拼接两个拼接配件的装置和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其是通过准同步激光焊接塑料件等方式拼接两个拼接配件的装置和方法。
背景技术
塑料、塑料件、塑料工件或塑料半成品在现代生产中具有极为重要的意义。这类塑料件被广泛应用于例如车辆技术、机器人技术、机械制造、家用器具技术等各种不同技术领域。在此,单一生产步骤中常需要将两个或多个塑料件拼接在一起。这例如可通过粘接连接或诸如螺钉、铆钉或夹子等机械紧固方案加以实现。不过,也越来越多地使用焊接技术,例如将两个部件或拼接配件尤其以不可分离的方式彼此连接或拼接在一起。在此,可使用例如激光焊接、热气焊接、借助热板焊接、红外线焊接、超声波焊接或摩擦焊接等不同的焊接方法。
在热气焊接中,要焊接的两个拼接配件通常分别置放在一产品特定的工件载体中。在此,所谓的进给装置打开,并通过将加热器件驶入加热位置启动实际的焊接过程。随后是连接区域或拼接区通过热辐射进行塑化的透热(全面加热)阶段。通过热保护气流强制将热量从加热器件传输到焊缝。在塑料件上施加了必要的熔融热量后,进给装置就会分离,直至加热器件从工作位置移动到驻停位置。现通过关闭进给装置,使塑化的、限定焊接的几何形状熔合在一起,从而实施实际拼接过程。对预定的拼接路径实施监控,从而确保焊接件具有正确的最终尺寸。
此外,还可借助一加热工具板将两个塑料件焊接在一起,在焊接过程中,用加热工具,即加热板使相对置的拼接配件上的焊筋或焊珠等接触。热能被导入焊筋并将其熔化。然后移开加热板,将拼接配件压在一起,直至拼接配件彼此接合。在红外线焊接(IR焊接)中,拼接配件被固定在红外线辐射板附近,以熔化拼接表面。去除辐射板,部件的两半被推到一起,并在压力下重新固化。根据现有技术的热气焊接、加热板和红外线焊接的缺点是技术成本高,而且不能有选择地为焊接界面提供热能。此外,还需较长的焊接周期时间和较高的能耗。
在超声波焊接中,所需焊接热量是通过要连接部件之间的压力和超声波振动产生的。塑化后,熔融塑料在压力下固化,由此形成一均匀的焊接连接。不过,该方法不适用于内部装有电子元器件的组件,因为这些内部元器件可能会被超声波损坏。此外,超声波焊接还会产生例如增加电子元器件污染的微粒。在摩擦焊接中,所需焊接热量是通过需连接部件之间的压力和摩擦产生的。塑化后,熔融塑料材料变硬,形成一均匀的焊接连接。不过,摩擦焊接也不适用于内部装有电子元器件的组件,因为这种焊接方式同样会产生微粒。
激光焊接的基本原理是一激光束穿透通透激光的拼接配件,并聚焦在一吸收性拼接配件上。在此,激光束转化为热量并使材料塑化。不断增大的体积接触通透激光的拼接配件。由此产生的热传递使通透激光的拼接配件局部塑化。为使两个拼接配件之间具有良好的导热性,并最终形成一良好的焊接连接,通常必须在激光照射期间设置一固定板,将两个拼接配件压在一起。因此,塑料的激光焊接方法的前提条件是需要一通透激光的拼接配件和一吸收激光的拼接配件。拼接部件之一或一拼接配件必须是通透激光的,这可能会导致制造成本增加,因为具有激光通透性的塑料通常成本高昂,尤其是塑料件例如为黑色时。
从CN 107 471 657A中已知用于热塑性塑料无透射焊接的一种激光焊接工艺,在该方法中,两个非透明部件通过激光进行焊接,其中,焊接过程中这两个部件在压力作用下被彼此保持在一起。在激光焊接方法中,要焊接的上塑料件和下塑料件的定位方式是,上塑料模块和下塑料模块堆叠并通过压力压在一起。然后将激光束聚焦在上塑料件上,从而形成一加热区域。然后对激光束进行调整,使加热区域的温度低于上塑料件的熔点,但高于下塑料件的熔点,这样加热区域的热量就会辐射到下塑料模块上并使下塑料件相应熔化,从而在压力作用下下塑料件与上塑料件连接一起。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供拼接塑料件的一种装置和方法,用这种装置和方法可以简单、高效和成本有利的方式将塑料件、尤其是内装电子元器件的组件彼此连接,从而克服现有技术的缺点。
上述任务通过权利要求1以及独立权利要求的总体理论来解决。在从属权利要求中,根据使用目的对本发明的设计方案提出要求。
