Background
With the rapid development of internet technology, various instant messaging products are emerging continuously, so that social entertainment of users is greatly enriched, and enterprises can conveniently organize and manage employees.
The @ symbol is used in instant messaging products to allow the user to select a referring person, and in particular, a list of candidate referring persons appears after the user enters the @ symbol in a group conversation, displaying all members in the current group. Currently, the candidate mentions list is typically a list of all group members within the current group that are displayed in the candidate mentions list for selection by the user based on the time of entry of each group member or the initials of the nickname of the member.
It can be seen that the above solution has the following drawbacks: the candidate mentions cannot be displayed on the candidate mentions list based on personalized recommendation, so that the efficiency of selecting the mentions by the user is low, and the scheme cannot realize that non-current group members are displayed on the candidate mentions list, so that the user needs to manually enter when the non-current group members are mentioned in the current group session, and the working efficiency of the user is influenced.

A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be included in the terminal device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the terminal device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the terminal device, cause the terminal device to: when a call-out instruction of a person to be mentioned sent by a user is received, calling a preset recommendation algorithm; determining at least one target recommendation referring person by combining the preset recommendation algorithm with the historical conversation record of the user; and displaying the target recommended mentions in a candidate mentions list for the user to select the target mentions.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or service server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions. The modules or units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. Wherein the designation of a module or unit does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the module or unit itself.

Claims (9)

1. A referral method of referring to a person, comprising:
when a call-out instruction of a person to be mentioned sent by a user is received, calling a preset recommendation algorithm;
determining at least one target recommendation referring person by combining the preset recommendation algorithm with the historical conversation record of the user;
displaying the target recommended mentions in a candidate mentions list for the user to select the target mentions;
when an instruction that a user selects a target referring person is received, if the target referring person is not a current group member, a notification message is sent to the target referring person through a pre-registered virtual account.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining at least one target recommended referring person by the preset recommendation algorithm in combination with the user's historical conversation record comprises:
determining a member who mentions the user in a session within a preset time period as a first recommended mentioner;
determining members mentioned by the user in the session within a preset time period as second recommendation mentioners;
determining a member who initiates a single chat with the user within a preset time period as a third recommended mentioner;
and determining the first recommended mentioning person, the second recommended mentioning person and/or the third recommended mentioning person as candidate recommended mentioning persons.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining at least one target recommended referring person by the preset recommendation algorithm in combination with the user's historical conversation record further comprises:
sorting the candidate recommended mentions according to mention time and time of initiating single chat;
and screening a set number of target recommendation mentions from the candidate recommendation mentions based on the sorting result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein displaying the target recommended mentions in a list of candidate mentions comprises:
sequentially adding the target recommended mentions into a candidate mentions list according to the sorting result;
and displaying the target recommendation mentions according to the adding sequence.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
sequentially adding the group members to a candidate mentioner list according to the group entry time of the group members in the current group session or the nickname letters of the group members;
wherein the target recommendation mentions are added at the head position of the candidate mentions list, and the group members are sequentially added behind the target recommendation mentions.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein displaying the target recommended mentions in a list of candidate mentions, further comprising:
displaying the group members in the candidate referring list in order of addition.
7. A referral device of a referring person, comprising:
the calling module is used for calling a preset recommendation algorithm when a call-out instruction of a person to be mentioned sent by a user is received;
the determining module is used for determining at least one target recommendation mentioning person by combining the preset recommendation algorithm with the historical conversation record of the user;
the display module is used for displaying the target recommended mentions in a candidate mentions list so that the user can select the target mentions;
and the notification module is used for sending a notification message to the target mentioning person through a pre-registered virtual account if the target mentioning person is not a current group member when an instruction of selecting the target mentioning person by the user is received.
8. A terminal device, characterized in that the device comprises:
one or more processing devices;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processing devices, cause the one or more processing devices to implement the referrer method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by processing means, implements the referral method of any of claims 1-6.
