背景技术
杂草是小麦和水稻种植中面临的主要减产因素之一,杂草通过与小麦和水稻争夺水分、养分、侵占生态空间以及作为作物病虫害的越冬载体和中间寄主直接或间接的影响小麦的产量和品质。
甲基二磺隆是一种磺酰脲类除草剂,对于小麦田中几乎所有的常见的禾本科杂草具有较好的防治效果。
氟氯吡啶酯是科迪华开发的一种新型激素类除草剂,属于芳基吡啶甲酸酯类除草剂。氟氯吡啶酯经由植物的茎、叶及根部吸收,通过与植物体内的激素受体结合,刺激植物细胞过度分裂,阻塞传导组织,最后导致植物营养耗尽死亡。
采用化学药剂防治麦田和稻田杂草省工省时的同时保证了杂草防效。申请人经过室内和田间试验研究发现将氟氯吡啶酯、甲基二磺隆与2甲4氯或其农药学上可接受的盐或酯进行合理的复配,对谷类作物田常见的禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草具有优异的防治效果。而目前关于甲基二磺隆、氟氯吡啶酯和2甲4氯及其农药学上可接受的盐或酯混用的联合除草作用尚未见报道。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种除草组合物及其应用,所述的除草组合物对谷物田常见的阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草或莎草科杂草均具有较好的防治效果,对农作物安全,可以广泛用于麦田或水稻田杂草防治,有效减少农药的使用量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:一种除草组合物,所述的除草组合物有效成分包括活性成分A、活性成分B及活性成分C,所述的活性成分A为氟氯吡啶酯,所述的活性成分B为甲基二磺隆,所述的活性成分C为2甲4氯或其农药学上可接受的盐或酯;

进一步地,所述的除草组合物的制剂剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬乳剂。
本发明还公开了如上所述的除草组合物用于防治不想要植物的应用。
进一步地,所述的不想要植物生长场所为谷物田,所述的不想要植物为禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草或莎草科杂草。
进一步地,所述的谷物田为小麦田或水稻田,所述的禾本科杂草为千金子、野燕麦、稗草、狗尾巴草、节节麦、马唐、看麦娘、早熟禾,所述的阔叶杂草为繁缕、猪殃殃、鸭舌草、荠菜、播娘蒿、麦瓶草和/或麦家公,所述的莎草科杂草为异型莎草、香附子和/或碎米莎草。
本发明的有益效果在于以下几点:
1)将作用机制不同的除草组合物进行合理的复配,在合适的质量比下对杂草防治具有明显的增效作用;
2)扩大了杀草谱,对谷物田禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草以及莎草科杂草都具有优异的防治效果,有效延缓了杂草抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些实施例。以下所描述的实施例仅为本发明较好的实施例,可用于描述本发明,不能理解为对本发明的范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
制剂制备例1:25.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯钠盐可湿性粉剂(1%+0.5%+24%)
配方组成:氟氯吡啶酯1%、甲基二磺隆0.5%、2甲4氯钠盐24%、吡唑解草酯1.5%、木质素磺酸钠8%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3%、白炭黑3%、淀粉30%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分和其他助剂预粉碎混合均匀,再经气流粉碎机粉碎至细度满足至少98wt%通过45μm试验筛的要求,制得可湿性粉剂产品。
制剂制备例2:27%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1%+2%+24%)
配方组成:氟氯吡啶酯1%、甲基二磺隆2%、吡唑解草酯6%、2甲4氯异辛酯24%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚15%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、聚羧酸钠盐1%、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物1%、有机膨润土2%、溶剂油10%、大豆油补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将有效成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,混合均匀,经高速剪切,使用锆珠,用砂磨机进行湿式研磨至D90(90%的颗粒的粒径)<5μm,即可制成可分散油悬浮剂产品。
制剂制备例3:26.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1.5%+1%+24%)
配方组成:氟氯吡啶酯1.5%、甲基二磺隆1%、吡唑解草酯4%、2甲4氯异辛酯24%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、聚羧酸钠2.5%、二氧化硅1%、有机膨润土1%、200#溶剂油20%、油酸甲酯补足余量;;
制备方法:同制备例2。