本发明要求具有用于将两个拼接配件拼接在一起的装置,尤其是借助输入热量焊接拼接配件或用准同步激光焊接塑料件的装置。为此,所述装置包括一第一热源和一第二热源,第一热源设置用于加热第一拼接配件的拼接表面,第二热源设置用于加热第二拼接配件的拼接表面。此外,还预置了用于接纳第一拼接配件的一第一部件固定装置和用于接纳第二拼接配件的一第二部件固定装置,其中,第一部件固定装置设置成可围绕一第一旋转轴转动,第二部件固定装置设置成可围绕一第二旋转轴转动。在此,第一部件固定装置至少与第二部件固定装置基本垂直或正交,因此第一旋转轴和第二旋转轴也设置成基本相互垂直。此外,第一部件固定装置还有一加热位置,在该位置上,第一拼接配件相对于第一热源的设置方式是,第一拼接配件的拼接表面能被第一热源加热。与此相应地,第二部件固定装置也有一加热位置,在该位置上,第二拼接配件相对于第二热源的设置方式是,第二拼接配件的拼接表面可通过第二热源加热。然后,尤其在加热后,装置可通过预置一拼接位置将第一拼接配件和第二拼接配件拼接在一起,在该拼接位置中,第一拼接配件和第二拼接配件的拼接表面相对设置,第一部件固定装置围绕第一旋转轴旋转或可以围绕第一旋转轴旋转,从而使第一拼接配件处于拼接位置,第二部件固定装置围绕第二旋转轴旋转或可以围绕第二旋转轴旋转,从而使第二拼接配件也处于拼接位置。在此,拼接表面合并到一起的方式是,预置一拼接装置,该拼接装置可移动第一部件固定装置或第一部件固定装置的一部分,或可移动第二部件固定装置或第二部件固定装置的一部分(例如第一部件固定装置或第一部件固定装置的一部分可向第二部件固定装置移动,或第二部件固定装置或第二部件固定装置的一部分可向第一部件固定装置移动),其中,通过移动拼接装置使拼接表面接触或可使拼接表面接触。
拼接表面可合并到一起的优选方法是,通过拼接装置沿第一旋转轴或第二旋转轴方向移动第一部件固定装置或第一部件固定装置的一部分,使第一拼接配件的拼接表面接触第二拼接配件的拼接表面。
作为替代选择或附加措施,拼接表面也可合并到一起,方法是通过拼接装置沿第一旋转轴或沿第二旋转轴的方向移动第二部件固定装置或第二部件固定装置的一部分,使第一拼接配件的拼接表面接触第二拼接配件的拼接表面。
优选将一激光器预置成第一热源和/或将一激光器预置成第二热源。此外,现有技术中已知的所有适用于加热拼接表面的装置也可预置成热源。
此外,各部件固定装置分别可置放多个拼接配件,尤其是置放两个、四个或更多个拼接配件。与此相应,部件固定装置也可包括多个部件座。这样做的优点是,拼接配件可并行或准同步地加载、加热、拼接和卸载。
根据一有益的设计方案,部件固定装置可包括设置成可围绕旋转轴转动的一转台或圆盘台。在此,转台可是任何形状(圆形、长方形、六角形或类似形状)和任何厚度。此外,转台例如还可通过电动马达、尤其是伺服马达或液压控制系统驱动。
适宜地,部件固定装置可包括置放拼接配件的至少一部件座。
在有益的方式中,部件座可包括适用于置放的部件固定装置,尤其是一真空吸盘、一磁性机构或一夹紧装置,以便安全可靠地保持部件或拼接配件。由此还可使部件在旋转台上“高架”运输时不会从部件座上脱落。
拼接装置优选包括与转台或部件座接触的一柱塞,并将拼接力传输到柱塞上,从而使转台和/或部件座沿第一旋转轴方向移动。
适宜地,拼接装置可包括电动或液压驱动装置。
根据本发明一优选设计方案,可设置一水平部件固定装置,一竖直部件固定装置。
此外,也可预置两个相对布置的、竖直的部件固定装置。与此相应,还可为附加的第二竖直部件固定装置预置一额外的热源。
适宜地,可为每个热源预置一单独的监控系统,尤其是一热成像摄像装置,以便单独监控拼接配件的加热情况。这样做的优点是,可特别精准地进行监控,因为每个部件都单独受到监控,而且可个性化地应对故障(例如只有一个热源的功率发生变化)。
此外,每个部件固定装置各相应具有一自己的拼接装置,其中,每个拼接装置移动各相应部件固定装置或其一部分,由此使拼接配件的拼接表面合并到一起,通过拼接装置的移动使拼接表面相互接触。这样做的优点是,可缩短循环时间,其中,例如可缩短加热阶段或加热时间。
此外,本发明的独立权利要求或从属权利要求还要求保护拼接两个拼接配件的一种方法。这种方法尤其是通过一根据本发明所述的装置加以实现。在此,所述方法具有以下步骤:
-在第一部件固定装置上加载第一拼接配件,在第二部件固定装置上加载第二拼接配件;
-将第一部件固定装置围绕一第一旋转轴定位在加热位置,在该加热位置中,第一拼接配件相对于第一热源的设置方式是,第一拼接配件的拼接表面通过第一热源加热,将第二部件固定装置围绕一第二旋转轴定位在加热位置,在该加热位置中,第二拼接配件相对于第二热源的设置方式是,第二拼接配件的拼接表面通过第二热源加热;
-通过预置或设置一第一热源,加热第一拼接配件的拼接表面的方式进行加热,设置一第二热源以加热第二拼接配件的拼接表面的方式进行加热;
-围绕第一旋转轴转动第一部件固定装置,从而使第一拼接配件处于一拼接位置,围绕第二旋转轴转动第二部件固定装置,从而使第二拼接配件也处于拼接位置,其中,第一拼接配件和第二拼接配件的拼接表面的拼接位置是相对置的;
-通过移动第一部件固定装置或第一部件固定装置的一部分或移动第二部件固定装置或第二部件固定装置的一部分,使拼接表面接触,从而实现第一拼接配件和第二拼接配件的拼接。例如,为此可预置一拼接装置,通过沿第一旋转轴移动第一部件固定装置或第一部件固定装置的一部分,使第一拼接配件的拼接表面接触第二拼接配件的拼接表面。此外,还可通过沿第一旋转轴移动第二部件固定装置或第二部件固定装置的一部分,使第二拼接配件的拼接表面接触第二拼接配件的拼接表面。此外,还可考虑采用其他运动状况或在两侧运动(例如由此每个部件固定装置都有一个拼接装置);以及
-卸载已相互连接的拼接配件。
部件固定装置优选分别能置放多个拼接配件,尤其是分别能置放两个、三个或四个拼接配件。因此,部件固定装置也可以包括多个部件座。这样做的优点是,可并行或准同步地加载、加热、拼接和卸载拼接配件。
在有益的方式中,尤其是带拼接配件的部件固定装置的卸载和加载可与加热并行进行,其中,在部件固定装置加载另一拼接配件和/或卸载两个已经连接在一起的拼接配件或卸载一塑料成品的同时,对至少一个拼接配件进行加热。
此外,本发明还可用于制造带一外壳的传感器装置,尤其是用于检测车辆或运输工具周围环境的雷达传感器或激光雷达传感器。在此,所述外壳包括使用根据本发明所述装置或借助根据本发明所述方法拼接在一起的两个拼接配件。
在本发明意义中,“沿旋转轴”尤其是指旋转轴方向或旋转轴纵向延伸方向。这例如意味着,如果旋转轴居中穿过部件固定装置或部件固定装置的转台,则设置在转台外部区域的部件凹座或部件座也可通过拼接路径沿旋转轴移动(即沿旋转轴方向移动,也就是说以与转台近似垂直或正交的方式移动),以实现拼接配件的拼接或接触。
由此,本发明可以有益的方式构建一方法(流程)和装置,使用这种方法和装置,也可使用激光作为能量源或加热源(激光焊接)对两个非透明塑料件进行焊接。由此,在批量生产中可以更简单、更成本有利的方式对材料流和周期时间进行优化:通过相关装置的特殊设计方案,可通过对单一流程的并行化(准同步)实施批量生产的优化。所述方法还特别适用于焊接内部装有电子元器件的组件,因为根据本发明所述的连接过程不会使内部电子元器件受损。此外,在此设计的是一种无微粒流程,其中,所述流程符合已知的静电防护(ESD)要求。因此,激光技术的鲁棒性可以有益的方式用于塑料的焊接,而无需考虑拼接配件的透明度。在此,在焊接接口处可构成一选择性热路径。此外,可在部件设计发生变化时提高技术灵活性,其中,不必额外更换工具或制造新的工具。
此外,本发明例如还可用于以下领域(明确的非限制性清单):汽车、航空航天、医疗技术、电子、以及必须焊接两个塑料件才能实现其功能的所有领域。因此,本发明对塑料件的(激光)焊接领域做出非常特殊的贡献。

具体实施方式
图1展示的是根据本发明所述的装置1。装置1包括两个定位系统或一第一部件固定装置2和一第二部件固定装置3,由于其设置方式,在此也可称为水平置放和竖直置放。第一部件固定装置2用于置放第一拼接配件4,第二部件固定装置3用于置放一第二拼接配件5。此外,第一部件固定装置2和第二部件固定装置3的配置方式是,分别能置放四个部件或拼接配件4a至4d或5a至5d。在此,装置1配置用于可沿一作为拼接表面的表面将塑料制成的拼接配件4和5拼接在一起。在此,拼接表面由拼接配件4、5的拼接表面6、7构成,拼接配件4、5在拼接表面6、7上相互连接。在此,拼接表面6、7可构成一连续的表面,或也可有间断或凸起。在拼接过程中,装置1包括激光器8形式的一第一热源,用于加热第一拼接配件4的拼接表面6,并还设置有激光器9形式的一第二热源,用于加热第二拼接配件5的拼接表面7,也就是说,拼接表面6、7被加热,从而必要时熔融或部分熔融,然后被相互焊接在一起。
