Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of a device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment is applicable to adjusting operation parameters of a washing and drying combined device when vibration of the washing and drying combined device does not meet a vibration requirement when both a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the washing and drying combined device are in operation, so that the washing and drying combined device meets the vibration requirement. The control method of the device provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by the control device of the device provided by the embodiment of the application, and the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode and is integrated in the electronic device for executing the method. Preferably, the electronic device in the embodiment of the application can be a washing and drying combined device, and the washing and drying combined device comprises a washing machine and a clothes dryer.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s110, when the washing machine and the clothes dryer in the washing and drying combined equipment are in operation, determining the current running state of the washing and drying combined equipment, and determining the total amplitude limit value corresponding to the current running state.
In the embodiment of the application, when the washing machine and the clothes dryer are detected to be in operation, the current running states of the washing machine and the clothes dryer in the washing and drying combined equipment are required to be determined, because the vibration amplitudes of the washing machine in a washing state and the washing machine in a dewatering state are different. Determining a corresponding total amplitude limit value according to the current running state of the washing and drying combined equipment, for example: assuming that the current state is that the washing machine is in a washing state and the drying machine is in a drying state, the total amplitude limit is Lxh.
Wherein, the operation state of the washing machine includes a washing state and a dehydrating state, and the operation state of the dryer includes a drying state. The total amplitude limit value refers to the maximum limit value allowed by meeting the vibration requirement when the washing machine and the clothes dryer work together, and when the amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment exceeds the total amplitude limit value, the vibration requirement is not met; when the amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment does not exceed the total amplitude limit value, the vibration requirement is met.
S120, detecting a first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in a current running state.
The sensor for detecting the vibration condition is configured at the preset position of the washing and drying combined equipment, the number of the sensors and the preset position are not limited, and when the number of the sensors is one, the preset position is one place, and is the corresponding position for detecting the vibration condition of the washing machine and the vibration condition of the clothes dryer; when the number of the sensors is two, the preset positions are two, namely the corresponding positions where the vibration condition of the washing machine can be detected and the corresponding positions where the vibration condition of the clothes dryer can be detected.
In the embodiment of the application, after the current running state of the washing and drying combined equipment is determined, the first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state is detected in real time through the sensor.
And S130, if the first amplitude value is larger than the total amplitude limit value, sending a pause operation instruction to the clothes dryer, and detecting a second amplitude value of independent operation of the washing machine.
In the embodiment of the application, if the first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state is larger than the total amplitude limit value corresponding to the running state, which indicates that the washing and drying combined equipment does not meet the vibration requirement, a pause working instruction is sent to the clothes dryer so as to pause the drying task of the clothes dryer, the washing machine continues to execute the washing task or the dewatering task, and the second amplitude value of the washing machine in independent working is obtained through the sensor.
When the washing and drying combined equipment does not meet the vibration requirement, the washing and drying combined equipment can be checked for overlarge vibration by controlling the clothes dryer to stop working and the washing machine to continue working so as to detect whether the washing machine meets the washing vibration requirement.
And S140, adjusting the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined equipment based on the second amplitude value so that the washing and drying combined equipment can finish the work under the condition of meeting the vibration requirement.
In the embodiment of the application, after the second amplitude value of the washing machine is obtained when the washing machine works alone, the reason for the excessive vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is whether the washing machine or the drying machine. If the reason for the excessive vibration is caused by the washing machine, adjusting the operation parameters of the washing machine; if the reason for the excessive vibration is caused by the dryer, the operation parameters of the dryer are adjusted so that the washing machine and the dryer perform their respective operations under the condition that vibration requirements are satisfied.