制剂制备例4:13.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯二甲胺盐水分散粒剂(1%+0.5%+12%)
配方组成:氟氯吡啶酯1%、甲基二磺隆0.5%、2甲4氯二甲铵盐12%、吡唑解草酯1.5%、木质素磺酸钠8%、聚羧酸钠盐8%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、白炭黑3%、高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按照配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加10~25%的水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品;或将粉碎过的粉体在沸腾造粒机中喷水、造粒、干燥,之后筛分制得产品。
制剂制备例5:18%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯二甲胺盐水分散粒剂(1%+1%+16%)
配方组成:氟氯吡啶酯1%、甲基二磺隆1%、2甲4氯二甲胺盐16%、吡唑解草酯2%、木质素磺酸盐10%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%、拉开粉BX 3%、淀粉25%、高岭土补余。
制备方法:同制备例4。
实施例1:室内活性试验
试验依据:NY/T 1155.4-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法》。
试验靶标:千金子、稗草、繁缕、鸭舌草、异型莎草。
供试药剂:甲基二磺隆、氟氯吡啶酯、2甲4氯钠盐、2甲4氯二甲胺盐、2甲4氯异辛酯。
药剂配制:用合适的溶剂将以上药剂溶解,并用0.1%的吐温80水溶液稀释配制成所需要的浓度,备用。
试验方法:选取直径为9cm的盆钵,将试验土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处。采用盆钵底部渗灌的方式,使土壤完全湿润。选取籽粒饱满的供试杂草种子分别播种于盆钵中,在光照培养箱中培养,待杂草长至3-4叶期时,每钵定株20株,进行喷雾处理。处理后待试材表面药液自然风干后移至温室内继续培养,定期观察各处理对杂草的防除效果,14天后称量存活杂草地上部分鲜质量,计算实际鲜质量防效。
每处理设置4次重复,并设置不含药剂的处理作为空白对照。
数据调查与统计分析
计算公式:
理论鲜重防效E0(%)=100-[(100-除草剂A的鲜重防效)×(100-除草剂B的鲜重防效)×(100-除草剂C的鲜重防效)]/1002
评价标准:若E-E0<-10%表示为拮抗作用;E-E0介于±10%表示为相加作用;若E-E0>10%表示为增效作用。
试验结果见下表所示:

通过室内试验结果可知,氟氯吡啶酯与甲基二磺隆和2甲4氯及其农药学上可接受的盐或酯复配对于谷物田常见杂草具有较好的防治效果。
实施例2:除草组合物对小麦田杂草防治效果试验
参照《农药田间药效试验准则(一)除草剂防治麦类作物地杂草》(GB/T17980.41—2000)。
试验地点:江苏省南通市通州区西亭镇小麦田,试验地前茬作物为水稻,土壤肥力中等,地势平坦。
试验作物:小麦(扬麦28号)。
试验靶标:小麦田常规杂草,主要有看麦娘、硬草、菵草、繁缕、牛繁缕、荠菜、播娘蒿、异型莎草等。
试验设计:试验共设置9个处理,试验设计见表6。所有试验小区随机区组排列,小区面积20m2,每个处理重复4次。
施药时间:试验于杂草3~4期进行茎叶喷雾施药处理,施药器械为3WBD背负式电动喷雾器,喷雾压力为0.4Mpa。
试验调查方法:分别于施药当天、施药后15d、30d观察小麦药害情况;采用绝对值调查法,在药后15d、30d、45d,在每个处理随机4点取样,每点0.25m2调查各个处理的株防效,药后40d加测鲜重计算鲜重防效。

从表6中可以看出,本发明,氟氯吡啶酯、甲基二磺隆与2甲4氯钠盐或2甲4氯二甲胺盐或2甲4氯异辛酯混配各制剂对小麦田常规杂草都具有较好的防治效果,防效显著高于对照药剂。施药后15d,供试药剂27%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1%+2%+24%)、26.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1.5%+1%+24%)、18%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯二甲胺盐水分散粒剂(1%+1%+16%)、25.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯钠盐可湿性粉剂(1%+0.5%+24%)对小麦田杂草株防效均大于88%,表现出较好的速效性。施药后45d,供试药剂27%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1%+2%+24%)、26.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1.5%+1%+24%)、18%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯二甲胺盐水分散粒剂(1%+1%+16%)、25.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯钠盐可湿性粉剂(1%+0.5%+24%)对小麦田杂草株防效均大于92%,鲜重防效均大于93%,表现出较好的持效性。
实施例3:除草组合物对水稻田杂草防治效果试验
参照《农药田间药效试验准则(一)除草剂防治水稻田杂草》(GB/T 17980.40—2000)。
