(2) Setting polymer injection scheme
Setting a polymer injection allocation scheme by an injection allocation control panel 1, wherein the polymer injection allocation scheme comprises injection allocation time, total injection allocation amount, an inter-mother liquor injection allocation ratio, a mother liquor-purified water injection allocation ratio, injection allocation safety pressure, injection allocation safety flow, an injection polymerization particle size range and a shearing measurement range;
(3) Beginning polymer dosing
Mixing the produced water treatment agent with oilfield produced water in a stirring device 4, and mixing the polymer with clear water in a static mixer 10; the produced water treatment agent and the oilfield produced water are mixed and filtered by a filtering device 5 to form purified water which has qualified water quality and does not contain oil drops, floccules and suspended matters, and the purified water is stored in a purified water storage tank 6; the polymer and the clear water are mixed to form polymer mother liquor, the polymer mother liquor enters a mother liquor tank 11, enters a curing tank 16 for curing if curing is needed, then enters a primary sub-tank 17, a secondary sub-tank 18 and a tertiary sub-tank 19, and directly enters the primary sub-tank 17, the secondary sub-tank 18 and the tertiary sub-tank 19 if curing is not needed; then according to the set mother liquor-purified water injection ratio, the purified water and the polymer mother liquor are pumped into a mixed liquor tank 13 through a purified water booster pump 7 and a mother liquor external delivery pump 12 respectively, and finally injected into the wellhead of the injection well through an injection pump 15;
(4) Automatic regulation and control of injection allocation process
The flow and the pressure of each electric control valve are monitored in real time through the injection allocation control panel 1, and the electric control valve at the abnormal position is automatically adjusted to enable the abnormal position to be in accordance with the current injection allocation scheme when the flow and the pressure are abnormal or do not meet the current injection allocation scheme; for example, if the situation that the injection allocation safety pressure or the injection allocation safety flow is exceeded occurs, the electric control valves of the downstream of the water purification booster pump 7 and the mother liquor external transmission pump 12 automatically reduce the opening degree to ensure that the injection allocation pressure and the injection allocation flow reach the safety range; realizing automation and integration of polymer injection allocation;
The injection allocation control panel 1 also monitors the particle size and viscosity change of the mixed liquid in the mixed liquid tank 13 through the quality monitor 14, is used for evaluating the quality of the mixed liquid, and after a small amount of mixed liquid enters the quality monitor 14, the minimum particle size, the maximum particle size and the average particle size of the mixed liquid are obtained through measurement, and then the change condition of the viscosity along with the shear rate is obtained through measurement under the high-speed shear rate. The injection allocation control panel 1 also monitors the particle size and viscosity change of the mixed liquid in the mixed liquid tank 13 through the quality monitor 14, and is used for evaluating the quality of the mixed liquid, after a small amount of mixed liquid enters the quality monitor, the particle size distribution and average particle size of the mixed liquid are obtained through measurement, then the viscosity measurement is carried out under the condition of different shear rates in the shearing measurement range, and if the average particle size of the mixed liquid is in the injection particle size range and the viscosity change in the shearing measurement range is less than 10%, the current mixed liquid is considered to reach the injection quality requirement.
The type of polymer to be dispensed is a dry polymer powder or a polymer solution.
The injection allocation control panel 1 realizes the mixing of polymer mother liquor with different particle diameters by respectively controlling the electric control valves at the downstream of the primary sub-tank 17, the downstream of the secondary sub-tank 18 and the downstream of the tertiary sub-tank 19; the constant proportion injection of the polymer mother solution and the purified water is realized by respectively controlling the electric control valves at the downstream of the mother solution output pump 12 and the downstream of the purified water booster pump 7.

Claims (5)

