Claims (10)

1. An internal flange cleaning device, characterized in that: the device comprises an equipment working platform (1), a guide rod (2) arranged on the equipment working platform (1), a support assembly arranged on the upper part of the guide rod (2), and a plurality of outer cleaning parts distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the guide rod (2); the support assembly comprises a movable seat (3) which is arranged in a lifting manner, guide holes (4) which are formed in the movable seat (3) and correspond to the guide rods (2), and a plurality of inner support blocks (5) which are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the movable seat (3), wherein the inner support blocks (5) can rotate relative to the movable seat (3) so that when a flange (6) is placed at a material loading position on one side of the movable seat (3), the inner support blocks (5) rotate and support the inside of a through hole position of the flange (6); the outer cleaning component comprises a supporting frame (7) arranged on the equipment working platform (1), a positioning frame (8) rotatably arranged on the supporting frame (7), and a cleaning spray pipe (9) connected to one side of the positioning frame (8), wherein the initial position of the positioning frame (8) is obliquely arranged, and one end of the initial position of the positioning frame (8) is positioned at a high position in a projection range of the lower part of the upper material level of the flange (6), so that when the flange (6) descends, the flange (6) presses the positioning frame (8) and drives the cleaning spray pipe (9) to rotate and spray.

The internal flange cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the supporting component further comprises a positioning bracket (10) arranged on one side of the equipment working platform (1), a plurality of telescopic rods (11) arranged on the positioning bracket (10), and the movable seat (3) is connected to the telescopic rods (11).

4. An inner flange cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the included angle between the supporting end and the positioning end is an obtuse angle.

An inner flange cleaning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: one side of the support end, which is close to the flange (6), is provided with a pressing piece (14), and when the support end is propped against the inside of the through hole position of the flange (6), the pressing piece (14) is attached to the inner wall of the through hole position of the flange (6).

The internal flange cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the outer cleaning component further comprises a plurality of positioning buckles (15) arranged on the positioning frame (8), the positioning buckles (15) are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the positioning frame (8), positioning rings (16) are arranged on the periphery of the cleaning spray pipe (9), and when the cleaning spray pipe (9) is buckled in the positioning buckles (15), one side of each positioning ring (16) abuts against the side of one positioning buckle (15).
7. The internal flange cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the guide rod (2) is provided with a position sensor (17) so that the cleaning spray pipe (9) starts to spray when the flange (6) descends through the position sensor (17).

The internal flange cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the guide rod (2) bottom is provided with swivel becket (24) along circumference, swivel becket (24) are normal running fit with guide rod (2), and the periphery on swivel becket (24) upper portion is provided with first drive screw thread (25), and the periphery of swivel becket (24) lower part is provided with cleaning member (26), and inside circumference along of guiding hole (4) is provided with second drive screw thread (27) with first drive screw thread (25) assorted, and first drive screw thread (25) all are heliciform structure with second drive screw thread (27), when first drive screw thread (25) and second drive screw thread (27) contact, goes up and down to remove seat (3) and drives swivel becket (24) and rotate.

The internal flange cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the equipment working platform (1) is provided with a drainage groove (28) along the circumferential direction of the guide rod (2), a plurality of drainage holes (29) are formed in the drainage groove (28), and an inclined surface structure (30) is arranged between the drainage groove (28) and the periphery of the guide rod (2).