试验地点:贵州省余庆县白泥镇新台村,试验土壤为黄壤土,试验地肥力中等偏上,灌溉条件良好,试验地为水稻直播田,水稻播种前未使用任何除草剂。
试验作物:水稻(冈优827)。
试验靶标:经过调查杂草主要为鸭舌草、稗草、千金子、莎草、繁缕、野慈姑等。
试验设计:试验小区面积为30m2,每个处理重复4次,各个小区间的杂草种类、基数基本一致。
施药方法:根据小区面积折算每个小区制剂用药量和用水量,将各个处理药剂稀释兑水配成母液。试验用药时间为田间杂草2~3叶期,施药时采用背负式电动喷雾器进行施药。
调查方法:采用绝对值调查法,在药后10d、30d,在每个处理随机4点取样,每点0.25m2调查各个处理的株防效,药后30d调查株防效的同时调查鲜重防效。
计算方法:
试验结果见下表所示:

安全性调查:试验期间观察,在药后15天、30天分别观察所有供试药剂对水稻生长安全,均无明显影响作物长势的药害现象发生。
从表7中可以看出,本发明的氟氯吡啶酯、甲基二磺隆与2甲4氯钠盐或2甲4氯二甲胺盐或2甲4氯异辛酯混配各制剂对水稻直播田杂草都具有较好的防治效果,防效显著高于对照药剂。施药后15d,供试药剂27%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1%+2%+24%)、26.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1.5%+1%+24%)、18%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯二甲胺盐水分散粒剂(1%+1%+16%)、25.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯钠盐可湿性粉剂(1%+0.5%+24%)对水稻田杂草株防效均大于84%,表现出较好的速效性。施药后30d,供试药剂27%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1%+2%+24%)、26.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯异辛酯可分散油悬浮剂(1.5%+1%+24%)、18%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯二甲胺盐水分散粒剂(1%+1%+16%)、25.5%氟氯吡啶酯·甲基二磺隆·2甲4氯钠盐可湿性粉剂(1%+0.5%+24%)对水稻田杂草株防效均大于89%,鲜重防效均大于90%,表现出较好的持效性。
田间药效试验结果显示:双氟磺草胺、氟氯吡啶酯与2甲4氯或其农药学上可接受的盐或酯复配施用于小麦田和水稻田等谷物田,对常见杂草防效均较好,扩大了复配药剂的杀草谱,降低了杂草产生抗药性的风险,提高了对靶标作物的安全性。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的除草组合物有效成分包括活性成分A、活性成分B及活性成分C,所述的活性成分A为氟氯吡啶酯,所述的活性成分B为甲基二磺隆,所述的活性成分C为2甲4氯或其农药学上可接受的盐或酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分C选自2甲4氯、2甲4氯钠盐、2甲4氯钾盐、2甲4氯二甲胺盐、2甲4氯异丙胺盐、2甲4氯异辛酯、2甲4氯丁酯、2甲4氯甲酯中的任一种;优选的,所述的活性成分C选自2甲4氯钠盐、2甲4氯二甲胺盐、2甲4氯异辛酯。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B与活性成分C的质量比为(0.1~20):(0.1~20):(5~150)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B与活性成分C的质量比为(2~20):(1~15):(20~150);
优选的,所述的活性成分A与活性成分B与活性成分C的质量比为(5~15):(2.5~10):(40~120)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的除草组合物中有效成分占所述的除草组合物的总重量的百分含量为1%~80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的除草组合物除有效成分外还包括农药上可以接受的辅助成分,所述的辅助成分选自自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂、增效剂或载体中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的除草组合物的制剂剂型为可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的除草组合物用于防治不想要植物的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的不想要植物生长场所为谷物田,所述的不想要植物为禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草或莎草科杂草。
10.根据权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述的谷物田为小麦田或水稻田,所述的禾本科杂草为千金子、野燕麦、稗草、狗尾巴草、节节麦、马唐、看麦娘、早熟禾,所述的阔叶杂草为繁缕、猪殃殃、鸭舌草、荠菜、播娘蒿、麦瓶草和/或麦家公,所述的莎草科杂草为异型莎草、香附子和/或碎米莎草。
