Abstract
The invention relates to an mutually-supported bagged spring bed core, which comprises a plurality of rows of mutually-bonded bagged spring strings, wherein each bagged spring string comprises a plurality of spring individuals which are connected at intervals and cloth-shaped materials wrapping the spring individuals, and all or part of the spring individuals in the bagged spring strings are wrapped and packaged in the cloth-shaped materials in an arc shape. The arc bagged springs are arranged in a continuous shape and are abutted against each other, and the springs have the function of mutual support, so that the stability of the bed core structure is improved, and meanwhile, the bed core with the structure can effectively reduce the use amount of the springs and reduce the manufacturing cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bagged springs and bagged spring mattresses, in particular to a bagged spring and a bagged spring bed core with mutually supported internal springs.
Background
The mattress core of the pocket spring mattress is formed by bonding a plurality of rows of pocket springs in parallel. Normally, the individual springs forming the bagged spring string are continuously and independently packaged in the cloth in parallel in the vertical direction. Although the bagged spring mattress with the structure has good support and comfort, the bagged springs are more in number, high in production cost and low in production efficiency.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a bagged spring bed core with lower cost and stable structure.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: the mutually-supported bagged spring bed core comprises a plurality of rows of mutually-bonded bagged spring strings, wherein each bagged spring string comprises a plurality of spring individuals connected at intervals and cloth-shaped materials wrapping the spring individuals, and all or part of the spring individuals in each bagged spring string are wrapped and packaged in the cloth-shaped materials in an arc shape.
Further, each spring unit wrapped in the cloth-shaped material in an arc shape is independently separated along a plurality of sections of continuous seams of the appearance of the spring unit to form an arc-shaped bagged spring unit.
Furthermore, at least one section of arc-shaped bagged spring individual in the bagged spring string is arranged in a continuous shape with the concave surfaces opposite to each other, the upper end and the lower end of each arc-shaped bagged spring individual with the opposite concave surfaces are abutted against each other, and the middle parts of each arc-shaped bagged spring individual with the opposite convex surfaces are abutted against each other.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an interconnected pocketed spring bed core 1 is shown, which comprises a plurality of rows of pocketed spring strings 11 adhered to each other, wherein the pocketed spring strings 11 comprise a plurality of spring units 111 connected at intervals and cloth-like material 112 wrapping the spring units, and all or part of the spring units 111 in the pocketed spring strings 11 are wrapped in the cloth-like material 112 in an arc shape.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each spring unit 111 wrapped in a cloth-like material in an arc shape is independently separated into arc-shaped pocket spring units 110 by a plurality of continuous seams 113 along the outer shape of the spring unit. Every two concave surfaces of the arc-shaped pocket spring individuals 110 in the pocket spring string 11 are arranged in a continuous shape, the upper end and the lower end of each arc-shaped pocket spring individual 110 with the opposite concave surfaces are abutted against each other, the middle parts of the two arc-shaped pocket spring individuals 110 with the opposite convex surfaces are abutted against each other, the effect of mutual support among the springs is achieved, and the stability of the bed core structure is improved.
At the positions close to the upper surface and the lower surface of the bed core, the sections of the packaging seams at the ends above and below the arc pocket spring units 110 are vertical to the upper surface and the lower surface of the bed core, which is beneficial to improving the flatness of the surface of the bed core and the comfort of the mattress.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the strings 11 of pocketed springs forming the pocketed spring bed core 1 are continuously bonded in a staggered manner, thereby increasing the compressive strength of the bed core and preventing deformation thereof.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the pocket spring bed core 1 is composed of a spring string 11 containing arc-shaped pocket springs and an upright pocket spring string 12 which are mixed and matched. Preferably, the common upright bagged spring strings 12 are distributed at two sides of the bed core, the bagged spring string 11 containing the arc-shaped bagged springs is arranged in the middle of the bed core, and two ends of the bagged spring string 11 are also provided with the common upright bagged springs, so that a structure with a slightly soft middle part and harder periphery is formed, and the comfort and the structural stability of the bed core are further improved. Similarly, other soft and hard partitioned bed cores can be manufactured by matching and combining the spring strings 11 of other arc-shaped pocket springs and the common upright pocket spring strings 12.
In the embodiment, the cloth-like material 13 is preferably a non-woven fabric, and in other embodiments, may be a material such as a semi-air-impermeable chemical fiber fabric, an air-impermeable chemical fiber fabric, or a flexible film.

2. The pocket spring bed core of claim 1, wherein: each spring unit wrapped in the cloth-shaped material in an arc shape is independently separated into arc-shaped bagged spring units along a plurality of sections of continuous seams of the appearance of the spring units.
