All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Currently, users typically receive a large amount of information when working in collaboration through a communication client, such as receiving a large amount of messages through an instant messaging client or receiving a large amount of mail through a mailbox. However, the user cannot know the information processing capability of the user, so that the user cannot accurately grasp the information processing efficiency of the user, the user is not benefited to improving the information processing capability, and the user experience is affected.
Based on the above, the application provides an information processing method, which is characterized in that a first control is displayed at a preset position of a communication client interface used by a first user, and/or a viewing message containing the first control is sent to the communication client of the first user, when the first user triggers the first control, a target page is displayed, and information related to message processing corresponding to the first user, such as message processing efficiency, the number of received messages, the number of processed messages and the like, is displayed in the target page, so that the first user can intuitively know the capability of processing the messages by himself, and the user experience is improved.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the method may be performed by a communication client, and the communication client may be installed in an electronic device. The electronic device may include a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable electronic device, an integrated machine, an intelligent home device, or a virtual machine or a simulator. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
s101: and displaying the first control at a preset position of the communication client interface of the first user, and/or sending a query message containing the first control to the communication client of the first user.
The communication client is a client with a communication function, for example, may be an instant communication client, a mailbox, and the like. The preset location of the communication client interface may include a top location or a bottom location of the communication client interface. When the communication client is an instant communication client, the first control may be displayed on top of an information flow display area of the instant communication client. The first control is used for triggering and displaying a target page, and the target page is used for displaying information related to message processing corresponding to the first user. For convenience of explanation, an instant messaging client will be described as an example.
For example, the information flow display area 200 of the instant messaging client interface shown in fig. 2a displays the first control 201 and the conversation head and name of each conversation at the top position of the information flow display area 200. When a first user clicks on any session, the first user is presented with a corresponding session interface 300 to present messages sent and received in the session through the session interface 300.
In this embodiment, a view message including the first control may also be sent to the communication client of the first user. The viewing message is used for guiding the first user to view the target page. In particular, the view message may be sent to the communication client of the first user at regular intervals, e.g., 9 a day in the morning.
S102: and responding to the triggering operation of the first control by the first user, displaying a target page, wherein the target page displays information related to the message processing of the first user.
And after the first control is detected to be triggered by the first user, displaying a target page to the first user, wherein the target page is provided with information related to message processing of the first user. The information related to message processing may include the number of messages received by the first user in a preset time period, the number of messages processed in the preset time period, and the like.
In some embodiments, prior to presenting the target page, the method further comprises: acquiring a first quantity corresponding to the target type messages received by a first user within a preset time period and a second quantity corresponding to the target type messages processed within the preset time period; and determining a classification result corresponding to the message processed by the first user in the preset time period based on the first quantity and the second quantity. The target page is displayed with a first quantity, a second quantity and a classification result; the target type message may include a message in a session that opens a message notification, a message referring to the first user. Wherein, the target type message processed in the preset time length can include processing the target type message received in the preset time length, or include the target type message received in other time periods; the preset time period can be set according to practical application conditions, for example, the preset time period is 0 to 23 minutes and 59 seconds per day.
The determining, based on the first number and the second number, a classification result corresponding to the message processed by the first user within the preset duration may include: if the difference value of the first quantity minus the second quantity is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value, determining a classification result corresponding to the processing message of the first user in a preset duration as a completion target; if the difference value of the first quantity minus the second quantity is larger than a first preset threshold value, determining that the classification result corresponding to the processing information of the first user in the preset time period is an unfinished target. The first preset threshold may be set according to an actual application situation, for example, the first preset threshold is 10, and when the difference between the number of the received messages and the number of the processed messages today is less than or equal to 10, the user is indicated to complete the target; when the difference between the number of received messages and the number of processed messages today is more than 10, the user is indicated to not finish the target.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2b, when a first user activates the control 201 shown in FIG. 2a, a target page 400 is presented to the first user. In this destination page 400 may be displayed the number of messages 280 received by the first user on the same day, and the message processes 260 processed on the same day. Since the difference is greater than 10, an unfinished target is displayed. Meanwhile, the first page can also prompt that the number of received messages today-the number of processed messages is less than or equal to 10 is the completion target. In addition, the first page can further comprise a 'expand more' control, so that multiple pieces of detailed information such as view through the 'expand more' control can be further included.
In some embodiments, the first quantity and the second quantity may also be displayed at associated locations of the first control so that a user may view the number of messages received and the number of messages processed within a preset time period at the interface of the communication client. Further, message processing related information corresponding to the preset time periods can be displayed in the target page.
For example, as shown in fig. 2c, the target page 400 shows the completion progress and the number of days for completing the target, which correspond to the first user processing the message every day in the last week. By clicking "expand more" the progress of the completion corresponding to the daily processing of the message for nearly 1 month can be seen as shown in fig. 2 d. Through the target page shown in fig. 2d, the first user is supported to switch different months to view the message processing data of the history months.
In some embodiments, a first average number of target type messages received by an organization in which the first user is located within a preset time period and a second average number of target type messages processed within the preset time period may also be obtained; the first average number and the second average number are presented on the target page. The organization where the first user is located may be a department where the first user is located and/or a company where the first user is located. The first average number may be the sum of the number of target type messages received by all users within the organization over a predetermined period divided by the total number of users, and the second average number may be the sum of the number of target type messages processed by all users within the organization over the predetermined period divided by the total number of users.
