Abstract
The invention discloses a compound oil mixed fuel of a porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the compound oil mixed fuel of the porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50% of transformer oil; 40% of hydrocarbon heavy oil; 10% of fuel oil, wherein the transformer oil is one of mineral oil and synthetic oil, the hydrocarbon heavy oil is one of residual oil and tar, and the fuel oil is one of light diesel oil, heavy diesel oil, aviation kerosene and biological oil. The invention has the advantage of low safety cost, and solves the problems of higher production cost and lower safety in the production process of the existing porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive caused by mixing diesel oil and porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil.

Technical Field

Background
The porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is generally formed by mixing 95% of porous ammonium nitrate and 5% of diesel oil. Porous ammonium nitrate is an oxidizer widely used in the preparation of explosives, and has high energy density and adjustable burning rate. Diesel oil is used as a combustible carrier to provide the required combustibility and mixing characteristics of the porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive. The porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is mainly used for producing high-energy explosion.
The porous granular ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is prepared by mixing porous granular ammonium nitrate as main component with diesel oil in certain proportion and stirring, and has the advantages of low water content, no caking, no toxic or harmful matter, low cost, simple preparation process, capacity of being produced in factories, mixed loading in site and the like, and is widely applied to various rock engineering blasting.
The existing porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is prepared by mixing diesel oil and porous ammonium nitrate, so that the production cost of the porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is high, and the safety of the porous ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive in the production process is low.
There is a need for a complex oil blend fuel to replace diesel fuel.

1) Preparing materials, preparing transformer oil, hydrocarbon heavy oil and fuel oil, and preparing corresponding amounts according to the required proportion;
