plan information selection control 202 is not repeatable, if the plan 1 is selected by the control 201, the plan 1 in the control 202 is not selectable.
Therefore, in the project management system, any two pieces of plan information of the first work item can be selected and compared rapidly through two selection operations, namely, plan baselines of any two moments are compared, so that a user can compare the pushing conditions of the first work item at different moments rapidly, the situation that the first work item deviates from a preset plan gradually along with the time is avoided, and the flexibility degree and the overall degree of comparison are improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: determining the first comparison information from a plurality of candidate baseline information of the first work item and/or planning information of the first work item at the current moment based on a first baseline selection operation; and determining the second comparison information from the plurality of candidate baseline information of the first project and the plan information of the first work item at the current moment based on a second baseline selection operation.
Here, the baseline information indicates plan information of the first work item corresponding to a history time point.
As an example, the baselines include a latest baseline, an XXX baseline (specific baselines).
As an example, a hint may be presented that may indicate that the latest baseline is the most recently created baseline.
In some embodiments, the determining the first contrast information in response to a selection operation for the plurality of candidate information includes: determining the first comparison information from a plurality of candidate baseline information of a first work item based on a first selection operation, wherein baseline information indicates planning information of the first work item corresponding to a historical time point; and said determining second contrast information in response to a selection operation for a plurality of candidate information, comprising: determining second contrast information from the plurality of candidate baseline information for the first work item based on the second selection operation; wherein the first contrast information and the second contrast information are not identical.
In some embodiments, the determining the first contrast information in response to a selection operation for the plurality of candidate information includes: determining the planning progress of the first work item at the current moment as the first comparison information based on a third selection operation; and said determining second contrast information in response to a selection operation for a plurality of candidate information, comprising: determining the second contrast information from the candidate baseline information of the first work item based on a fourth selection operation; wherein the baseline information indicates planning information of the first work item corresponding to a point in time.
In some embodiments, the determining the first contrast information in response to a selection operation for the plurality of candidate information includes: determining the first comparison information from candidate baseline information of a first work item based on a fifth selection operation, wherein baseline information indicates planning information of the first work item corresponding to a historical time point; and said determining second contrast information in response to a selection operation for a plurality of candidate information, comprising: based on the sixth selection operation, the actual execution information obtained by the current plan of the first work item is determined to be the second comparison information.
The actual execution information of the first work item at the current moment may be actual execution information of the first work item at the current plan.
The actual progress is compared with any plan information of the first work item, so that the comparison between the actual progress and the plan information of a plurality of previous time points can be quickly determined, the moment of the actual progress starting deviation is determined, the deviation change trend is determined, the richness of the information for the first work item plan propulsion is improved, and the management efficiency of the first work item is improved.
In some embodiments, the first contrast information and the second contrast information have corresponding contrast items.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: determining a target comparison item from the candidate comparison items according to the comparison item selection operation, wherein the candidate comparison items comprise at least one of the following nodes of the first work item: start time, end time, time period, estimate, added nodes, deleted nodes.
As an example, a contrast selection control 203 may be included in fig. 2A, which may be used to select a target contrast item, and after selecting the contrast item, the selected contrast content, i.e., the target contrast item, may be presented at the contrast selection control 203.
As an example, candidate comparison items include start time, end time, construction period, estimation, node addition and deletion.
As an example, with respect to node addition and deletion, the scenario of node addition includes a flow upgrade, adding a resource library node, a node changing from invisible to visible, etc., and the scenario of node deletion includes a flow upgrade, a node deletion, a node changing from visible to invisible, etc.
As examples, regarding personas, personnel changes, personnel additions, personnel deletions may be included.
As examples, regarding fields, field changes, field additions, field deletions may be included.
As an example, regarding the associated work items, changes, additions, deletions may be included.
The comparison item selection operation can be carried out in multiple modes; optionally, the selection is by default.
It will be appreciated that at least 1 target comparison is required, if no comparison is selected, indicating that at least 1 comparison is required.
Thus, the comparison granularity can be improved, and the comparison is performed at finer granularity of the planning information, such as the starting time, the ending time, the construction period, the estimation, the added nodes, the deleted node layers, the role personnel, the fields and the associated work items, so that the comparison efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the comparison result information display page of the comparison result information is: a work item detail page of a first work item of the project management system or a schedule presentation page of the first work item of the project management system.
In some embodiments, the comparison result information presentation page includes a screening control and/or a search control
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: setting screening conditions according to screening condition setting operation on the screening control in the comparison result information display page; screening the screening content meeting the screening conditions from the first comparison information and the second comparison information according to the screening conditions.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: setting search words according to search operation on the search control in the comparison result information display page; and displaying the search content matched with the search word from the first comparison information and the second comparison information.
As an example, triggering the filter control 206 shown in fig. 2A may expose the filter criteria configuration interface 208 shown in fig. 2B, where the filter criteria are configured in the filter criteria configuration interface 208.
By way of example, triggering the search control 207 shown in FIG. 2A may expose the search term input control 209 shown in FIG. 2C. In the search term input control 209, a search term may be input.