The number of target type messages received by the first user in each preset duration in a near period of time can be displayed in the target page. For example, the number of target type messages received by the first user daily for approximately 7 days is shown in the target page.
It can be seen that, in order to enable the user to timely grasp the efficiency of processing the message by the user, the first control is displayed at a preset position of the communication client interface of the first user, and/or a viewing message including the first control is sent to the communication client of the first user. And responding to the triggering operation of the first control by the first user, displaying a target page, and displaying the information related to the message processing of the first user through the target page. That is, the user can view the related information of the user on the message processing through the target display page, so that the user can timely grasp the efficiency of the user on the message processing, the user can be promoted to improve the efficiency of the user on the message processing, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, a second control may also be displayed on the target page, the second control being used to screen sessions for which unread messages exist for different historical time periods; and responding to the screening operation triggered by the first user through the second control, and displaying the session information of each session and the number of unread messages corresponding to each session in the history time corresponding to the screening operation. The session information may include one or more of a header, a name, a message preview area, and a time corresponding to receiving the latest message of the session. That is, the user is assisted in viewing unread messages over different historical time periods by displaying a second control on the target page. And when the unread messages do not exist in each session corresponding to the first user, canceling to display the second control on the target page. The target page may display session information of each session and the number of unread messages corresponding to each session in the history time corresponding to the filtering operation, or may display session information of each session and the number of unread messages corresponding to each session in the history time corresponding to the filtering operation by calling other pages.
For example, as shown in FIG. 3a, a second control 301 is displayed on the target page, through which second control 301 different historical time periods may be selected, such as 1 day ago, 3 days ago, 7 days ago, 15 days ago, and 30 days ago. Wherein, the session before 1 day of screening refers to the session which is no longer active within 0 day, the session before 3 days of screening refers to the session which is no longer active within 2 days, the session before 7 days of screening refers to the session which is no longer active within 6 days, the session before 15 days of screening refers to the session which is no longer active within 14 days, and the session before 30 days of screening refers to the session which is no longer active within 29 days. In response to the user screening for sessions 7 days ago through second control 301, a session message meeting the screening criteria is displayed on the target page. And displaying the number of unread messages corresponding to the session on the head portrait of each selected session.
If the number of the corresponding conversations in the historical time period corresponding to the screening operation exceeds a second preset threshold, displaying conversation messages corresponding to the second preset threshold and unread message numbers corresponding to each conversation in the second preset threshold on the target page. The second preset threshold may be set according to an actual application situation, for example, the second preset threshold is 20, and when the number of sessions in the screening operation corresponding to the historical time period is greater than 20, only session information of 20 sessions is displayed in the target page. When used for other sessions that want to view, it can be viewed through the "load more" control in the target page.
When the number of the corresponding sessions in the historical time period corresponding to the screening operation exceeds a second preset threshold, the sessions can be ordered according to the number of the unread messages, and an ordering result is obtained; and obtaining a second preset threshold number of sessions from the sequencing result. For example, the number of unread messages is sorted from high to low, and if the number of unread messages is the same, the second preset threshold number of sessions is selected from high to low in reverse order in time (more forward than the longer the current time).
In some embodiments, to assist the user in quickly processing the historical unread messages, a third control is also displayed in the destination page, and the third control is used for one-touch clearing of the unread messages in the screened conversation. Specifically, in response to a triggering operation of the first user on the third control displayed in the target page, the session information of each session and the number of unread messages corresponding to each session are canceled from being displayed in the target page. That is, the first user can quickly process the unread message through the third control.
For example, as shown in fig. 3b, a second control 302 is displayed in the target page, through which second control 302 the unread messages in each screened session can be cleared by one-touch.
That is, the method helps the user to quickly clean unread through the unread mode of the recommended history, and improves the user experience.
In some embodiments, to assist the user in quickly processing some sessions that are not commonly used, a processing measure for the session may also be determined according to the number of unread messages corresponding to the session. For example, when the number of unread messages of a certain session reaches a third preset threshold, the processing measure for the session is to start the no-disturbance mode. Wherein, the session of opening the no-disturbance mode refers to closing the session of message notification.
Specifically, a session in which a new message is generated on the same day (i.e. a session which is still active on the same day) is preferentially determined, and whether the number of unread messages of the session reaches a third preset threshold value is judged, if so, the session message of the session is displayed on a processing page. Wherein, the display can be performed in the order from high to low in the number of unread messages in the processing page. If no conversation is active on the same day, determining that the number of unread messages in other time periods reaches a third preset threshold, and displaying in a processing page. The third preset threshold may be set according to an actual application, for example, the third preset threshold is 20.
In general, a threshold value of the number of sessions displayed by the processing page may be preset, and when the determined number of sessions is greater than a fourth preset threshold value, a fourth preset threshold value of sessions is screened from the determined number of sessions to display. Specifically, the fourth preset threshold number of sessions may be screened out in order of high to low number of unread messages. When the first user enters the processing page, all the sessions in the default processing page are in a selected state. To facilitate user handling, the user is supported to either hook or cancel the hook. The processing page further comprises a one-key non-disturbing control, and a non-disturbing mode can be started for a session displayed by the processing page through the one-key non-disturbing control.
When the user triggers the one-touch non-disturbing control on the processing page, the processing page is updated, and the fourth preset threshold number of sessions are determined again for display, so that the user can further and rapidly process the unusual sessions. In order to ensure that the user can know which sessions can be processed in time, the processing page is updated when the user enters the processing page each time, so that different sessions are displayed for the user.
