Specifically, taking a clothes treatment device as a heat pump washing and drying integrated machine for illustration, a variable-frequency compressor 1, a condenser 2, a restrictor and an evaporator 3 in the heat pump washing and drying integrated machine are sequentially connected through pipelines, air in the heat pump washing and drying integrated machine circularly flows from a cylinder body, a drying air channel, a containing box 4 and a circulating fan, and the compressor 1, the condenser 2, the restrictor and the evaporator 3 are arranged in the containing box 4. The air inlet of the temperature control fan 5 is in butt joint with a shutter on the shell of the heat pump washing and drying integrated machine, and the air outlet of the temperature control fan 5 is in butt joint with the first through hole 7; after the temperature control fan 5 is started, the temperature control fan 5 sucks air from the shutter, external cold air enters the turbulent air duct through the first through hole 7, the cold air flows in the turbulent air duct and exchanges heat with the compressor 1, the temperature of the compressor 1 is reduced, and then the cold air flows out of the second through hole 8 and is discharged to the outside of the heat pump washing and drying integrated machine.

Conventional heat pump laundry treatment apparatuses often employ a fixed-frequency compressor 1 and indirectly cope with the case of an excessive drying temperature by means of an auxiliary fan heat radiation. However, this approach has the following problems:
the fixed-frequency compressor 1 can not adjust output, and can only actively stop to reduce the drying temperature, and frequent start-stop causes frequent establishment of pressure difference of the heat pump system, low drying efficiency and large drying temperature fluctuation.
The auxiliary fan radiating mode is adopted, the basis for controlling the start and stop of the auxiliary fan is usually exhaust temperature or the temperature limit value of the condenser 2, and the main purpose is to reduce the system load and keep the compressor 1 to normally operate, but the stability of the drying temperature cannot be effectively controlled, the drying performance and the drying quality are affected, and the lower drying temperature (drying at 37 ℃) cannot be achieved.
When the auxiliary fan blows air to the compressor 1 for cooling, an air circulation channel is not arranged at the periphery of the compressor 1, the air blown to the surface of the compressor 1 is relatively dispersed, and most of the air is not effectively utilized.
Based on the prior art, low-temperature drying (drying at 37 ℃) can not be realized, and stable and effective control can not be carried out on the drying temperature, the patent provides a heat pump washing and drying integrated machine low-temperature drying control method and device, and low-temperature drying can be realized and stable drying temperature can be maintained.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 5, the method provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring temperature values of a plurality of positions inside and outside the clothes treatment equipment to obtain temperature parameters.
In an embodiment, the laundry treatment apparatus includes a plurality of apparatuses and a plurality of areas, and the respective temperature values can be detected at different positions of the different apparatuses and at different areas, and the temperature parameter can be obtained by acquiring the temperature values at the plurality of positions. It should be noted that, specifically, the temperature value of which position is obtained is determined according to the actual requirement. Wherein, the actual demand refers to the control demand of the temperature control fan 5. That is, the accuracy of controlling the operation state of the temperature control fan 5 according to which positions of the temperature values is higher, and which positions of the temperature values are obtained, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
S102, controlling the running state of the temperature control fan 5 according to the temperature values corresponding to the positions in the temperature parameters.
In an embodiment, after the temperature parameter is obtained, there are temperature values corresponding to a plurality of positions in the temperature parameter, and then the operation state of the temperature control fan 5 is controlled according to the temperature values corresponding to the plurality of positions. Specifically, the operation state of the temperature control fan 5 may be controlled according to the temperature values corresponding to the two positions, or the operation state of the temperature control fan may be controlled according to the temperature values corresponding to the three positions or all the positions, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In one embodiment, the operating conditions of the temperature controlled fan 5 include start-up and braking. In another embodiment, the operation state of the temperature control fan 5 further includes different wind steps or operating frequencies of the temperature control fan 5.
S103, controlling the operation parameters of the compressor 1 according to the temperature value corresponding to at least one position in the temperature parameters.
In an embodiment, since the temperature parameter includes temperature values corresponding to a plurality of locations, the operation parameter of the compressor 1 may be controlled according to the temperature value corresponding to at least one location. For example, when it is necessary to reduce the operating frequency of the compressor 1, the operating frequency of the compressor 1 may be controlled based on the temperature value of the environment in which the compressor 1 is located as a reference.
Through the steps, the temperature control fan 5 can directly guide the air flow in the external environment to the compressor 1, so that the temperature of the compressor 1 can be directly influenced by the temperature of the external air flow, and the temperature control fan 5 is beneficial to improving the cooling effect and the cooling efficiency of the compressor 1. Meanwhile, the running state of the temperature control fan 5 is controlled by the temperature values corresponding to a plurality of positions, so that the control precision of the temperature control fan 5 is improved, the drying temperature can be changed more accurately by using the temperature control fan 5, and the drying quality is improved. In addition, when the temperature control fan 5 is controlled, the operation parameters of the compressor 1 are controlled in real time, so that the control accuracy of the drying temperature is further improved, the drying quality is improved, and the low-temperature drying requirement is met.
In another embodiment of the present application, the temperature parameters include an ambient temperature outside the laundry treatment apparatus and a drying temperature of the air flow entering the drum, and a condensing temperature of the condenser 2 and/or an exhaust temperature of the air flow at the exhaust port of the compressor 1.
In an embodiment, the temperature value of the corresponding position may be acquired by installing a temperature sensor or a temperature sensing bulb, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Through the steps, as the environment temperature, the drying temperature, the condensing temperature and the exhaust temperature can represent the drying temperature condition in the clothes treatment equipment, the operating state of the temperature control fan 5 and the operating parameters of the compressor 1 are controlled by using the environment temperature, the drying temperature, the condensing temperature and the exhaust temperature, so that the control effect is convenient to improve, and the drying quality is improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, the controlling the operating state of the temperature control fan 5 according to the temperature values corresponding to the plurality of positions in the temperature parameter includes:
and controlling the running state of the temperature control fan 5 according to the temperature conditions of the ambient temperature, the drying temperature, the condensing temperature and the exhaust temperature.
In an embodiment, the temperature values of the four positions are used to control the operation state of the temperature control fan 5, so as to improve the control accuracy and the drying quality.
