Referring to fig. 1, a flow of one embodiment of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information processing method as shown in fig. 1 includes the steps of:
Step 101, at least one screening option of a first view is presented.
In this embodiment, the execution subject (e.g., server and/or terminal device) of the information processing method may present at least one filtering option of the first view.
Here, the first view is used for displaying information of the first data set, and the filtering options are bound with filtering conditions.
Optionally, the first data set comprises data about work items in the project management system. The work item may have a variety of information such as work item name, time of presentation, related user, work item content, priority, etc. The information of the first data set may include one or more information of the work items.
Here, at least part of the information of the first data set may be presented using a view. Here, the first one of the first views is merely for convenience in explaining related concepts, and is not a limitation of the views.
The screening options may be bound to screening conditions. Screening conditions may be used to screen the data. The first view may have one or more screening options.
Step 102, in response to a selected operation for a first screening option of the at least one screening option, presenting a first derivative view of the first view.
The first screening option may be any of the at least one screening options described above. A selection operation may be performed on the first screening option, such as clicking on the first screening option.
The first screening options correspond to first screening conditions, and the first derivative view is generated according to the first screening result after the first data set is screened to obtain the first screening result.
Alternatively, the screening may be started in response to the above-described selection operation. For example, the first screening option corresponds to a screening condition, and selecting the first screening option can enable the working item set to be screened by using the screening condition corresponding to the first screening option, so as to obtain a screening result.
Alternatively, if the first derivative view is saved after the first derivative view is created for the first time, the saved first derivative view is directly displayed without performing the process of screening and generating the view.
Optionally, the screening result may comprise at least part of the first data in the first data set.
At least part of the first data included in the screening result can be displayed by using the new view. The new view may be referred to as a first derivative of the first view.
As an example, please refer to fig. 2A, fig. 2A shows related application scenarios, i.e. in a view showing interface, a screening option is shown. In fig. 2A, a first view 201 may show a first data set (e.g., including at least part of the information of a lunch order work item, a dinner order work item).
As an example, a filter option 202 and a filter option 203 are shown in fig. 2A. The name of the filter option 202 is month of January. The name of the filter option 203 is february. As an example, the screening conditions associated with the screening option 202 may include a work item with a start time of month of the february. The screening conditions of the screening option 203 may include a work item whose start time is february.
As an example, the user may select the screening option 202. As shown in fig. 2B (the screening option 202 is selected using a shadow representation). The first data set may be screened using screening conditions corresponding to the screening option 202. For example, the lunch ordering can be selected the start time is the workitem of the month of January. Referring to fig. 2B, fig. 2B shows a first derivative view 204. The first derivative view 204 shows the first screening result, i.e., work item with start time in the month of January.
As an example, referring to fig. 4A and 4B, the filtering option and the newly created filtering option may be displayed when the view is set, that is, the filtering option is displayed on the view setting interface. In fig. 4A, for a first view with view name of requirement a, the view collaborator may be set through a collaborator setting control 401, the screening conditions may be configured through a screening condition configuration control 402, and shortcut screening may be performed through a screening option 403 and a screening option 404. And, a new control 405 may be presented in fig. 4A for creating a screening option. Fig. 4B shows a scenario in which no screening options are established, in fig. 4B, a new control 405 may be triggered to create a screening option.
It should be noted that, in the information processing method provided in this embodiment, the screening options of the first view may be displayed, and the screening options may be bound to the screening conditions; and when the screening options are selected, screening conditions bound based on the screening options can be triggered, and the screening result, namely the first derivative view of the first view, is displayed, so that the screening result is rapidly displayed, the time for configuring the screening conditions by a single user is saved, the time for repeating the same configuration screening condition operation by a large number of users is further saved, and the operation efficiency of the view is improved.
In contrast, in some related art, a user needs to configure a screening condition to perform screening. Configuring the screening conditions wastes on the one hand the operating time of the user and on the other hand the screening conditions may be required for a plurality of users for the same screening conditions. Thus, configuring the filtering condition by a single user will lead to a large number of users repeating the same configuration actions, resulting in a large amount of manpower cost waste.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in response to a predefined operation on a second screening option of the at least one screening option, an operation result of the predefined operation is presented.
