为了满足这样的特性,电极层5、6为透明电极层,特别优选使用ITO(氧化铟锡;Indium Tin Oxide)。
在本实施方式中,水蒸气透过率(WVTR)在温度40℃、湿度90%RH的气氛中为100(g/m2·day)以下、优选为80(g/m2·day)以下、更优选为60(g/m2·day)以下、进一步优选为50(g/m2·day)以下、进一步优选为25(g/m2·day)以下、进一步更优选为10(g/m2·day)以下、进一步更优选为7(g/m2·day)以下、最优选为5(g/m2·day)以下。 O2透过率在温度20℃、湿度65%RH的气氛中优选为70(cc/m2·day·atm)以下、更优选为60(cc/m2·day·atm)以下、进一步优选为55(cc/m2·day·atm)以下、进一步更优选为40(cc/m2·day·atm)以下、进一步更优选为30(cc/m2·day·atm)以下、进一步更优选为20(cc/m2·day·atm)以下、最优选为15(cc/m2·day·atm)以下。
<用途>