Assuming that the current operation state is that the washing machine is in a washing state and the clothes dryer is in a drying state, adjusting operation parameters of the washing and drying combined device based on the second amplitude value comprises: determining a washing vibration limit value (such as Lxd) corresponding to the washing state of the washing machine, and judging whether a second amplitude value of the washing machine when executing a washing task is larger than the washing vibration limit value; if the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is larger than the vibration requirement, the reason that the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is too large is that the washing speed of the washing machine is reduced so that the washing machine meets the vibration requirement is as follows: determining a first adjustment value for adjusting the washing rotating speed of the washing machine, and controlling the washing machine to reduce the first adjustment value on the basis of the current washing rotating speed so that the washing machine meets the washing vibration requirement; if the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is not larger than the vibration, the reason that the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is too large is that the clothes dryer is caused, prompt information (such as prompt tones, prompt characters or prompt symbols and the like) for adjusting the clothes is generated for the clothes dryer, and the prompt information is used for prompting the user to adjust the placement of the clothes in the clothes dryer, for example, prompting the user to adjust the placement posture of the clothes by using the drying bracket so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the clothes dryer.
After generating the prompt information for adjusting the clothes for the clothes dryer, the method further comprises the following steps: responding to the operation of adjusting clothes in the clothes dryer triggered by a user based on the prompt information, and sending a work recovery instruction to the clothes dryer so as to enable the clothes dryer to continuously execute a drying task; when the clothes dryer resumes working, detecting a new first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state again; if the new first amplitude value is still larger than the total amplitude limit value, the clothes still cannot meet the vibration requirement by adjusting the clothes, and the clothes dryer is controlled to pause the clothes dryer again, so that the clothes dryer pauses the drying task, and the washing machine executes the washing task.
After controlling the dryer to pause the operation again, further comprising: re-detecting a second amplitude value of the independent operation of the washing machine; if the second amplitude value is zero, indicating that the current washing machine has completed the washing task, sending a work recovery instruction to the clothes dryer again so that the clothes dryer can continue to execute the drying task.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when the washing machine and the clothes dryer in the washing and drying combined equipment are in operation, the current running state of the washing and drying combined equipment is determined, and the total amplitude limit value corresponding to the current running state is determined; detecting a first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in a current running state; if the first amplitude value is larger than the total amplitude limit value, sending a pause work instruction to the clothes dryer, and detecting a second amplitude value of the independent work of the washing machine; and adjusting the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined equipment based on the second amplitude value so that the washing and drying combined equipment can finish the work under the condition of meeting the vibration requirement. The application judges whether the washing and drying combined equipment meets the vibration requirement or not through the first amplitude value and the total amplitude limit value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state; when the vibration requirement is not met, the reason that the combined washing and drying equipment vibrates too much can be checked by controlling the clothes dryer to pause and detecting whether the washing machine meets the washing vibration requirement; and the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined equipment are adjusted, so that the washing and drying combined equipment can meet the vibration requirement, the problem of overlarge vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is solved, and the experience of a user in using the washing and drying combined equipment is improved.
The control method of the device provided by the embodiment of the present application is further described below, and fig. 2 is a schematic second flow chart of the control method of the device provided by the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application is optimized based on the embodiment, and is specifically optimized as follows: in this embodiment, when the current operation state is that the washing machine is in a low-speed dehydration state and the dryer is in a drying state, a process of adjusting the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined device is explained in detail.
Referring to fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s210, if the first amplitude value is larger than the total amplitude limit value, sending a pause work instruction to the clothes dryer, determining the current dehydration stage of the washing machine by detecting the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine, and detecting the second amplitude value of the independent work of the washing machine.
In an embodiment, the current operation state is a state in which the washing machine is in a dehydration state and the dryer is in a drying state, and it is assumed that the total amplitude limit corresponding to the current operation state is Lth. If the first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state is larger than the total amplitude limit value Lth, indicating that the washing and drying combined equipment does not meet the vibration requirement, sending a pause work instruction to the clothes dryer so as to pause the drying task of the clothes dryer, and continuing to execute the dewatering task of the washing machine.
