The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by the whole step of distributing the quotation order for the quotation agent, the automatic distribution of the quotation order can be realized, the dispatching order can be dynamically distributed according to the actual situation of the quotation agent, and the dispatching order and processing efficiency are improved.
2. The intelligent configuration is efficient, convenient and intelligent, and tedious repeated work is avoided on the premise of fully utilizing service execution experience of service management personnel. And reduces the burden for the manager.
3. The automatic distribution of the flow is realized, the error rate is reduced, and the fairness is ensured;
4. rule configuration is online, rule configuration correctness and validity can be continuously tracked and evaluated, and data analysis is provided for supporting sustainable iterative optimization.
One implementation of an embodiment of the invention is described below:
referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a business framework diagram of a dispatch method for a customized household product quotation order according to an embodiment of the present invention, after a quotation order is generated, automatic quotation judgment is performed according to step S700 to determine whether the order is suitable for automatic quotation. After the automatic quotation verification is carried out, the order is subjected to automatic quotation processing and does not enter a dispatch pool. And (5) entering an order sending pool if the order which does not pass the automatic quotation verification, and sending the order according to the steps S100-S400. When the quoted order is an urgent order or an order requiring quick response, the order is directly assigned and does not enter the dispatch pool for queuing.
After the quotation person finishes the order, the auditor can be further configured to perform preliminary audit on the finished quotation order according to the requirement, or the system performs preliminary audit on the quotation order to obtain the audited order. These orders are subjected to review spot check processing according to the description in S800 and fig. 4.
In some alternative embodiments, the functions/acts noted in the block diagrams may occur out of the order noted in the operational illustrations. For example, two blocks shown in succession may in fact be executed substantially concurrently or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality/acts involved. Furthermore, the embodiments presented and described in the flowcharts of the present invention are provided by way of example in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the technology. The disclosed methods are not limited to the operations and logic flows presented herein. Alternative embodiments are contemplated in which the order of various operations is changed, and in which sub-operations described as part of a larger operation are performed independently.
Furthermore, while the invention is described in the context of functional modules, it should be appreciated that, unless otherwise indicated, one or more of the described functions and/or features may be integrated in a single physical device and/or software module or one or more functions and/or features may be implemented in separate physical devices or software modules. Rather, the actual implementation of the various functional modules in the apparatus disclosed herein will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of their attributes, functions and internal relationships. It is also to be understood that the specific concepts disclosed are merely illustrative and are not intended to be limiting upon the scope of the invention, which is to be defined in the appended claims and their full scope of equivalents.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
Logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, e.g., a ordered listing of executable instructions for implementing logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.

It is to be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above-described embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in a memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. Claims (10)

1. A method of ordering a product offer order for a customized household, comprising:
determining a skill group, and configuring a dispatch pool for the skill group; wherein the skill group is obtained by classifying according to the skill attribute of the quotation agent; a plurality of quotation orders to be dispatched are stored in the dispatch pool, and all the quotation orders form a quotation order set;
sequencing the quotation orders according to the shipment planning time or the order placing time of the quotation orders in the dispatching pool to obtain a first order sequence;
retrieving all of the currently online bidders in the skill group, determining an assignable personnel range;
based on the first order sequence, within the assignable personnel range, the quote is dispatched to the quote according to the latest order taking time of the quote.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a skill group, configuring a dispatch pool for the skill group, comprises:
configuring an assigned task type according to the skill attribute of the quotator and the order attribute of the quotation order;
determining a skill group according to the assigned task type;
determining the assignment task type of the quotation order according to the order information of the quotation order;
and forming a dispatch pool of the skill group according to all the quotation orders with the same assignment task type.
3. The method for dispatching a custom household product quotation order according to claim 1, wherein said sequencing said quotation orders according to the delivery schedule time or the order placing time of said quotation orders in the dispatching pool, comprises:
when the quotation order has a shipment planning time, sequencing the quotation order according to the shipment planning time to form a second order sequence; wherein the first shipping of the bid order is ordered first;
sequencing the quotation orders with the empty shipment planning time according to the ordering time to form a third order sequence; wherein the first order of the quoted orders is ordered first;
and merging the second order sequence and the third order sequence according to the sequence of the front second order sequence and the rear third order sequence to generate a first order sequence.
4. A method of dispatching a custom household product quotation order according to claim 1, wherein said retrieving all of said quoters currently online in said skill group, determining an assignable personnel range, comprises:
searching all the quoters under the skill group to form a first quoter set;
determining the currently online quotation agent in the first quotation agent set to form a second quotation agent set;
and determining that the quotation persons which do not reach the upper limit of order receiving in the second quotation person set, and obtaining an assignable personnel range.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the distributing the bid order to the bidder based on the first order sequence, within the assignable personnel, according to the bidder's latest order taking time, comprises:
sequencing the latest order receiving time;
distributing the first-ordered quotation order in the first order sequence to the quotation person with earliest latest order receiving time;
and updating the latest order receiving time according to the current order receiving time of the quoter.
6. The method of dispatching a customized household product quote order according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the first order sequence in the dispatch pool is reordered periodically or aperiodically.
7. The method of dispatching a customized household product quote order according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
classifying the quoters according to the skill attributes of the quoters to obtain skill groups;
a dispatch pool is configured for each skill group.
8. The method of dispatching a customized household product quote order according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
performing automatic quotation verification on the received quotation order to obtain an automatic quotation verification result;
when the automatic quotation checking result is passed, carrying out automatic quotation processing on the quotation order;
and when the automatic quotation checking result is not passed, adding the quotation order into the dispatch pool.
9. The method of dispatching a customized household product quote order according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the quotation order processed by the quotation person, and generating a processed order set;
drawing the processed order set to obtain an order set to be reviewed;
and distributing the quotation orders in the to-be-reviewed order set to a reviewer for review.
10. A listing system for customizing a product offer order for a household, comprising:
a first module for determining a skill group, and configuring a dispatch pool for the skill group; wherein the skill group is obtained by classifying according to the skill attribute of the quotation agent; a plurality of quotation orders to be dispatched are stored in the dispatch pool, and all the quotation orders form a quotation order set;
the second module is used for sequencing the quotation orders according to the shipment planning time or the order placing time of the quotation orders in the dispatching pool to obtain a first order sequence;
a third module for retrieving all of the current online bidders in the skill group, determining an assignable personnel scope;
and a fourth module, configured to serve the quote order for the quote person according to the latest order taking time of the quote person within the range of the assignable person based on the first order sequence.