As an example, the screening options in the screening conditions may include at least one of: node addition and deletion, responsible person, start time deviation, end time deviation, construction period deviation, estimation deviation, role, associated work item and field.
The conditions of the start time deviation, the end time deviation, the construction period deviation and the estimated deviation are equal to, not equal to, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to, empty and not empty, and the target value is a specific value.
The conditions of node addition and deletion are that the options belong to, all the options do not belong to, are equal to, are not equal to, are empty and are not empty, and the options comprise adding, cutting and unchanged.
Therefore, data meeting the screening conditions can be screened out quickly, and the information acquisition efficiency is improved.
As an example, in searching, searching may be performed by node name; the search may also be performed by date.
The presentation style of the search may include hit highlighting, toggle up and down hit results, etc.
Therefore, the information which is expected to be seen can be quickly searched, and the information acquisition efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: displaying a baseline management interface on a work item detail page of the first work item, wherein the baseline management interface comprises a baseline list sub-interface and/or a comparison display sub-interface; the baseline list sub-interface comprises baseline information of work items; the contrast display sub-interface is used to select a first contrast, a second contrast, and a target contrast item.
Here, the baseline information includes plan information of the first work item corresponding to the time point, and the first comparison information and/or the second comparison information is the baseline information.
As an example, please refer to fig. 2D, fig. 2D shows a baseline list sub-interface. The baseline list sub-interface contains the following information: baseline name, creator, creation time, operation, baseline description, etc.
The creator: baseline creator artifact system for event creation via nodes
Creation time: year-month-day.
The operations may include: editing and deleting. If there is no editing authority, it may be prompted that there is no authority to edit the baseline. And deleting the control, clicking and popping up a popup window, wherein a base line deletion button created by the root/father linkage of the child instance is not selectable, and prompting the base line created by the linkage of the source work item, and if the base line is required to be deleted, requesting to the corresponding instance for operation.
And editing the control, and expanding the editing popup window after clicking. Baseline name: default is click creation time XX-XX-XX; XX: XX, may be modified to other names. If the baseline name created from the node arrival/completion event system is the corresponding node name + arrival/completion, e.g., a demand review arrival. If the names of the manual modification have the same names, the back end proceeds to learn and prompt the "baseline name to repeat" when clicking the confirmation, and retries after the modification. The baseline names created manually in bulk and automatically by the system are added with random suffixes if repeated.
The baseline description may be lines of text.
The baseline list sub-interface may also include a baseline creation control. A base line is established, and a data snapshot of the instance and the sub-instance thereof at the time of establishing the base line is reserved. If no baseline authority is established, the button is not selectable and prompts you that no authority to create a baseline. Title: creating a baseline, a baseline name: default is click creation time XX-XX: XX, which can be modified to other names, must be filled. Baseline description: lines of text, not necessarily filled in.
In some embodiments, a baseline number limit may be set. For example, the upper limit of the number of individual instance baselines is 10, excluding the number of baselines created from the linkage on the root/parent instance. When the upper limit is exceeded, the upper limit of the number of baselines can be indicated to be exceeded, and partial baselines are deleted and then created. When 10 times are reached and any node of the example configures a node event to create a baseline rule, the baseline list prompts that the upper limit of the number of baselines is exceeded can cause failure in automatic creation of baselines of system configuration, a part of baselines are timely deleted, a person with baseline editing authority can close the prompt, and the prompt is not needed after the deletion.
By way of example, FIG. 2A may be a comparison presentation sub-interface in a workitem detail page.
In the contrast presentation sub-interface, the first contrast information, the second contrast information, and the target contrast item may be selected.
Therefore, the project base line can be managed on the work item detail page of the first work item, the project base line can be rapidly compared and displayed, and the information management efficiency of the first work item is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in the schedule display interface of the first work item, determining the schedule information of the first work item at the current moment as the first comparison information; the method further includes receiving a baseline selection operation, and determining the second comparison information from the candidate baseline information for the first work item based on the baseline selection operation.
Optionally, in the schedule presentation scenario, the electronic device automatically uses the first comparison information as the schedule information in the schedule. The second contrast information may be determined based on a baseline selection operation.
For example, referring to FIG. 3A, a baseline contrast control 301 may be added to the left of the automatic schedule, and a candidate baseline presentation interface 302 may be presented after clicking. The candidate baseline presentation interface 302 title may be a baseline contrast; baseline information; and the base line name is a corresponding node name if the base line name is established according to the node completion event system, and is a corresponding date and time if the base line name is automatically established.
Therefore, in a schedule display scene, comparison between the historical baseline and the schedule information at the current moment can be rapidly realized, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the displaying the comparison result information of the first comparison information and the second comparison information includes: displaying a baseline selection control on a schedule display interface of the first work item; and responding to the selection of the target baseline based on the baseline selection control, and displaying a contrast ratio bit map, wherein the schedule display interface is used for displaying a current schedule of the first work item, the current schedule is used as first contrast information, and the target baseline is used as second contrast information.