Further, since the washing machine is in different stages of dehydration, the resulting vibration amplitudes are different. Therefore, the current dehydration stage of the washing machine is determined by detecting the dehydration rotation speed value of the washing machine, wherein the dehydration stage includes low-speed dehydration and high-speed dehydration. The control method of the device is described by taking the dehydration stage as a low-speed dehydration example, and the second amplitude value of the washing machine when the low-speed dehydration task is executed is obtained through the sensor.
S220, when the dehydration stage is low-speed dehydration, determining a low-dehydration vibration limit value corresponding to the washing machine in a low-speed dehydration state, and judging whether the second amplitude value is larger than the low-dehydration vibration limit value.
In the embodiment of the application, when the dehydration stage is low-speed dehydration, a low-dehydration vibration limit value corresponding to the low-speed dehydration state of the washing machine is determined, for example, the low-dehydration vibration limit value is Ltd. And further judging whether the second amplitude value of the washing machine when the low-speed dehydration is performed is greater than the low-dehydration vibration limit value, so that the reason that the washing and drying combined equipment vibrates too much can be checked whether the washing machine or the dryer is the washing machine or the dryer.
And S230, if the rotation speed is greater than the preset rotation speed value, the dehydration rotation speed value of the washing machine is reduced to the rotation speed value corresponding to the shaking-out stage, so that the clothes in the washing machine are redistributed in the shaking-out stage.
In the embodiment of the application, if the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is larger than the vibration, the reason for the excessive vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is the washing machine. For the reason that the washing machine is in a low-speed dehydration stage and the vibration is larger because the clothes in the washing machine are not uniformly distributed, the dehydration rotation speed value of the washing machine is reduced to the rotation speed value corresponding to the shaking and scattering stage, so that the clothes in the washing machine are redistributed in the shaking and scattering stage, and the washing machine meets the dehydration vibration requirement.
Preferably, after the clothes in the washing machine are redistributed in the shaking and scattering stage, the second amplitude value is required to be obtained again, and whether the second amplitude value is larger than the low vibration removal limit value is judged, so that the washing machine can meet the dehydration vibration requirement.
S240, if the clothes quantity is not larger than the preset value, generating prompting information for adjusting the clothes for the clothes dryer, wherein the prompting information is used for prompting the clothes in the clothes dryer to be placed and adjusted.
In the embodiment of the application, if the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is not larger than the vibration of the clothes dryer, the clothes dryer generates the prompt information (such as prompt tone, prompt text or prompt sign and the like) for adjusting the clothes, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the adjustment of the placement of the clothes in the clothes dryer, for example, prompting a user to adjust the placement posture of the clothes by using the drying bracket so as to reduce the vibration amplitude of the clothes dryer.
S250, responding to the operation of adjusting clothes in the clothes dryer triggered by the user based on the prompt information, and sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user is detected to adjust the clothes in the clothes dryer, the detection method can be that after the user adjusts the clothes, a certain virtual or physical key is pressed, and the user is determined to adjust the clothes in the clothes dryer by detecting that the virtual or physical key is triggered; it is also possible to identify whether the laundry is adjusted by detecting the image sensor.
In the embodiment of the application, the operation of adjusting clothes in the clothes dryer triggered by the prompt information is responded by a user, and a work recovery instruction is sent to the clothes dryer so that the clothes dryer can continue to execute the drying task.
S260, when the clothes dryer resumes working, detecting a new first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state again; if the new first amplitude value is still greater than the total amplitude limit value, the clothes dryer is controlled to stop working again.
In the embodiment of the application, the clothes in the clothes dryer are adjusted, and when the clothes dryer resumes working, a new first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state is detected again; if the new first amplitude value is still larger than the total amplitude limit value, the clothes still cannot meet the vibration requirement by adjusting the clothes, and the clothes dryer is controlled to pause the clothes dryer again, so that the clothes dryer pauses the drying task, and the washing machine executes the dewatering task.