在此,第一部件固定装置2设置成可围绕一第一旋转轴10转动,第二部件固定装置3设置成可围绕一第二旋转轴11转动。所述转动在图中通过粗黑箭头表示,其中,转动方向可根据应用情况分别确定。由于部件固定装置2、3分别可置放四个部件或者说拼接配件,因此部件固定装置2、3必须围绕各相应旋转轴转动约90度才能改变其位置。第一部件固定装置2至少设置成与第二部件固定装置3基本垂直,即设置成面式的部件固定装置2、3的安装平面相互基本正交,从而使第一旋转轴10和第二旋转轴11也设置成基本垂直或成直角(+/-0度至5度的部件公差、尤其是0度至3度的部件公差)。第一部件固定装置2以及第二部件固定装置3都分别具有一加热位置,在该加热位置上,各相应拼接部件4、5与相应激光器8、9的设置方式是,拼接部件的拼接表面6、7能被激光器8、9(图中用黑色细箭头表示)加热。
此外,通过预置一拼接位置,使第一拼接配件4和第二拼接配件5的拼接表面6、7相对设置,从而在加热后将第一拼接配件4和第二拼接配件5合并到一起。为此,第一部件固定装置2围绕第一旋转轴10转动90度,从而使第一拼接部件4处于拼接位置,并将第二部件固定装置3围绕第二旋转轴11转动90度,从而使第二拼接部件5也处于拼接位置,由此如图2所示,使拼接表面6、7相对设置。然后,可通过以可沿第一旋转轴10移动的方式设置第一部件固定装置2或第一部件固定装置2的一部分,将拼接表面6、7合并到一起,其中,通过第一部件固定装置2或第一部件固定装置2的一部分沿第一旋转轴10的移动(如白色箭头所示),使第一拼接表面6接触第二拼接配件5的第二拼接表面7。
如图3所示,水平置放装置或第一部件固定装置2包括设置成可围绕第一旋转轴10转动的一(水平设置)转台21、必要时还包括一部件座基板22、承载第一拼接配件的一部件座23和用于施加力从而实施拼接运动(拼接行程)的一柱塞24,所述柱塞例如可由电机或液压驱动。在此,力的施加(如箭头F所示)优选由一固定安装的拼接装置从下方进行。因此,第一部件固定装置2包括一导向部件固定装置,以确保精确的拼接行程,即在此不是整个部件固定装置2沿第一旋转轴10向第二拼接配件方向移动,而只移动带第一拼接配件4的部件座23。
如图4所示,竖直置放装置或第二部件固定装置2包括可围绕第二旋转轴11转动的一(竖直设置)转台31,必要时还包括一部件座基板32和承载第二拼接配件5的一部件座33。在此,部件座33的优选配置方式是包括适用于置放的一部件固定装置(为清楚起见图中未加表示),例如真空吸盘、磁性机构(尤其是具有永磁性的非金属的塑料或用塑料包覆的磁性材料)或一夹紧机构,以保持部件或第二拼接配件5并抵抗重力和离心力。
在此,拼接运动并不局限于“从下向上”的拼接运动(参见图中所示);尤其是也可竖直设置第一部件固定装置,水平设置第二部件固定装置,从而就可设置“从上到下”的拼接运动(参见图中所示,这意味着带部件固定装置33的拼接配件5向下压向拼接配件4)。此外,两个部件固定装置也可借助一拼接装置分别完成一相应的拼接运动(一个接一个或同时进行),即双侧运动,其中,例如每个部件固定装置都有一拼接装置。
通过在单一流程工位实施单一流程,可实现周期时间优化的批量生产,因为例如部件固定装置2和3的卸载和加载与(激光器)加热过程并行(准同步)进行。此外,现有非透明部件塑料焊接方法(如热气焊接或红外线焊接)的能量源不接触焊接表面,这类方法无法将能量或热量直接聚焦在焊接表面上。与此相反,可将能量/热量直接聚焦在焊接表面的方法(如超声波焊接或摩擦焊接)其缺点是会产生大量微粒和/或如果组件中含有电子元器件,则有使相关电子元器件受损的潜在可能。与之相反,本发明尤其是涉及一种选择性塑料焊接方法,所述方法中,能量/热量直接聚焦在焊接界面或拼接表面上。
在此,根据本发明所述方法包括激光加热、定位或转动(切换)、夹紧和冷却(Clamping and Cooling)及加载和卸载(Loading/Unloading)部件或拼接配件等方法步骤。
