The shaping layer 203 is a silk floss sheet with a certain thickness, which can provide the wearer with an elastic shaping function: for example, the head shape with the two sides of the head shrinking inwards has larger gap spacing between the two sides of the head and the inner side of the hat body, and the shaping layer receives smaller extrusion force, so that the head shape is in a fluffy state, and the gap can be filled by using the thickness of the head shape and the shape of the raised surface fabric can be supported; if the two sides of the head are normal, the gap spacing is smaller, and the shaping layer is compacted and thinned by larger extrusion force; and the force is uniformly transmitted to the surface fabric through the fiber net, so that the surface fabric realizes a round and full shaping effect.
In order to verify the structural performance of the cap, we performed the following comparative test experiments:
1. test object:
experimental group: the six-piece bent-eave composite soft top cap manufactured by the embodiment randomly extracts 10 tops;
control group: six soft top caps with bent eaves manufactured by the prior art are randomly extracted for 10 tops;
the experimental group and the control group use fabrics, double-needle belts and sweat belts made of the same materials; the same model is adopted; ironing the product by the same method.
2. The testing method comprises the following steps: the caps of the experimental group and the control group are put on the same table top by taking the caps lightly and putting the caps lightly, and the caps of the experimental group and the control group are covered by a transparent plastic cover to prevent the caps from being wet and the influence of air fluctuation. Timing and observing and recording the deformation condition of the hat.
3. Test results:
3.1, in the horizontal placing process, the cap body of the experimental group is kept as it is and is not deformed; after the cap body of the comparison group is placed on the table top, the cap body is deformed in various ways, see the following table:

4. test conclusion: the cap of the experimental group has obviously better self-supporting capability than that of the control group.
To verify the benefits of the invention from various aspects, we consider the failure cases in the development process as comparative examples, see the following table:

Claims (6)

1. A composite soft top structure of a baseball cap comprises a cap bill and a cap body, wherein the cap body consists of six plates in total of two front pages, two side pages and two rear pages; each plate is provided with a corn; the inner side of the circumferential bottom edge of the hat body is provided with a circle of sweat band, the lower edge of the sweat band is sewed with the circumferential bottom edge of the hat body, the hat is characterized in that the front page, the side page and the back page all comprise surface cloth of an outer layer, fiber net of an intermediate layer and lining cloth of an inner layer,
the front page, the side page and the back page are sewn by double needle belts through the following modes: the double-needle belt stitching between the two front pages and the two rear pages adopts a double-layer structure, and the double-needle belt stitching between the side pages and the front and rear pages adopts a single-layer structure; the double-layer structure is characterized in that the adjacent sides of two pieces of surface cloth are stitched through one double-needle belt, the adjacent sides of two pieces of lining cloth are stitched through the other double-needle belt, and no stitching is performed between the two double-needle belts; the single-layer structure means that two adjacent surface cloths and two adjacent lining cloths are all stitched together through a double-needle belt;
the fiber web is sewed with the surface fabric through corns; the side edge of the fiber net is close to and parallel to the edge line of the double-needle belt, and the fiber net does not enter the sewing range of the double-needle belt; the bottom edge of the fiber web does not enter the sewing position of the lower edge of the sweat band; the fiber net in the front page is only sewn with the surface cloth through corn, and other positions of the fiber net are not connected with the hat body;
a shaping layer formed by silk floss sheets is also arranged between the fiber web and the lining cloth in the side page, the periphery of the shaping layer is sewed with the fiber web, and the shaping layer is sewed with the fiber web through corns; the shaping layer does not enter the sewing range of the double-needle belt; the side edge of the shaping layer is close to and parallel to the edge line of the outer edge of the double-needle belt; the bottom edge of the shaping layer is flush with the upper edge of the sweat band, and the shaping layer is not overlapped with the sweat band;
the back page is provided with a backward bend and a tail buckle thereof, the backward bend part is provided with a double-needle belt, and the fiber web of the back page enters the sewing range of the double-needle belt at the backward bend part.
2. The composite soft top structure of claim 1, wherein the web in the front page is a single layer web.
3. The composite soft top structure of claim 1, wherein the web in the front page is comprised of a peripherally stitched bi-layer web. To strengthen the support structure of the front page as desired.
4. A composite soft top structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein when the front, side and rear sheets of the face cloth and the lining cloth are sewn by double needle strips, two adjacent face cloths and/or adjacent sides of the lining cloth are sewn first, then two sewing edges are turned over and flattened, and then the two adjacent face cloths and the lining cloth are sewn by double needle strips.
5. A composite soft top structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the double-needle belt stitching between the two front and rear pages adopts a double-layer structure, and the adjacent sides of the two face fabrics are stitched by one double-needle belt, and then the embroidery process is finished, and then the cap body is manufactured.
6. A composite soft top structure according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the bill is a curved peak bill.