Optionally, if the new first amplitude value is smaller than the total amplitude limit value, the clothes dryer is kept to execute the drying task, the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine is controlled to be increased, and the high-speed dehydration stage is started.
S270, re-detecting a second amplitude value of the independent operation of the washing machine; and if the second amplitude value is zero, sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer again.
In the embodiment of the application, the second amplitude value of the washing machine when the washing machine executes the low-speed dehydration task is re-detected; if the second amplitude value is zero, indicating that the current washing machine has completed the washing task, sending a work recovery instruction to the clothes dryer again so that the clothes dryer can continue to execute the drying task.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, if the first amplitude value is larger than the total amplitude limit value, a pause working instruction is sent to the clothes dryer, the current dehydration stage of the washing machine is determined by detecting the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine, and the second amplitude value of the independent working of the washing machine is detected; when the dehydration stage is low-speed dehydration, determining a low-dehydration vibration limit value corresponding to the washing machine in a low-speed dehydration state, and judging whether the second amplitude value is larger than the low-dehydration vibration limit value; if the rotation speed value is larger than the rotation speed value, the dehydration rotation speed value of the washing machine is reduced to the rotation speed value corresponding to the shaking-out stage, so that clothes in the washing machine are redistributed in the shaking-out stage; if the clothes is not larger than the preset value, generating prompting information for adjusting the clothes for the clothes dryer, wherein the prompting information is used for prompting the clothes in the clothes dryer to be placed and adjusted; responding to the operation of adjusting clothes in the clothes dryer triggered by a user based on the prompt information, and sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer; when the clothes dryer resumes working, detecting a new first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state again; if the new first amplitude value is still larger than the total amplitude limit value, controlling the clothes dryer to pause working again; re-detecting a second amplitude value of the independent operation of the washing machine; and if the second amplitude value is zero, sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer again. When the current running state is that the washing machine is in a low-speed dehydration state and the clothes dryer is in a drying state, judging whether the washing and drying combined equipment meets the vibration requirement or not through a first amplitude value and a total amplitude limit value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the running state; when the vibration requirement is not met, the reason that the combined washing and drying equipment vibrates too much can be checked by controlling the clothes dryer to pause and detecting whether the washing machine meets the washing vibration requirement; and the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined equipment are adjusted, so that the washing and drying combined equipment can meet the vibration requirement, the problem of overlarge vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is solved, and the experience of a user in using the washing and drying combined equipment is improved.
The control method of the device provided by the embodiment of the present application is further described below, and fig. 3 is a schematic third flow chart of the control method of the device provided by the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application is optimized based on the embodiment, and is specifically optimized as follows: the present embodiment explains in detail the process of adjusting the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined apparatus when the current operation state is the state in which the washing machine is in the high-speed dehydration state and the dryer is in the drying state.
Referring to fig. 3, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
And S310, if the first amplitude value is larger than the total amplitude limit value, sending a pause work instruction to the clothes dryer, determining the current dehydration stage of the washing machine by detecting the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine, and detecting the second amplitude value of the independent work of the washing machine.
The control method of the device is described by taking a dehydration stage as an example of high-speed dehydration, and a second amplitude value of the washing machine when the high-speed dehydration task is executed is obtained through a sensor.
S320, when the dehydration stage is high-speed dehydration, determining a high-dehydration vibration limit value corresponding to the washing machine in a high-speed dehydration state, and judging whether the second amplitude value is larger than the high-dehydration vibration limit value.
In the embodiment of the application, when the dehydration stage is high-speed dehydration, a high-dehydration vibration limit value corresponding to the high-speed dehydration state of the washing machine is determined, for example, the high-dehydration vibration limit value is Ltg. And further judging whether the second amplitude value of the washing machine when the high-speed dehydration is performed is greater than the high-dehydration vibration limit value, so that the reason that the washing and drying combined equipment vibrates too much can be checked whether the washing machine or the dryer is the washing machine or the dryer.
