After vegetables are put, the rotary handle 6 is held to start rotating, the rotary handle 6 can drive the sealing rotors 22 to rotate, the contact places of the two sealing rotors 22 and the sealing box 3 are in a sealing state, air at the bottom discharge port 7 cannot enter the fresh-keeping box 1 from the discharge port 7, the sealing rotors 22 can rotate in opposite directions, in the rotating process, the discharge port 23 is used for sucking air, the air is discharged from the discharge port 7 through the rotation of the rotors, the air in the fresh-keeping box 1 is gradually pumped out, and part of air is pumped out, so that the oxygen content in the fresh-keeping box 1 can be reduced.
Before rotation, the oil absorption rubber 21 on the surface of the sealing rotor 22 and the inner wall of the sealing box 3 is supplemented with castor oil, and the castor oil has the characteristics of high viscosity, low volatility and no toxicity, so that the sealing rotor 22 is more convenient to rotate; the second oil in the oil absorbing rubber 21 is squeezed out during rotation, and an oil seal is formed at the contact position, so that the sealing effect is ensured.
At this time, the gas generator 4 is restarted, and the oxygen content is reduced by pumping away a part of air before, so that the speed of adjusting the gas composition of the gas generator 4 is increased, and vegetables are more quickly kept in a proper storage environment. The air in the fresh-keeping box 1 is regulated to have 2% -5% of oxygen content and 3% -8% of carbon dioxide content by utilizing the gas generator 4 and the regulating air pipe 5, so that the low-oxygen environment can prevent plants from consuming nutrient substances due to aerobic respiration, and meanwhile, the low-oxygen environment has a certain inhibition effect on microbial growth, thereby prolonging the preservation time of vegetables, fruits and the like. The high-concentration carbon dioxide can also slow down the respiration of vegetables, and then the temperature in the fresh-keeping box 1 is regulated to be between-2 ℃ and 5 ℃, so that the evaporation of plants can be slowed down, and the growth of microorganisms can be inhibited.
After the gas content and the temperature are regulated, the built-in environment sensor 17 is used for observing the humidity, temperature, pressure and other information in the interior, the humidifier 10 is opened when needed to humidify the interior, and a waterproof breathable film 20 is arranged at the second air hole 181 at the top of the dry storage box 14 to prevent the humidity in the dry storage box 14 from being too high.
Some vegetables release ethylene when being stored, the ethylene can rise to the top of the fresh-keeping box 1 through the first ventilation holes 18 and the second ventilation holes 181 due to lower density of the ethylene, the top of the fresh-keeping box 1 is provided with a fiber board 12, according to the study of Federal laboratories of the Federal institute of technology and Switzerland, platinum is used as a catalyst, cellulose is used as a matrix, the decomposition of the ethylene can be catalyzed, so that the ethylene in fruits and vegetables is degraded, the ethylene is prevented from being mature too fast, a platinum catalytic coating is arranged in the fiber board 12, the ethylene can be catalyzed and reacted into water and carbon dioxide at the position, and water mist generated by the water vapor matched with a humidifying pipe 11 can be condensed into small water drops on the bottom surface of the fiber board 12, and the fiber board 12 is in a bent shape, and the positions of the humidifying pipe 11 are also on two sides, and the middle part basically does not form water drops to the top of the dry storage box 14; most of the water drops are condensed on two sides and drop at the top of the wet storage box 13, and are absorbed by the water absorbing sponge 15, and the large rhizomes of vegetables are attached to the lower part of the water absorbing sponge 15, so that the rhizomes of the vegetables are moisturized, and meanwhile, the secondary growth is stopped by penetrating treatment, so that the fresh-keeping storage time can be further prolonged.