激光加热时,要焊接的两个部件或拼接配件4、5被加热。在此,应根据每个拼接配件的具体情况以正确角度进行加热,为此,激光器8和9可相应设置,或设置成可移动式。因此,每个拼接配件4、5都预置有一自己的激光装置,由此可有选择地独立设置必要的流程参数。此外,还可根据具体情况例如以热成像摄像装置等形式分别配设一监控系统(未图示),以监控两个加热过程,并识别可能出现的负面影响。
加热结束,尤其是激光器关闭后,两个拼接配件4、5在定位时以一旋转运动(通过圆盘台或转台21、31)进入拼接位置,直到两个被加热拼接配件4、5处于尚未接触的相对位置(即部件固定装置2、3为此各相应转动90度)。
适宜地,预置有一拼接装置,该拼接装置可在拼接位置中以可变的拼接速度和拼接力调节(夹紧)和监控熔融表面的最佳的“夹紧过程”。在此阶段,拼接配件4、5必须始终保持夹紧状态(即保持彼此夹紧),直至加热的材料不能再自行变形或由于部件之间缺乏压力而变形,并且两个部件因此永久地、材料锁合地连接在一起(冷却成型)。在此也可设置一主动冷却(例如借助气流冷却)。
在加载和卸载时,用于自动材料流的两个拼接部件优选通过合适的搬运系统、例如工业机器人或多轴龙门架等置放(例如图中具体取决于所用部件座数量和所用定位系统的拼接部件4c/4d或5c/5d的部件座位置上)在一未被占用的部件固定装置中。
图5展示的是根据本发明所述方法的一流程图,所述方法例如适用于带有两个部件固定装置的系统或装置,其中,每个部件固定装置可置放三个部件或拼接配件,即每个部件固定装置分别具有三个部件座。因此,要改变位置,各相应转台需要转动120度。
此外,也可设想用其他产品承载循环系统取代两个转台21、31(例如采用直线电机技术可自由编程的驱动系统,在该驱动系统上,数量可变的“动力装置(Mover)”可在一无尽的循环中彼此独立移动)。转台21、31上所用的部件座23、33(所谓的“基座”或“凹座”)数量及产品承载系统的转动方向能够可变地选择并可适配于应用情况。拼接结构在空间中的空间设置/方向是可变的,也可根据各相关应用进行调整。

1.一种将第一拼接配件(4)和第二拼接配件(5)拼接在一起的装置(1),该装置包括:
第一热源,该第一热源被设置用于加热第一拼接配件(4)的拼接表面(6),以及,
第二热源,该第二热源被设置用于加热第二拼接配件(5)的拼接表面(7),其中,
预置用于置放第一拼接配件(4)的第一部件固定装置(2)和用于置放第二拼接配件(5)的第二部件固定装置(3),以及,
第一部件固定装置(2)被设置成可围绕第一旋转轴(10)转动,第二部件固定装置(3)被设置成可围绕第二旋转轴(11)转动,其中,
第一部件固定装置(2)相对于第二部件固定装置(3)的设置方式是,使第一旋转轴(10)和第二旋转轴(11)基本上相互垂直,以及,
第一部件固定装置(2)具有加热位置,在该加热位置上,第一拼接配件(4)相对于第一热源的设置方式是,使第一拼接配件(4)的拼接表面(6)能通过第一热源加热,以及,

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(1),其特征在于,通过拼接装置沿第一旋转轴(10)或第二旋转轴(11)的方向移动第二部件固定装置(3)或第二部件固定装置(3)的一部分,使拼接表面(6、7)合并到一起,从而使第一拼接配件(4)的拼接表面(6)接触第二拼接配件(5)的拼接表面(7)。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,预置激光器(8)作为第一热源和/或预置激光器(9)作为第二热源。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,部件固定装置(2、3)可分别置放多个拼接配件(4a至4d、5a至5d),尤其是能分别置放两个或四个拼接配件(4a至4d、5a至5d)。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,部件固定装置(2、3)包括转台(21、31),该转台被设置成能围绕旋转轴(10、11)转动。