Here, the second filtering option may be any filtering option of the at least one filtering option. The second of the second screening options is for convenience of illustration only and is not limiting of the screening options.
Here, the filtering option may receive operation information of a predefined operation, and an operation manner of the predefined operation may be predefined, which is not limited herein. Predefined operations for the screening options may trigger execution of corresponding functions resulting in and presenting the operation results of the predefined operations.
Thus, the screening options can be used for triggering data screening, receiving various modification operations on the screening options, and realizing various modification processing on at least one screening option.
In some embodiments, the predefined operation includes one or more of: viewing operation, editing operation, deleting operation, copying operation, display sequence adjusting operation and new operation.
Here, a viewing operation for viewing the screening conditions corresponding to the second screening option. Looking at the screening conditions, the second screening conditions to which the second screening options are bound may be explicitly presented to the user. So that the user knows the screening conditions encapsulated in the screening options.
Here, an editing operation for editing the second filtering condition corresponding to the second filtering option.
Here, a delete operation is used to delete the second filtering option.
Here, the copying operation is used for generating a third screening option according to the second screening option.
As an example, referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3A illustrates that management control 301 may be presented by way of example to trigger a second screening option by management control 301. Management control 301 may include an edit control, a copy control, and a filter control.
As an example, triggering the edit control may invoke a filter option configuration interface. The filtering option configuration interface may be used to configure filtering conditions.
As an example, triggering the copy control may copy information of the second filter control to a new filter control and expose the new filter control. The name of the new filter control may be a copy of the second filter control. The new screening control may be presented next to the source screening control, i.e. next to the second screening control.
As an example, triggering the delete control may delete the second screening option. As an example, triggering the delete control may invoke a secondary confirmation control, i.e., a secondary confirmation by the user is required to delete the second screening option.
Here, a presentation order adjustment operation for changing a presentation position of the second filtering option in the at least one filtering option.
For example, please refer to fig. 3B and 3C. Wherein, performing a sequence adjustment operation on the second filtering option, such as dragging the second filtering option, is illustrated in fig. 3B. Here, the second screening option is dragged away from the original presentation position using a shadow representation. As an example, the operation result of the presentation order adjustment operation, i.e., the second filtering option 203 is presented before the first filtering option 202, is shown in fig. 3C.
It should be noted that, setting the order adjustment operation on the filtering options may enable the user to adjust the display position of the filtering options according to the operation frequency on the filtering options, where the filtering options with the front display position may be the commonly used filtering options, and the filtering options with the rear display position may be the non-commonly used filtering options. Thereby, the operation efficiency of the screening options is improved.
Here, a new operation is performed to create the second filtering option.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: responding to the new instruction, and displaying a new interface for creating a screening option; and displaying the newly-built fourth screening options and the corresponding screening option names according to the fourth screening conditions and the screening option names which are set in the newly-built interface, and binding the fourth screening options with the corresponding fourth screening conditions.
For example, please refer to fig. 2A and 3D. New control 205 is shown in fig. 2A and 3D. Triggering new control 205 may be used to generate new instructions. In fig. 2A, it is shown that a new control may be presented while a first screening control and a second screening control are presented. The new control is shown in FIG. 3D when no screening options are established.
For example, please refer to fig. 3E and 3F. Fig. 3E illustrates a new interface, which may include a filter option name control 302, where the filter option name control 302 may be used to configure the name of the filter option. The newly-built interface may include a filtering condition configuration control 303, where the filtering condition configuration control 303 may be used to configure filtering conditions to which the filtering options are bound. Fig. 3F shows the result of the newly created screening option, i.e. the fourth screening option 304 is added.
In some embodiments, the predefined operation is performed by the first user.
The method further comprises the steps of: and determining whether the operation result is effective in the first view in the client of the other user according to the operation preservation authority of the first user.
Here, the first user may be any user, and the first one of the first users is merely for convenience of explanation, not limitation of the user. The other users include users of the first view other than the first user, and the users of the first view may include users having reading rights to the first view.
In some embodiments, if the first user has operation preservation rights for the first view, the operation result is validated in the first view in the client of the other user; if the first user does not have operation preservation authority of the first view, the operation result is not effective in the first view in the client of the other user.