The Gantt chart comprises a schedule scheduling Gantt bar corresponding to a schedule and a baseline scheduling Gantt bar corresponding to target baseline information; and indicating the schedule scheduling sweet-ter bar and the baseline scheduling sweet-ter bar of the same node in the first work item, and performing aggregation display.
Gantt chart, can be with the time dimension, through the bar chart to show the project progress.
As an example, please refer to fig. 3B and 3C, a scenario showing a bit map is shown in fig. 3B and 3C.
After the target baseline comparison is selected, the mode is automatically modified into a schedule and a Gantt chart.
After selecting the baseline, the baseline portal may display a close button that closes the baseline that would deselect. Upon selection of a baseline, the baseline contrast icon name becomes XXX, where XXX is the selected baseline name (e.g., seven month bottom baseline). After creating the baseline, the values of the schedules of the nodes in the instance are recorded, and for the root/parent instance, the schedules of all the following child flow nodes are also recorded.
Gantt bars with record schedules under corresponding baseline snapshots will be shown in the Gantt chart after target baselines are checked, and there will be special marks for Gantt bars with node/task schedules later than the baseline schedules. The legend adds a Gantt bar, a baseline Gantt bar, later than baseline scheduling.
Alternatively, the triggering operation is performed for the Gantt segment, and node information may be displayed, as shown in FIG. 3D.
Therefore, the planning information of the current moment and the historical baseline can be visually compared by utilizing the Gantt chart, the intuitiveness of comparison is improved, and the information display efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in a project management system, generating baseline information corresponding to generation time of a baseline creation instruction in response to the baseline creation instruction; the base line creating instruction is generated based on base line creating operation of a user, and/or the base line creating instruction is generated based on preset base line creating condition satisfaction.
In the project management system, the base line can be created manually by a user, or can be automatically generated according to preset conditions.
Here, the baseline information is plan information of the first work item corresponding to the history time point, and the first comparison information and/or the second comparison information is baseline information generated based on the baseline creation instruction.
Therefore, the generation efficiency of the base line can be improved, and the timeliness and the accuracy of the generated base line are improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: setting the creation baseline as a node arrival event and/or a node completion event according to the creation baseline indication operation in a project space configuration interface of a project management system; wherein the node arrival event is used to indicate an event that is created in response to the node beginning; the node completion event is used to indicate an event that is responsive to the node completing the creation.
As an example, please refer to fig. 4A, in the flow management of the configuration side, configuration of node events, i.e., arrival events and completion events, for nodes is shown in fig. 4A. Node arrival time and node completion event. Upon configuring the node arrival time and the node completion event, a create baseline option may be presented, the create baseline option may be selected, and the create baseline may be set to the node arrival time and/or the node completion event.
Thus, node arrival or node completion may be set as a baseline creation condition, and a baseline may be automatically created when a node arrives or node completion.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises at least one of: receiving a baseline creation operation at a baseline management interface of the first work item; receiving a base line creation operation at a schedule display interface of the first work item; a baseline creation operation is received at a form view interface of a first work item.
As an example, referring to fig. 2D, a baseline creation control is shown in fig. 2D, which triggers the baseline creation control to be used to create a baseline. Thus, a planning baseline can be quickly created at the management interface of the first work item.
For example, please refer to fig. 3A, the schedule issues a left side add create baseline check box 303, defaults to not check, checks if there is authority to create a baseline when checked, if not, prompts that there is no authority to create a baseline, issues a plan after checked, creates a baseline, and the baseline name is creation time XX-XX: XX release schedule, baseline specification created for creator in XX-XX-XX XX: XX. The hook state is used as a browser cache, and is still checked when the browser is released again after the hook.
If the checkpoints create a baseline and some instances exceed the upper limit of the baseline number, the schedule issues a prompt. Title: a baseline cannot be created; text: the existence of the example of the schedule exceeds the upper limit of the quantity of baselines, and partial baselines are deleted in the corresponding baselines and then created.
And creating a base line, and prompting when the schedule is released if the base line is checked and the authority is not created when the base line is released.

As an example, referring to fig. 4B, a baseline management switch (indicating that baseline management is enabled) is shown in fig. 4B at the configuration side.
As an example, after the configuration side starts the baseline management switch, the detail page resource library presents a baseline management control, the baseline management is automatically added at the last of the corresponding work item detail pages, and the control disappears if the switch is closed.
The control configuration information is as follows. Title: baseline management; text, supporting new baselines, and comparing planned, actual and baseline data differences. And (5) configuring basic information. And additionally describing display conditions, and displaying according to the display conditions.
The baseline management switch is newly added before the work item is started, and is closed by default, and the planned, actual and baseline data differences can be compared after the baseline is created.
After the baseline management switch is enabled, a baseline authorization role configuration item appears: the drop-down list comprises anyone, an administrator, a creator and PM (roles), and by default anyone is selected, and the base line authorized role personnel can perform operations such as adding, deleting, editing and the like on the base line.
Therefore, whether baseline management is enabled or not can be configured on the space side of project management, and the baseline management is automatically set by project management personnel according to whether an actual application scene is applicable or not. And, set up the management authority of relevant personnel to the base line, improve the security degree to the management authority of base line.
