10. A method for preparing a quality control product, which is matched with the detection device for detecting gastroesophageal reflux of a human body according to any one of claims 1-9, the method comprising the following steps:
step one, collecting saliva pepsin samples of the oral cavity of a patient, and centrifuging and desizing the saliva pepsin samples to obtain pepsin;
step two, adding protease preservation solution into pepsin to prepare a protease sample;
step three, preparing protease separation liquids with different densities, wherein the density range is 1.083-1.257g/ml, and sequentially adding the protease separation liquids into a centrifuge tube according to the density from large to small to obtain layering liquid;
slowly adding the protease sample into the layering liquid, and centrifuging to obtain layered protease, wherein protease matched with the protease is dispersed in the protease separating liquid with each density;
step five, split charging the layered protease into different test tubes, adding physiological saline into each test tube to obtain protease suspension, adjusting the hemoglobin concentration of the protease suspension to 125g/L, and screening out protease suspension with HbA1c value of 3-5%, thus obtaining quality control product;
step six, adding a buffer solution containing a surfactant into a protease suspension with HbA1c value of 3-5% to obtain a solution with HbA1c value of 3-5% and a protease film dispersed in the solution, removing the protease film through centrifugal treatment, adding at least one of a freeze-drying protective agent or a stabilizer into the solution with HbA1c value of 3-5%, and carrying out freeze-drying or liquid freezing preservation treatment to obtain the pepsin quality control product.