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,部件固定装置(2、3)包括用于置放拼接配件(4、5)的至少一组件座(23、33)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置(1),其特征在于,组件座(23、33)包括适用于置放的部件固定装置,尤其是真空吸盘、磁性机构或夹紧装置,用于固定拼接配件(4、5)。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,拼接装置包括柱塞(24),该柱塞与转台(21)或部件座(23)接触,拼接力传输到柱塞(24)上,使转台(21)和/或部件座(23)沿第一旋转轴(10)方向移动。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,拼接装置包括电动驱动装置或液压驱动装置。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,部件固定装置(2)水平设置,部件固定装置(3)竖直设置。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,预置水平设置的部件固定装置(2)和相对设置的两个竖直的部件固定装置。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,为每个热源预置单独的监控系统,尤其是热成像摄像装置,以便分别独立地监控拼接部件(4、5)的加热情况。
14.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,部件固定装置(2、3)分别具有拼接装置,拼接表面(6、7)通过每个拼接装置移动各相应部件固定装置或各相应部件固定装置的一部分而合并到一起,拼接表面(6、7)通过拼接装置的移动而接触。
15.一种借助根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置(1)将第一拼接配件(4)和第二拼接配件(5)拼接在一起的方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-将第一拼接配件(4)加载到第一部件固定装置(2)中,将第二拼接配件(5)加载到第二部件固定装置(3)中,以及
-将第一部件固定装置(2)围绕第一旋转轴(10)定位在加热位置,在该加热位置中,第一拼接配件(4)相对于第一热源的设置方式是,第一拼接配件(4)的拼接表面(6)通过第一热源加热,将第二部件固定装置(3)围绕第二旋转轴(11)定位在加热位置,在该加热位置中,第二拼接配件(5)相对于第二热源的设置方式是,第二拼接配件(5)的拼接表面(7)通过第二热源加热,以及,
-通过设置第一热源以加热第一拼接配件(4)拼接表面(6)的方式进行加热,通过设置第二热源以加热第二拼接配件(5)拼接表面(7)的方式进行加热,
-围绕第一旋转轴(10)转动第一部件固定装置(2),从而使第一拼接配件(4)处于拼接位置,围绕第二旋转轴(11)转动第二部件固定装置(3),从而使第二拼接配件(5)也处于拼接位置,其中,第一拼接配件(4)和第二拼接配件(5)的拼接表面(6、7)设置在相对的拼接位置,以及
-通过移动第一部件固定装置(2)或第一部件固定装置(2)的一部分或通过移动第二部件固定装置(3)或第二部件固定装置(3)的一部分,使拼接表面(6、7)接触,从而将第一拼接配件(4)和第二拼接配件(5)拼接在一起,以及,
-卸载已相互连接的拼接配件(4、5)。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,部件固定装置(2、3)能分别置放多个拼接配件(4a至4d、5a至5d),尤其是能分别置放两个或四个拼接配件(4a至4d、5a至5d)。
17.根据权利要求15或16所述的方法,其特征在于,带拼接配件(4a至4d、5a至5d)的部件固定装置(2、3)的卸载和加载与加热并行进行,其中,在部件固定装置(2、3)并行加载另一拼接配件(4d、5d)和/或卸载两个已相互连接的拼接配件的同时,至少加热拼接配件(4c、5c)。
