Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mattresses, in particular to a spring mattress and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The traditional mattress utilizes the steel wire to string up a plurality of springs to form whole mattress, however such mattress can enlarge the influence of one place spring deformation to other springs, and sleep effect is relatively poor, and leads to the adjustment of alone sleeping position to disturb the sleep of another person.
To solve this problem, there is a mattress in which springs are individually packed by spring pockets and a plurality of spring pockets are bonded to each other. However, the spring bag of the mattress must be made of paper materials which are convenient to bond, and the spring bag is not durable and environment-friendly, and formaldehyde and other gases released by the glue are harmful to human bodies.
Therefore, there is a need for a new type of mattress and method of making the same that solves the problems of durability and environmental health associated with the use of paper materials that facilitate bonding of conventional mattress spring bags.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a spring mattress and a manufacturing method thereof, which solve the problems of durability, environmental protection and health caused by the fact that a traditional mattress spring bag is required to use paper materials convenient to bond.
The technical problems solved by the invention are realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the utility model provides a spring mattress, includes spring and piece of cloth, the piece of cloth is sewed into a plurality of sack that have the opening, the spring is located in the sack, the sack outside is equipped with the chimb, forms the mattress body that is formed by a plurality of sack through the seam between the chimb between the sack.
Further, the opening is stitched to cover the spring.
Further, the expansion direction of the spring is consistent with the direction of the spring placed in the cloth bag.
Further, the convex edges are two or more.
Further, the opening is sewn into a sewn edge protruding above the cloth bag.
Further, the cloth bag is formed by spacing stitches along the direction perpendicular to the folded edges of the folded cloth piece.
Further, the convex edge is formed by sewing two parallel lines parallel to the folded edge on the cloth piece.
Further, a plurality of cloth bags are sequentially arranged from head to tail to form cloth bag strips, and the cloth bag strips are bent and then are sewn through adjacent convex edges to form the mattress body.
A method of manufacturing a spring mattress comprising the steps of:
a. folding the cloth pieces in half, and forming a plurality of cloth bags with openings by stitching at intervals along the direction perpendicular to the folding edge;
b. sewing a convex edge on the cloth piece;
c. the spring is plugged into the cloth bag;
d. stitching the opening;
e. the convex edges are sewed to form a mattress body by a plurality of cloth bags.
Further, the direction of the spring is adjusted to be consistent with the direction of the spring placed in the cloth bag.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the cloth pieces are sewed into the cloth bags with the openings, the springs are arranged in the cloth bags, the convex edges are arranged on the outer sides of the cloth bags, the mattress body formed by the cloth bags is formed by sewing the convex edges, the firm cloth pieces are used for replacing paper used for bonding, the springs are independently packaged and the mattress is manufactured, glue is not needed for bonding, and the mattress is environment-friendly and healthy and has a longer service life.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings which are used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described, it being obvious that the drawings in the description below are only some embodiments of the invention, and that other drawings can be obtained from them without inventive faculty for a person skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is an enlarged view at a of fig. 1.
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the separation of the cloth bag strip and the spring according to the present invention.
Wherein, 1-spring, 2-cloth piece, 3-opening, 4-cloth bag, 5-convex edge, 6-sewed edge, 10-cloth bag strip and 100-mattress body.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following detailed drawings in order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the implementation of the invention easy to understand.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a spring mattress comprises a spring 1 and a cloth piece 2, wherein the cloth piece 2 is sewn into a plurality of cloth bags 4 with openings 3, the spring 1 is arranged in the cloth bags 4, convex edges 5 are arranged on the outer sides of the cloth bags 4, and mattress bodies 100 formed by the cloth bags 4 are formed between the cloth bags 4 through sewing between the convex edges 5. The cloth pieces 2 are sewn into the cloth bags 4 with the openings 3, the springs 1 are arranged in the cloth bags 4, the convex edges 5 are arranged on the outer sides of the cloth bags 4, the mattress body 100 formed by the cloth bags 4 is formed by sewing the convex edges 5, firm cloth pieces are used for replacing paper used for bonding, independent spring packaging and mattress manufacturing are achieved, glue bonding is not needed, and the mattress is environment-friendly and healthy and has a longer service life.
The opening 3 is stitched to cover the spring 1. This further protects the spring 1 and prevents the spring 1 from accidentally ejecting, further stabilizing the position of the spring 1.
The expansion and contraction direction of the spring 1 is consistent with the direction of the spring 1 placed in the cloth bag 4. This provides a smooth space for the spring 1 to expand and contract.
The number of the convex edges 5 is two or more. This further stabilizes the relative position between the bags 4.
The opening 3 is sewn into a sewn edge 6 protruding above the cloth bag 4. This facilitates the disassembly and assembly of the opening 3.
The cloth bag 4 is formed by stitching the folded cloth piece 2 at intervals along the direction perpendicular to the folded edges. Thus, the cloth bag 4 can be formed rapidly, the manufacturing cost is low, and the production efficiency is high.
The convex edge 5 is formed by sewing two parallel lines parallel to the folded edge on the cloth piece 2. Such a collar 5 is simple and stable in construction.
The cloth bags 4 are sequentially arranged from head to tail to form cloth bag strips 10, and the cloth bag strips 10 are bent and then are sewn through the adjacent convex edges 5 to form the mattress body 100. Such a mattress body 100 can be manufactured using only one cloth bag strip 10.
A method of manufacturing a spring mattress comprising the steps of:
a. folding the cloth 2 in half, and forming a plurality of cloth bags 4 with openings 3 by stitching at intervals perpendicular to the folding edge direction;
b. sewing a convex edge 5 on the cloth piece 2;
c. the spring 1 is plugged into the cloth bag 4;
d. stitching the opening 3;
e. the flange 5 is sewn such that the plurality of cloth bags 4 form the mattress body 100.
The direction of the spring 1 is adjusted to be consistent with the direction of the spring 1 placed in the cloth bag 4.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles and main features of the present invention and the advantages of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that the above embodiments and descriptions are merely illustrative of the principles of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, which is defined in the appended claims. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
