As shown in fig. 7, the automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles further comprises a pressure release mechanism 500; the pressure release mechanism 500 comprises a transfer side plate 520, a drainage plate 530, a fixed insertion plate 540 and a tension belt 550 which are communicated with the pressure-bearing cavity 510; the fixing insert plate 540 is disposed inside the second accommodating case 410 and fixedly connected with the second accommodating case 410; the fixed insertion plate 540 has an insertion tube 541 on a side facing away from the second accommodating case 410; the drainage plate 530 is a U-shaped plate, and the closed end of the drainage plate 530 is provided with a slot 531 which is arranged corresponding to the insertion tube 541; the cannula 541 is slidably connected to the slot 531; the open end of the drainage plate 530 is spliced with the lower opening of the switching side plate 520 and is fixedly connected with the bulge on the inner wall of the switching side plate 520 through a limit spring 560; the tension band 550 is arranged outside the limit spring 560; when the pressure in the second accommodating case 410 is too high, the drainage plate 530 moves away from the fixing insert plate 540 and compresses the limiting spring 560, and the tension band 550 expands outwards under the driving of the pressure, so that the inner cavity space of the pressure release mechanism 500 becomes large.
Specifically, when the exhaust is not smooth, the internal air pressure will be raised, and the pressure in the second accommodating case 410 is greater than the air pressure in the pressure release mechanism 500, and the drainage plate 530 will move away from the second accommodating case 410 under the action of the pressure, and when the air pressure difference is too large, the drainage plate 530 will completely move into the adapting side plate 520, and the slot 531 is separated from the insertion tube 541, so that the pressure release mechanism 500 is communicated with the second accommodating case 410, and the pressure in the second accommodating case 410 is shared by the pressure release mechanism 500.
The operating principle of the pressure release mechanism 500 is shown in fig. 7:
the tension band 550 is provided in a wave shape protruding in a direction away from the second receiving case 410, and includes a main body 551, a first hook 552 at the top of the main body 551, and a second hook 553 at the bottom of the main body 551; the limit spring 560 is abutted with the second hook 553; pressure relief mechanism 500 further includes a first stopper 511 disposed at an upper portion of pressure-bearing chamber 510, and a second stopper 512 disposed at a lower portion of pressure-bearing chamber 510; the first hook 552 is hooked to the first stopper 511 when the tension band 550 is in a limit-expanded state; the second hook 553 is hooked to the second limiting block 512 when the tension band 550 is in a limit-expanded state.
Specifically, after the gas enters the pressure release mechanism 500 from the slot 531, the tension belt 550 is pushed to move away from the second accommodating case 410, and the expansion of the pressure release mechanism 500 can be observed from the outside, where it is to be noted that the purpose of the pressure release mechanism 500 is to provide pressure buffering for the device and remind the staff that the device needs maintenance when the gas is abnormal in exhaust.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles further comprises a limit top plate 600, an air blowing part 700 arranged at the upper part of the limit top plate 600, and an air outlet nozzle 800 communicated with the air blowing part 700; the limit top plate 600 can move in the up-down direction; the blast part 700 communicates with the second accommodating chamber; the second accommodating cavity is communicated with the first accommodating cavity; the air outlet nozzle 800 is arranged below the limiting top plate 600, and the air outlet nozzle 800 is opposite to the bottle 300; the air flow flowing from the air blowing part 700 to the first receiving case 400 through the limit ceiling 600 is a first path of air flow; the air flow from the air blowing unit 700 to the air outlet nozzle 800 through the restriction top plate 600 is the second air flow.
The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
1. the fastening mechanism 100 clamps and fixes the bottle 300 through the roller in the soft sleeve 123, and when the rotating module 220 drives the bottle 300 to rotate, the fixed position is changed, so that the side wall of the bottle 300 can be completely covered by air flow; the second air flow sprayed by the air outlet nozzle 800 is aligned with the bottle mouth of the bottle body 300, so that no dead angle exists in the bottle body 300; when the rotation module 220 drives the bottle 300 to rotate, an intermittent gap is generated between the bottom of the bottle 300 and the rotation disc 222, so that the first path of air flow completely covers the bottom of the bottle 300, and the bottle 300 is completely free from dead corners.
2. The pressure release mechanism 500 is arranged on the side edge of the second accommodating shell 410, the pressure release mechanism 500 can check whether the airflow of the device is smooth, and the pressure release mechanism 500 can expand to lift staff for maintenance when abnormal.

comprises a fastening mechanism (100) and a rotating mechanism (200);
the fastening mechanism (100) comprises a sleeve shell (110) and an adjusting module (120);
the sleeve joint shell (110) is annular, the middle part of the sleeve joint shell is a circular accommodating cavity, and an annular cavity is formed in the sleeve joint shell (110);
a plurality of the adjustment modules (120) are annularly arranged in the circular accommodating cavity;
the adjusting module (120) comprises an arc clamping plate (122) provided with a cutting groove (121) and communicated with the annular cavity, and a soft sleeve (123) arranged on one side, close to the bottle body (300), of the arc clamping plate (122);
the first air flow enters the annular cavity and flows to the soft sleeves (123) through the cutting grooves (121), and a plurality of soft sleeves (123) expand towards the bottle body (300) at the same time, so that the bottle body (300) is clamped;
the rotating mechanism (200) comprises a motor (210) with an upward motor shaft and a rotating module (220) sleeved on the motor shaft, the rotating module (220) can rotate around the axis of the rotating module, the top of the rotating module (220) is fixedly connected with a friction ball (221), and the friction ball (221) is in butt joint with the bottom of the bottle body (300);
the first air flow flows to a gap between the rotating module (220) and the bottom of the bottle body (300) and kills and sterilizes the bottom of the bottle body (300);
the second air flow flows to the bottle body (300) clamped in the sleeve joint shell (110) from top to bottom, and disinfects the outer surface and the inner part of the bottle body (300).
2. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles according to claim 1, wherein:
the rotating module (220) comprises a rotating disc (222), a transition belt (223) and a fixed disc (224) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom;
the rotating disc (222) rotates along with the rotation of the motor shaft;
the transition zone (223) is made of an elastic material;
the fixed disc (224) is fixedly connected with the motor (210) body;
the rotating disc (222), the transition belt (223) and the fixed disc (224) are surrounded to form a cavity (230), and a telescopic unit (240) is arranged in the cavity (230);
the telescoping unit (240) is configured to hit the rotating disc (222) in a first state and to stop hitting the rotating disc (222) in a second state.
3. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles according to claim 2, wherein:
the telescopic unit (240) comprises a compression sleeve (241) arranged on the bottom plate of the fixed disc (224), a spherical end head (242) arranged at the top of the compression sleeve (241), and a spherical clamping block (243) arranged on the lower surface of the rotating disc (222); the cambered surfaces of the spherical end head (242) and the spherical clamping block (243) are opposite;
the spherical clamping block (243) is driven by the rotating disc (222) to switch between two states of compressing the spherical end head (242) and being far away from the spherical end head (242).
4. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles as claimed in claim 3 wherein:
an elastic connecting ring (211) is also wound on the motor (210) body;
the elastic connection ring (211) is a tension spring and is configured to always have the capability of driving the motor (210) body to move upwards.
5. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles as claimed in claim 4 wherein:
the automatic sterilization device for the plastic infusion bottle further comprises a first accommodating shell (400) and a second accommodating shell (410) positioned below the first accommodating shell (400);
the top of the first accommodating shell (400) is provided with an opening, and the fastening mechanism (100) is positioned inside the first accommodating shell (400) and is opposite to the opening;
the second air flow is communicated with the inner cavity of the first accommodating shell (400);
the rotation mechanism (200) is located inside the first housing case (400).
6. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles as claimed in claim 4 wherein:
the device also comprises a pressure release mechanism (500);
the pressure release mechanism (500) comprises a switching side plate (520), a drainage plate (530), a fixed plugboard (540) and a tension belt (550), which are communicated with the pressure-bearing cavity (510);
the fixed plugboard (540) is arranged inside the second accommodating shell (410) and is fixedly connected with the second accommodating shell (410);
a cannula (541) is arranged on one side of the fixed plugboard (540) away from the second accommodating shell (410);
the drainage plate (530) is a U-shaped plate, and a slot (531) which is arranged corresponding to the insertion tube (541) is arranged at the closed end of the drainage plate (530);
the insertion tube (541) is in sliding connection with the slot (531);
the opening end of the drainage plate (530) is spliced with the opening at the lower part of the switching side plate (520) and is fixedly connected with the bulge on the inner wall of the switching side plate (520) through a limiting spring (560);
the tension belt (550) is arranged on the outer side of the limit spring (560);
when the pressure in the second accommodating case (410) is overlarge, the drainage plate (530) moves away from the fixed insertion plate (540) and compresses the limit spring (560), and the tension belt (550) expands outwards under the drive of the pressure, so that the inner cavity space of the pressure release mechanism (500) is enlarged.
7. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles as claimed in claim 6 wherein:
the tension belt (550) is arranged in a wave shape protruding away from the second accommodating shell (410), and comprises a main body (551), a first hook (552) positioned at the top of the main body (551) and a second hook (553) positioned at the bottom of the main body (551);
the limiting spring (560) is abutted with the second hook (553).

the pressure release mechanism (500) further comprises a first limiting block (511) arranged at the upper part of the pressure-bearing cavity (510), and a second limiting block (512) arranged at the lower part of the pressure-bearing cavity (510);
the first hook (552) is hooked on the first limiting block (511) when the tension belt (550) is in a limit expansion state;
the second hook (553) is hooked on the second limiting block (512) when the tension belt (550) is in a limit expansion state.
9. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles as claimed in claim 8 wherein:
the automatic sterilization device for the plastic infusion bottle further comprises a limiting top plate (600), an air blowing component (700) arranged at the upper part of the limiting top part and an air outlet nozzle (800) communicated with the air blowing component (700);
the limit top plate (600) can move along the up-down direction;
the blast member (700) communicates with the second accommodation chamber;
the second accommodating cavity is communicated with the first accommodating cavity;
the air outlet nozzle (800) is arranged below the limiting top plate (600) and the air outlet nozzle (800) is opposite to the bottle body (300).
10. The automatic sterilization device for plastic infusion bottles as claimed in claim 9 wherein:
the air flow flowing from the air blowing component (700) to the first accommodating shell (400) through the limiting top plate (600) is a first air flow;
the air flow from the air blowing component (700) to the air outlet nozzle (800) through the limit top plate (600) is a second air flow.
