Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method may be performed by a control device of the clothes dryer, and the control device of the clothes dryer may be implemented in hardware and/or software, and the control device of the clothes dryer may be configured in a controller of the clothes dryer. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, after the dryer is started to enter a drying process, vibration detection is carried out on the dryer, and real-time vibration parameter values of the dryer are obtained.
Wherein, the real-time vibration parameter value may refer to a real-time vibration amplitude value of the dryer. The real-time vibration parameter value can be obtained through a vibration signal collected by a vibration sensor provided to the clothes dryer.
The clothes dryer of this embodiment drives the clothes upset through the staving rotation and plays even stoving's purpose, and clothes upset falls down at this in-process and probably can lead to the clothes dryer to take place to rock, perhaps produces abnormal sound, probably harm the clothes dryer simultaneously, shortens clothes dryer life even, leads to user experience to feel poor. Therefore, it is necessary to detect the operation of the dryer.
In this embodiment, after the dryer is started to enter the drying process, vibration detection can be achieved by collecting vibration signals in the operation process of the dryer through a vibration sensor arranged on the dryer, so that real-time vibration parameter values of the dryer are obtained.
S120, judging whether the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally according to the real-time vibration parameter value, and determining the abnormal vibration degree of the clothes dryer when the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally.
In this embodiment, the vibration condition of the dryer may be judged according to the real-time vibration parameter value, that is, whether the dryer is vibrating normally or vibrating abnormally. If the dryer is abnormally vibrated, it is further determined whether the degree of abnormal vibration of the dryer is slight or severe.
In an alternative embodiment, determining whether the dryer vibrates abnormally according to the real-time vibration parameter value may include: determining abnormal vibration of the clothes dryer when the real-time vibration amplitude value exceeds a first vibration amplitude threshold value; and when the real-time vibration amplitude value does not exceed the first vibration amplitude threshold value, determining that the clothes dryer vibrates normally, and controlling the clothes dryer to operate normally according to the conventional operation parameters.
Specifically, a first vibration amplitude threshold value can be preset according to a normal vibration amplitude value or a standard vibration amplitude value of the clothes dryer, and when the real-time vibration amplitude value of the clothes dryer exceeds the first vibration amplitude threshold value, the abnormal vibration condition of the clothes dryer is determined. Accordingly, when the real-time vibration amplitude value does not exceed the first vibration amplitude threshold value, the normal vibration of the clothes dryer is determined, and therefore the clothes dryer is controlled to operate normally according to the conventional operation parameters.
In another alternative embodiment, when the dryer abnormally vibrates, determining the degree of abnormal vibration of the dryer may include: judging whether the real-time vibration amplitude value exceeds a second vibration amplitude threshold value; if yes, determining serious abnormal vibration of the clothes dryer; otherwise, determining slight abnormal vibration of the clothes dryer; wherein the second vibration amplitude threshold value is greater than the first vibration amplitude threshold value.
Specifically, a second vibration amplitude threshold value larger than the first vibration amplitude threshold value can be preset according to the normal vibration amplitude value or the standard vibration amplitude value of the clothes dryer, and when the real-time vibration amplitude value of the clothes dryer exceeds the first vibration amplitude threshold value and does not exceed the second vibration amplitude threshold value, slight abnormal vibration of the clothes dryer can be determined. Accordingly, when the real-time vibration amplitude value exceeds the second vibration amplitude threshold value, it is indicated that the vibration of the dryer is serious, there is a possibility that the dryer is damaged, and the like, and at this time, it is possible to determine that the dryer is severely abnormally vibrated.
Optionally, after determining the slight abnormal vibration of the dryer, it may further include: acquiring a real-time motor parameter value of the clothes dryer; and acquiring a real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated according to the real-time motor parameter value.
Wherein the real-time motor parameter value may refer to a real-time motor current value. The real-time motor parameter value may be proportional to the real-time weight value of the laundry to be treated, i.e. the real-time motor parameter value may reflect the real-time weight value of the laundry to be treated.
S130, when the clothes dryer slightly vibrates abnormally, controlling and adjusting operation parameters of the clothes dryer according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated.
Wherein the real-time weight value of the laundry to be treated can be obtained by the real-time motor parameter value of the dryer. The operation parameter of the dryer may refer to a rotational speed of a rotating tub within the dryer.
In this embodiment, if a slight abnormal vibration condition of the dryer is detected, the slight abnormal vibration condition of the current dryer can be solved by adjusting the operation parameters of the dryer. Specifically, the operation parameters of the clothes dryer can be controlled and adjusted according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated. It will be appreciated that since the weight value of the laundry to be treated is gradually reduced, it is necessary to control and adjust the operation parameters of the dryer according to the real-time weight value of the laundry to be treated.
In an alternative embodiment, when the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally slightly, the operation parameters of the clothes dryer are controlled and adjusted according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated, and the method can comprise the following steps: judging whether the real-time weight value exceeds a preset weight threshold value or not; if yes, the rotating speed of the clothes dryer is reduced according to the first rotating speed adjusting value; otherwise, the rotation speed of the clothes dryer is regulated up according to the second rotation speed regulating value.
The preset weight threshold value may be, for example, 30% of the rated load capacity value of the dryer. The rated load carrying capacity value may refer to a standard load carrying capacity value of the dryer, and may vary depending on the model of the dryer. The first rotation speed adjustment value and the second rotation speed adjustment value may be the same or different, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the relationship between the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated and the preset weight threshold value can be judged, if the real-time weight value exceeds the preset weight threshold value, the rotating speed of the clothes dryer can be regulated down by a preset first rotating speed regulating value, otherwise, the rotating speed of the clothes dryer can be regulated up according to a preset second rotating speed regulating value, and the slight abnormal vibration condition of the current clothes dryer is solved.
