step two: monitoring the water quality conditions of all subareas in the pond through a water quality monitoring feedback module, collecting water quality initial information of a water detection area i, and sending the water quality initial information to an area water quality evaluation module through a server;
step three: the regional water quality assessment module performs regional pollution detection analysis based on the water quality initial information, obtains a water quality pollution value of the water detection region i through regional pollution detection analysis, and sends the water quality pollution value of the water detection region i to the elastic filler distribution rationality detection module through the server;
step four: the elastic filler distribution rationality detection module is used for generating a filler distribution rationality signal or a filler distribution unreasonable signal of the water detection area i through filler distribution rationality analysis, and transmitting the filler distribution rationality signal or the filler distribution unreasonable signal to the pond monitoring end through the server;
step five: the water quality regulation and control supervision and evaluation module analyzes the water quality regulation and control effect of all subareas of the pond water area, determines an effective optimal area and an effective abnormal area through analysis, generates a water quality regulation and control qualified signal or a water quality regulation and control disqualified signal, and sends the effective optimal area and the effective abnormal area and the water quality regulation and control qualified signal or the water quality regulation and control disqualified signal to the pond monitoring end through the server.

if the filler dispersion value exceeds a preset filler dispersion threshold value, generating a signal of unreasonable filler distribution in the water detection area i; if the filler dispersion value does not exceed the preset filler dispersion threshold value, a reasonable filler distribution signal of the water detection area i is generated.
5. The method for controlling the water quality of a pond by using elastic fillers according to claim 1, wherein in the fifth step, the specific analysis process of the water quality control effect analysis is as follows:
