Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present invention are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
It is noted that embodiments of the invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like in the technical scheme meet the relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a service processing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
s101: receiving a to-be-processed service event transmitted by a first terminal, and acquiring order information and service attributes in the to-be-processed service event; the service attribute comprises a service type and a processing reason;
s102: responding to the service type as a target type, acquiring waybill information corresponding to the order information, determining a processing flow corresponding to the processing reason, and executing the processing flow to determine a processing party by processing the waybill information;
s103: and determining a second terminal corresponding to the processing party, generating a task to be processed based on the order information and the processing reason, and sending the task to be processed to the second terminal for processing.
In the above embodiment, for steps S101 to S102, the solution may be adapted to find that after the physical distribution is abnormal, for example, after the user signs for the physical distribution, the package is abnormal, and directly contacts with the post-market sales direct reimbursement or reimbursement of the articles to the user after the market is sold, and the physical distribution side does not sense the abnormality under the scene, so that a specific responsibility attribution party cannot be determined, and only after the reimbursement event (i.e. the service event to be processed) is transmitted to the physical distribution side, the physical distribution side can automatically determine the responsibility party (i.e. the processing party) to achieve the purpose of online processing.
The logistics side is provided with a responsibility judging system, an operation system and a responsibility following system. When a pay event occurs in the mall, the pay system of the mall sends the pay event to the logistics responsibility judging system, and the logistics responsibility judging system acquires detailed information of the pay event, wherein the detailed information comprises a pay order number, an original order number, a pay type, a pay reason, pay time, an event state and the like. The pay event in this solution is different from the order event, assuming that the user purchases 9 bottles of soda, but after receiving the goods, 3 bottles of soda are found to be broken, the pay event is an event generated only for the 3 bottles of soda, that is, the pay event in this solution is an event generated only for the item to be paid.
And the logistics responsibility judging system acquires the waybill information corresponding to the order number from the operation system according to the original order number, wherein the waybill information comprises the waybill number, the package number, the consignment content, the package photo and the like. The logistics responsibility judging system judges whether a flow of responsibility fixing is needed according to the contents, and belongs to the responsibility fixing process.
The payment due to the type of patch may be unequivocally due to logistical reasons. Therefore, the logistics accountant system can filter the pay event after receiving the pay event transmitted by the mall pay system to screen out the pay event with the pay type being the patch type (namely the target type). For pay events where the pay type is not a patch type, the present solution is not concerned with processing.
For the pay event with pay type as patch type, the pay event with different pay reasons has different responsibility fixing flows (i.e. processing flows), such as error delivery responsibility fixing flow, object breakage responsibility fixing flow, and object missing/less piece responsibility fixing flow. The logistics responsibility judging system stores different responsibility defining flows into a database (such as a mysql database) in advance, so that the follow-up calling is facilitated. The responsibility fixing process data and result data generated by calling the responsibility fixing process by each pay event are also stored in the database, and can also be stored in the area independent of the responsibility fixing process in the database or other databases, wherein the process data is mainly used for knowing the specific responsibility fixing process when the staff is coiled, and the result data is used for the post-responsibility fixing logistics responsibility following system.
It should be noted that, the reason for paying the claim here may be the first-level reason, the second-level reason is the subdivision of the first-level reason, and the reason needs to be distinguished from the point of paying the claim, but from the point of responsibility fixing, only the specific responsibility party needs to be determined.
The flow of responsibility for the different payoff reasons varies and is described here by way of example:
1. the payoff event of the payoff source is a mispronounced goods (namely, the first reason), the information of the originating warehouse in the bill information is acquired by using the mispronounced goods responsibility fixing flow (namely, the first responsibility fixing flow), the abnormality is judged to be the responsibility of the bill originating warehouse, if the bill is shipped from warehouse A, the warehouse A is determined to be the responsibility party.
The freight bill refers to a 'one-time' written contract between a carrier and a shipper for a freight transportation, and is a contract certificate of a freight transportation and transportation agency, and is also a certificate of a transportation operator for accepting the freight and being responsible for keeping and delivering the freight during transportation. The name, package, various charges and amounts of the consignment, ship from and to the port, consignee and consignee, date of shipment and arrival, and other matters about the shipment of the goods are listed therein. When shippers ship goods, the shippers must fill in the shipping bill according to the regulations, and the shippers or the carrier signs the shipping bill in the remark column with special transportation requirements, and then the shipping contract is established.
2. The payment reason is the payment event of the lost article/few articles, and the operation side report information corresponding to the freight list number is also inquired by using the responsibility setting flow of the lost article/few articles. Since the package only has lost the report, the responsibility unit of the latest report lost abnormality (namely the first target information) is considered as the responsibility unit of the pay event. For example, the user checks the logistics to find that the logistics information is not updated for 3 days, but cannot check the information reported by the operator, the logistics responsibility judging system knows specific reporting information by calling the operation system, and determines the responsibility units with the latest reporting abnormality, such as the long-term control transfer station, as responsibility parties.
