The stable cutting device for waterproof coiled materials according to claim 1, wherein the locking structure comprises a limiting block and a pressing block, the limiting block is internally provided with opposite limiting blocks, the limiting blocks are inserted into the inner sides of the limiting rings, one end, far away from the limiting rod, of each limiting block is provided with a secondary spring, and the secondary springs are connected with the inner walls of the limiting rings.

The stable cutting device for the waterproof coiled material according to claim 2, wherein pressing blocks perpendicular to connecting lines where the limiting blocks are located are respectively arranged at two ends inside the limiting rings, one ends of the pressing blocks penetrate out of the limiting rings, adjusting rods which are symmetrical to each other are rotatably arranged on the pressing blocks, and the adjusting rods are connected with the limiting blocks located on two sides of the pressing blocks.

The stable cutting device for waterproof coiled materials according to claim 5, wherein the lifting structure comprises a driving gear and a transmission gear, a mounting groove is formed in the cutting trolley, the driving gear is mounted at one end of the lifting screw inserted into the mounting groove, the transmission gear is rotatably mounted in the middle of the mounting groove, and the transmission gear is meshed with each driving gear at the same time.