1. A polymer dispensing skid-mounted integrated device, comprising: the integrated control sled, the medicine storage device, the produced water buffer device, the produced water treatment device, the purified water output device, the storage gathering sled, the polymer dispersing sled, the mother liquor output device, the injection gathering device and the electric control valve;
The medicine storage device and the produced water buffer device are connected with the produced water treatment device, and the produced water treatment device, the purified water output device and the polymer injection device are sequentially connected; the mother liquor pry, the mother liquor delivery device and the polymer injection device are connected in sequence;
The chemical storage device, the produced water buffer device, the produced water treatment device and the purified water external transmission device are all connected on one branch of the upstream of the injection device through pipelines, the produced water treatment chemical stored in the chemical storage device and the oilfield produced water subjected to preliminary treatment in the produced water buffer device are respectively and directly pumped into the produced water treatment device through the pipelines to be stirred and mixed to form mixed produced liquid, purified water is formed after filtration and is stored in the purified water external transmission device, the purified water is pressurized to obtain high-pressure produced water, and the high-pressure produced water enters the injection device through the pipelines and is injected into the wellhead of the injection well;
The polymer storage pry, the polymer dispersion pry, the mother liquor pry and the mother liquor outward conveying device are all connected to the other branch at the upstream of the injection device through pipelines, and the polymer stored in the polymer storage pry and the clear water stored in the polymer dispersion pry are respectively and directly pumped into the polymer dispersion pry through pipelines to be dispersed and dissolved, then enter the mother liquor pry to be cured or stored, and the mother liquor is finally pumped into the injection device through the mother liquor outward conveying device and injected into the wellhead of the injection well;
The integrated control sled is used for monitoring and controlling the whole polymer injection allocation system; the electric control valve is used for monitoring and controlling the flow of each place;
the pipelines of the medicine storage device, the produced water buffer device, the produced water treatment device and the purified water output device are used for treating and boosting the produced water of the oil field, and the pipelines of the medicine storage pry, the polymer dispersing pry, the mother liquor pry and the mother liquor output device are used for preparing polymer mother liquor;
An injection allocation control panel for controlling the whole polymer injection allocation system is arranged in the integrated control sled; a medicament storage tank for storing the produced water treatment medicament is arranged in the medicament storage device; a produced water buffer tank for temporarily storing produced water is arranged in the produced water buffer device; a stirring device and a filtering device are arranged in the produced water treatment device; a water purification storage tank and a water purification booster pump are arranged in the water purification output device; a polymer storage tank for storing the polymer is arranged in the polymer storage sled; a clean water tank and a static mixer are arranged in the polymer dispersing pry; a mother liquor tank for storing mother liquor is arranged in the mother liquor sled; a mother liquor output pump for outputting mother liquor is arranged in the mother liquor output device; a liquid mixing tank, a quality monitor and an injection pump are arranged in the polymer injection device; an electric control valve is arranged on the pipeline, and a flowmeter and a pressure gauge are arranged in the pipeline; the injection allocation control panel is directly connected with the electric control valve through a circuit, and is used for integrally monitoring the pressure and flow conditions of each device in real time and controlling the flow;
The produced water treatment agent stored in the agent storage tank and the oilfield produced water subjected to preliminary treatment in the produced water buffer tank are respectively and directly pumped into the stirring device through pipelines to be stirred and mixed to form mixed produced liquid, the mixed produced liquid is filtered by the filtering device to form purified water, the purified water is stored in the purified water storage tank, the purified water is pressurized by the purified water booster pump to obtain high-pressure produced water, the high-pressure produced water enters the mixed liquid tank through the pipelines, and finally the high-pressure produced water is injected into the wellhead of the injection well through the injection pump;
The polymer stored in the polymer storage tank and clear water in the clear water tank are respectively pumped into the static mixer through pipelines to be dispersed and dissolved, then enter the mother liquor tank to be cured or stored, the mother liquor is finally pumped into the mixed liquor tank through the mother liquor output pump, and finally injected into the wellhead of the injection well through the injection pump;
the quality monitor feeds back the particle size and viscosity change of the mixed liquid in the mixed liquid tank in real time in the injection allocation control panel;
a curing tank, a primary sub-tank, a secondary sub-tank and a tertiary sub-tank are arranged in the mother liquor tank;

Mixing produced water treatment agent and oilfield produced water in a stirring device, and mixing polymer and clear water in a static mixer; the produced water treatment agent and the oilfield produced water are mixed and filtered by a filtering device to form purified water which has qualified water quality and does not contain oil drops, floccules and suspended matters, and the purified water is stored in a purified water storage tank; the polymer and the clear water are mixed to form polymer mother liquor, the polymer mother liquor enters a mother liquor tank, if the polymer mother liquor needs to be cured, the polymer mother liquor enters a curing tank for curing, and then enters a primary sub-tank, a secondary sub-tank and a tertiary sub-tank, and if the polymer mother liquor does not need to be cured, the polymer mother liquor directly enters the primary sub-tank, the secondary sub-tank and the tertiary sub-tank; then according to the set mother liquor-purified water injection proportion, the purified water and the polymer mother liquor are pumped into a mixed liquor tank through a purified water booster pump and a mother liquor external pump respectively, and finally injected into the wellhead of the injection well through an injection pump;