The operation save authority of the first user may be preconfigured. As an example, a portion of users may be determined as view collaborators from among users capable of opening a view. The view collaborators may be persons who have operation preservation rights to the view, such as administrators of the data space, users who create the view, and users who specify roles (e.g., project manager).
The result of the operation of performing the above-described predefined operation on the person having operation save authority for the view may be effective for other users, for example, for users who can open the view. The effective meaning may include displaying the operation result in a client corresponding to a user who can open a view.
In some embodiments, the above method further comprises: if the first user has operation save rights, a save control and/or a reset control may be exposed in response to the predefined operation.
Here, the save control is used to trigger saving the operation result of the predefined operation, and the saved operation result can be displayed on the clients of other users.
Here, the reset control is used to trigger the operation result of clearing the predefined operation.
For example, please refer to fig. 3A. A save control 305 is shown in fig. 3A. If the first user has operation save rights, then a save control 305 may be presented in response to the predefined operation described above.
For example, please refer to fig. 3A. A reset control 306 is shown in fig. 3A. If the first user has operation preservation rights, a reset control 306 may be presented in response to the predefined operation.
As an example, a selection operation of the screening option may or may not trigger the show save control and the reset control.
In some embodiments, if the first user does not have operation save rights, in response to the predefined operation, a reset control is presented and a save control is not presented.
Thus, the operation save right can be controlled while the user is made to have the operation right. The method is convenient for users to set or modify screening options according to the needs of the users, and the operation results of the predefined operation can be controlled on the display level in a larger range and can only be made by partial users, so that unsuitable screening options are prevented from being displayed at the users in the larger range.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and in the screening condition configuration control, displaying a fifth screening condition corresponding to the first view.
The first view is generated according to the first data set, wherein the first data set is obtained by screening the second data set based on the fifth screening condition.
As an example, the second data set may be filtered based on a fifth filtering condition, resulting in the first data set. And screening the first data set based on the first screening condition to obtain a first screening result, and generating a first derivative view according to the first screening result. The screening logic of the first derivative view includes a fifth screening condition and a first screening condition.
As an example, a sixth screening option may be configured in the screening condition configuration control, and when the sixth screening condition is configured, the sixth screening condition and the first screening condition may be spliced, where the splicing manner may include or include. The first data set may be filtered based on the splice result.
Therefore, the screening conditions for obtaining the first view can be displayed, and a user can know the source of the first view conveniently.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and responding to the selection operation of a first screening option in the at least one screening option, and displaying a first screening condition corresponding to the first screening option in the screening condition configuration control.
Here, the screening logic of the first derivative view includes a fifth screening condition and a first screening condition. Whereby both the fifth screening criteria and the first screening criteria are presented in the screening criteria configuration control. Thus, the user can be informed of the overall screening conditions for obtaining the first derivative view, and the screening conditions corresponding to the screening result can be clarified.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: in response to selecting a plurality of the at least one screening option, a second derivative view of the first view is presented.
The second derivative view is generated by screening the first data set based on screening conditions corresponding to the selected multiple screening options to obtain a second screening result.
The user may select multiple screening options. The manner in which the multiple screening options are spliced may also be selected by the user. The screening conditions corresponding to the screening options can be either a same relationship or a same relationship.
Therefore, a user can conveniently select a plurality of shortcut options according to the needs, and quick screening is realized.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the method shown in the foregoing figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an information processing apparatus, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and which is particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, the information processing apparatus of the present embodiment includes: a first display unit 501 and a second display unit 502. The first display unit is used for displaying at least one screening option of a first view, wherein the first view is used for displaying information of a first data set, and the screening option is bound with a screening condition; a second display unit configured to display a first derivative view of the first view in response to a selection operation for a first screening option of the at least one screening option; the first screening options correspond to first screening conditions, and the first derivative view is generated according to a first screening result after the first data set is screened to obtain the first screening result.
In this embodiment, the specific processing and the technical effects brought by the first display unit 501 and the second display unit 502 of the information processing apparatus may refer to the description of step 101 and step 102 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, and are not repeated here.