And S330, if the value is larger than the preset value, determining a second adjustment value for adjusting the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine, and controlling the washing machine to reduce the second adjustment value on the basis of the current dehydration rotating speed.
In the embodiment of the application, if the vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is larger than the vibration, the reason for the excessive vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is the washing machine. For the reason that the washing machine is in a high-speed dehydration stage and the vibration is larger is that the dehydration rotating speed of the washing machine is too high, a second adjustment value for adjusting the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine is determined, the washing machine is controlled to reduce the second adjustment value on the basis of the current dehydration rotating speed, and then the washing machine meets the dehydration vibration requirement.
Preferably, after the spin-drying speed value of the washing machine is adjusted, the second amplitude value is obtained again, and whether the second amplitude value is larger than the high spin-drying vibration limit value is judged, so that the washing machine meets the spin-drying vibration requirement.
And S340, if the clothes quantity is not larger than the preset value, generating prompting information for adjusting the clothes for the clothes dryer, wherein the prompting information is used for prompting the adjustment of the arrangement of the clothes in the clothes dryer.
S350, responding to the operation of adjusting clothes in the clothes dryer triggered by the user based on the prompt information, and sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer.
S360, detecting a new first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state again when the clothes dryer resumes working; if the new first amplitude value is still greater than the total amplitude limit value, the clothes dryer is controlled to stop working again.
Alternatively, if the new first amplitude value is less than the total amplitude limit value, the dryer is kept to perform the drying task, and the washing machine is kept to perform the dehydrating task.
S370, re-detecting a second amplitude value of the independent operation of the washing machine; and if the second amplitude value is zero, sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer again.
In the embodiment of the application, the second amplitude value of the washing machine when the washing machine executes the high-speed dehydration task is re-detected; if the second amplitude value is zero, indicating that the current washing machine has completed the washing task, sending a work recovery instruction to the clothes dryer again so that the clothes dryer can continue to execute the drying task.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, if the first amplitude value is larger than the total amplitude limit value, a pause working instruction is sent to the clothes dryer, the current dehydration stage of the washing machine is determined by detecting the dehydration rotating speed value of the washing machine, and the second amplitude value of the independent working of the washing machine is detected; when the dehydration stage is high-speed dehydration, determining a high-dehydration vibration limit value corresponding to the washing machine in a high-speed dehydration state, and judging whether the second amplitude value is larger than the high-dehydration vibration limit value; if the current rotation speed is larger than the preset rotation speed, determining a second adjustment value for adjusting the rotation speed value of the washing machine, and controlling the washing machine to reduce the second adjustment value on the basis of the current rotation speed; if the clothes is not larger than the preset value, generating prompting information for adjusting the clothes for the clothes dryer, wherein the prompting information is used for prompting the clothes in the clothes dryer to be placed and adjusted; responding to the operation of adjusting clothes in the clothes dryer triggered by a user based on the prompt information, and sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer; when the clothes dryer resumes working, detecting a new first amplitude value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the current running state again; if the new first amplitude value is still larger than the total amplitude limit value, controlling the clothes dryer to pause working again; re-detecting a second amplitude value of the independent operation of the washing machine; and if the second amplitude value is zero, sending a work restoration instruction to the clothes dryer again. When the current running state is that the washing machine is in a high-speed dehydration state and the clothes dryer is in a drying state, judging whether the washing and drying combined equipment meets the vibration requirement or not through a first amplitude value and a total amplitude limit value of the washing and drying combined equipment in the running state; when the vibration requirement is not met, the reason that the combined washing and drying equipment vibrates too much can be checked by controlling the clothes dryer to pause and detecting whether the washing machine meets the washing vibration requirement; and the operation parameters of the washing and drying combined equipment are adjusted, so that the washing and drying combined equipment can meet the vibration requirement, the problem of overlarge vibration of the washing and drying combined equipment is solved, and the experience of a user in using the washing and drying combined equipment is improved.