According to the technical scheme, after the clothes dryer is started to enter a drying process, vibration detection is carried out on the clothes dryer, and real-time vibration parameter values of the clothes dryer are obtained; judging whether the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally according to the real-time vibration parameter value, and determining the abnormal vibration degree of the clothes dryer when the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally; when the clothes dryer slightly vibrates abnormally, the operation parameters of the clothes dryer are controlled and adjusted according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated, so that the problems that in the prior art, the clothes dryer is possibly damaged, the service life of the clothes dryer is even shortened, and poor user experience is caused in the process of shaking the whole clothes dryer are solved, the novel control method of the clothes dryer is provided, the abnormal vibration in the drying stage is effectively reduced, and the user experience is improved while the clothes dryer is effectively protected.

s210, after the dryer is started to enter a drying process, vibration detection is carried out on the dryer, and real-time vibration parameter values of the dryer are obtained.
S220, judging whether the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally according to the real-time vibration parameter value, and determining the abnormal vibration degree of the clothes dryer when the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally.
S230, when the clothes dryer slightly vibrates abnormally, controlling and adjusting operation parameters of the clothes dryer according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated.
S240, judging whether the clothes dryer vibrates regularly or not when the clothes dryer vibrates seriously and abnormally.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the clothes dryer has serious abnormal vibration, the regularity of the vibration pulse of the clothes dryer may be analyzed according to the vibration signal collected by the vibration sensor, so as to determine whether the clothes dryer regularly vibrates.
And S250, if yes, controlling the clothes dryer to stop running and generating first prompt information for warning a user, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting the user to spin-dry the clothes to be treated and then dry the clothes or dry the clothes by using the support frame.
In this embodiment, when the clothes dryer severely vibrates abnormally and regularly, the first prompt message can be generated to warn the user to select to spin the clothes to be treated and then dry the clothes, and the support frame can also be selected to dry the clothes to be treated.
And S260, if not, controlling the clothes dryer to stop running and generating second prompt information to warn a user, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the user to use the support frame to dry the clothes to be treated.
In this embodiment, when the clothes dryer severely vibrates abnormally and the vibration is irregular, the second prompt message can be generated to warn the user that the user needs to directly use the support frame to dry the clothes to be treated while controlling the clothes dryer to stop running.
According to the technical scheme, after the clothes dryer is started to enter a drying process, vibration detection is carried out on the clothes dryer, and real-time vibration parameter values of the clothes dryer are obtained; judging whether the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally according to the real-time vibration parameter value, and determining the abnormal vibration degree of the clothes dryer when the clothes dryer vibrates abnormally; when the clothes dryer slightly vibrates abnormally, controlling and adjusting the operation parameters of the clothes dryer according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated; judging whether the clothes dryer vibrates regularly or not when the clothes dryer vibrates seriously and abnormally; if yes, controlling the clothes dryer to stop running and generating first prompt information to warn a user; otherwise, the clothes dryer is controlled to stop running and generate the second prompt message to warn the user, so that the problems that abnormal sound is generated due to shaking of the whole machine in the drying process of the clothes dryer in the prior art, the clothes dryer is possibly damaged, the service life of the clothes dryer is even shortened, and poor user experience is caused are solved.
On the basis of the technical scheme, after the operation parameters of the clothes dryer are controlled and adjusted according to the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated, the clothes dryer further comprises: after the clothes dryer continues to operate for a set period of time, the clothes dryer is controlled to operate again according to the normal operation parameters and vibration detection is continued on the clothes dryer.
In this embodiment, the set period of time may be, for example, 10 minutes, that is, 10 minutes after the operation parameters of the dryer are controlled and adjusted according to the real-time weight value of the laundry to be treated, the rotating tub of the dryer may be controlled to operate at a default rotation speed, and the vibration condition of the dryer may be continuously detected.
Fig. 2b is a schematic application diagram of a control method of a clothes dryer according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the steps of monitoring a real-time weight value of clothes to be treated in a barrel after a clothes dryer starts to work, monitoring the vibration state of the clothes dryer in real time after entering a drying process, judging the relation between a vibration amplitude value and a first vibration amplitude threshold value, and judging the relation between the vibration amplitude value and a second vibration amplitude threshold value. When the vibration amplitude value exceeds the first vibration amplitude threshold value and does not exceed the second vibration amplitude threshold value, if the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated exceeds the preset weight threshold value, the rotating speed is regulated down to enable the clothes to be treated to roll instead of fade, and if the real-time weight value of the clothes to be treated does not exceed the preset weight threshold value, the rotating speed is regulated up to enable the clothes to be treated to be attached to the barrel to operate, and after the rotating speed is regulated up or regulated down, a preset time period (for example, 10 minutes) can be waited to recover the default rotating speed and vibration conditions of the clothes dryer can be continuously detected. Judging whether the vibration amplitude value exceeds a second vibration amplitude threshold value or not, if so, stopping running the clothes dryer and reminding a user to spin-dry the clothes to be treated or using the support frame to dry, otherwise, stopping running the clothes dryer and reminding the user to directly use the support frame to dry the clothes to be treated. And when the vibration amplitude value does not exceed the first vibration amplitude threshold value, the clothes dryer operates normally, whether the drying process is finished is judged, if yes, drying is finished, and otherwise, vibration detection is continuously carried out on the clothes dryer.
