Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an emulsion mixing system, including a liquid medicine mixing device; the liquid medicine mixing device comprises a water supply pipeline connected with a water supply system, an emulsion supply pipeline 200 connected with the emulsion tank 100, a liquid medicine mixing pump 160 and a mixed liquid output pipeline 180 connected with a mixed liquid storage tank 190;
the water supply line is configured to supply water to the chemical solution mixing pump 160, the emulsion supply line 200 is configured to supply emulsion to the chemical solution mixing pump 160, and the mixed solution output line 180 is configured to deliver the chemical solution mixed by the chemical solution mixing pump 160 to the mixed solution storage tank 190; the emulsion supply line 200 is provided with an emulsion screw pump 300 for supplying the emulsion in the emulsion tank 100 to the chemical liquid mixing pump 160.
The liquid medicine mixing device of the liquid medicine mixing system is provided with a water supply pipeline, an emulsion supply pipeline 200 and a mixed liquid output pipeline 180; the water supply line and the emulsion supply line 200 supply water and emulsion to the chemical mixing pump 160, and the chemical mixing pump 160 mixes the water and the emulsion; the liquid medicine mixing pump 160 generally adopts a centrifugal pump or a multistage centrifugal pump, and the interior of the liquid medicine mixing pump 160 generates strong disturbance to the fluid due to the high rotating speed of the impeller, so that the liquid flow state is changed into a turbulent flow state, and the water and the emulsion can be mixed efficiently on line.

In an alternative embodiment, the device further comprises an emulsion tank 100, and a stirring device for stirring the emulsion and an alarm device for monitoring the liquid level of the emulsion are arranged in the emulsion tank 100.

the emulsion supply line (200) is provided with an emulsion screw pump (300) for supplying the emulsion in the emulsion tank (100) to the chemical liquid mixing pump (160).

10. Emulsion mixing system according to any of the claims 1-8, further comprising an emulsion tank (100), wherein stirring means for stirring the emulsion and alarm means for monitoring the level of the emulsion are arranged in the emulsion tank (100).