3. The payment reason is only the payment event of the damaged article, and the operation side report information corresponding to the bill number is inquired by using the article damage responsibility determining flow. Since the package only has damaged report, it considers the responsibility unit of damaged package (second target information) as common responsibility party of the pay event. After the user opens the box after the articles are put in, the damaged articles are found to be connected with the after-sale, and two kinds of treatment are generally carried out after the after-sale, namely, the whole articles are returned, and the damaged articles are replenished, so that the scene is preferable for the second kind. For example, a package manager (i.e., an object) includes an operator B, an operator C, an operator D, and an operator E, where the operator B is successful in collecting, but all of the operators C to E report the package breakage problem, and then determine the operators C to E as common responsible parties.
4. The payment reasons are that articles are damaged, and the articles are lost/few, such as the packages are damaged in the transportation process, and then the problems of losing or few articles are carelessly caused, such as the purchase of 9 bottles of soda by the user, and the damage of the packaging box in the transportation process causes the loss of 3 bottles of soda.
And inquiring the operator report information corresponding to the waybill number by using the object breakage responsibility fixing flow and the object lost/less object responsibility fixing flow. Because the manifest has both lost reports and damaged reports in the operation process, the responsibility units of the damaged report abnormality and the responsibility units of the latest report abnormality are considered as common responsibility parties of the pay event.
For example, after the user purchases 9 bottles of soda water, the damaged information is reported back through the operator F, and after the damaged information is transported through the operators G and H, the damaged information is also reported back, and finally the lost information is reported back through the operator I, and then the operators F, G, H and I are determined to be common responsible parties.
5. The payoff is due to the fact that the object is damaged or the payoff event of the lost/few objects is caused, but the operator report information corresponding to the freight bill number is inquired, and the fact that the freight bill is not provided with the lost report or the damaged report is found, namely, no abnormal report occurs in the operation process. At this time, the operation system is called to obtain the whole course tracking information (such as logistics information) corresponding to the freight list number, and the whole course tracking information is traversed to obtain the effective operation of the operation object only for the order.
It should be noted that some of the logistics are whole vehicle operations (for all packages of a vehicle), namely, the operation of adding the operation of the vehicle to each package in the vehicle is performed according to the corresponding relation between the vehicle identifier and the package by scanning the vehicle identifier, for example, the vehicle loads three packages, and the whole flow tracking information of the three packages is correspondingly added with the warehousing information by scanning the vehicle for warehousing. Some of the logistics are aimed at all packages in a waybill, such as the waybill corresponds to a packing box, the packing box is provided with a mobile phone and an earphone, the operation is realized in the same way as the whole car operation, and some are aimed at a package, such as a scanner scans package K. The effective operation in this scheme is only to a specific certain parcel, like checking goods, letter sorting, delivery, these are all can go on to the parcel on the commodity circulation level effective operation, can distinguish for this parcel through scanning the object whether.
Since the operation of receiving the goods by the courier is all of the packages, and the operation of putting the packages to be put in hand is also all of the packages to be put in hand successfully is carried out for the packages to be put in hand successfully, after the effective operation of the order is obtained as the operation object, the remaining effective operation except the goods receiving operation (namely the first preset effective operation) and the putting in hand (the second preset effective operation) of the courier is required to be removed, the latest effective operation in the remaining effective operation is determined, the latest effective operation shows that the packages clearly pass through the hands of the users, the problem is determined to be caused, and the operator corresponding to the latest effective operation is determined to be the responsible party. If no valid operation remains, the originating bin is determined to be the responsible party.
Assume that a package is received by courier a, courier b scans in, courier c transports the package from location X to location Y, courier b scans in at location Y site, courier d transports the package to a delivery site, courier e scans in, courier f delivers to a user. It is assumed that the transportation of packages from location X to location Y is a complete vehicle operation, and thus this operation is not a valid operation. And removing the pickup and the delivery of the couriers in the remaining effective operation, wherein only the remaining courier b scans the station, the courier b scans the station at the site Y, and the courier d transports the package to the delivery site, and the latest effective operation is that the courier d transports the package to the delivery site, so that an operator who transports the package to the delivery site is determined to be a responsible party.
For step S103, after the responsibility determination of the logistic responsibility determination system is completed, a specific responsible person or responsibility department needs to pay out lost damaged goods to pay out the responsibility and pay out the damage, specifically, a pay task may be generated according to the order number and the pay reason, and the pay task is sent to the responsible party, such as an operator system (i.e. a second terminal), so that after the handling user encounters the problem of damaging the article, the mall can timely enjoy the pay process, and meanwhile, the state of the pay event is changed to be normally closed. In addition, assuming that the responsible party is a partner, the responsible party can be checked through the pay event, after each pay event occurs and responsibility is determined, business scores of corresponding personnel (such as couriers) and departments (such as operators) can be deducted, the personnel can calculate income and performance based on the business scores, and the departments can check based on the business scores.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, after the first terminal pays the patch due to the abnormal logistics, the logistics side can automatically receive the business event issued by the first terminal, so that the problems of error sending, breakage and patch missing/patch missing in the logistics transportation process are judged according to the data in the business event, and the specific responsible party is determined to carry out subsequent responsibility tracking loss, so that the loss of the first terminal and the logistics side is reduced, the online processing mode is adopted as a whole, the efficiency is high, and the problems of long responsibility tracking time, low efficiency and responsibility tracking error caused by offline checking are effectively avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a specific service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:
