Referring to fig. 7-8, the drying assembly includes a heating box 35, an outer wall of the heating box 35 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the base 1, a plurality of first drying nozzles 36 are fixedly connected to an outer wall of the heating box 35, a plurality of second dry heating electric heating pipes 37 are fixedly connected to an inner wall of the heating box 35, a first filter plate 38 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the heating box 35, a plurality of second mounting grooves 39 are formed in an outer wall of the heating box 35, a first fan 40 is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the second mounting grooves 39, an outer portion of the first filter plate 38 is arranged between the first fan 40 and the second dry heating electric heating pipes 37, a plurality of heat pipes 41 are fixedly connected to a top of the heating box 35, a transition box 42 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the third mounting plates 29, the other ends of the plurality of heat pipes 41 are fixedly connected to a top of the transition box 42, and a plurality of second drying nozzles 43 are fixedly connected to a bottom of the transition box 42.
Specifically, when one surface of the corrugated cardboard is adhered to the base paper, a plurality of first fans 40 are started, under the action of the first fans 40, air driving the outside enters the heating box 35, passes through the first filter plates 38 and contacts with a plurality of dry heating electric heating pipes 37, the plurality of dry heating electric heating pipes 37 generate hot air, cool air brought by the first fans 40 is heated to form hot air, the hot air is discharged through the first drying nozzles 36, the semi-formed corrugated cardboard which is about to enter between the third conveying roller 25 and the second gluing roller 26 is heated, so that glue between the corrugated cardboard and the base paper is thoroughly dried, and then when the other surface is adhered, the hot air inside the heating box 35 is guided into the transition box 42 under the action of the heat conducting pipe 41 and is sprayed towards the preformed corrugated cardboard through the second drying nozzles 43, and the preformed corrugated cardboard is dried.
Referring to fig. 12-13, the dust removing assembly includes a mounting box 72, the outer wall of the mounting box 72 is fixedly connected to the outer walls of two crushing boxes 68, a plurality of fans two 73 are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the mounting box 72, two groups of suction pipes 74 are fixedly connected to the top of the mounting box 72, the other ends of the two groups of suction pipes 74 are arranged at the tops of the two crushing boxes 68, communicating pipes 75 are connected to the outer walls of the two groups of suction pipes 74, a collecting nozzle 76 is connected to the top of the communicating pipes 75, a collecting box 77 is connected to the inside of the mounting box 72 in a sliding manner, and a filter plate two 78 is fixedly connected to one side of the collecting box 77 close to the fans two 73.

1. A corrugated board production apparatus, comprising:
A base (1) which is used as a basic installation component of the whole corrugated board production equipment and is used for installing and assembling each matched use mechanism and a structural component to which the matched use mechanism belongs;
the clamping assembly is arranged on the surface of the corrugated board and is used for mounting the original paper roll to be processed on equipment; the roll paper processing assembly is arranged at the top of the base (1) and is used for processing the base paper into a corrugated paper core with a wave shape; the bonding assembly is arranged at the top of the base (1) and is used for bonding the base paper and the corrugated paper core in a wave shape to form a corrugated board; the conveying assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the base (1) and is used for conveying the corrugated board to the next working procedure; the longitudinal cutting assembly is arranged at the top of the base (1) and is used for longitudinally cutting corrugated paper boards; a flattening fixing assembly arranged on the top of the base (1) for pre-flattening corrugated board subjected to transverse cutting and fixing the board on the surface of the conveying assembly during cutting; the transverse cutting assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the base (1) and is used for transversely cutting corrugated boards;
the drying assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the base (1) and is used for drying the glue on the bonded corrugated board;
The dust removing component is arranged on the inner wall of the base (1) and is used for collecting dust impurities generated in the cutting process and the crushing process;
the two crushing boxes (68), the outer wall of each crushing box (68) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the base (1), the outer wall of each base (1) is fixedly connected with a motor eight (70), the driving end of each motor eight (70) is fixedly connected with a rotating rod (69), two crushing rollers (71) are fixedly connected with two sides of the outer wall of each rotating rod (69), the two crushing rollers (71) are respectively arranged in the two crushing boxes (68), two sides of each base (1) are fixedly connected with a motor seven (63), the driving end of each motor seven (63) is fixedly connected with a rim one (64), two sides of each base (1) are respectively and rotatably connected with a rim two (65), each rim one (64) and the outer part of each rim two (65) are sleeved with a belt five (66), the outer wall of each belt five (66) is fixedly connected with a plurality of groups of mounting rods (67), and the bottom of each belt five (66) is arranged at the top of each crushing box (68);
and the blanking assembly is arranged on the surface of the base (1) and is used for carrying out batch blanking on the produced corrugated boards.
